Today morning i got a call from company that you have won the prize money of 7 lakh. I paid the amount of 20, 000. First they said, amount will be released now. Then after the other call, they said, bank has holded the amount, provide 2% of your total amount as noc charges. Is this true. Some mr. Praful and mr. Nitin has called. They have sended me the snapdeal id cards, their adhaar card names

I purchase indulekha hair oil combo offer. There are 3 oil bottle is there. But there is a fraud with me. Because in this 3 bottle in one bottle there is only a coloured water and in other 2 there is any other oil. I used there and my hail fall is doubled and there is a dandruff problem. So I want back my money. Otherwise I go to consumer court.

    I have bought titan watch from snapdeal worth 400 which was actually fake when i got it i came to know about that.. I requested for return and afterwards they are just sending messages thag reverse pickup has been scheduled.. But no one came to. Pickup though correct address is mentioned.. They are telling that address is incomplete but its not true. If my address would have been incomplete how they have delivered the product to me... I have send severl emails to snapdeal but they just one thing that they send emakl replying that we have arrange your reverse pickup with ecom express..in this regard i have called ecom customer care and asked them about the delay in reverse pickup... However after giving them awb number they told me that they have not received any request for revrse pickup... Snapde is just cheating with customers and doing fraud with them. I want my moneh back in my account.

        So, i had bought a nike pant, for 466 rupees.
        When i received it, and as soon as i opened it, it was already torn at the side. So i had to return it.
        So i returned it, but then later even after returning and waiting for more than 25 days. I haven't received any amount or information from snapdeal about the refund information, as to when i will receive it.
        I have contacted snapdeal customer care bangalore, as well.
        But then i didn't get any answer as to when i will receive it.
        And i haven't received yet.
        It is just showing that, the refund has been initiated, from the time i returned the product.

        So please look into the problem.
        And i am in very need of money.
        And i want my money back.

            Yesterday i got a msz regarding 1st prize winner copying here.. Congrats! You won 1st prize tata saafari in 9th anniversary day snapdeal. This is valid for today for registration contact on:[protected] snapdeal... I called in this no.1st they asked me to deposited 6500 for registration, i did then 18000 for gst they deducted from my account again they asked me to deposited 25000 for city to another city transaction charge i was totally confused, knowing that they are cheating me but that time i dont know where my mind was, i did this stupidity. I also transferred 25000... Again they asked 10600 for forwarding charges for transaction i did this also... But again they told me that winning prize (All amout) is not transferring in one time. They said that this would have transfer in 4 time transactions for this i have again deposited 18000 but i confirmed that they are cheating me.. That was totally fraud.
            I lost about 60000 plz help me i am copying the a/c no. And mob. No of that person in which i hv to asked for deposited...

                  I order nike shoes via snapdeal in 25th and cancelled on 26th and ordered same on the same date i. E on 26th i paid cash on delivery rs 3, 098 worth rs 19, 999. But i am not able to reach like for missing cash back. I receivd product also on 30th. The person who called told me that i won a lucky draw consisting of a cash prize of rupees 14 lakhs or a mahindra xuv 500. I asked him to transfer full amount and pay you 2 lakhs. There after he started abusing soo badly. I need to get answer why our details are being leaked. Every company works on reputation and snapdeal has lost it.                         As i purchased a watch on 20th september 2019 but i got some other product so returned it. My order number is [protected]. Tried to contact customer support but there was no response from their side. Fed up with these people they take the money as soon as they deliver the goods but they don't refund it soon.                               मेरे द्वारा दिनांकः[protected] को snapdeal के माध्यम से timeless ar1848 leather chronograph हाथ घड़ी को आर्डर किया गया था जिसका पैमेंट मैने एटीएम कार्ड द्वारा किया था । जिसकी आर्डर आईडी- [protected] व ट्रैकिंग नम्बर[protected] है का पार्सल ecom express कोरियर सेवा से दिनांकः 27/09/2019 को प्राप्त हुआ था । पार्सल को खोलकर देखा तो उपरोक्त घड़ी की सैकेंड वाली सुई चलते चलते रुक जा रही थी जिस कारण मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 27/9/2019 को उपरोक्त घड़ी को रिप्लेस किये जाने हेतु कम्पनी को शिकायत की गयी तथा दिनांकः- 28/09/2019 को घड़ी को रिप्लेस हेतु वापस किया गया लेकिन snapdeal के द्वारा मैसेज के माध्यम से मुझे अवगत कराया कि उपरोक्त घड़ी उनके स्टॉक में नही है तथा आपके पैसे रिफंड किये जायेगे ।प्रार्थी के द्वारा snapdeal पर चैक किया गया तो उपरोक्त घड़ी स्टॉक में मौजूद पायी गयी । कम्पनी का इस प्रकार से मुझे झूठी सूचना एवं गुमराह किया जाना अत्यन्त ही अनूचित कार्य है ।
                              अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि snapdeal कम्पनी को आदेशित करे कि वह मेरी घड़ी को रिप्लेस करें एवं कम्पनी पर झूठी सूचना एवं गुमराह किये जाने के एवज में सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे ।

But without any information the courier boy canceled my request. When i open the app, it asked me to reschedule the pickup, but there is no option to reschedule.

                                    The product was out for delivery on 23rd september 2019 and it shows it has been delivered but actually it hasn’t been. The product without reaching me was marked as delivered and even after i complained about this to snapdeal there is no help. They claim that the product was delivered as informed by the courier complan but it never had been delivered. They are cheating consumers like this. I want a refund of the amount i paid for the product.

                                      I have ordered a wrist watch from Snapdeal.
                                      Product name:Titan NH9710SM01E Analog Women's Watch
                                      Order ID: [protected]
                                      I recevied the product on 22 September but found a short & broken watch. Then I complained properly email and request refund on 22 September but Snapdeal is not responding properly and rejecting my order pickup..
                                      Everyday I am getting text messege including pick up boy mobile number which is [protected] that the product would be picked up and I will get my money back but it is not happening.
                                      I am continuously calling the pick up boy but he is not answering to my call.
                                      Snapdeal is also not responding.

                                      Please help me.

                                        I orderd xl manual chopper from snapdeal. Brand name mentioned pegion. I got prpduxt of local company and also damaged third class material.

                                        Bloody #, if you are selling on brand price then deliver brand. I want double refund from snapdeal as they cheated me. This is disgusting really. Please double refund my money so they can understand value of money. Product they deliver damaged and local merchant instead of pegion.
