        I have purchased lenovo p-70 cellphone for rs.14021/- on 25th jully at 10.57 pm by online shopping from snapdeal by using SBI debit card under the 10% cashback offer. My order no. is [protected]. They mentioned that the cashback will be deposited directly to the account on or before 30 sep. But the cashback amount is not deposited to my account on 1 Oct.

          I had done mobile recharge of Rupees 50 and Rupees 349 as per the below order ID FCVA[protected], FCVA[protected] for the Airtel number [protected], no recharge has happened, after complaining to both free charge and snap deal (parent company) neither mobile charge is credited or any refund is done this company is doing lot of fraud transactions I am holding Snapdeal accountable as this company is the parent company for freecharge

That day (28-July-2015) cash back offer of 10% for SBI cards and maximum cash back is RS.1500 for all electronic items they have mentioned.                     This is inform that i purchased the Coolpad Dazen 1 in snapdeal on[protected] and my speaker is stop working from 14-09-15 i raised the request, and they told me that get the confirmation letter from coolpad service center so that we will process the request. i spent the two days and i get the letter and i scan it and i sent the mail to sanpdeal, after i called to snapdeal they told we are raising the replacement request with in 2days, one of my consultant will pic the mobile and give you the other mobile, then i stopped calling to snap deal, after 2 day's i saw a mail that your ticket is closed, then stunned, i called to snapdeal they told my people called you somany times you did't pick the phone, i asked why again call you already started the replacement right, again they transfered the call to other person he is telling there is no replacement option in my end. i stunned then again i told entire story, why you people only told me that we are raising the replacement request they are stopped responding, finally i am completly disspointed with snapdeal. there are my invoice details ITEM CODE: HA989461 ORDER NO: [protected] SUBORDER NO: [protected]

                        Sir, This is to inform you that from last 40 days i did not recieve my refund from snapdeal, they did fraud with me ! On 23/08/2015, i orderd a product from snapdeal n it was defected n was not branded and on the same day i requested for my refund n till now i did not get my refund back. They asked for my bank details n told me you will get your refund within four days n i did not get my refund n then again i have spoken to their manager, he again asked for my bank details n then also i did not get any response n it has been more the 10 times i have given them my bank details n 100 times i have spoken to the manager of snapdeal but no response n before 10 days i requested for cheque n manager told me you will get ur refund on 28/09/2015. n still i did not get any cheque. n yetserday also i have spoken to the service provider of snapdeal n i asked him to transfer the call to your manager n then he put the call on hold n did not transfer my call. As you can see that it has been more than 40 days, i have not recieved my refund yet ! I want you to take strict action towards their company. I'm a college student n they did fraud with me. From my savings i have ordered this product n they sold me defected product n it was not branded. They are selling us fake products.                           I bought a sandal from them which was size 10 as per my order I made the payment and was waiting to get it delivered but Even after 5days I dint got anything so I called up the customer care regarding the same they told me that my order has been cancelled due to unavailability so I told them to deliver me at least size 9 and after days I got it but this size was not comfortable so I again raised a request to deliver me size 10 .past 6 days I am calling the customer care but everytime I hear the same 4 line that ua complaint is registered nd being escalated give us some time and when the next day I call dem up they say last person who spoke to you dint raised the complaint.just now I spoke to the floor manager nd he was like you will get the same size ( 9) and when I said I don't want it refund my money he said "madam refund to aap bhul jao".

It is bring your kind information that I had purchased Oricum 15 Watt LED Bulb - Pack of 10 worth Rs 798. This is to inform you that out of ten, one LED bulb found to be defective. Although few more LED bulbs was also not working due to loose casing, detached its parts etc. but they are working.Snapdeal agents are not giving contacting us we have given them reminder also.                                   I am purchasing whirlpool washing machine on offer price for snap deal. they collect payment order confirmation mail was generated. after one hour back automatically cancel my offer products, till now payment was not returned. they will cheating with me. Anybody, dont buy any offers in snapdeal.com. my mail confirmation screenshot also attached to all. be careful to buy online purchasing for snapdeal.com This is for my best advice to all.

                                    I ordered a saree on the eve of my mother's birthday, but as usual snapdeal tried to deliver the saree via Ecom express which has some bad reviews for delivery, my mother didn't get that saree instead Ecom was harassing me and giving false hopes and they lied to us by letting me know that they called the receiver, while cross check I understood they didn't.I called snapdeal company to take some actions for Ecom, they didnt pay heed to it.                                         Hi, I placed this order [protected] (Amzer Hybrid Warrior Case - Black/ Black for Lenovo A7000) on September.5. I received it on 07 September, 2015. As I was not satisfied with the quality of the product, I wanted to return the product. But mistakenly, I have initiated for a replacement. So I immediately tried to cancel the replacement order through my Snap Dea Account, but it alerted that it can only be done through Customer Care executive. Hence I contacted Snap Dea Customer care seeking to cancel the replacement order I made. A lady from Snap Deal End promised to go ahead with my request considering it as a priority one, & did promised me that I will get my refund within a day or 2, & did seek me a feedback. Considering that it was an almost over issue, I gave her a good feedback. Days passed after that, but I never received a mail or a call from SD regarding this, I wrote them back multiple times through mails & their HELP section in SD Account, but only a few called me only to seek a good feedback for the waste-of-time conversation I had with them. It's been almost 23 days since placing the order & i have never experienced a below-the-standard treatment from the So called No.1 on-line shopping portal in India. Kindly give back my 499 Rs immediately or else I'll be left with no option rather than to sue Snap-deal legally.
