This is regarding d nuisance done n pathetic drastic condition of snapdeal team..Mainly d supervisiors which are not ready to listen n solve customer queries..
I ll make sure that from now onwards me n any of my known friends n relatives opt snapdael to buy anythng...
I purchased ap pulse black cotton tee order no. [protected] and slumber jill pyjama o no. [protected] on 3rd oct using debit card in d name of priya prabhati...I got d product on 9th oct, , the quality of tshirt was not gud so i loogged the complaint to return d tee on the same day and for pyjama i asked for replacement as it was unfit.
The reverse pick up was done on 13 th oct... After five dayz i called cust care for inquiring the details of d product i returned n gave for replacement...I told them to transfer my money in sdwallet n gv me d replacement of pyjama as it was showing d availability of d size i want...
That formality was done i confirmed d executive twice that is it possible that if i did my payment with debit card so whn i returned d product i can get the cash in sd wallet...He told me that it will transfer in ur sd wallet not in automatically... Ur debit card automatically.
I confirmed d same thng with another executive on d very next day..
On 17 th oct i got d call from snapdeal that the pajama i asked for replacement is out of stock now...I told them that whn i chcked it showed the avalability he said we cant do anythng as itis now out of stock..We can refunf your money ..., , in that particular product i wasted 50 rs in making calls.
I told that exective to transfer money in sd wallet thn..He said mam it will transfer in ur debit card only...I told him the entire conversation with ur exeutives to confirm that is it possible to transfer money in waallet...He said he cant do it...Its a mistake by our executives...So why ur team is not guiding ur cc staff to gv d right information to customers..
I called again and had a word with a floor supervisor named pankaj...N after a long argument he said my money will transfer in sd wallet...Again i wasted 25 min calls n my precious time in d nuissance done by dis untrained staff..
At the same time i toldpankaj to return d money of tee then another issue came with a shock..He said that process od tee is closed as it was some discrepencies as u done ur payment using credit card...I told him that i didd the purchasing using debit card at the same time for both d products.. But he wads not redy to listen anythng...N very abruptly he refused to help me in dis case, , , , next day
I vcalled again d executive hina told me that we got ur products imn !7th itself n will refund ur money after aquality chck...Again a confusion...I asked her to tranfer my call to sum senior ...She transfered my call to bushra anothet supervisor d employee which i nver seen in myn life talking to the customer d way she is just wasting her time...She told me d same thing pankaj told me day before..Iasked her for a help that customer is not at fault u r wasting my money, , ..But not giving an ear she juz said that issue closed by our finance team n i cant help...
I want a written explanation for al dis...N want my refund od tee n waiver of my long calls soon, , , wil go to consumer forum too ...That dese ppl make wrong promises to sevr their customers better...
