I got a message that i have been selected as a lucky winner of mahindra xuv car.
The exact message is - "snapdeal. Company. You win 1st.. Prize (Mahindra xuv500) amount prize rs-14, 85, 000.00 service charge rs - 8, 450/- contact me -[protected]".

I also got a call from [protected] and asked to give my aadhaar card and passport size photo to company whatsapp number and i will be given the car the next day.

I had initiated returns for order id [protected] however nobody came to pick up. I got the msg to reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to reschedule on app nor on site.

I had initiated returns for order id (Protected) however somebody came to pickup and currently product is in their warehouse. Due their technical problems they couldn't give you an update. But my snapdeal app shows reschedule the pickup for my order id (Protected). The product is picked up from here, and now they need some snap deal approval for it's dispatching and for return....

Snapdeal is a scam, once the product is sold they do not take return to refund the defective product they are selling. Their delivery boy never come to picky the return item untill the return period is over.
They are scamming customers and stealing their money by selling defective items.

Recently i brought difference of opinion white
Sleeveless t-shirt in m size with order no [protected] but i received l size. When i raised return request they closed my request by saying that we are unable to process your return request as it did not pass through our internal quality checks. Now i don, t know that internal check they did to cancel my request. I also raised the issue via mail but haven't received...

I bought a pair of nike pg basketball shoes from snapdeal 4 months ago but not satisfied with the product i placed a return request, the day i received the product. I have been mailing them since then but am getting the same reply saying that they will look into the matter. I haven't used the product and the package is intact as i still want to return the product. The consumer helpline service is pathetic....

I'm ajesh a j and i ordered a fastrack watch on snapdeal and i got a fake one and i didn't expect this kind of things from snapdeal. The watch is look like old and its coating is almost damped and doesn't have a glazing look or furnished well and it almost seems like old watches. Today morning i got a call from company that you have won the prize money of 7 lakh. I paid the amount of 20, 000. First they said, amount will be released now. Then after the other call, they said, bank has holded the amount, provide 2% of your total amount as noc charges. Is this true. Some mr. Praful and mr. Nitin has called. So, i had bought a nike pant, for 466 rupees.
When i received it, and as soon as i opened it, it was already torn at the side. So i had to return it.
So i returned it, but then later even after returning and waiting for more than 25 days. I haven't received any amount or information from snapdeal about the refund information, as to when i will receive it.
I have contacted snapdeal customer care bangalore, as well.br...

I ordered dresses in snapdeal my by the method of cash on delivery (1305).

Received product item in damaged condition. Request for refund but Snapdeal is misleading with email asking for other details about product and waiting time.

Later product replacement period experienced hence unable to return.

Very Bad service.. very wrong intention towards business by cheting customers.....
