When i got my product all thing was good except
1. Heating of Mobile &
2. The screen goes off during calling and receiving of call with isolation of any key i.e THE MOBILE BECOME DEAD DURING CALL

when I call to above no the executive TOLD ME SOME STEPS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM and also register complain no 1504004 BUT STILL THE MOBILE HAS SAME PROBLEM.
THEN SHE HAS ADVICE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AT THE EARLIEST AS THE PROBLEM CAN'T BE RECTIFIED.
But now the Snapdeal is not giving any response regarding this issues.
