          I ordered a wall shelf at night at around 11:00 pm after spending 3 hrs of search. Order was placed, my account was deducted with Rs. 2100 then after half an hour I get a message that your order has been cancelled & amt Ll be refunded within 4-5 working days. On enquiry got to know because of festive season there is rush on site n order can't be processed. I[censored] people cant handle rush on your site then who the hell is SO CALLED FESTIVAL SALE for..Wtf man!! I spent 3 hrs on snapdeal n It was a wastage of time to be with this site. I m a working girl, get no time to go outside n shop.. N then ultimately this is the reply you get from the service provider.The worst online shopping site I have ever used.. Ll never suggest anyone to shop from here.. I also raised a ticket with them for my query but still no follow-up is there from their end..who will compensate my time!!

            Inspite of my several requests and mails regarding the cancellation of order, there has been no action taken by the company as of now. I had originally placed order for 1TB hard drive(3no.s) but due to poor record keeping systems and systems designed to deceive customers maintained by you, it automatically changed to 500GB hard disk without any notification and approval of the same. Moreover, the redundant customer services refused to help me in any way and shifted the entire blame on me.

              Today replayed by snapdeal to my mail we r trying to contact u u r not reachable but Given registred mobile number working fine.iam always reachable.i think u r never tried to contact me coz I have missed call alerts.if am not reachable I will get a message.
              Still cash back amount not credited to bank account.even iam shared my bank account statement.from last 19 days a single issue not resolving. Is this the quality service. Shame on ur service. Every day replaying that we r processed on 25 out 2015. If processed how maney years it will take to reflect on bank account.i full filled every terms and conditions but still cash back amount not given snapdeal.
              Even after requested so maney times.
              Iam totally Pissed off with service.after searching in google finded 1000 of complaints regarding cashback. Almost lost my final hope also.
              Iam completely cheeted by snapdeal.
              Am already shared bank statement in pdf format requested by customer service representative.
              Once lost faith from coustermers .snapdeal will never ever get that faithagain .defnetly day by day snapdeal will lose valuable customer.
              Finally snapdeal customers will become big zero . That day will come to soon.

              And we r closing now this issue.
              Issue still not resolved. But they are closing issue.iam suffering from last 16 days with their world worest service.
              Iam almost loss my hope to get back my cashback amount.

                I had bought abt 5 blue star Ac's in snapdeal But they cheated me by saying wrong information abt product Blue star company also said to snapdeal not to sell cnhw18raf Ac's to customers But they cheated by keeping wrong information in website I asked them but they r not responding properly to me I want to return the product but they r saying some stupid processes also

                I had brought the AC Blue Star 1.5 Ton R410A Inverter CNHW18RAF Split Air Conditioner.

                I got the product delivered before time excellent service from Snapdeal.

                Now when I ad called Blue Star to get the product installed they said this model is not for Hyderabad and they will not install it. They also mentioned that Blue Star does not provide any service for this model and also spar parts are not available in Hyderabad.

                What is the use if Blue Star does not provide any service. Also online no one mentioned that this should not be used in Hyderabad. Why did the seller did not mention this in the comments.

                If there is no service/warranty in hyderabad why was it delivered as a Genuine Product. I spent almost hours of time on Snapdeal and with Blue Star and Blue Star said sorry that this is not to be used/sold in Hyderabad.

                Hence please take this product and refund my money back in my account. Please let me know if you need any further information from me.

                    Snapdeal cheats customers . They will show huge discount on some of the product and attract more customers .
                    And the product have huge discount will not be shipped and after 15 days they will return the money back to customers saying product is not violable due to technical issue please take your money back

                    I order this produuct on 12th . From 15th its showing order processed waiting for courier pick up . From that time its only waiting for courier pickup . I called snap deal several times and spoke to several superviosrs . They promised me at any cost your product will be shipped, but today i got message usual "your product was not shipped so we are initating the money return !!!
                    I even mailed to ceo kunal bbut no use !!!

                    I would like to bring into your notice the poor customer service i received ever from snap deal . I have ordered a printer from snap deal and it’s been 10 days product is not yet shipped !!1 i called at least 10 times to customer care and spoke to 3 supervisors unfortunately all of the three supervisors lied to me and gave me false hope . I lost trust in your customer service and request you to look into this issue from a higher management . I wanted to gift this printer to my cousin who is going back to native on 25th but now i realized i am fooled !!! I lost lot of money calling customer support and wasted lot of my time as well . What was my fault ? I trusted snap deal and ordered the product from snap deal only even when i was supporting flip kart servers in night shift . Who is going to take responsibility for all the pain i went through ? For all the time i had to spend following up with your agent . Calling customer care itself took so much time and loss of money .

                                  This is in reference to the order id [protected] made on snapdeal. I purchased a 32 inch panasonic television from Snapdeal. Product model number : Th32C400D Product Serial Number : I5RDX37784 The product was delivered on 20th October 2015. On opening the snapdeal packaging, i found that the television was already unboxed and used. But i had been o.k. if the product had worked fine. On connecting the television to the set top box through a HDMI cable, there is some initial startup problem in display. I contacted panasonic customer care and they arranged a technician visit. The panasonic technician confirmed that some internal board of the television is faulty. Panasonic service request number is R[protected]. Firstly the Snapdeal website does not respond if i go to apply for a cancel / return or refund. As per the snapdeals 7 days return policy i have informed snapdeal about the above mentioned details several times and requested them to take a return request and refund my money. But they are giving all kind of mental harrasment to me. The customer care representatives who call me give me false statements like "There is no problem if you have received a used / unboxed television". They sent me a mail asking me to get the television repaired from the service center. I bought the product from snapdeal keeping in mind, their return policy . Why should i get a new television repaired. I have paid for a new television and not for a repaired one. There are other sources from where one can buy unboxed / repaired products at much cheaper rates. I am a frequent buyer on online shopping sites and have made several purchases like laptop, mobiles, headphones etc from other shopping sites and it had been a pleasant experience. It was my first purchase from snapdeal and they have shattered my trust in online shopping. I feel deeply cheated by snapdeal. I want them to take back the faully product that they have delivered me and refund my money back.

Details are given below- Product-Fastrack6118SM03 Women Watch Order Number -[protected], Sub Order No-[protected]. Paid Amount-INR 1947 Payment date-06/10/2015 Delivery Date-10/10/2015 INVOICE NO-F8D070/15-16/70, INVOICE DATE-07/10/2015 Due to some reason I have opted for returning the product in Snapdeal Mobile app on 10/10/2015. Their Courier Partner has taken the product from me on 15/10/2015. Courier company-Go-Javas Doc No-P[protected] Pick up date-15/10/2015 Request No[protected] Till today 26/10/2015 I have not ot the money bback to my account . Whenever I call Snapdeal customer service they tell it will be refunded within 4 business days.Many business days are already gone. Still I dont know about the status of my product/refund. Please look into the matter and kindly take necessary legal action so that snapdeal refund my money.                                         I had order an ambrane power bank from snapdeal order number [protected], this product has been delivered to me and it is not working, I raise the request of return and today I got the call from snapdeal that we dont have the policy of retuning the electronic product and I have to go to service centre to get it repaired, why should I if this is the case I will better not to opt the snapdeal in future for shopping. I dont need this faulty product, I want to return it and want my money back
