Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a product Khodiyar Creation Blue Net Stitched Suit (order id- [protected]) on 25 Sep 2015 but the product quality was not like i was expecting so i returned the product under refund policy. In spite of repeated mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com my refunded amount is not credited in my bank a/c.Its going about more than 20 days when their representative told me that your amount will be credit in 4 working days in your bank a/c.But the refunded amount is not credited in my bank account till now. So, kindly help me to short-out this problem. THANKS

    I ordered -- Kenko 10x25 DHSG Roof Binocular worth Rs1597 on date 26th Oct 2015 at approx. 01:00 and paid the amount by my debit card (ATM VISA). After the transaction was complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed and no order information is available on Snapdeal.       The lenovo laptop which was bought from Snapdeal is a defective one and moreover the warranty has already been started 3 months before the purchase of the product. This has raised the question whether the laptop is brand new or not. Hence i have asked the company to refund the cash. But the company has refused to refund and there has been no response over the legal notice that has been sent by my legal advisor. Hence if there is no further response within the next 7 days, i will be forced to register legal complaint at the consumer forum.

        I ordered an ro of luzon dzire to snapdeal for an amount of rs.5245/- on 4.10.2015 in the name of mahender singh negi at o-7/b-3, dilshad garden, new delhi-110095 as it is not available at plot no.669, flat no.S-2, shalimar garden, extn.1, sahibabad(Up)-201005. Ro was shipped on 6.10.2015 but installed by engineer on 8.10.2015 but after 4hrs. The ro stopped working. I complained on 9.10.2015 as service center is available till 7pm. But the engineer visited on 10.10.2015 at 11am. The engineer told me that the membrane is unbranded, it does not control below 100tds as it is showing 200 above tds i.E. 237. On 21.10.2015, the executive snapdeal namely sahi has informed to send job sheet. I sent job sheet 0n 22.10.2015 and richa confirmed at 7:20am. On 24.10.2015, venkatesh informed me to seek doa letter from company so that ro may be replaced. I at once informed company to send doa letter but denied. It highly here that every time the snapdeal told during complain that your money is secure. Now, snapdeal rejected my request by informing that the period of 7 days expired and say sorry. I mention here that the had expired due to non attending the complain timely. During two time visiting, the engineer charged 700/- and assured me on 23.10.2015 that the membrane would be replaced by charging rs.500/-. I prepared for this but nobidy is listening my concern. Pl help me.
        It may be appreciated if resolution is done
        I shall be grateful if my product could get repaired/replaced with GOOD MEMBRANE

          .ID [protected]. Wrst exp on my 1st shopping exp on SnapDeal. Ordered a Yu Unique and a groovy case. While the case arrived, the phone order got canceled without any intimation. On inquiring the customer care without even understanding my problem, offered me a 100 rupee note as if I am begging for it. Surprisingly I got a mail stating my order is on the way while it is showing canceled in the app. Is it so frustrating to shop on SD ???

In this set i was using 5 lit pressure cooker, recently i unboxed 3 litre pressure cooker and start using. but its was faulty which is blasted due to that I met with accident. Please look into this. I biught this because its showing its authorized by ISI mark.

              Dear Sir, I have placed the order on 13 oct 2015 Order number [protected], Philips QT4011 Trimmer Black and paid through credit card 1349/-. I have been waiting for my product more than a weak. But yesterday (21-Oct 2015) suddenly you are sending a messge that we could not complete your delivery because the product has been lost in the shipment by courier partner. But as per the tracking the product has been packed and waiting for courier pickup on14 Oct 2015. (Screen shot attached), now suddenly you have cancelled my order. I called u r customer care ([protected] AT 7:59 PM DT: 21-oct-2015) they said the same that we have lost the product in shipment, this is a right way to say and this a right reason from a reputed organization. You dint feel childish that saying product is lost in shipping. Totally disappointment with your customer service. If product is lost in shipment means, it’s your response to arrange a new one and to deliver me on time. But you are simply cancelling the order and refunding me. When i spoke to your customer care executive (I think his name is vipin not sure - spoke with higher authority) they could not understand the customers point of view. I have ordered the product for Rs 1350/- now that product Price is 1650/-, so it’s clear that you could not afford the product in that price and your playing fool with the customer. You will give advertisement that products are in offer, on trusting you we will be buying the product with full paid cash, after a weak you will say a childish answer to the customer. Does u think that we are mad to believe all this stories. I am totally displeasure with you. You’re cheating the people by attractive advertisement in the newspaper. I have paid the money, you have kept my money for more than a weak so give me the compensation for the loss incurred for me. I have more trust on snapdeal.i am using snapdeal right from the beginning where you were famous in restaurants deals, Now it’s completely bad on your service. Very worst reply to customer who is eagerly waiting for the product. This is totally a cheating act. If you give me product with the same price and deliver it with in a weak i will trust you, will appreciate your customer service and will promote your deals. Don’t lose your brand name and trust which we have kept on you. Kindly take this compliant as very serious one and do me the needful. I will be very happy if you deliver the product with in a weak for what i paid. I don’t want refund amount from you. I want you to deliver the product that’s it.                 I ordered xolo era on snapdeal and recieved a faulty product.It has a very very poor camera and its backcover is not fitting nicely. I requested snapdeal to return my product but they are not taking any response .They are asking me to go to xolo care and get written document.I am getting the worst service from snapdeal .                   Not a value for money... Color is different then in image.. Difference is significant so you can easily make it out even threading is not good...After I placed exchange the product then a phone call coming to me and said that in 3 days their pickup team will receive the product and refund the money in 7 days. But still today probably one month no one has come to take the product.

                      I have purchased the product(order id:[protected]) on 21 September the product was not good that's why i asked refund. snapdeal takes the refund request. i got a mail from snapdeal your refund amount will return you with in 4 days after that i waited for 4 days but amount not returned. so i called to snapdeal customer care they said your amount returned, i said not yet received and customer care officer asked my bank statement to check refund status. i send the document to customer care mail. i called customer care after 4 days, they said some technical issues happen you can wait 48hrs. again i have waited 48hrs but my amount not returned. after two days i called to customer care again. they told me to refund is failed you can wait 48hrs. once again i called to snapdeal after 48hrs complete, i have contacted with snapdeal customer care supervisor. they finally said you can wait 24hrs maximum. but not yet received still now itself. so i have called today after 36hrs one of the customer care supervisor again said to wait max 24hrs. very worst service in snapdeal don't buy the snapdeal product.

                        First I received my order #[protected] of philips trimmer qt 4006, they sent me a used product. Box was cracked and open. Next day i received my other order (same order id item 2). It was side bag for my bike and they sent me tyre lights. I'm totally frustrated with snapdeal . Why are they doing this with their customers!

                          Hi Team I purchased a smart phone T Max M1 4GB blue from an online portal Snapdeal.com. I received my order and used my phone successfully for one week. But from 8 day onwards, my phone is not working even it is not getting started. I tried to contact “T Max Company to replace my phone as it is in warranty period. But all the information about the company are not authentic which is mentioned on the packing box of the phone. I also tried to contact to online portal Snapdeal.com to replace my under warranty phone but still we do not receive any response from their side.                               Hi I am Md Naushad . On 28/09/2015 i ordered for MICROMAX SPARK Q380 though snapdeal and received the package on 3/10/2015. On using the peroduct I found out it was an used one which got overheated and froze frequently.So on 7.10.2015 I sent back the package but I am yet to get the refund back after 30 days.Moreover whenever i call on the c.c number they say request initiated and refund will be in 48 hours.This happened 20 times in last 6 days but am yet to receive a call or any money back from Snapdeal.So i want this matter to be fixed as soon as possible, or I will move court.                               my registered email [protected]@gmail.com, , reference number[protected], mob-[protected], order id-[protected].your representative always saying that i get my refund after 4 working days and when this working days completed they said sir we having some technical issue so our team contact you within 48 hours.after contacting refund team they again saying sir you just wait 4 days so it's happen with me again and again last 35 days

                                  Sir, maine ek cloth order kiya tha snapdeal se but jab mujhe ye pasand nahi aaya to maine company ke policy ke according use 7 day ke andar return kar diya.but mujhe ab tak refund nahi mila aur company ke taraf se hamesha jhutha vaada kiya gaya aur is wazah se call karne mein mera bahut balance bhi lag gaya.

                                        I purchased RJ Product Red Cotton Embroided Cotton Bolster Cover Set of 2 on 05.0.2015 and the same has been returned back to snapdeal on 08.09.2015 with SND 1309125 and Suborder code -[protected] and the ticket no 06768115. Since that return i made lot of calls to customer and mailed with my bank a/c NEFT details also sevaral times but no response till date.

                                        Snapdeal — Refund not yet received for more than 45 days


                                        Still i did't received my refund of Just Rs.299/-. Snapdeal Company does't have Rs.299/-in their bank account to transfer. How long it takes to generate that Rs.299/- to pay. I never had this type of worst experience in my life. Snapdeal is the most worst online shopping in india. If they are not able to pay the amount i will give this amount as welfare for their company /staff. More than 45 days over still they are not able to refund means their intention is to cheat.
