I ordered xolo era on snapdeal and recieved a faulty product.It has a very very poor camera and its backcover is not fitting nicely. Not a value for money... Color is different then in image.. Difference is significant so you can easily make it out even threading is not good...After I placed exchange the product then a phone call coming to me and said that in 3 days their pickup team will receive the product and refund the money in 7 days. But still today probably one month no one has come to take the product....
