This is inform that i purchased the Coolpad Dazen 1 in snapdeal on[protected] and my speaker is stop working from 14-09-15 i raised the request, and they told me that get the confirmation letter from coolpad service center so that we will process the request. i spent the two days and i get the letter and i scan it and i sent the mail to sanpdeal, after i called to snapdeal they told we are raising the replacement request with in 2days, one of my consultant will pic the mobile and give you the other mobile, then i stopped calling to snap deal, after 2 day's i saw a mail that your ticket is closed, then stunned, i called to snapdeal they told my people called you somany times you did't pick the phone, i asked why again call you already started the replacement right, again they transfered the call to other person he is telling there is no replacement option in my end. i stunned then again i told entire story, why you people only told me that we are raising the replacement request they are stopped responding, finally i am completly disspointed with snapdeal.
