I have ordered on 31/08/2015 and receive my order on 03/09/2015, but I have not received the invoice of my order till date. Every time I call to snapdeal custmor care, it is informed that the said invoice will be sent to your e-mail within 48 hours of the delevery of the product.

      We are registerd seller sfc333 on snapdeal, to have the sell happen vikas. Dhaiya from seller activation team called to reduce the price so sell can happen, we reduced the price less then cost price also. Next week product were sold. Now suddenly when we mailed for payment (We are in unstiched dress material) catalogory. Mail came account is deactitved as tin is not submitted, we mailed may time tin is not required but no one is replying correctly. Now they are asking to send some letter on 200 rs stamp paper. Again why should i spend to get my money. This is very uneithical practice.

      i mailed to his ID but again same thing they are asking to share on stamp paper, y should i send more to get my amount back. u ppl return by goods back or pay the amount

          I had bought nutrex muscle infusion whey protein for 4850/- because of a tag saying 'best online price' ..considering that it's an international brand I paid cash on delivery and on opening the box I see that the bottle is damaged and the seal is broken and torn. Not only that but there is no authenticity of what I have received and the product was manufactured in 2013.it has a been a day now and inspite of requesting for a refund no one has contacted me.I have been a frequent customer and am extremely disappointed.

            My complaint with Snapdeal.com is the same - CASHBACK not done yet.

            This is in reference to request number 04745741 I filed with Snapdeal. Snapdeal had assured us that 1000Rs will be credited as cashback by 30 July 2015 for a purchase order made for about 25000 in May 2015. But it is Sep 8th now (and even after repeatedly placing requests and filing complaints with snapdeal) it has not been done. Kindly let me know if Snapdeal is going to act on this request? Though we have been regular customers of Snapdeal, we are disappointed with Snapdeal service because of Snapdeal not delivering as per the service terms & commitment as promised.Pls do the needful.

                Snapdeal received the items I returned but never issued a refund.

                It has my Rs 3, 250 and the returned items I bought for the amount. What company keeps a customer's money for free???

                The order status shows RETURNED, 'we are processing your refund/ replacement request' but I haven't got the refund or the products back.

                Additionally I lost quite a few hundred calling hopeless customer care. The executives were either rude or dishonest.

                Here are the RETURN IDs for items that Snapdeal has but never issued a refund for as per Snapdeal's 7 day Trustpay policy. Nor has Snapdeal sent the items back to me as floor supervisor Kishan Singh said.

                4.[protected] Rs 255

                5.[protected] Rs 255 (Snapdeal lied about having initiated the refund weeks back and gave me a fake UTN on the phone and then left with no excuse, simply refused refund)

                Where is my refund??? Where are the items if not the refund??? Why the hell did Snapdeal send me the return forms, tracking numbers, token numbers if they wouldn't accept returns?

                I've called Snapdeal many times. All I've gotten is lies.

                  Reference order no. [protected] I ordered for a bluetooth speaker for my sister (who is a cancer patient) for Raksha Bandhan. However, the item was never delivered and I had to go through an ordeal 1. The delivery guy gojava falsely claimed repeatedly that he tried delivering the item but could not. However, they themselves admitted to their lies on interrogation by my sister. 2. gojava then said that he would not deliver due to some taxation problem. I really fail to understand why snapdeal hires deliverers like gojava when they are so inefficient and unethical. 3. I called snapdeal customer care to ask a senior person to call me and register my complaint. However, in spite of the promised duration of 48 hours, I never received any call. Complaint reference: 06536051 This unresponsive attitude/arrogance of snapdeal has deprived my sister who needs some mood boosters during chemotheraphy from a much needed raksha bandhan gift. I request snapdeal to be careful in the future and settle my problem.

                    I Have purchased HP Voice 7 series Tablet online through Snapdeal.com (Vide Order No [protected]) and the product was received. After opening the tablet, it was found that the camera application is not working properly. Hence Replacement to the same product was suggested to Snapdeal and a automated courier pickup was submitted to me by mail. After waiting for three days, on the fourth day i have received a mail from snapdeal, apologizing for inconvenience and suggested to submit the courier through any nationalized courier service manually. Then through DTDC courier vide Consignment No :- D24079716 dt 12.08.2015, the HP Tablet was returned to the address of the seller as given by Snapdeal. Vide my orders in my Snapdeal account, it was found that the item was received by Snapdeal on 14.08.2015, An executive of snapdeal has called and said that the product was checked and was found in good shape and is being mailed to me within two or three working days. Even after several mail remainders through mail, till now i have not received any mail or message regarding my Package. 10 days back snapdeal executive has called and informed that the package is being returned to me. But, till today neither details of my package nor my refund amount was received. And if i have not received any details till today evening, i have to register a complaint at Ministry of Consumer Affairs. This is not at all expected from SNAPDEAL.

                    No receipt of courier has not been received even today, also daily a call from snapdeal is being received and it seems you have been manipulating the truths. I am not at all satisfied with your customer care and i want to take my complaint to next level if no package is received to me in two days. And even after two days if i have not received my package i will put the issue on social media too.
                    It has been 10 days since Snapdeal Executive has called and ensured to pay back money, i have paid for the tab. But till now i had not received any money. It was said to me that my money will be sent to me in four working days.

                    No money was paid to me back. This is very irresponsible. Even after so many days after returning your package you have failed to make payment back to me. Thats it i've lost my patience. Now i'm going to take legal action against snapdeal.
                    I don't want any apology from you guys, I just want to know about my refund, which was assured to be paid on 19.09.2015. But due the negligence and inability of people who work at Snapdeal I have not received this till now. This is the last email I'm going to write on this matter, and I'm going post the whole issue on social media as well as print and electronic media and will take necessary action against you and will make sure no other consumer will suffer like from your incapabilities. Even if one guy stops buying from Snapdeal knowing about my case I would be very happy. Now I know why Snapdeal is worst when compared to other portals like amazon and flipkart. And I am talking about the service not about the quality of product. Shame on guys at Snapdeal.

                      Do a google search and you see thousands of complaints against this fraud called snapdeal. Here is another.

                      Snapdeal is a totally customer unfriendly, shady company that engages in fraudulent unethical practices to rip off customers.

                      Buying there was a nightmare. They chose to disregard all the purchases i made from them and steal rs 3, 250 from me by keeping items that were returned and never refunding the money. Additionally i lost quite a few hundreds calling customer care.

                      Customer'care' is hopeless and blatantly rude and dishonest.

                      They refuse to give any written acknowledgement in email of any resolution they give on the phone and then they lie shamelessly with a holier than thou attitude.

                      This is not a transparent company. They kept my money but flatly refused to give me a reason verbally and of course in writing for the same.

                      Snapdeal corporate office numbers keep ringing. All the customer can do is speak to the dishonest customer care robot executives on [protected] who are trained to give utter to customers. The snapdeal grievance redressal phone and email helpdesk is a sham.

                      Snapdeal ships faulty products - defective / wrong / duplicate products and refuses refund for returned products that have safely reached them.

                      Here are the return ids for which i never got a refund / replacement as per snapdeal's 7 day trustpay policy. Nor were the returned items shipped back to me as promised by floor supervisor kishan singh after my many phone calls.

                      After spending hundreds calling them, all i got is a bunch of lies from their floor supervisors like kishan singh, anjali rai, darpan yadav and sandeep kumar.

                      These cheats hide behind anonymity so their names must be mentioned. A guy supervisor disconnected the call pretending to not be able to hear me.

                      I was told the return items would be shipped back to me as snapdeal wouldn't refund. Why the hell did they send me the return forms, tracking numbers, token numbers then?

                      Snapdeal never sent the items back. They kept the money and returned products and evaded me on the phone well knowing such practices are outright unethical.

                      Among the other annoying things this company does is bombard customers with unnecessary texts and calls the whole day when one places orders on their website. Do not disturb customers the whole day snapdeal.

                      They often insist on shipping items even when a customer cancels an order soon after placing it and receives a confirmation for the same. As if they are super desperate to thrust products on customers.

                      Snapdeal offers / deals are not as attractive as they seem at first glance. Snapdeal has a perpetual sale to lure customers unlike its competitors. But the latter often drop their prices lower than snapdeal when they have a sale. Whatever i bought on snapdeal became available for the same / lower price on other credible shopping websites. Buying from this third rate shopping website with dismally rotten service is only inviting trouble and losing your peace of mind.

                      Now the snapdeal website has improved but earlier when i placed orders, since many of their items weren't in stock, they cancelled orders without refund. For one prepaid order i never got the refund for the order snapdeal cancelled. Didn't have the time to puruse the nonsense after sending them my bank statement as they asked me to.

                      The fraud company has no reverse pick up service in many pincodes. I had to take the returns to the bluedart office myself after snapdeal sent me the return forms not knowing the thieves would keep the products and my money.

                      Beware of this fraud snapdeal and buy there at your own risk.

                      Buy more from them and they'll want to steal more from you.

                      A big zero star for this huge customer rip off scam.

                      One day this stupid company will lose to its efficient and ethical competitors.

                      Shame on you unscrupulous snapdeal cheats. Rob customers and you'll lose them all and sink ur dirty boat.

                      There is still the press, courts and law enforcing and regulatory bodies in this country to deal with myopic fraud companies like snapdeal.

                      I had ordered for a mobile holder. I found the product to be not worth since it was made of cheap rubber. As per their return policy, I wrote to snapdeal to pick up the return product. They promptly wrote an email promising that the product would be picked up by their couriers within 48 hours as follows:

                      "Your item will be picked up within next 2 business days. If you require any further assistance, feel free to reply to this email. We’d be glad to help you".

                      There was also phone call promising to pick up the return product. Thereafter nothing happened. I kept emailing and calling them after every 48 hours. They would promptly email back and also call on phone saying there are sorry for the inconvenience and the product would be picked up within the next 48 hours. But even after 2 months no one has ever called at my residence to pick up the product. Its a shame that snapdeal treats the innocent customers so shabbily cheating them with promise of good support. Their phone calls and emails are all spam; since they don't mean what they promise.

                      Same thing happens with me also. I hv raised a return request for 2 products which i hv bought from snapdeal. After 15 days i got a mail stating thay my products failed in quality check. I called customer care and told them that products which i hv return was unused bt they didn't believe me so i hv given them many evidences that my products was unused n new as they were at the tym of delivery. when they hv no answer for my question they started giving me another reason that there is a discrepancy in my account.
                      I hv tried alot given thousand of reason, spend hundreds of rupees on calls on customer care wasted my tym bt at the end i hv got no resolution from there side.
                      Snapdeal is big fraud and they r cheating their customers.

                        I had purchased the Sony Music Player along with 2 Sony 6.5 Inch Speakers and opted for AXA service to install the same on my Car. So far I was in good impression with Snapdeal, but once AXA provided service I am totally disappointed. After I raised the request for speaker and music player installation, the AXA service provider sent two experts to my home next day for installation. They came bit late and started fitting the devices in hurry. One of the experts tried to open the left interior panel of the car and broke that apart. When I asked those guys they said it will not be an issue. How can I accept this mistake. My car was in good condition without any damage in the interior. Now because of these guys I got a mark inside the car and it is also making noise while driving. I checked with Hyundai showroom for the price of a new panel which was damaged by these guys. They said it will cost around Rs. 2000 approx. I had a trust with Snapdeal but because of AXA service I am loosing the trust. I need to spend around 2k for no reason.                           Dear sir, I had booked Ambrane 13000MAH power bank from snapdeal .com by online pay through credit card of rs.999 Dated on 10 August 2015 order no - [protected].My delivery date was upto 18 august.it was extended 2 times.after failure of deliveries i did call to courier agency gojavaas (Snapdeal courier service) they told me it is lost in our network.after continuous followup through mail & call finally snap deal ready to refund me & revert me with refund mail dated on 26 august. As mentioned in mail refundwill take place within next 10 working days.Still there is no response from snapdeal regarding same.                             I booked turbo charger on 18th March and it was not working so I asked for refund. the product was picked up by the courier boy but till now I have not received my refund money.Its been 7 months. Please don't buy anything from snapdeal.they are fraud

Ultimately, you have been compelling me to write on consumer forums and intranet for such a simple issue. Why can't you despatch one other unit and claim demurrages from Xpressbees!? Your partner Reglobe is after me to get the exchanged phone. I couldn't give any timeline for them to collect the old device!? I request a suitable reply by tomorrow morning.                                       I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Max in Snapdeal Mon, 20 Jul, 2015 with in 10 days the camera was not working.. i have visited samsung service center. samsung service center technician sads its was a samsung manufactured product but iner the parts was not samsung parts ( Touch Display & Camera ) i have raise a request in snapdeal they said sir first you repaired the product and nxt send the invoice of the repair charges after that i have repaired the product with my own money and i will send the invoice copy snapdeal also but now snapdeal was not refunding my mobile repair charges. friends i would request you to all do not shopping in snapdeal. snapdeal was supplying second hand products conatct number [protected]

                                        Hello Sir/ Madam, I'm Mrs. Beaula Selvaraj From February onward we are selling our product through snapdeal.com. First 3 month they are doing very good service. After that It's really worst service. 3 Month before we have a payment issue with snapdeal.com Still now they didn't give valid reason. They changed logistic charge from 400 to 1500 without my knowledge. In this case, we are selling two products, both are same size, same weight but color only is different. for 1 product they charged logistic amount is Rs.400 and another one they charged Rs.1500. (see.. color only is different from one product to another product) I asked why this much different for same product? They didn't reply. 6 product i dispatched without know they changed my price panel. I mailed them and asked about this they said you will get shortage amount within 2 payment cycle. Almost its happened 3 month before still now i didn't get Rs.4, 500/- payment. ( You may think Rs.4500 is little amount but the trust is invaluable).. 31st Aug 2015, I got order. I checked price panel before manifest the order, I got shocked. again i got same problem. My price are changed without my knowledge. I mentioned Rs.3150 but they changed to Rs.2549. Rs.600 lesser than my amount. How is it possible? They gave one panel for me. Whatever they try to change, They have to inform me through call, SMS or E-Mail. For this time also i didn't get proper response. they are saying 'you should process this order otherwise we will charge penalty. How can i responsible for this issue ? What is the reason they are changing pricing panels without inform seller? I contacted to customer care service they said 'you should mail to our customer care service" ([protected]@snapdeal.com) Whenever I try to mail to customer care service mail id. everytime new person came to mail and they are asking freshly that's mean asking question from the beginning. Why they can't read all sellers mail? As a Seller, I'm telling to everyone please check your pricing panel regularly and check your bank statement properly. Think if they are cheating like this way with 10, 000 seller per day means they are getting Rs.60, 00, 000/- (unanswerable cheating amount) this is only approximate amount. Think how they earning ? Please Be aware...!!!
