After that company sent a messages to me to recovered the product within 48 hrs. And also called me two time for picking the product but now one week passed but no any agent picked the product. I bought a nike shoe from snapdeal and got a duplicate one. So i asked for return & took the the necessary steps. But without any information the courier boy canceled my request. When i open the app, it asked me to reschedule the pickup, but there is no option to reschedule.

I received sms from qp-sndeal on 25/09/2019 as below:

"congratulation you are winner of snapdeal company online shopping you won 1st prize tata nexon car or amount rs 7, 50, 000/- plz you have pay government services tax rs 7, 500/-) in state bank of india date 25/09/2019 deposit details helpline number - (Protected)"

Please intimate me whether this is real or fake.

I ordered 2 himans wall mirror order id-[protected] and id-[protected]. The mirrors came completely damaged, so i returned the mirror and on 21 st september snapdeal’s delivery boy came and pickeup both mirrors.
And now still snapdeal is saying pickup failed and not refunding back my money
I am really frustrated and upset with kind of service they provide....
