    I ordered laptop on 28/07/2015 through order no [protected], paid through SBI debit card with 10% cashback offer, as per their notice and mail by customer executive, cash back should be received on or before 29/09/2015. i still not received the amount. After 1/10/2015, i mailed them twice about the issue, no answer from their end.

    No reply for mail even after 6 days was shocking, Snapdeal team has call me twice for the same, also they replied for mail, after my complaint. they might have resolved issue before 1 day i complaint on forum mostly Any transaction from my account leaves message, but no message received. I checked my account yesterday at bank, confirmed payment received 3 days before. Thanks to you and snapdeal team for support.

        Hello I had ordered Redmi 2 Prime mobile Phone on Oct 5, 2015 from SnapDeal which got deliver to me 6 days ago i.e.on Oct 10, 2015 . But I am getting complaints about my voice clarity(Mike problem) through this phone . I had not faced the same problem on any other device with same sim card. I have requested for refund but the snapdeal customer care executive called me up and they are stating that I first need to go the the customer service centre and get job sheet from there, only then my refund request will be initiated. But the problem is there is no customer service centre located near my place and if It is, I don't have enough time to go there . Its their responsibility to provide their customers the flawless services and products .

            I placed an order for redmi2 prime on 27th Sept for Rs.6999/-, but on 28th i saw an offer where the same phone sold in Rs.6582/- screen shot attached herewith. since product not deliver to me i was eligible for cash back offer as well as new price. flipkart and amazon will do justify these cases by returning the price differnce if any in transit.

              I have ordered a ASUS ZenPower 10050mAh power bank on September 28, 2015, after 20 days the order got automatically cancelled. The first issue is the courier service, the product was delivered was e-com courier the courier company is itself a fraud company, numerous people from my company facing the same issue with e-com courier, either they will stole the product or will tell you that the product is already delivered to you. Second is snapdeal itself, how they can cancel the order by them self. they are cheating with the people, on the name of big diwali sale they are cheating with the people.

              Please re-send the product with different courier partner!!
              This has happened with me three times now.
              If you can't deliver the thing just don't take the orders.
              Cancelling orders outright without even explaining is just unacceptable.

                      Hi, This is to bring to your notice that Snapdeal is involved in fraudulent transactions in its online marketplace. I had a purchased a Google Nexus 5 during its Dil ki Deal weekend of offers on 12/10/2015 from its portal. The order got confirmed and money of Rs:16049 was deducted from my credit card. See Bank statement and online order screenshot. After confirming the order and deducting my money, it suddenly cancelled my order at 13/10/2015 saying the offer is not available although I still saw the Google Nexus 5 in its portal at a price higher than what was offered to me. The Snapdeal support team is not entertaining the complaint on followups.This is a clear case of cheating from Snap Deal. As per the law of the land, this is a equivalent to an online fraud to increase footfalls/clicks on the website. As far as I understand, this is punishable by law and I deserve a compensation from the company. Please have a look at the issue and re-mediate this at the earliest before I take help of online media/law. I hope this would get resolved before I am forced to take this to authorities. I am also amazed to see how Aamir khan can endorse a website which is involved in fraudulent transactions I can be contacted at [protected]. Please don't encourage these kind of people in your newspapers.

                        I ordered a jbl - cs 6c - 6.5 inch component speakers (150 w) speakers for my car on sun, 13 sep, 2015 with the order id : [protected] . A package got delivered to me on: sun, 20 sep, 2015 as i was out of town for a week i wasnt able to see the package which was delivered to my friend when i came back on 29 sep and opened the package, to my amusement, i have recieved a vegetable grater in the pack . The wrong package was delivered to me with the bill attached as jbl speakers !!! i have paid 2300 bucks for my speakers and all i got on the package was a vegetable grater . After several calls to the customer care, they said they will take action... After few weeks of repeated calls and stuff... One day i got a call saying that my issue canot be processed by snapdeal saying that 7 day refund and replacement gaurantee is over. But the issue here is not refund or replacement. Pure cheating has been done by putting bill for jbl speakers and the package contains a vegetable grater (worth maximum 500 rupees) and the speaker which i ordered was 2300 rupees snapdeal is a worst online seller ..

                          Snapdeal called me (KSM furniture mart, thirumangalam, madurai 625706) for business deal.. After hearing to their policy i am not willing to do business with them. i said i cannot continue, eventhough they keep calling and send lots of text messages regarding their offers and products. i have been calling to the person who contacted me for business and said not to send any further message because i am distutbed. but still i receive daily minimum 4 messages

                                Snapdeal is just frauds. They are are making fool o[censored]s. If you buying something and thinking of getting the any cashback, then please don't buy. You have other options, please go with them. I have ordered a Redmi 2 Prime (Order id: [protected]) in August. They ask me that they will give the cashback if I use ICICI. I used the same.                                   I bought Iball Tablet from Snapdeal through Order ID [protected] very recently. And the very next day i found the product has quality issues and requested snapdeal to accept return and refund my money. But I got a call from snapdeal and they are asking me to go to Iball service center which is around 450 kms from my location. Iball doesnt have any service center to my nearest location. I explained them that the service center is too far and I can't make it. But they didn't care about it. They repeatedly saying that's the policy and they can’t help the customer. I bought many products from Snapdeal earlier, but I never returned anything sofar. Now I am kind of afraid in buying from Snapdeal in the future and in bit reluctant in recommending Snapdeal to anyone.

                                      Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased a Yu Powerbank (Order No. [protected]) from your company on 24 Sept 2015 through my HDFC A/c No. [protected]. On receiving the power bank it was found faulty as it was not able to discharge power and we initiated a return of the product. The real trouble started when the money was refunded into my HDFC account as I have closed the account on 30 Sept as I have moved my account to IDBI due to my new job and marriage. I have talked to your customer care executives and written several emails but this is of no avail as till now I have not received the money as your executives are stating that they have initiated a refund. I would request you to transfer the money (REF No.provided by Snapdeal [protected]) either as Cash/SD Money in my IDBI account (details provided as below.) as the money refunded will not be coming into the account as account is closed.                                         From more than 25 days I call snapdeal customer care to provide me a invoice having dealer stamp. I call many times, always they said I will register your complaint and I will provide you a invoice and they give me a same invoice without a dealer stamp which i have when i buy a laptop in 12 January 2015 . I need a dealer stamp on invoice because my laptop is not working and i visit a dell service centre there a executive told me your warranty is void in July 2015 you have to upgrade your warrany then i call dell customer care he told you have to provide dealer stamp on invoice then i upgrade it. My Laptop have 1 year warranty and will void in 2016
