I choosen refund my money to my account but i didn't gave my account number but showing that my refund is initiated and today iam giving my account number and details:

    Yesterday i got a msz regarding 1st prize winner copying here.. Congrats! You won 1st prize tata saafari in 9th anniversary day snapdeal. This is valid for today for registration contact on:[protected] snapdeal... I called in this no.1st they asked me to deposited 6500 for registration, i did then 18000 for gst they deducted from my account again they asked me to deposited 25000 for city to another city transaction charge i was totally confused, knowing that they are cheating me but that time i dont know where my mind was, i did this stupidity. I also transferred 25000... Again they asked 10600 for forwarding charges for transaction i did this also... But again they told me that winning prize (All amout) is not transferring in one time. They said that this would have transfer in 4 time transactions for this i have again deposited 18000 but i confirmed that they are cheating me.. That was totally fraud.
    I lost about 60000 plz help me i am copying the a/c no. And mob. No of that person in which i hv to asked for deposited...

        Received product item in damaged condition. Request for refund but Snapdeal is misleading with email asking for other details about product and waiting time.

        Later product replacement period experienced hence unable to return.

          I order nike shoes via snapdeal in 25th and cancelled on 26th and ordered same on the same date i. E on 26th i paid cash on delivery rs 3, 098 worth rs 19, 999. But i am not able to reach like for missing cash back. I receivd product also on 30th. I try to reach link but it's showing we don't see any clicks from your account finally my cash back is missing so pls do the need full

            I am receiving fake calls since regular 5 days from a number asking me to reveal my account details and adhaar info. The person who called told me that i won a lucky draw consisting of a cash prize of rupees 14 lakhs or a mahindra xuv 500. I asked him to transfer full amount and pay you 2 lakhs. There after he started abusing soo badly. I need to get answer why our details are being leaked. Every company works on reputation and snapdeal has lost it. Why is this foolish company selling off their heads lyk anything?. I want to file case against snapdeal for leaking cutsomers info pls help me out

                As i purchased a watch on 20th september 2019 but i got some other product so returned it. My order number is [protected]. Tried to contact customer support but there was no response from their side. Fed up with these people they take the money as soon as they deliver the goods but they don't refund it soon. Hope that my refund would reflect into my account as soon as possible.

Now they are not picking up the item which is an activation key on a paper for windows 10 neither snapdeal is refunding my money.                       मेरे द्वारा दिनांकः[protected] को snapdeal के माध्यम से timeless ar1848 leather chronograph हाथ घड़ी को आर्डर किया गया था जिसका पैमेंट मैने एटीएम कार्ड द्वारा किया था । जिसकी आर्डर आईडी- [protected] व ट्रैकिंग नम्बर[protected] है का पार्सल ecom express कोरियर सेवा से दिनांकः 27/09/2019 को प्राप्त हुआ था । पार्सल को खोलकर देखा तो उपरोक्त घड़ी की सैकेंड वाली सुई चलते चलते रुक जा रही थी जिस कारण मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 27/9/2019 को उपरोक्त घड़ी को रिप्लेस किये जाने हेतु कम्पनी को शिकायत की गयी तथा दिनांकः- 28/09/2019 को घड़ी को रिप्लेस हेतु वापस किया गया लेकिन snapdeal के द्वारा मैसेज के माध्यम से मुझे अवगत कराया कि उपरोक्त घड़ी उनके स्टॉक में नही है तथा आपके पैसे रिफंड किये जायेगे ।प्रार्थी के द्वारा snapdeal पर चैक किया गया तो उपरोक्त घड़ी स्टॉक में मौजूद पायी गयी । कम्पनी का इस प्रकार से मुझे झूठी सूचना एवं गुमराह किया जाना अत्यन्त ही अनूचित कार्य है ।
                      अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि snapdeal कम्पनी को आदेशित करे कि वह मेरी घड़ी को रिप्लेस करें एवं कम्पनी पर झूठी सूचना एवं गुमराह किये जाने के एवज में सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे ।

                            I had placed an order of nike therma flex sportswear on 14th september 2019 order id: [protected]
                            The product was out for delivery on 23rd september 2019 and it shows it has been delivered but actually it hasn’t been. The product without reaching me was marked as delivered and even after i complained about this to snapdeal there is no help. They claim that the product was delivered as informed by the courier complan but it never had been delivered. They are cheating consumers like this. I want a refund of the amount i paid for the product.

                                  I ordered woodland belt and purse online from snapdeal. They delivered duplicate product on 19 sept 2019. I didn't use the product and raised a return and refund request for it same day. Next day abdul mujeed ([protected]) from ecom express courier came for pick up of product. Product was picked up successfully, but i got message that product has not passed quality check. Now product is with ecom express but i keep getting call and message for again pick of same product, which is already picked up.
                                  Then i tried to reach ecom express courier service, but i couldn't becuase they ask for awb no. I was not given any awb no when the product was picked up.
                                  Now i am trying to reach out to snapdeal helpdesk. But i keep getting same mail that they need 48 hr to resolve issue. Now its been 7 days. Nobody is trying to reach me from snapdeal. They are not giving any number to reach out to them. So issue is not resolved. Please help.

                                      I order titan watch 3rd sep 2019 on snapdeal.com and i got delivery 26th sep 2019..its cash on delivery but i paid delivery boy 1077 rupess after i opened thi packing i didnt see watch its toatlly empty box of titan...I m sent mail also to help center but no response till..i raised file consumer court also and if i did not get my 1077 rupees i will taken strick action to snapdeal
                                      Please resolved my issue asap.

                                        Today[protected] at 10.13 am I have received message from VM-SANPDL. The message is - Congrats! You Won 1st Prize Tata Saafari in 9th anniversary Day Snapdeal. This is valid For Today. For Registration Contact On:[protected] T&C#Snapdeal. After contacting them they informed me to send Adhar card and Photo through Vatsup. Further one Mr Gajendrapal, through his Mobile No. [protected] has informed me to make payment of Rs.6500/- Through RTGS to the SB account No. [protected] IFSC code : SBIN0005702 at SBI Houra Branch. belonging to Mr. SANDIP DAS. They informed me that the vehicle will be sent to me through two drivers and documents will be sent after registering process is complete. As informed by them I had send the money through RTGS to the above mentioned A/c. and my adhar card and photo. They have also sent Certificate of winning competition with winning No[protected] and Vehicle photo through Vatsup.
                                        at 7.17 pm and informed to contact tomorrow[protected] after 9.30 am
                                        Please inform Me, whether the company is celebrating 9th anniversary and announced and Prizes to the customers. Where is it a fake information. What about the persons mentioned above. If it is a fake it will damage your company name & the culprits will be arrested immediately. so as to curtail further cheating to the public. Please take action and inform to the public
