When i got my product all thing was good except
1. Heating of Mobile &

when I call to above no the executive TOLD ME SOME STEPS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM and also register complain no 1504004 BUT STILL THE MOBILE HAS SAME PROBLEM.

THEN SHE HAS ADVICE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AT THE EARLIEST AS THE PROBLEM CAN'T BE RECTIFIED.

    I have ordered scube heating pad & vaporizer- combo offer - item code- ha1361793 order no- [protected] suborder no- [protected] on dated 15.10.15 . I am shocked to see the heating pad is there but instead of vaporizer some pieces of thermocoat is there . I believe it was not by mistake as the size of pieces of thermocoat was intensionally made to match the size of vaporizer .Its not a matter of rs 348/- only but the trust and quality which we look from the company are getting vanished .         I made an order for Intex Aqua 3G pro smartphone (Rs. 3499) at 9:23am 18.oct.2015 on this number ( [protected]) and just after that I found the same phone is being sold at cheaper price some where else. So I made a call at 9.48 am 18.oct.2015 to cancel the order. but No action was taken and at the evening, there is a msg came about that parcel has dispached and courier will be come within before 25 oct, 2015 This is just annoying and disgusting thing that is happedned . I think suitable action should be taken against the customer care executive who is responsible for all this.

          I bought a Fastrack watch from Snapdeal, i requested return the next day as the watch was too big for my wrist. Got a call from Snapdeal and the guy over phone refused to return the watch as there was no fault from there side and the watch was delivered in perfect condition.           After a 10 minutes call and enquiring abt the product's condition, Snapdeal arranged for a refund for the watch i had bought.

            I am Tina, Philips HL1632 Juicer Mixer Grinder, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item), Placed on Sun, 11 Oct, 2015, Order delivered on 13 th oct- refund request raised on 17 th oct. because the product was faulty and not at all user friendly. The snap deal website says 7 days easy refund policy and 100 % money back . Because of this guaranty only I purchased this product online.On 18th oct i got a call from snap deal saying this product cannot be exchanged or refunded and i have to take it to the Philips service center myself to rectify the faulty product when inquired about the reason for not mentioning the return policy of the product Mr Mandeep the supervisor of snapdeal customer care gave me reason that branded products cannot be faulty beyond repair. some screen shot of the website of snap deal is attached to show how they are hiding the most important facts about the product return policy and on the contrary luring the customer by saying 7 days easy return policy and 100% money back in case if we are not satisfied with the product.they are cheating the customers by hiding the important facts. I would want a refund for this product as mentioned in the website and ofcourse for misleading the customer by mentioning fancy policies which actually doesnt exist. they should learn from other e-commercewebsite.

              I placed an order for Philips QT4011 trimmer on 16 October 2015 during sale worth Rs. 1379. The payment was made through Sbi net banking via INB AVENUES PVT. LTD. payment gateway reference no CCACJ1AW421IG0AVVXNJ0 but the order is not showing in my order history and i didnt have an order ID as it was mentioned that your order is initiated and will be confirmed soon which never happened. i can not log a complaint on snapdeal weebsite as an order id is required. please look into the matter.

                My order no [protected] was returned and cancelled without intimating me.I will never purchase any product henceforth. on 13 oct I ordered hp 15-ac098tu laptop paid through credit card... on 16th my order was returned and cancelled saying courier company was notable to contact me. this was the stupid reason which is not acceptable at all. and my funds has been initiated to my card which will be credited in my card account in 4 to 5 days. I also spoke to customer advisor relating to same issue... but no positive response from them... I wanted my product and not the money... Today I got a call from snapdeal regretting thier fault and want me re initiate the order today they will compensate me of Rs 500/- but I order the product at Rs 24990/- during sale period and now the same product price is Rs 28654/- plus I will not get the 10% cash back on my credit card I had applied earlier so i wanted them to give me same product at Rs 24990 which was the original costing during my earlier booking. hence I want to log a complaint againt Snapdeal for above scenario so that further no other customer can be treated like this.                   I have done online shopping at snapdeal order no #[protected], i have placed an order for ray-ban wayfarer sunglasses.At the time of delievery they didnt allow me to open the order & check the product.Later on i found the product was damaged, i asked for replacement or reffund but one of their customer care repersentive Aarushi saying we cant replace or refund. Snapdeal claims that they have 7 days easy return & some trust pay policy.                         Chronology Oct 12, 2015 midnight Sale commences I place orders worth Rs. 10086 on EMI using my Standard Chartered credit card and receive confirmation of payment Order ID [protected]. After 18 hours Snapdeal website does not have a record of my order though they acknowledge the financial transaction. Instead of helping me they decide to refund the money within 4 working days. My bank account shows the refund on Oct 14, 2015. Copies of transaction and my bank statement are attached. I place another order for similar items but this time COD. The total amount Rs.10527 Order ID : [protected]. Copy of invoice and photo of product attached. I receive the wrong hard disks on Oct 17, 2015 which are cheaper by about Rs 500 each. The model delivered to me is WD10JVPX and the one they advertised was WD10SPCX which they claimed is newer and hence more expensive. In addition I have lost due to COD. Payment by credit card entitled me to a 10% discount during the sale period. Called up Snapdeal again. They once again are very unreasonable and agreed for a reverse pickup but the refund will take more than a week. I have suffered so much, mental torture, waste of time and hassle dealing with the bank to reverse the EMI which by the way attracts penalty. My questions are very simple: 1. Why are companies like Snapdeal allowed to start a sale when they do not have the infrastructure? 2. Why is Snapdeal having such a poor business practice? Rather than ensuring prompt delivery of the right product, let alone being apologetic and appropriately compensating the customer they take us for a ride. I hope the Govt. takes strong action and imposes stiff penalties on Snapdeal.

                          I know it;s wierd but none can imagine how a reputable company can make mistakes like these . I recently bought two headphones priced at 350 and 370 each during this diwali sale and guess what ? it changed prices evrytime i switched to a new webpage and by the time i had ordered it already increased the price to new level.i did email them but they did not even reply for a week. it was at this point when it was neccessary to write it here. I now recieved my headphones separately. i had problem with the price increase of the headphones(first one) but i let it go.The second one And it was so PATHETIC to watch it unrap. the packaging couldnt be any bad but the shock came when i saw the mrp whci was fixed at 310 RS!!! and I bought in the diwali sale at RS 350! (discounted price)What kind of maths is this?

                              I had ordered a bean bag seeing at picture which was with beans On 1 side there was written that it is without beans but I missed to read it. I was oredering bean bag for first time so i haf no knowledge that it can be bought sep Now after receiving the order I raised a request for new bean bag Raised a new request for a bean bag with cover Sanpdeal called back and saying they will NOT take the product back as they had mentioned its without beans What the hell????? Will I penalised even if I had put a new order there and then?

                                Snapdeal FCOFFER not credited: I have placed order no. [protected], on which there was FCOFFER of Rs. 500/- cash back coupons. They are not reflecting in my FreeCharge account and also there was Rs. 100/- SD cash back for using mobile app. Which is also not credited to my SnapDeal account.

                                  I had ordered a Mi4i 16GB with reference number 09656696 from snapdeal, today when i got the delivery i received a stone instead of the phone. The delivery happened around 1:30 pm from GoJavas Courier, the following is the delivery boys number [protected]. The delivery boy refused to come back when i told him that a stone was delivered instead of the phone and said he will not be able to give a refund and i need to contact snapdeal for the same.
