Snapdeal is a totally cheating company. I placed order for one HP laptop and paid full amount. Neither snapdeal made any communication confirming order thro' mail nor followed up order despatch status time to time except some sms communication from their courier. finally after repeated confirmation to deliver the product, they have not delivered the product( money refunded ... not verified) . finally it is proved that they are cheaters and probably earning money thro' interest of paid amount.

    I had ordered a mobile on 12th OCT with online payment and it got shipped to Banglore west on 14th OCT but now its 20th OCT and i haven't received the product yet and they still require 24hrs more to deliver the product.Even though the address is quite center to the city and hardly requires few hours they still need a time of more than a week. God knows how will be the product which will be delivered.

        I ordered blue fast track watch but I received wrong product, yellow watch instead of blue and that yellow watch is having a tag of Rs 750 MRP while I paid Rs 1628 by cash on delivery..I tried to return or replace in the policy period and I made a contact but they are not replying..now I want refund of payment of Rs 1628..

                I placed an order five days back with snapdeal . at that time an item was showing available as well as deliverable to my pin code . after five says I suddenly receive a message from them saying that they have cancelled my order. They gave no reason of cancellation ! Upon calling them they informed me that the item was not deliverable to my pin code. Well they accepted the payment only because it was !!! This is Sheer fraud ! Consumer department and online retail police please help me with this case. Take strong action against the vendor snapdeal for such fraud !!! Other buyers be watchful and prepared for such episodes !!!

                      I ordered (No.[protected]) for the item and I have not cancelled my order while I have already paid for the amount. From track record of the Courier I noticed that on 16.10.15 at 14.33:55 'Shipments arrives at Pickup center KOLKATA' and on 17.10.15 at 15:17:18 "Shipment at Delivery location KOLKATA" but from Snapdeal Track I notice that due to return by Courier on 17.10.15 at 04.27 AM my order has been cancelled. I d'nt understand how it has been cancelled on 17.10.15 at 04.27 AM by Snapdeal when it has been noticed at Track record of the Ecom Exp. Courier that on 17.10.15 at 15:17:18 the shipment at Delivery location KOLKATA as above and also I continuously contacted the Courier over phone since 11th when phoned to me for delivery .                         Vide Order No. [protected] I placed order for Eveready 7W(Pack of 2) LED Bulb with free 4Pc Eveready Ultima Alkaline AAA battery Item Code: DL059905, Sub Order No: [protected]. One packet was delivered to me on 18.10.2015 in the morning. I collected the packet and made payment. On opening the packet i found only two LED bulbs and 4Pc battery were not there. I reported this to Customer care immediately vide No.09740856. Today in the morning I received a missed call on my registered mobile [protected] at 12.08PM from 66795200 and by the time I lifted the phone it was discoonnected. Through mail I immediately responded and also talked to the customer care and gave alternate No. [protected]. I did not receive any call from your side on either of these numbers. I received a mail that the complaint has been closed. It is a case of cheating and fraud. Cost of 4Pc battery is Rs.40/- and it hardly matters. the issue is if a Company or its dealer are so cheap that they offer some free bees to sell their product and then back out who would come back to you to make purchases. Without communicating with the customer over phone or on mail how the complaint can be closed. What is the hurry to close the case unilaterly. It becomes your duty to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer once the customer brought to your notice the cheating by your staff or by your dealer who dispatched the goods. I hope to re establish faith in your Co. you would take action against the concerned Dealer or staff for this act of dis honesty.                           I had buyed Mi4i from snapdeal on 22 september and due to technical problem in handset like battery over-heating issue I had retured on 2nd day itself and person from snapdeal came to pick the item in 2 days . On 3rd Oct my NEFT got confirmed and same was conveyed via Mail but as per 7 day return policy I am still waiting for my money to be credited to my account. I had mailed them 4 times and called 3 times but people from customer care are just giving date to me but not returning my money. Please look into the issue at the earliest. Thanks, Ajay S

                                  I bought 2 strontium SD card worth rs 1260 from Snapdeal
                                  After two days of delivery one of them was not working & after 5 day another was also not working then I complain for return then he didn't proceed on my complain but when I complained here four days ago then then they proceed on my complain & refund
                                  But today I received only rs 630 in my freecharge wallet

                                  Please refund my total rs 1260

                                  Please refund my remaining 630

                                    This is regarding d nuisance done n pathetic drastic condition of snapdeal team..Mainly d supervisiors which are not ready to listen n solve customer queries..

                                    I ll make sure that from now onwards me n any of my known friends n relatives opt snapdael to buy anythng...

                                    I purchased ap pulse black cotton tee order no. [protected] and slumber jill pyjama o no. [protected] on 3rd oct using debit card in d name of priya prabhati...I got d product on 9th oct, , the quality of tshirt was not gud so i loogged the complaint to return d tee on the same day and for pyjama i asked for replacement as it was unfit.

                                    The reverse pick up was done on 13 th oct... After five dayz i called cust care for inquiring the details of d product i returned n gave for replacement...I told them to transfer my money in sdwallet n gv me d replacement of pyjama as it was showing d availability of d size i want...
                                    That formality was done i confirmed d executive twice that is it possible that if i did my payment with debit card so whn i returned d product i can get the cash in sd wallet...He told me that it will transfer in ur sd wallet not in automatically... Ur debit card automatically.
                                    I confirmed d same thng with another executive on d very next day..
                                    On 17 th oct i got d call from snapdeal that the pajama i asked for replacement is out of stock now...I told them that whn i chcked it showed the avalability he said we cant do anythng as itis now out of stock..We can refunf your money ..., , in that particular product i wasted 50 rs in making calls.

                                    I told that exective to transfer money in sd wallet thn..He said mam it will transfer in ur debit card only...I told him the entire conversation with ur exeutives to confirm that is it possible to transfer money in waallet...He said he cant do it...Its a mistake by our executives...So why ur team is not guiding ur cc staff to gv d right information to customers..
                                    I called again and had a word with a floor supervisor named pankaj...N after a long argument he said my money will transfer in sd wallet...Again i wasted 25 min calls n my precious time in d nuissance done by dis untrained staff..

                                    At the same time i toldpankaj to return d money of tee then another issue came with a shock..He said that process od tee is closed as it was some discrepencies as u done ur payment using credit card...I told him that i didd the purchasing using debit card at the same time for both d products.. But he wads not redy to listen anythng...N very abruptly he refused to help me in dis case, , , , next day
                                    I vcalled again d executive hina told me that we got ur products imn !7th itself n will refund ur money after aquality chck...Again a confusion...I asked her to tranfer my call to sum senior ...She transfered my call to bushra anothet supervisor d employee which i nver seen in myn life talking to the customer d way she is just wasting her time...She told me d same thing pankaj told me day before..Iasked her for a help that customer is not at fault u r wasting my money, , ..But not giving an ear she juz said that issue closed by our finance team n i cant help...
                                    I want a written explanation for al dis...N want my refund od tee n waiver of my long calls soon, , , wil go to consumer forum too ...That dese ppl make wrong promises to sevr their customers better...
                                    Chk each my detail n gv me d revert soon as dis is not d customers fault..Its d carelessness ..O[censored]r pathetic staff

                                      Hi, i ordered American swan grey jeans on 28th September 2015 and it was delivered to me on 29th September i wasn't happy with the fitting so i placed a return request on 29th September itself and it was reversed pickup by NUVO EX on 30th September.Its been 20 days now i haven't got my refund. Everytime i call on customer care they tell the same thing that my request has been forwarded to higher authority bt still they haven't resolved my problem. They asked for my bank statement stating that they have initiated the refund, i have given my bank statement twice bt still the same response from Snapdeal. I'm highly disappointed with Snapdeal's services. Its a lifetime lesson to me not to buy any thing from Snapdeal ever. My order id is [protected]. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                        My Skullcandy earphone which I bought from Snapdeal has gone faulty due to internal issue. Then I contacted the Service station they infor, ed me to send the product via courier. I sent the faulty piece, they have inspected and send me a reply email that the product is duplicate and I need to contact the seller. I contacted snapdeal customer care and informed the same issue sharing all the details with documents. Now snapdeal representatives are not giving me any satisfactory resolution for my product.
