I had placed an order for a product online on 6th October, 2015 from them and then changed my mind and cancelled the order within 5 minutes. This was done through my credit card. Since their refund policy says amount will be credited back within 7-10 days, I expected my bill cycle will not have the amount reflecting in my statement.
