My name is Farid Wadhwania. My Order# [protected]. I have ordered Symphony Jumbo Jr Cooler from Snapdeal on September 13th. I received my product and the cooler is not working at all as per the description and the features of the product mentioned on their website and also on the cooler box. 1) The Cooler is not at all throwing cool air. It is working just like any exhaust or table fan. I could have purchased a table fan for Rs 2000. 2) As per the description on Snapdeal site and on the cooler box. This cooler has a capacity of cooling a approx.. 2500 sq./ft. room. However it is a false information. This cooler is able to give you (warm) air only and only if you sit next to the cooler. If you sit 2 sq/feet away from the cooler, the cooler failed to make air reach to you. 3) There is no information on Snapdeal site that there is cooling pad change requirement for this cooler. 4) The water level indicator on the cooler is just for name sake. In the name of indicator, there is just a dark thick 2 inch glass on the cooler which show not water level. I actually have to sit with mobile torch to understand water level in the cooler. From all of the above issues. The most essential issue for me is that cooler is unable to throw cool air. I also challenged Snapdeal executive who called me, I asked him to send their engineer to have a neutral inspection to be done on the cooler. If any of my above information is incorrect I will not claim a refund from Snapdeal. I would request somebody to help me and help me get my Rs 6500 back and help me to get rid of this stupid so called cooler. Regards, Farid Wadhwania. [protected]

    I hadbuyed this tab micromax canvas tab p480 from snapdeal and I found after 7 days that the battery backup is very bad..I tried to return the product but 7 days had passed..I took the tab to care centre since its in warranty but they say shall return it in 25-30 days or above..how can I wait for so many days inspire of buying a new item..I want either the tab should be returned or my money be paid back...why snapdeal is selling defective items or allowing such sellers to sell defective products..

      Just showing promotional offers on every product but fail to give, just a fake act to attract customers. After complaining on one reply we are "working on your request" (just like MANJHI digging mountain) & also taking 48 hours to reply back + Saturday, Sunday not included. Not a good experience with snapdeal. Order placed on 3rd sept. 2015, delivered on 8th sept.2015, continuously complaining from 11th sept. 2015 still working upto 17th...

Lakshay Singh and my registered mobile number with Snapdeal is [protected].I have placed the order on 8th September with order id [protected] and received the package on 12 September with lots of bricks and wooden board inside the package.Next day when installation person came to my house my servants opened the package in front of him only and he was also shocked.I called your customer care and asked your supervisor to talk with installation guy but he denied.He asked me to share images and promised that within 48 hours my issue will be resolved.Your team called me back when i shared the images and promised that within 48 hours my issue will be resolved.I support your team and given the enough time for investigation but today one of your advisor sunil called me and without giving me any reason denied to provide refund, i asked many times give me a valid reason but didn't get the one.It totally means that you are trying to make fraud with genuine customers who bought valuable products. Now being a responsible CEO i hope you will take corrective action in this regards because from tomorrow onwards i will take legal actions from my end, will upload all this on all social networking sites with the images, will lodge a FIR as i am having My credit card statement, the invoice you sent me and that installation guy will also be with me for the same.Today will be a last day i will wait for positive response.This is my last warning as from tomorrow i will do whatever i can.I am also a defense personal so i do know how to tackle it and i promise i will surely take compensation over it.             I put a complaint on 17th of Sep'2015 and as per your commitment you were escalating the process still I didnt get the money refund and after providing the bank statement It is not solved till today.Is it the sign of escalation??What type of fool you want to make the customer ??

              My name is lakshay singh registered mobile no with Snapdeal is [protected] and order id is [protected].This is what snapdeal sent me inside the package when i placed the order for Sony bravia LED 43 inches having a price of Rs 80000.Now when i lodged a complain after 3-4 days Snapdeal people said they will not refund my money and when i asked for the reason they didn't give me any reason.This company is totally fraud.                     To Mr. Dharmarajan K (twitter @dharmarajan_k) (Head of Customer Experience, Snapdeal) Writing after endless harassment by Snapdeal customer service bots Issue: Refund pending for returned items Mr Dharmarajan K. I hope you care a little about Snapdeal's public image. There are thousands of complaints against your customer care on google. I've experienced the way your customer care chooses to shamelessly ignore the complaints. This is addressed to you because Snapdeal customer care is highly inefficient, unethical, dishonest to say the least. It forced me to change my opinion of Snapdeal as a credible safe shopping website completely. I'll keep it short. Your highly unethical company has stolen Rs 3, 250 from me. Your company has kept my money and the returned goods after endlessly lying to me. If your company believes its doing ethical stuff why does it lie and evade customers like a coward??? I was told returns wouldn't be a problem. After the returns reached Snapdeal and I didn't get the refund, I called your company many times spending hundreds. Finally your floor supervisor Kishan Singh said there would be no refund but the items would be sent back. Till date Snapdeal has the returned items and my money.The order status still shows 'returned/we are processing your refund/replacement'). Here are the pending returns 1.[protected] Rs 1206 2.[protected] Rs 1080 3.[protected] Rs 255 4.[protected] Rs 400 5.[protected]Rs 255 Does your company believe in stealing from customers like this??? Keeping returned products and the customer's money??? Doesn't your company believe in customer goodwill??? Or does it believe in fleecing customers one-time, losing them and then doing it to new ones??? I've never had such an awful experience with any other online shopping website ever. I've had enough should I say complete nonsense from your customer care executives. If you keep ignoring customers' complaints the way you have been it will just prove that you fully approve of the unethical ways of Snapdeal customer care that you head. DO YOU MR. DHARMARAJAN K. TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE? I'll be pleasantly surprised if you spend some time cleaning up the mess in your customer service and start addressing customers' grievances sincerely. You tweet selectively and advertise your Snapdeal customer service. But you completely disregard thousands of customer complaints. There is a good reason for the poor rating of Snapdeal customer service on neutral platform's online. PS: Don't want any more nonsense automated replies from Snapdeal customer service. The messages it sends to customers who complain online. After the standard one message nonsense the complaint is buried.

                      This is in regard to complaint 6435129 against order number [protected].It's the worst site ever seen till now, its a great fraud, whenever i bought stuffs from snap deal, they provide with defective one so i have to exchange and get a new one but this time i bought a blue blazer of rs 1450 and when they provided me with a defective one i asked them to return and refund my money, its been more than 15 days, neither they have refunded money nor they return the product, when i talked to supervisor, he clearly told me that i wont be given refund or product return, snapdeal has become so stubborn that they are openly revealing their fraudism and stealing customer's money, every day i call them and lost my balance getting a proper solution but they make excuses, so its my request to innocent people kindly don't buy product from snapdeal they just meant to cheat people .peoples can checkout the cases on snapdeal, they have cheated a lot of people not just me they are habituated to stealing ours money .

When I requested for return within 2 days of delivery, snapdeal team is not responding. In snapdeal site, the status is showing as non refundable/nonreturnable.                             This is Naveen Kumar I have Order Woodland Khaki Sandals in snapdeal on 16 Aug 2015 i got delivery on 18 Aug 2015 but i have got wrong colour after that i have again raise a complaint for replacement but in replacement i have got again wrong product. And After that finally i raise a complaint for Total refund As per the snapdeal conformation i have return the product by self by Dtdc courier i have share the courier receipt with snapdeal they are refund the courier charger and the product reached to snapdeal wear house and they are cancel my order also But Snapdeal was still not refund my total amount they are initiating the amount but the amount was still not credit in my bank snapdeal was not refunding the amount they are sending initiating mails just for fake do not trust snapdeal [protected] this is my contact number

                                Hi I placed an order for 250 gb ssd and the order number is [protected]. But I only received the empty box with its accessories, this wad a horrifying shock immediately when I wanted to update this on the account the order states as still not delivered and when I tried adding information about the delivery, still the system is not allowing me to register a complain with them. Terrifying feeling after paying not receiving the product and on top of that the app not allowing me to provide the details to snapdeal.. Please some one look into this and revert on priority.

I want this order to be completed at the terms set by Snapdeal (i.e the same price and the same product).                                     These all product are duplicate wrong product delivered so for i urgently inform to snapdeal they arranged reverse pickup by gojava currier on 1 / 08 / 2015 and 01 / 09 / 2015 respectively. After pickup they are inform mr that they are initiate refund to my bank a / c on 04 / 09 / 2015 for two product, after 04 days they are intimate that a / c number is invalid and provide another bank details, then again i provide my another bank details then they initiate refund on 09 / 09 / 2015 then lastly they provide me a main on 12 / 09 / 2015, "your refund not process" then when i call to customer care executive are misbehave and directly deny to answer me about this matter,
                                    So please don't trust on this company this company is completely untrusted / fraud company.

                                      My order number is [protected]. I couldn't receive the delivery because the courier boy refused to. He was disrespectful, arrogant and adamant. I had given all the necessary details and full address but he couldn't find my house and yelled and said "i cannot deliver to you."I have shopped with snapdeal many times and never had a problem. But this was the worst experience. This has deteriorated snapdeal's appearance and status.

                                        I ordered a phillips trimmer from snapdeal .. it displayed a return policy of 7 days . now within 5 days of receiving of the product i m not satisfied with it and hence want to return it . there on the site to attract customers they say that its returning is easy i[censored] don't like the product ., i filed a return request on my order and they took my bank details also for that cause but just now i received a call from the customer care executive and he said that your product cannot be taken back as phillips is a big brand and we wont take it back once the product is opened, , , , , , i chose online shopping because they highlight things like "agar nhi acha laga to hassle free wapis ho jayega " type of things which made me think that ok let's try it then we can return it hassle free if we dont like it ... moreover in the return policy steps they havent mentioned about the call to be received regarding the product and all this stuff ... they should have written that your product will only be taken back if damaged .. y have they written that if customer is not satisfied we will take it back ...
