This is to inform you that i found a worst service from snap deal i have book a kitty 14 kids cycle On Tue, 13 Oct, 2015 Order ID: [protected], my registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. i have paid amount 3300 via debit card but after 7 days snap deal has cancel my order automatic without intemation i hope i will never continues this service in future and not suggest any one to use snap deal...

I have ordered under 10% cash back scheme through ICICI bank. I have received confirmation call that cash back will received on before 12.10.2015 but i have still not cash back received in my bank account. I have many times mailed to snap deal for cash back query but no any reply to me from snap deal. I have talk customer care and told me that snapdeal already made payment and request me that confirm to my icici bank. After many mailed i have received mail today that the offer valid only for snapdeal app not snapdeal site but i have received confirmation call by snapdeal after delivered product that you will be received cash back before 12.10.2015.       I had ordered an iPad Mini Wifi + Cellular 16GB on snapdeal. They delivered it in time but as soon as i opened the product and started exploring it, i couldn't believe that such a bad quality can be an apple product. the camera of the iPad which is 5mgps captures such blurred images. the functioning of this iPad is so slow that it will irritate you within minutes. also it gets very high on temperature in very minimal period. i know that this surely is a fake product because apple care coverage site has a record of serial numbers of all its products but thye serial number of the iPad that I've received isn't available in their records which proves there is no such item of apple. snapdeal has time and again proved us wrong for trusting them. this is a very serious issue and must be paid attention.

          This is to bring everyone's attention that the Snapdeal so called "Dil ki deal" is a "CHEAT" and I have the sole right to call them by the name for not being able to payback the amount they've taken from me.

          I've made my order on 15th Oct 2015 and paid the amount through HDFC net-banking. I've waited patiently till 19th Oct 2015, but was frustrated to see the status as below

          how could the status remains the same for 4 days(I believed I had to make courier arrangements for them to ship my item purchased).

          The other flaw and it was well designed by the cheating genius that I cannot cancel my order either through the mobile app or the we browser. I have made a complaint on 19th Oct 2015 to cancel my order through a phone call on to their customer care number +91-[protected]. I was advised that the 48 hours is the TAT to resolve my complaint and then I can get my amount back in next 4 working days. Assuming I would get that by 25th Oct 2015. When I called Mr Mahesh the Telephone advisor on 21st Oct 2015 he had no clue what to do but had put me on a call with his supervisor who failed to pick this call for 42 mins(I paid 60+ INR), later on I called again and the virtual supervisor blessed me with his name Avinash, who had given me the new info that was "I have to wait for this to get updated as the cancellation request taken on 19th is still in progress, he will further send a new request to the shipping team that the item requested by Arun has not yet been shipped and there is a cancellation request in place. Added to that there comes the beauty that I have to wait 10 days to get this shipper request completed then I will get my money credited back to my account in 4 working days post that" When I asked him do you or the Snapdeal have brain in your heads - he discontinued my call.

          I would request someone from some part of the world to get this sorted out. I am disappointed, frustrated and CHEATED finally!

            I have ordered 2 trustline gold coins order no:- [protected] ...on the date of 11oct but it is not deliver me at the estimate deliver time ...i have recived it on 20 oct with out any delivering details ...when i have open it the product was not present in side the box...only two red box was present in side the packet...i have call to customer care and tell all about the issues the said me to wait for the 48 hours then a call came from snapdeal and very surprising that they have said that you have recived the product...and claiming me about it ...now plz tell me what i can do for it...when i have ask for the proof of the their delivering then they have not replying and thing...plz solve my problem ..

              I buyed a product on 28 July, 2015. Snapdeal promised 10% cashback on purchase of 7500+ bill amount. So I increased my bill amount. they told that cashback will be sent on 30 September, 2015 and any complaint will be heart till 30 October.

              Now they are moving to the time 30 October by repeatedly saying that please give us some time so they can eat my money which worths Rs 757/-.

              In my request reference 08265280 against order number [protected] they told that there is some problem in sending money to bank so we will be sending to wallet in 24 hour. It has been five day and not money there yet.

                  Kindly see my order No [protected] placed on 29th Aug 2015 which was cancel due non dispatch. I am struggling to get my refund for last 1 month. Regular calling your customer care but same reply that they have escalated this matter to their finance team and we will get back to you with in 48 hrs. But last three week, no reply no refund. I am so frustrated that I am planning to go to consumer court. This is my last try to get snapdeal team respond with my refund of Rs. 15, 000/-. I hope this mail will role snapdeal team.

                    I had placed an order for Samsung 1 Ton 2 Star MAX AR12HC2USNB Split Air Conditioner on 12 Oct 2015 with Snapdeal and the total amount to be paid was rs 22500 after discount and applying promo code, i had chosen the mode of payment as COD.The order was placed by me and I got order confirmation from snapdeal the Order ID: [protected] along with delivery date as between 21st to 25th of Oct. (Attached pics of order confirmation through mail and message on mobile by snapdeal). I was confidant that the delivery would be on time as promised by snapdeal so I arranges the cash made it ready and I also made arrangements for ac installation by drilling hole and other electric arrangements. I was continuosly checking the order status on the app which was showing as processing since 4 days, After 5 days when the status dint change I called them n even wrote a mail to know the exact status on 18th oct.I Was been told that the delivery will be as promised over the phone and in reply to my mail I was told that the ac is not available with the supplier and they will arrange the same in 3 days I was also give a reference number 09741325 for my complaint. So I decided to wait but suddenly on 19th Oct I received a Mail from snapdeal saying that this order is cancelled without giving any explanation I replied to their mail asking how can they do this? I also called them I was been told 3 different reasons 1. Not available with supplier 2. Price has increased 3. Delivery not possible in the area. My question is if this is the reason why did they accept my order and gave me order no and delivery confirmation they shouldn't have accepted the order if they had any issues.after giving order confirmation only I have the right to cancel the order and nobody else. SNAPDEAL CANNOT IN ANY WAY CANCEL MY ORDER. I this this is Snapdeals fraud policy to attract customers with attractive discount and accepting order and then cancelling the same after few days. By this way they can only fool and cheat us. I have been cheated by Snapdeal despite being a genuine regular customer. This letter is to alert all to Beware of SNAPDEAL. I have attached all the proofs of this fraud made by Snapdeal.

When I got it, It was not in good condition and doesn't worked properly.so I registered for replacement complaint under replacement policy but I didn't get any solid response from snapdeal. They denied from replacing the default phone.

                        Ihad purchased quick dry plain water proof sheet double bed from snap dealp worth rs 1800 in 12 emi. Now when I recived the standard chartered credit card stament it showes the emi bt they asked me to pay the full amt when I called credit card company they said its not approved by snap deal .when I call snap deal they said we will check.I end up paying the minimum amt due. I followed up with the bank and snap deal both but till today no resolution. Now I have to pay the Interest to the bank this month as last month I paid the minimum amt due.I am very depressed and dnt knw what to do ..I claim rs one lakh from snap deal and standard chartered bank or from both as because of them I am facing this embarrassment and I am in a deep depression.plz help me to get justice.

                        No resolution yet. At least I should get the refund for the money which I had paid
                        I am getting unnecessary calls from snap deal and they are just fooling me and no resolution yet. If there I justice please give the refund of the product as they have not full filled the promise

                        Today also I called the bank and they said that its a fake offer by snap deal and I have to pay the full amount.and snap deal is not refunding the amount back.I am helpless.

                        No help from consumer complaints .com it was waste of time .

                          Dear Sir/maa'm, My name is Atul Tyagi.I have placed the order on 12th October for iPhone 6 16 gb from Snapdeal, got the package on 14th i was really surprised that they i have delivered the product in 3 days.But it was really embarrassing for me when i have opened the package because it was having only charger and earphone inside the box.I wanted to gift it to my wife on her birthday, she was also veey upset at that point of time.I called Snapdeal raised i complain they asked me to wait for 48 hours i agreed.Then they called me back and said that they will not provide me replacement or refund and they didn't even tell me the reason.I used one of my friends card to make the payment and now need to pay they amount to him.But now the thing is that there is nobody who take cares about the frauds Snapdeal making with customers.That was my first and last purchase from Snapdeal.I got to know how the Snapdeal became a bigger brand in just 5-6 years the reason is they are making fraud with customers.I sent a mail to Mr. Kunal Behl as well but didn't get any positive reply. So now my question is, Is there any way to lodge a complain against Snapdeal to get the resolution.I paid 37000 rupees and got nothing.I will definitely go to consumers court and will post this on every social networking site.If anybody have some other ways please let me know.I will go with media as well as i am in press.

                          My name ia Atul Tyagi.I ordered for iPhone 6 on 12th October and got the package on 14th October.When opened the package i found only charger and earphone inside the package.I raised a complain with reference no 09341994 but didn't get any positive reply.Someone called from Snapdeal and said that they have found some compliance in my account so they will not give me replacement or refund.Now is there anybody who can tell me what compliance u got in my account.It was my first purchase from Snapdeal and paid the amount through my friends credit card.This is very ridiculous that you are neither giving me phone nor refund but atleast tell me the reason for denying to provide replacement or refund.

                          I have already made a video while unpacking the product. I have a proof that i have not received the product do snapdeal have any proof if yes then share with me. Will upload it everywhere, will also twit on Twitter and will escalate this matter through consumer court anf media.This is my write to know the reason for everything whatever happened with me.
                          My name ia Atul Tyagi.I ordered for iPhone 6 on 12th October and got the package on 14th October.When opened the package i found only charger and earphone inside the package.I raised a complain with reference no 09341994 but didn't get any positive reply.Someone called from Snapdeal and said that they have found some compliance in my account so they will not give me replacement or refund.Now is there anybody who can tell me what compliance u got in my account.It was my first purchase from Snapdeal and paid the amount through my friends credit card.This is very ridiculous that you are neither giving me phone nor refund but atleast tell me the reason for denying to provide replacement or refund.

                          I have already made a video while unpacking the product. I have a proof that i have not received the product do snapdeal have any proof if yes then share with me. Will upload it everywhere, will also twit on Twitter and will escalate this matter through consumer court anf media.This is my write to know the reason for everything whatever happened with me.

                              I HV bought 2 things 1 pajama n 2 t shirt using debit card on 3 rd Oct..I HV gvn pajama for replacement n returned d tee as it was of bad quality..called customer care too regarding that..reverse pick up done on 13 th Oct...on 17th their staff called me to tell that pajama is out of stock..so they refunded my money..n when I asked for T-shirt refund..they told me that u done ur payment using cc card n our finance team closed that issue as it was showing sum discrepancy... They wr not even ready to listen my point..I was not at Al at fault.. Kindly respond on dis..I HV placed did complaint 3 dayz back..n still nothing hpnd

                                Here's what I have to say about the cheater company Snapdeal. I had placed an order for a product online on 6th October, 2015 from them and then changed my mind and cancelled the order within 5 minutes. This was done through my credit card. Since their refund policy says amount will be credited back within 7-10 days, I expected my bill cycle will not have the amount reflecting in my statement. To my amaze when the bill got generated on 15th October, 2015, I could still see the amount reflected in my statement. I immediately called up their customer service and the supervisor spoke to me. She said please send us a mail with your credit card statement attached. I did the needful on 16th October, 2015. Its been 4 days since I had sent the mail, but since then I have not heard from them. I have been continuously following up with them, have called up the customer service again, but all that they do is fake promises. I am forced to write this post since what these cheaters claim as hassle free return/refund is just a way to cheat customers into this fraud. All they do is create hassles. Friends & readers, earnest request- kindly do not buy from them. They only know how to get money and have not learned to return it back.                                 I am not getting a resolution. Instead they are now trying to fool me by saying no transaction has been done on the credit card. I have already shared my statement, but its not working. I am now going to file a case against u guys...!!! Cheaters & fraud..!!!

                                  Snapdeal is totally a cheating company. The fully paid order for HP laptop( order no [protected]) not delivered by snap deal inspite of repeated commitment from snap deal. They are probably earning money from interest of paid money for the period ( money refunded ). After order, neither any confirmation is sent thro mail nor any representative provides proper communication .. A totally Delhi based cheating company.

                                    I had purchased a Rechargeable fan on 4/9/2015 (Order ID: [protected] ) and the same delivered 11.9.15.due to Wrong product the same was returned by on 12.09.15, reverse pickup done. But still date the amount was not Credited on my Account(Rs.1500).since the Reverse pickup I follow-up with snap deal about my refund, they told only with 2 working the same will credit on Bank Account but still date that was not happened.                                       Order number [protected]. I have Ordered "Saco Chiclet Keyboard Skin For Lenovo IdeaPad B590" But received the wrong product . So i have Initiated REFUND . A guy from Ecom Express Private Ltd. Courier service came to my home and collected the product and gave me a reciept with Airway Bill number on it. I got a call from Snapdeal asking for the reason for my Refund Request . After 3 more days my ORDER HISTORY has shown that the product cannot be returned since 7 day has passed even though i have initiated RETURN before 7days. When i emailed about this to snapdeal to "[protected]@snapdeal.com" They replied saying "Our courier partner attempted to pick-up your product Saco Chiclet Keyboard Skin For Lenovo IdeaPad B[protected] Laptop of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] but was unsuccessful. " Even though i submitted my proof of evidence by sending the scanned copy of the reciept i got from the courier service . They still keep on saying that they havent been successful at contacting me for returning of the product . If i had not returned i couldnt possibly have the receipt . Yet snapdeal chose to betray my trust . The courier pick up was sent to my house by snapdeal members . So either if snapdeal cheats me or the courier cheat me . I cant be responsible for this loss. All i want is my money back . Help if possible.

                                        I ordered([protected]) for a phone and instead snapdeal has sent me a bag.Very unfortunate that i had made a credit card payment and now i am being cheated by snapdeal.They are refusing to refund my money claiming that their internal team has found some discrepancy but they are unable to explain me what discrepancy it its.I even doubt if they have even investigated the case.They guys probably have a tie up with their vendors and logistic partners to cheating people from time to time.After lodging 3 different case and sending out emails to their CEO and COO i have still not got any response from them and their customer support is so hopeless that they keep providing wrong information so that the customers could respond with good feedback for that stupid survey that come after speaking to them.Please dont buy things from snapdeal and do not promote this fraud site.Just by advertising with big Bollywood hero they are trying to cover up the negative publicity they have...BEWARE OF SNAPDEAL...Now i have spoken to my lawyer and he is drafting a legal notice for the same.
