When someone calls me, after three exact rings, the call ends up. this is disgusting . whereas if vibration or silent mode is selected, full incoming ring is observed. only when general or outdoor is selected.this problem occurs . and due to this I always get a missed call unless and until i am holding my cellphone in my hand to receive !

    I have got my HTC phone on January 25, 2015. At that time snapdeal gave the offer of 1year additional warranty from warranty bazzar, for some mobiles. My HTC Desire 816G was one in that. But so far i haven't got any updates regarding the additional warranty. I have raised complaint in their site 4-5 times, but I haven't received any positive response from them. Please can you please help me for getting my additional warranty. Order NO ::[protected] Previous complaint NO :16171576. In snapdeal site they have stated that if a complaint is not solved in 30days, full pay will be refunded, but in my situation i haven'treceived any response for84 months :( Please help me in getting the offer or refund or else suggest some other ways to raised complaint on snapdeal.       Sub: Damaged product received and seeking for return and refund. Dear sir/madam, I have ordered two Yonex Gr 303 Badminton Rackets with the order number [protected] . Today i.e., 16.09.2015 I have received the product and opened the pack and observed that the both the rackets are in damaged condition. The damages are as follows. 1. Racket number 1 in pack no.1 - there is a crack over the handle nearer to the stem connecting position. 2. Racket number 2 in pack no. 2 - the frame of the racket is in bent condition. Based on the above observed damages, it seems that the damaged rackets sent by the seller. Subsequently, I have discussed with customer care executive on [protected] number and he promised that he will arrange the return pick up by applying for return and refund request online. I have applied for return and refund request online (reference numbers: 07179287,[protected] through my registered mail ID login on snapdeal website. Afterwards, I have received a message stating that the product is to be sent by my own efforts. (Please refer the call recordings on 17.09.2015 evening between 6.00-7.00 hrs and again at night 8.45 to 9.15hrs). In my first call the customer care executive guided me how to apply for return and refund process and also promised that the return pick up is available on my registered address. Subsequently, one gentleman contacted me on 17.09.2015 at evening hours and asked me by when the product can be sent back to snap deal. I simply told that the customer care associative promised me that the product will be picked up by snapdeal courier partner and I am waiting for that. And also in subsequent calls, the persons who are talking to me, saying about the cost incurred for making courier will be paid by snap deal. If so, please clarify the following, 1. How the refunding/compensation will be done for the following activities like a. packing cost, b. efforts putting by me to pack & courier the same, c. time spent on this process, d. mental tension by receiving damaged product, e. loss of interest on the un-useful investment of purchasing this product, f. call charges of telephone calls on [protected]. 2. And also confirm me that, why the customer care service executive and the representatives from CEO desk are lying to me in giving information about return and refund process. Based on the above information, I came to know that, the snapdeal is a cheating company and discarding the damaged products available with different vendors throughout the India to the customers and making very good profits to run the company. Ultimately, the customer service adviser and also the person from CEO desk making the situation that the customer does not want to send back the product and asking my confirmation by e-mail can the return request be cancelled. The persons working in the customer care service desk and CEO desk are not having minimum common sense and sending the mails as attached herewith. Hence, I am requesting you to confirm the picking up of damaged product from my registered address and make the refunding process to me. And also, refer the call timing from [protected] to [protected] and refund the same. Subsequently, atleast two telephone calls i am receiving from snapdeal customer care advisers, but there is no link in information from person to person. the latest information is that the snap deal agreed (from CEO desk) to compensate an additional amount of Rs. 200/- other than the refunding amount for damaged product and return postal/courier charges. the courier/postal charges and compensation will be credited to my bank account and asked my bank details. After providing the bank details, the snapdeal deposited the compensating fund in the Snap deal SD account sothat the fund will be utilised in subsequent purchases. Based on the above information, it seems that the customer care advisers and also personnel from CEO desk are cheating the customers by providing wrong information and misguiding the customers to get high level of profits to the company. The result is customers are punished by online shopping with snap deal and snap deal is very greatly cheating the customers to ear money.

        Snapdeal & vulcan express worst experience:
        I have placed an order on snapdeal which was placed on 12th sept, 2015 and it was couriered through vulcan express - irresponsible courier company. It has been all most more than 10 days and yet i haven't received the courier. I called courier company and they told me that still it will take 4 more days to deliver the courier. This means that i will get my product after 20 days of placing an order. This is completely a worst experience. I think this is not only mistake of courier company but snapdeal too. They must check courier company's track record then affiliate with them. I would advise that please don't buy products from snapdeal as they have affiliation with very worst courier company which is vulcan couriers. So guys i would advise that if snapdeal couriers your product through vulcan express please cancel your order or else you will receive your product after 20 to 21 days

          I ordered a phone Lumia 535 from snapdeal on 28.9.2015. 10% cashback was to be received on payment through SBI Debit card. Even after 3 months, the amount has not been processed.           We do not have the furniture installed still.
          We got the delivery on 1st July and its been 13 days after the delivery.
          You couldn't solve a simple query till date. Ridiculous customer service. Don't anybody buy anything in snapdeal unless it is cash on delivery especially furnitures.

          Well, where to start.. Can there be a more worse customer support team than snapdeal..?! I didnt get My refund for 10 days, , so I called snapdeal, , and they coolly ask me to type my order ID.. OK, , I can ignore that torture, , after typing the full number, , the computerized voice says the order ID is wrong..WTF.. I rechecked it, , reentered it correctly and guess what, , The same computerized voice with the same reply.. such a waste of time and money.. Hey snapdeal, , I wish I could snap the neck off you.. If you guys dont know to value the customers, , why bother doing business..?

            INVOICE NUMBER : FDC943/14-15/32203 I purchased Oplus Xonphone 5 from Snapdeal in November 2014. It's touchscreen has stopped working since last week of July 2015. I made contact through email and telephonically with Oplustech (manufacturer) and Snapdeal (the vendor). Both made several promises, mostly over phone, but did not fulfil their terms for (i) home pick-up of faulty phone, and (ii) recovery of stored data and contacts. Oplustech is worse in making rude responses. Snapdeal took the plea that their delivery courier and pick-up courier are different. Thus they can not arrange for home pick-up. There is no promise (through email) of full refund or replacement of the phone. I am trying to send the faulty phone to Snapdeal through my own courier arrangement and shall provide update on this site in due course. Jago Grahak Jago!

              I ordered Tupperware Executive 4 Pieces Lunch Box with Insulated Bag of ref Order No. [protected] . I got email from snapdeal that they have dispatched the product through xpressbees courier. When I tried to track the courier on xpressbees website I read the status as 'product could not be delivered due to closed office/house', when in fact my office was open till 6 pm. When I tried to contact xpressbees I realised that the number I got from snapdeal through SMS was not correct ! So I called up snapdeal and got their 'latest number'.However to my dismay I found that during interactive voice input the tracking number which showed my status on xpressbees was correctly was 'too long' for IVR input, thus blocking my effort to reach customer care of xpressbees. Meanwhile xpressbees person ( cell no [protected]) called and expressed his inability to delivery the product at my office address. So I requested him to come to my residence which was convenient for him to reach and deliver. He agreed but did not turn up leaving me in total frustration. My advice don't prepay you snapdeal order.

                Wrong product received. Refund denied. Now SnapDeal is saying that they won't refund the money as it was correctly dispatched. That means it is the customer who is saying a lie.                   This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday I received an order from snapdeal whose worth claimed by snapdeal was 4495 whereas in actual its price was 995.As by no way it was my fault in ordering the shirt at a discounted price of 1214 which was still above the actual price of the shirt. Now instead of accepting the fault of your company you are penalising the customer by making him wait for 7 to 8 days atleast(3 days for return pick up and further 4 to 5 days for delivery of the replacement item).As I have been shopping through snapdeal for a long time, I didn't expect such kind of service from your team. You didn't even keep your word of reverting back to the issue within 24 hours.

Now SnapDeal is saying that they won't refund the money as it was correctly dispatched. That means it is the customer who is saying a lie.                       I ordereded “Furn Aspire 3 Shelves Storage With Door” from snapdeal (Order no. [protected] ) on 20 Sept (on Discounted price of Rs 2899/-).Till 25th sept it was in state of “Waiting for courier pickup”. On 25th I got a massage that “Your parcel lost in transit”.Again when I checked on Snapdeal site, fount that parcel was cancelled before dispatch(Screen shots attached).Before order I checked on their site and is displays that parcel can be delivered at my location, in spite of that cancelling order and blaming courier service is very shamefull.This is very shameful action by Snapdeal to cancel parcel stating Lost in transit, which was never dispatched. They just want to blame on courier service of their fault. I am doubting that even they were having item in stock or not. Now same product is available on [protected]@Rs 3999/-.This is very cheap market strategy by snapdeal.

                        My order id:[protected] Hi there, I am very disappointed that you had only one service centre at Ahmadabad which was Dugar sales at Prahladnagar and that has ended tie ups with you so now my phone is in warranty and still i am not able to repair that? So are you telling me that i have wasted all my money buying your phone? Is there any update? Do you have any other service station here in Ahmadabad where i can get my phone fixed?                           I purchases 2 Rayban aviators worth Rs. 10000 nearly in 2014 and presently some patches of corrosion has appeared on the frame of both the glasses. Both are under warranty & i had purchased it frm snapdeal.com. now i am not getting any help.

                              I have order woodland khaki sandals in snapdeal on 16 Aug 2015 but i have revived wrong product and i have return the product by my self and the product was reached to snapdeal wear house and snap deal was instead my refund also but 7 days completed but still the refund has been not credit in my bank account i called to snapdeal about this issue they are telling it was still in process and i have shared my bank statement with snapdeal so many times but still the refund has been not credit in my bank and snapdeal was providing fake transaction reference number also my contact number [protected]

                                    I ordered a Lee Cooper shoe for my Brother. It was supposed to be delivered on 23rd September 2015. It was not delivered and still had received an email stating the product has been delivered from the Company. I had complained about this to the Snapdeal Customer care twice. They seem to take no heed to my complaints. Only received emails acknowledgement of my emails. Yesterday received an email to provide a feedback on the product i received. Please check onto this. Its so embarrasing when i don't get my product but still the Company states that it has delivered it to me.

                                      This regarding the order number [protected] -Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm Lens + 55-200mm Lens Combo . I was not delivered with the same combo i was given only the camera and the KIT lens that is D3200 and 18-55mm lens .The other lens was not there in the parcel.I raised a complaint regarding the same on 21/9/2015 reference number 07513555, I was called the next day by a snapdeal exceutive and was offered Rs 900 as compensation where as the 55-200mm lens which was not delivered costs nearly Rs7000, I told them i need the lens and not the compensation. I called them again on[protected] and[protected] . Till today i have not got a reply from them regarding this. NO email or call. This is bad from snapdeal being one of the best online shopping websites. I want this to be solved immeditely
