As per order no. [protected] of snapdeal, Venus Black Digital Weighing scale was delivered to my house on 11/09/15. The product was fully damaged. In spite of placing return request on the same day, return pick up did not happen. The refund of money or replacement of product did not take place.

    I have returned the BOat Rock headphone of rs 1500, and it was not a good product, So I returned it, After returning, this is 1 month Snap Deal has not refund me my amount, everytime they are giving me an excuse that it will be refunded, 10-15 times they gave me the excuse, however didnt refund it and didnt fulfill their commitment, It is so disappointing that I dont want to recommend anyone to buy from Snap Deal and I seriously dont know will they refund my money or not. I have shared my banks details everything, however I havent' received the refund. So please take my complain and take action on that. All the customer care collegues and Supervisors just gave excuses, they didnt payback the Money.So Please help.

      Sir, I buy a denim from your shopping partner "Voonik' but the product belong to "Snapdeal". But, out of three butons at the bottom, one is not there. And its not available in the package, that means the defect is there since the time of packaging. I always be a regular customer of Snapdeal, But it kind of cheating i found.

        I had bought Voltas Split Ac from snap deal . it was delivered on 4 aug 2015. the installation person from voltas came & fixed the AC on 9 august .After installation he found that the out door unit is not working. Immediately on 9 august I complaint to Snap deal in front of voltas person. They said it will be replaced with in 48 hours .Every day after 9 august I regularly called up Snap deal . every time new executive said it will be replaced with in 48 hours & it was not done . finally they told me to uninstall it at my expense & they will recall the product . so I uninstall it on 30 august 2015 & snap deal picked up on 31 august . after that snap deal said that your payment is initiated & it will get credited in your bank account within 7 working days which was not done . after many days on 16 sep 2015 they said we have again initiated your payment & it will get credited within 7 working days & till today it is not done . So my refund of Rs. 24500 is pending with Snap deal . the first complaint was made on 9 august & todays is 24 sep almost after 46 days .

          I had purchased a brand new iphone 6 from snapdeal but in the box i got a fake usb cable so i contac customer care for return pick up of my phone but they denied for returned pickup of whole product because seal have been opened but at that time they gave me option that i can purchase a new usb cable from apple store and share the bill with them and they will refund the amount. at that time i was satisfied with their commitment which they told me but now i purchased a usb cable from apple store, now they are denying to refund my amount.they closed all of my complaints.i am feeling cheated. contact-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

            I have made several complaints to snapdeal for the duplicate products received by them but i have not got any response from them till now. I bought three iphone 6 cases from snapdeal woth of rs 370 each . One i kept for myself and other 2 i gifted to my friends. Any i was really surprised as all the three did not even lasted for a week. Even the cheap street covers lasts for 6 months or more . SnapDeal is sending all there cheap quality products to us and fooling us .i know the amount is minimal but i am planning to register a complain to consumer court as they are cheating on us.

              I have order a product from snapdeal on :[protected] order number [protected] where Estimated Delivery: 17 Sep, 2015 - 20 Sep, 2015. When product not dispatched till 18 Sep in logged the complaint # 07282265. As response to this complaint snapdeal revert with comment “Please note that our team is working on this and the same issue will be resolved within 3 day” Now its 24 Sep and I still not received my product, it’s in delivery city but courier company not mode any delivery attempted yet. So I call snapdeal support and now really frustrated to see their response “We are investigating your concern and will resolve within 6-7 days.” 6-7 days more.. is it joke ?? You already delayed the product by 7 days and now telling me you need 7 more days. I faced same issue with my pervious order [protected] where it was reached at destination city and after 10-15 days received message that due to some issue we cannot deliver the product and they cancelled my order. Snapdeal if you are not able to server the customer and why to take order. Choose you delivery partner carefully as its damaging your image. This is my last order and i will never order anything from snapdeal.

                I have ordered Lenovo G50-80-80E501LRIN laptop priced 42389 Rs (Order number [protected]) by COD on 10 september but they delivered tummy trimmer. I live in almora but they didn't support here So I ordered it in my relative resident at haldwani. Because the box was sealed so they taked the delivery but when my sister opened it, there was a tummy trimmer. On next day I asked for replacement and contacted snapdeal. They assured me that they replaced it. I sent them photos related the product. But they replied, We have investigated the matter and found that we sent the laptop. So we can't help you on this matter. What should I do now? They are fraud & sent me some cheap trimmer.

                  I have given order no. [protected] on 30th August for Eprilla Combo of 8 Cotton Blend Polo T-shirts of size No.40 but that size is not suitable for me. Sothat same day, I have contact your customer service dept. for replacement. They have given assurance of replacement of size No.42 & reverse pick up also. But till date, nobody has come for pick-up the material. Even though my continuous follow-up with your customer service dept. response is very poor/ worst. My first time experience is very bad/ worst. Since last many years, I am doing online shopping with Amazon.com and their response is also excellent as compared with Snap deal. Please help me out on urgent priority otherwise henceforth in future; I will not do any transaction with Snap deal and also will not recommend anybody to deal with you. Regards, Raju Pisal

                        Hi, I made the below purchase from snapdeal: Product - iphone 6, 16bg Price - Rs 43299 Date - August 11 Mode - SBI credit card Payment method - EMI payment (invoice attached) I chose the payment method as EMI payment, so that I can my bank in easy EMIs. But when I received my credit card statement for the month of August, I was charged the whole amount in this month and not the EMIs. I have made multiple calls and emails to Snapdeal about this from 10th September onwards but I have still not received any resolution for this. Instead their executives called me and said that I should call SBI and ask them for converting the amount in EMIs. But I don't understand how can the bank resolve this when it is Snapdeal's error. I told this to Snapdeal but they kept on arguing. So I still called SBI and as expected they said that they have not received any EMI request from the merchant (snapdeal). So the bank asked me to go to the merchant again. I don't understand why Snapdeal is not understanding the criticality of this issue. I was supposed to pay only one month emi that was 3900 approx. but because of Snapdeal's mistake, now i am being asked to pay the full amount of 43299 in one month. How will i pay it? If i had so much money, then why would i choose the EMI payment option. If i don't make this payment to my credit card till 27th September, then I will be a defaulter with my bank. Who will be responsible for this and who is going to pay this amount. I have contacted Snapdeal many times and I have not received any resolution from them. This is really irresponsible of them. There are only 4 days left in my payment due date and if I don't get a resolution within these days, then I will have to take Snapdeal to court. I have attached my credit card statement and the product invoice that clearly proves my point.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I have successfully placed order in Snapdeal on 02.08.2015 vide Order ID: [protected]. But it is so unfortunate that the Items are still not delivered at my address. It is pertinent to mention that my address is prominently located in Kolkata near Airport and earlier, Snapdeal also delivered products to my address. Initially, Snapdeal confirmed for delivery of the products between 06.08.2015 to 08.08.2015. However, Snapdeal repeatedly failed to keep their commitments for delivery of the products. Numerous times, I followed-up with Snapdeal, but all my efforts had gone futile. Every time, Snapdeal had given false promises/commitments and later on they excuses fault on the part of their courier partner. Hence, at last I am constrained to write this mail for resolution of grievances. Therefore, from the above circumstances, I have reasons to believe that they have played with my hard earned money and wasted so much time and ultimately not delivered the products to me till date. Hence, now, I am compelled to claim appropriate compensation from Snapdeal for causing this kind of harassment to me. As a compensation, I want the products free of cost and immediate refund of money already paid for the product. Your early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.                                   I had placed an order for Dell Laptop. Order no. [protected] and paid in advance. Today the courier brought me the consignment. By looking at itself I knew it was not a laptop. See the images attached. The document attached to the consignment shows the item as Laptop. I did not take delivery and returned the consignment. I have asked for refund. The problem is that the discounted offer is no more on and I cannot get the same laptop at the same price. Who is at fault? Snapdeal who took my money or the dealer?
