I ordered laptop on 28/07/2015 through order no [protected], paid through SBI debit card with 10% cashback offer, as per their notice and mail by customer executive, cash back should be received on or before 29/09/2015.
i still not received the amount.
After 1/10/2015, i mailed them twice about the issue, no answer from their end.

Complaint marked as Resolved No reply for mail even after 6 days was shocking, Snapdeal team has call me twice for the same, also they replied for mail, after my complaint.
they might have resolved issue before 1 day i complaint on forum
mostly Any transaction from my account leaves message, but no message received.
I checked my account yesterday at bank, confirmed payment received 3 days before.
