    I am a very frequent customer of Snapdeal. On august 2 I ordered aDr. morepen blood pressure monitor machine (order no. [protected], suborder no. [protected]). It was delivered at my Kolkata address on 4th august. The machine was found faulty from the very first day. Complaints lodged at Dr. morepens Delhi unit have yielded no result. How can snapdeal send a faulty machine and do nothing about redressal?

      [protected] linked number [protected] order number Snapdeal is becoming cheater day by day now they have a problem in initiating return of the product as well. I cannot find a courier service so I asked them to initiate return from their end. It's possible for them as they have done it for my other product I bought. Now they are doing this to me so that they don't have to refund my money. I hate Snapdeal. Not going to recommend to anyone nor buy anything from them.

          Hi I oredered for a VU tv of 40 inch for Rs 23500/- on 15 sept 2015 and did net banking. After my order the expected delivery date of the product was between 19 sept to 22 sept 2015. And my order([protected]) details also showed that the product is ready with seller and will shortly delivered. But on 21 sept 2015, a message came from Snapdeal saying "Ur order is cancelled". But still the same product advertisement is available on online with more price. Now the customer care guys are telling me to re-order the product which is now Rs 25990/-. This is insane. Fake advertisements. Not proper deliveries are maintained by snapdeal. Fake website. I clearly said the snapdeal customer care guys to give the proper reason for cancellation of product and to deliver the product and i dont any money back. But no response till now.

              I bought a Zebronics SW6120RUCF 5.1 USB speaker and Philips QT4011 trimmer black with order no [protected] on August 10, 2015. In the deal it was promised to me that 383 INR will be refunded in my snapdeal wallet, but they did not refund .                 I had purchased 2 sets of "Windows 8.1 professional full pack" software from Snapdeal. It turned out to be pirated copy. When I informed to snapdeal about it, initially they declined to do anything saying I didn't informed them about it earlier. When I countered that software products has life time validity and warranty then they reluctantly agree to act on my complain. I got them all the proofs to prove the cheating as well as got it confirmed from Microsoft that products were pirated. Since beginning I was insisting on replacement and even after agreeing for replacement twice, Snapdeal is now saying that they cannot proceed with replacement. Reason they give is that they r tackling the issue with seller. But real reason is the difference amount which Snapdeal may hv to bear if they replace the product. They are not responding to my mails in timely manner and I have to continuously push them (by sending mail or calling them) for speedy resolution of this matter. Krunal

                  I ordered Nokia Lumia 730 and noticed some lag and frame drop while using this phone from the very first day! I placed a replacement request on snapdeal since this is a manufacturing defect but they have been very lousy in their response, I had to call several times to get my request sorted and they have given me a long 10 day waiting period to get a new replaced phone. A new law for online retailing is the need of the hour, they know they can get away with this because there is no law to enforce consumer justice. They have purposely given such a long schedule for replacement bcz most o[censored]s would withdraw from such a long process, but I am not going to leave these guys so easily. Also we need a law where any electronic good found with a manufacturing defect should be replaced within 3-4 days.

                        I had ordered a Ray Ban aviator glasses from snapdeal with Order ID: [protected] on 25th Aug and it didn't look to be an original one to me. So I sent back on 30th Aug and then no updates on that. On calling several times the answer I get is u will be contacted in 48 hrs which never happens. I will have to call again to enquire on this. Refund team calls back justifying that the product is genuine and will say that product will be sent back to me. This nonsense happened 4-5 times and all they say is your product will be sent back to you. Today is 19 September and I have not received my refund nor my product back. How can snapdeal force me take the product when i have clearly mentioned I am not satisfied with the product. Despite insisting on refund several times my complaint will be registered and after several days again I get a call with same product will be sent back to you and that too never happened. SNAPDEAL IS A FRAUD WEBSITE AND I WAS FRAUD CASE REGISTERED AGAINST THESE CHEATERS

Lakshay Singh and my registered mobile number with Snapdeal is [protected].I have placed the order on 8th September with order id [protected] and received the package on 12 September with lots of bricks and wooden board inside the package.Next day when installation person came to my house my servants opened the package in front of him only and he was also shocked.I called your customer care and asked your supervisor to talk with installation guy but he denied.He asked me to share images and promised that within 48 hours my issue will be resolved.Your team called me back when i shared the images and promised that within 48 hours my issue will be resolved.I support your team and given the enough time for investigation but today one of your advisor sunil called me and without giving me any reason denied to provide refund, i asked many times give me a valid reason but didn't get the one.It totally means that you are trying to make fraud with genuine customers who bought valuable products. Now being a responsible CEO i hope you will take corrective action in this regards because from tomorrow onwards i will take legal actions from my end, will upload all this on all social networking sites with the images, will lodge a FIR as i am having My credit card statement, the invoice you sent me and that installation guy will also be with me for the same.Today will be a last day i will wait for positive response.This is my last warning as from tomorrow i will do whatever i can.I am also a defense personal so i do know how to tackle it and i promise i will surely take compensation over it.                               I Bought Tommy Hilfiger -NTH1790514-D Watch For Men, on Snapdeall, Order #: [protected] 18th July, 2015, With my Citi Bank Credit Card - 3 Months EMI, on immediate day i cancelled the order - from July to till Snapdeal is not repaid to my Credit Card - i called/raised so many compaints to Snapdeal, no one is responding properly, in recent September 8th, 2015 i fought very vigourously with customer care, it goes up to Manager, He promised please dont file case on consumer court, i will take your concern on priority basis, everytime snapdeal share wrong transaction reference, whenever i share with Citi bank they told that they are sharing wrong number, we dont recieve single paisa from Snapdeal.. No One is helping in this concern, the are playing game with me emotionally, Snapdeal cheating me ! Iam seriously asking you whether you pay or not ? You Guys know one thing after posting this comment, Snapdeal will surely sent in this manner, sorry Sai Kalyan, we share your problem with concern team, they will look in priority mode, Please be patient ! - Stupid Escape.                                 I have placed an order for very first time on Aug-1/2015 for 3 Rugger Trousers on your site. Brown - Rs.840.00 Gray - Rs.840.00 Khaki - Rs.720.00 Total amount paid - Rs.2400.00 Khaki was not available and I received refund of Rs.720.00 and the order is cancelled. The remaining Paid amount is Rs.1680.00 for Brown & Gray for Rs.840.00 each. I have received wrong product so requested for replacement on Aug-10/2015. Again, I received the wrong product for a second time and in the invoice it was mentioned as Rs.699.00 for each Trouser and total is Rs.1398, but I paid Rs.840.00for each and the total is Rs.1680.00. I have returned the products and I received the refund for Rs.1398/-, instead of Rs.1680.00. I still need to receive difference amount of Rs.282.00 I tired of calling and explaining this to your customer support number of times. But I no one is ready to help and to understand my concern. Requesting to process the refund for Rs.282.00 ASAP. And I promise I never comeback to your site again.

                                  Ordered a TV and it was damaged and the service of snapdeal replacement is very worst, They taking one month time and its soo irritating. Whenever i call they saying "In one day we'll do the needful, please give us time", If we put bad review also they are not showing to consumer, Fake company, Cheating people.                                         I went to SAS automobile & purchased a bike dealer said if you'll order your bike from Snapdeal then your insurance" ll be free, booking amount was 3k from Snapdeal I paid extra 3k to Smapdeal & 3k to dealer, insurance was free, but they didn't gave my 3k because address was wrong, i asked Snapdeal to correct it, they said they'll not correct it rather they will refund my 3k & from then my refund is pending since 4 month.
