I have ordered a titan watch on 22 aug 2019 and i have received a fake titan watch. On raising this issue to the, m they are denying to pay me the refund. Return request immediately raised but still they are not able to solve the issue. I think they should refund the money or else i have to forcefully go and complain in consumer court about this.     Hi all,
    I have to register a complaint against the company snapdeal and it's prize department.
    Nitin kumar singh is calling from this number [protected]

    Bank manager akash agarwal is calling from this number [protected]. These two guys are making fraud. Cheated with me.

    They have taken 23200 rs from me on 9 oct 2019 and 10 oct 2019. They are asking for some deposit and told me like rbi bank and snapdeal will refund you immediately.

    They have also provided their fake details -
    Pan card
    Adhar card
    Snapdeal id card

    They have taken money on sbi account
    Name - sonu pal
    Account number -[protected]
    Address - uttarpradesh, katti

    Please take serious action as early as possible

      I have ordered a watch on snapdeal and as the quality is not good, i have placed for a return. Snapdeal agent has pickec up and till now there is no refund.

      I got a call and message (Qp-sndeal) from snapdeal today (11/10/2019) saying i won first prize tata nexon car or i can get the amount of rs 690000 and i have to pay government services tax of 6900 in state bank of india with helpline number - [protected]

        The person cal me to choose which option to me choose a car or the valued money.
        I already pay the claims amount now more money they want from me, they send me there idcard, adhar card, and pan card. Now i dont know what to do money is gone and i feel shame to complete also

          I ordered slippers on snapdeal I get it then I did not like quality of them and want to return them when I submit a return request snapdeal accept it after one day it shows return request closed and they didn't pick it what can I do regarding this if it didn't return I will go to consumer complaint court and complain about snapdeal that they fraud with me....

          Sir,
          I have purchased one tv remote. I was doing cash on delivery and the delivery person told he don't have change to give balance and he told me to do a google pay. I have done google pay but it shown the transaction is processing. Usually with in few days it will get credited to the account. I told him the same, but he was not agreeing and forcefully collected cash from me by saying if it credited he will pay back to me. Now google pay it is credited and cash also he collected. I tried contacting him and he is not responding. I never expected this kind of cheat from him. Please do needful to get my money back asap.

            I order a pair of puma shoes but did not received that as i just got an email of successfully delivered and your customer service team is also just not fixing it as they asked for 8 days for investigation i gave them 14 days and now they are still asking for time again and again, they just want to delay this.

                I got a message that i have been selected as a lucky winner of mahindra xuv car.
                The exact message is - "snapdeal. Company. You win 1st.. Prize (Mahindra xuv500) amount prize rs-14, 85, 000.00 service charge rs - 8, 450/- contact me -[protected]".

                I also got a call from [protected] and asked to give my aadhaar card and passport size photo to company whatsapp number and i will be given the car the next day.

                The most astonishing thing is that the person who called me gave the exact details of my house number and address, phone number, mother's name, which all has been provided in the snapdeal account of mine.

                It is very clear that the snapdeal company is selling our information to such frauds. I am going to lodge a case against this company and don't doubt my connections and rapot with government officials and my political connections.

                  On 3/10/19 i received a message from Snapdeal that u won Rs12.60000.on that morning a call came from mr.Nitin kumar singh from Kolkata.he told me that i won rs12.60000.so hs asked me to sent my back account details..for transaction money into my account.after that he told me sent Rs.4500 and he sent me his managing director account details (HIMANSHU BISHI) for (gst) so i sended.again after few minutes he called me again and he asked me to submit rs12.6000..so i sended again..after 10 minutes he called me again and asked to submit 25000 for margin money..so i have adoubt.n i asked him for refund my money.so he said after five minutes.. again he force me to submit 25000.so i refused and request him to refund my money..than he said it wil take 39days.i said its ok..so after next day i called him he didn't respond my call.and after 2days i had a conversation with him and i asked my money to refund and he said you won't get back your money.im putting the details of mr.nitin kumar singh n his photograph.and i request the Higher authority to look this matter.strict actions should be taken against your employee mr.nitin kumar singh alone with his managing director mr.Himanshu Bishi

                      I had initiated returns for order id (Protected) however somebody came to pickup and currently product is in their warehouse. Due their technical problems they couldn't give you an update. But my snapdeal app shows reschedule the pickup for my order id (Protected). The product is picked up from here, and now they need some snap deal approval for it's dispatching and for return.

                      Snapdeal company has informed me that i have won tata safari car at lucky draw pay 6500 to atish gajanand and then told me to deposit 25200 to kasi readdy account for insurance then told me to deposit 27500 for transportation charges to master subham account now they have not deliver my car

                        Snapdeal is a scam, once the product is sold they do not take return to refund the defective product they are selling. Their delivery boy never come to picky the return item untill the return period is over.

When i raised return request they closed my request by saying that we are unable to process your return request as it did not pass through our internal quality checks.                             I bought a pair of nike pg basketball shoes from snapdeal 4 months ago but not satisfied with the product i placed a return request, the day i received the product. I have been mailing them since then but am getting the same reply saying that they will look into the matter. I haven't used the product and the package is intact as i still want to return the product. The consumer helpline service is pathetic.

The watch is look like old and its coating is almost damped and doesn't have a glazing look or furnished well and it almost seems like old watches.                                     The snapdeal said i have win as the lucky customer and i win a car maruti suzuki dzire the company ask me if i want the car or cash payment i said i want cash payment then they ask me to send ₹6500 for registration, ₹19500 for bank and ₹31200 for gst then i told him ro return my money then he send me his id his name was nitin kumar singh his job title was senior s. Executive id no.15852393 then he told me to send ₹20000 to get my money back
                                    Then he again told me to send ₹26784 as a last payment so that i can get my money back what is going i have been paying from the beginning first to get the award then to get my own money i told him to return my money but he keep on insisting to pay ₹26784.. What is this

                                      Today morning i got a call from company that you have won the prize money of 7 lakh. I paid the amount of 20, 000. First they said, amount will be released now. Then after the other call, they said, bank has holded the amount, provide 2% of your total amount as noc charges. Is this true. Some mr. Praful and mr. Nitin has called. They have sended me the snapdeal id cards, their adhaar card names

                                      I purchase indulekha hair oil combo offer. There are 3 oil bottle is there. But there is a fraud with me. Because in this 3 bottle in one bottle there is only a coloured water and in other 2 there is any other oil. I used there and my hail fall is doubled and there is a dandruff problem. So I want back my money. Otherwise I go to consumer court.
