Firstly i would like to start by saying this is the worst company to deal with. i don't know how people are still buying from there site, i am going to raise the level and go to consumer court regarding Snap Deal investing my money in their interest instead of refunding it to me. i am doiing my calculations and wil sue them for the total amount they will make out by investing my money into some wrong kinf=d of businesse rather than returning my money to me. i have been calling them for last 20 days, they never come back to person regarding the problem and put u on hold for unlimited time in name of connecting you to their superiors, as if their superior are living on some other planet all together. Biggest problem is they don't care about how they are putting a person through unbearable and constant stress, they are not realising that everyone's time is as important as is theirs. At last i would conclude by saying "JANTA MAAF NAHI KAREGI"

    I had bought abt 5 blue star Ac's in snapdeal But they cheated me by saying wrong information abt product Blue star company also said to snapdeal not to sell cnhw18raf Ac's to customers But they cheated by keeping wrong information in website I asked them but they r not responding properly First they told they will take the product but now they told they won't take any product return They harassed me a lot it not a simple amount it's about 1 lakh 70 thousand they cheat me in lot of money I think only one option for me

      I am ordered htc desire 820 16gb on 23rd oct my order id is [protected] and when i received this order on 29th oct i am open the parcel i am shocked!!! because when i open the box i found samsung guru 1200 mobile then we complain on my account section regarding wrong product delivered and my complain number is 10941206 and i call to the customer care executive then they says that your request will process and it solves lastly 48hrs and now 48hrs are completed then i call to the customer care and now at a time they also says that your request is in process kindly wait and they don't commit any time please help me

        Yellow elegance handbag... Ordered placed on 13 the oct... First of all the xpressbees courier partner of snap deal delivered the product so late.. N daily used to send a msg dat the delivery boy is out for delivery n den after 2 3 hrs again sends a msg dat the customer was not available for receiving the product... But it was not true.. We were available daily to receive it no delivery boy used to come.. We contacted snapdeal numerous time then after 2 - 3 calls finally the product was delivered on 28 the oc. Guess what... It a delay me baad wrong product was delivered and dat too fake brand not original once doesn't have original elegance logo also... Ek toh snapdeal doesnt have a toll free number. Daily 5 rs for call charge. Still we requested for reverse pickup... The same day another product order i'd [protected] get glamr shoes was delivered. According to the size chart i ordered 38 eu as my length 24 cm is 38 eu.. But can u imagine the shoe s was soooo small as if its of a kid. Of😈quested a reverse pickup for this shoes toooo... Now tell me tell you its return in the app dat reverse pickup is initiated within 3 - 4 business day but one day i get a email dat reverse pickup cannot be initiated n plz u only deliver the product to us via any national courier. I went to bluedart they told 700for shoes n 1000 for bag.. I called snapdeal then the customer executive told me mam don't wry u go for speed post again i went there they told 600 for shoes 645 for bag i called the snapdeal they told mam we will arrange a reverse pickup.. Today mrng again i get a call dat mam reverse pickup nhi ho sakta.. Wat the hell does this snap deal think of😈??? We customers are fool.. I need a strick action against this... I will not deliver the product... Snap deal needs to arrange the pickup n i want my cash back... N i will never ever order anything from this...

        i m a regular cutomer and have purchased, returned many items from my vasai address.

        now for recent product order id: [protected]-juicer miver grinder i got damaged product and they are saying they can to arrange reverse pickup. they are telling me to courier. what the hell. i have already did many returns from the same address. snapdeal are big cheaters. i got idea of starting days of online in india, where company used to deliver bogus products and chaeting people. snapdeal is same..big cheater. moreover they are thinking customers are fools...

        i am not going to courier product. now onwards will never purchase anythin from snapdeal. i am going to delete my snapdeal account for forever.

            When you search Gionee elife e8 mobile on snapdeal it shows price rs. 34999 and when you click this product for buy this shows R's. 42000 thousand . Fee days back it was showing selling prise 34999 and mrp 36000 something. After some days it's showing selling g price 42000 and mrp price 43000 something. Snapdeal is completely fooling people. Another complain about the same product is, snapdeal not shows any negative feedback of product which is submitted by users. You can only see 5 star feedback for this product. You don't see start 4'3'2'1 feedback on snapdeal. I complain snap deal by calling regarding same issue. I got email from then saying there's is software issue. Why this working for all product on snapdeal and why not for Gionee elife e8 mobile. I really don't like to buy anything on snapdeal but this mobile is only available on snapdeal in India. That's what snapdeal is trying to earn more money by fooling customer. When are you showing actual product price and negative feedback of product which are submitted by customers.

I had complained many time regarding my refund but they are not provided me refund till date. Please can anybody help me to take my money back from snapdeal.

                Hi, i am writing this to submit a complain against two companies here regarding their behavior (Harassment) issue with their customers. This is regarding a product (Order id :[protected]) which i bought from snap deal (An e commerce company) and gojavas (A courier company). Actually what happened, i have ordered a product from snapdeal and it was delivered on 28/10/2015 via gojavas people. I have received my order in the morning time and paid them rs. 992 from my citibank credit card ending with 5022. However, i had an issue with the product because of that, i have requested for a return of that particular product and return my money back from snapdeal in my sbi savings account. An other courier boy came in the afternoon and picked up my parcel and gave me the receipt of it, however, the same courier boy came in the afternoon around 4 pm as if i was going to my office, told me that the payment i paid today was not through and i had to pay that money again. I then called my bank again and being told that it was a successful transaction, i told the same to him, also sent him the same transaction message on his personal number, but then he called someone who told me that i had to pay that money again as it was not a successful transaction, i told him again that it is a successful transaction as my bank has already verified it twice but he tried to threaten me and insulted me alot, i then went for my office as i was getting late for my office.In the evening i got a call from [protected] and person identified himself from snapdeal told me that the issue has been resolved and we have initiated your refund. I told him that i have received the paymnt in my sbi sacings account. Then on the next day on 29/10/2015, these courier boy started calling me in the afternoon as i was sleeping and finally i woke up and answered his call, told me that he was waiting at my gate. I went to my doorstep and saw that he was not alone, there was an other guy with him who didn't identify himself and forced me to make a payment once again, i tried to explain him all the things and sent him an email also which i received from snapdeal and his email id was [protected]@gmail.com but then he called someone named ashish tripathi, told me that he was also from snapdeal. He then forced me to make a payment but i told him that i have all the proofs and the request is already been closed but he told me that we will go legal, called me from [protected] and insulted me that said i am a bad customer who do not want to pay, i felt very insulted then these both guys left my place. I called snapdeal again, told them about the same and they have registered my request but nothing is happend yet. I want you to please take a strict action against these people as they have wasted my time and threatened me and because of this, i got a warning letter from my organization for coming late to the office, i need your help to do something on this.

                You guys are unbelievable. .today i have received an other call from two person stating that when will you pay this money 992rs.i spoke to the c.c.e., she transferred me to her floor supervisor, she also didn't help and hung up my phone.this guy Ashish tripathi again called me today from [protected] no.                   Sir/madam I placed an order of two shoes of cost Rs 7226 on 26th OCT 2015, i made payment by debit card. My order no. is [protected].BUT one product is delivered but other Reebok One Lite Blue Sport Shoes is cancelled.They promise me to deliver product between 01-NOV-2015 to 05-NOV 2015. But on 30-OCT-2015 i receive a massage from snapdeal that your order had been cancelled & amount will be refunded in 4 to 5 day.I contact the customer care they 1st told me that your payment is not cleared yet so we cancelled your order, i said him that i want to talk some higher level parson of company they disconnect my call.Then i called back & tell my problem this time they said your order was cancelled because the product was out of stock but on the site product is still in stock but the price was increased to Rs 9500. They suggest me to order product with increased price.I placed my complaint to snapdeal with complaint no.[protected] no solution is provided.                         One more disappointment from snap deal within 4 days.. Earlier my order was Cancelled & this time the delivery boy refused to deliver the product at my location that was mentioned in address details only.. I had an injury in my leg & my friend was having lunch.. I asked delivery boy to come inside n hand over the product to me.. He refused to come inside and asked to cancel my order.. The biggest mistake of my life to shop with snapdeal.. Again a wastage of time.. Hope I ll be compensated for that n ll get refund of my online payment.. Neither will shop with snapdeal again nor suggest anyone to shop with this worst site again..

                          I placed the order for Krazy Katz Hunk Plain Polo T-shirts through order no. [protected] on 30.09.2015. I also received the product but due to some specific reason i made the call to make the arrangement for reverse pickup. the product was also reverse picked up by your concerned courier partner. After that i received the call from your care centre to give the bank details, i also gave the same but almost 1 month has been passed, no refund has been credited to my account. Therefore you are kindly requested to make the refund to my account so that my faith in your company may duly maintained.

                              I Ordered V-Guard Pebble Metallica 15 Liters Geyser in snapdeal.com site as comparatively less price and also discussed with customer care person to send purple color product on the same day. But I received the blue color product after a week and also it is a 3 years old product without having V-Gaurd company seal. Immediately I raised a ticket with Snapdeal. After two days they called and said they cannot take it back since it is an electronic product and you can use company warranty if you get any problem on the old stock. they are not at all listening my voice and cut the call and also now they are telling you exceeded the return requesting time.

My casback of 10% was to be credited on or before 30 september, 2015 but still i have not received my cashback . This is what you do guys you can't solve a single complaint within a month ?

                                I received a call from snapdeal superiors & my cashback was processed & within 5 days my cashback was credited to my bank a/c but it was very delay & i had a very bad experience regarding snapdeal.

                                  Original cost of the product is 35000 in JBL home site itself but these snap deal people quoted mrp as 50000 and they are selling at 20890. They are creating an illusion that they are giving great discount on the product. But in fact they are just giving 40% discount and they have quoted that they are giving 58% discount. I have already raised this issue with snap deal some long time back and they don't bother about the issue and they haven't changed the price.

                                  As mentioned I was about to purchase few days back at that time I have noticed the issue and same was informed to your customer care executive and he promised me that he will escalate this issue and will be rectified accordingly. But till now it was not rectified.

                                    I am unable to apply promo codes as I am getting error message as "This promo code is not supposed to be used manually". Even though the promo codes are valid.
