No promises were fulfilled. No service standards. Very poor and ineffective backend team. Many 48hrs have been passed and no resolution in sight. Customer service team don't have any response other than, "we have escalated and our team is working on it".
Ultimately, you have been compelling me to write on consumer forums and intranet for such a simple issue.
Why can't you despatch one other unit and claim demurrages from Xpressbees!?
Your partner Reglobe is after me to get the exchanged phone. I couldn't give any timeline for them to collect the old device!?
I request a suitable reply by tomorrow morning. Else, I have to express my bad experience online..for the larger interest of the poor customers like me.
