I have bought for SAIRAM DVS, below item HTC DESIRE 626 G+ ATTRIBUTE : COLOR - WHITE ORDER NO.: [protected] SUBORDER NO.: [protected] IMEI : [protected] through 'http://www.snapdeal.com' on '04:35 PM, Tue, 28 Jul, 2015' using 'SBI DEBIT CARD(A/C:[protected], Branch:CUDDAPAH BAZAR)'. That time there was a offer of 10% cashback on SBI CARD maximum of cashback is RS. 1500/-. My mobile cost is RS. 15600/- only. I am eligible for RS. 1500/- cashback. They promised on or before 30th september 2015 to refund. But today is 5th October, 2015, I have not credited with that amount. I Called customercare entire month in september they told same date of 30th september, 2015, but on 1st october, 2015 onwards everyday they are saying 48 hrs maximum time, it will take to deposit and they have broken their promise to customer as they had to deposit on or before 30th september, 2015. As Rs.1500/- is not small amount for middle class people like me, I have spent hundreds of rupees(less tha RS.500) for customer care [protected], And some times not proper response, I am raising complaint here. Note:- I can claim missed cashback deposited before 31st October, 2015(25 days only).

    I have booked this item by order no. [protected] on 29.09.2015 on Rs. 5445. Snapdeal cancelled my Order on 05.10.2015. On date price of this product increased Rs. 9888/-. Please help me to deliver this product as per booking on[protected] on Rs. 5445. This is very bad action by snap-deal. Please asked snapdeal that why my order cancelled after order successfully placed and confirmation of seller. I have very disappointed with Snap-deal site. This item is available by seller on high price. Seller and Snapdeal cheat me and broken their promise. Please help me to deliver this product at the earliest. on contacting mobile 2 time on 5.10.2015, representative of snapdeal told me that refund initiated but I have not want refund I want this product on price of 5445. Please help me.

    For this act intention is clear that company want to charge higher rate for this product and do not want to give benefit of 10% Cash back offer as cancel my order.

      I have oder iphone 5s on 4Aug 2015 .. i get problem on 25 days when i went to service center then they are say this phone is activated on 2014.. when i cheak in phone serial number is different of phone and box but imie number is same .. then i complaint to snapdeal they said that. send me iphone box they will refund my product .. i send him box . but now they are saying that we will not refund your money and not give your phone back... compliant number in snapdeal is[protected]

        I ordered LG television from Snapdeal. After waiting for 1.5 weeks, I got a message that the order has been cancelled. I was expecting this order for an event and incurred loss due to that. if it was told to me week before last, I could have ordered another product.           A great harrasment made by snapdeal: dead phone received >>>>>>>>order id [protected]
          Yesterday i received a micromax canvas spark q380 mobile phone. Even after charging for 5 hrs, its not getting switch-on. Now snapdeal suggests me to collect death-on- arrival certificate from the service center, send its scanned copy to them, and then they may replace it.
          Now i have to make a journey of about 100kms in my own expense & move about here & there with great uncertainty. The other online shopping company pay for such return expenses . But snapdeal's policy for return/refund after purchasing any electronics product is making customers suffer with great disappointment... Never buy any electronics product from snapdeal.
          I am going to contact consumer forum tomorrow.

[protected] but its proximity sensor is not working . so i requested for my refund . they told me to Get the DOA letter from Service Centre . But i don't have time so i want my money back.                 I have ordered a redmi 2 dark grey. It got certain problems like charging issue, heating issues. then i have visited service center. i waited for 3-4 hours. But when my turn came.. they told me invoice is invalid. that was a most frustating moment.. when waited for around 3-4 hours and then they tell invoice is invalid. than i call to snapdeal regarding all this. i wanted the refund for my product.. because mistake is not from my side. its from snapdeal side and i dont wanna go to service center again. Or snapdeal can send a guy so that he can wait for 3-4 hours for my product to repair. thats it. my order id is- [protected] sub order no- [protected]

                  Dear Snapdeal, I have ordered this iPhone 6 gold 64gb on 9 February 2015 with order id [protected], and now the phone is having a problem it is not going on ..the phone is on dead mode, lastly i visited the apple service center to sort out this problem, but i am shocked when they said they cant provide me the warranty because the snapdeal is not authorized seller with them for warranty and the mobile which is given to me is not Indian because it is showing the purchase of some other country and then i make a call to apple care center they also tell me the mobile is not Indian purchased and the device is showing warranty till December 2015 in their system, but i have bought this mobile in February 2015 then how it is happen . The mobile is already used by some one in December 2014 and achieved it . How this can happen am totally worried about my purchase please give me the better solution asap. or m going to take a legally action against your company . You make me fool Snapdeal.

                    Please provide as much information as possible...Sir I Arpit Kesarwani from Allahabad had ordered the two sarees from the snapdeal but we didn't like the quality of the sarees we request for the to return the sarees but the request not completed then we talk to the costumer care they had told us the process to return it but it didn't work .                       I had ordered a polarized RayBan RB4147 601/58 Large Size 60 worth 9200rs for 5574rs on discount and i received the product yesterday .It was a fake product with full of scratches and has no resemblance to the product i ordered. you will get better ones for 100rs in the roadside . My Order ID: [protected] . i called their customer care and complained and they said they will try to replace it else i will get my money back after a month . I had a similar experience last month with Levis Blue Faded Jeans Order ID: [protected]. i got a different product with a different size. i asked for a replacement and instead got the refund after a month. i spoke to a supervisor and he said as per their trust policy they can cancel any order whenever they want and asked me not to argue with him . ITS A BIG SCAM . never buy products above 1000 rs from them . they will hold it for a month and return it back. Mr. Kunal Bahl and Mr. Rohit Bansal please stop this nonsense

The RETURN FORM supplied by Snapdeal was pasted on the packet. Even after FOUR number of mails, No body is responding.                             I ordered a bag and when i get my order..the quality is very poor. And i returned the bag. The customer care calls me and i give him my neft details. And next day i the customer care tells me to return the courier. And i returned the courier and the courier charge was 242 after one more call i received from sndeal and the customer care told me that when the courier is received the amount is refunded..after no calls are received by snapdeal and no reply i get in my email.what should i do???????????

                                Snapdeal are liars!!! they dont accept returns even within their 7-day return policy. Today is the fourth day since my order delivered. I want to return the product, but snapdeal representative told me they dont accept electronic goods as returns. This is hopeless!@!!! Its a mobile phone that i want to return. Wont buy anything from snapdeal again. other american sellers/websites like, AMAZON.IN or ebay.in are ten times better!!!                                   I bought 5000 value products recently sep 28th from snapdeal...i got a shirt which is january 2014..kinda 2 year old stock and another sept 2014...every brand now you know that they are giving discounts every six months..those two shirts i bought are from mufti and mufti gives flat 40% every six months and these people in the name of sale by giving 10%ie 150rs more discount sold me some two year old stock...more to this is..as we knowevery branded shirt will have a manufacturing date written on that...i think they feel no one will see that and to cheat customers..they sticked a seperate sticker which says the manufacturing date is 28th august 2015..they feel customers r soo innocent and they can happily cheat anyone...and finally i wrote a mail..saying all this and they just say sorry...soo that is it ????? 1. i spent 5 hrs to buy products 2.i spent 5000 on garment in online hoping it to be genuine... 3.normally our parents are always negative regarding online shopping, i had to convince them that online shopping is safe and all..now after the shirt came..i think she is right plz do the needful...let those cheaters be punished..i have fotos also..i will post in facebook so that my 1125 friends on facebook will know how they fraud..let every one know their true colours...i will sned fotos to u i[censored] like

                                    I placed an order on snapdeal and received a conformation message for my order... In the message it is clearly stated that the product will be delivered to me on or before 2 October, 2015... But the product was not delivered to me on mentioned date... This forced me to cancel my important work which i had planned according to the delivery date... When i contacted the customer care, they asked me to download their app and then the order will be cancelled... This is just dirty business... Is this the way to treat a customer!!!

                                      SnapDeal order with AWB no. P[protected], has been cancelled. Don't know who, how and why got cancelled. Courier and SnapDeal both blaming each other. But i am the person who suffered. When contacted SnapDeal is telling so many theories like, courier cancelled it. I have cancelled it. They say i have ordered on 28th Sept, 2015 and cancelled on the same day, then how their tracking history show up till 2nd Oct, 2015 and got cancelled coz of problem in delivery. All reasons contradicting each other. Feed up by following up both SnapDeal and Courier.

                                        I placed an order for LG 6 Kg F10B8NDL25 Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine on 29-Sep-2015. I paid Rs. 26499 for the product. On 02-Oct-2015 snapdeal.com cancelled my order without giving any information about cancellation. I called the customer care to enquire about cancellation. They said product is out of stock. Snapdeal.com is cheating the consumers by listing the out of stock products and holding the consumer money for long time.
