Need your help to get my item I ordered on, Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on Mon, 12 Oct, 2015,
I would like to bring into your notice the poor customer service I received ever from snap deal . I have ordered a printer from snap deal and it’s been 10 days product is not yet shipped !!1 I called at least 10 times to customer care and spoke to 3 supervisors unfortunately all of the three supervisors lied to me and gave me false hope . I lost trust in your customer service and request you to look into this issue from a higher management . I wanted to gift this printer to my cousin who is going back to native on 25th but now I realized I am fooled !!! I lost lot of money calling customer support and wasted lot of my time as well . What was my fault ? I trusted Snap deal and ordered the product from snap deal only even when I was supporting flip kart servers in night shift . who is going to take responsibility for all the pain I went through ? for all the time I had to spend following up with your agent . Calling customer care itself took so much time and loss of money .

I want this product . If Snap deal was not able to provide this product why was it publilshed in website ? I would have purchased it from flipkart on same day .
