I bought a 18kt Gold Pendant and earrings set on Snap Deal: Order ID : [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:23:41 ORDER DETAILS S. No.1 Item Name: Onjnk 18Kt Golden Pendant with Earrings Delivery: Standard Delivery Sub Order No.[protected] Quantity:1 Price: 4300 Estimated Delivery: 13 Sep, 2015 - 17 Sep, 2015 Total Amount : 4300 Shipping Charges (+): 0 Payable Amount:Rs. 4300 I thought that the price was too unbelievable so I kept calling them and writing to them to confirm that this was indeed the price for a gold set and that they would deliver my order and they kept confirming the same. I wanted to make sure they deliver but they have cancelled my order. Here are my various emails to them. I want this order to be completed at the terms set by Snapdeal (i.e the same price and the same product). This is a sham if they did not have a vendor to complete the order why did they have to place my order and keep reconfirming it.

    Its a fraud company, they chit me rs:4000 / - directly.
    Please don't trust on this company.
    They are provide duplicate, expire, faulty, old product.

    I am purchase 2 item from snap deal
    1 accu chek glucose monitor [protected]@ rs:1345 / - on cod order id - [protected]
    2 omron autio bp monitor worth @rs rs:2546 / - on cod order id - [protected]

    These all product are duplicate wrong product delivered so for i urgently inform to snapdeal they arranged reverse pickup by gojava currier on 1 / 08 / 2015 and 01 / 09 / 2015 respectively. After pickup they are inform mr that they are initiate refund to my bank a / c on 04 / 09 / 2015 for two product, after 04 days they are intimate that a / c number is invalid and provide another bank details, then again i provide my another bank details then they initiate refund on 09 / 09 / 2015 then lastly they provide me a main on 12 / 09 / 2015, "your refund not process" then when i call to customer care executive are misbehave and directly deny to answer me about this matter,
    So please don't trust on this company this company is completely untrusted / fraud company.

      My order number is [protected]. I couldn't receive the delivery because the courier boy refused to. He was disrespectful, arrogant and adamant. I had given all the necessary details and full address but he couldn't find my house and yelled and said "i cannot deliver to you."I have shopped with snapdeal many times and never had a problem. But this was the worst experience. This has deteriorated snapdeal's appearance and status.

        I ordered a phillips trimmer from snapdeal .. it displayed a return policy of 7 days . now within 5 days of receiving of the product i m not satisfied with it and hence want to return it . there on the site to attract customers they say that its returning is easy i[censored] don't like the product ., i filed a return request on my order and they took my bank details also for that cause but just now i received a call from the customer care executive and he said that your product cannot be taken back as phillips is a big brand and we wont take it back once the product is opened, , , , , , i chose online shopping because they highlight things like "agar nhi acha laga to hassle free wapis ho jayega " type of things which made me think that ok let's try it then we can return it hassle free if we dont like it ... moreover in the return policy steps they havent mentioned about the call to be received regarding the product and all this stuff ... they should have written that your product will only be taken back if damaged .. y have they written that if customer is not satisfied we will take it back ...

          I brought an Iphone 6 64 GB from Snap Deals and they cheated me by selling a product which seems damaged while handling. They are not intending to repair it either nor willing to send me the video recording of the dispatch / packaging of the product as I feel the mobile phone is tampered and could be also used without a sim card by either the vendor or anyone associated with Snapdeals. I hope customer do not buy cellphones from snap deals as the product i[censored]sed by someone else even though for a few mins is a second hand product thought used even without a sim card and paying such high prices for a second hand product is useless.             I purchased Htcs desire 820s from snap deal from three months ago.Now last 8 to 10 days my phone not getting charged as well as my ear phones are not working.I tried to contact so many times at snap deal customer care. but no one listened my problem I feel cheated.no one give me response.I want to replace or refund my phone any how.Or being a customer I have right to take action against snap deal.I want justice.My mobile order no: [protected].As well as when I want to htc service centre than they told me that my bill is incorrect and as you have purchased this device online so you can't able to get warranty .please do help me as early as possible

                    I placed 3-4 successive orders at Snapdeal - none of the orders were fulfilled in satisfactory manner. Reasons for dis-satisfaction - delayed delivery, incomplete delivery, non-delivery and even asking for payment against delivery which was pre-paid during order placement. Example #1: Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on Sat, 29 Nov, 2014 with full payment The product was not delivered. Example #2: Oplus Mobile: Order ID: [protected] Placed on Sun, 02 Nov, 2014 with full payment The Oplus mobile stops functioning in July 2015. Warranty support is promised by Snapdeal but no action is taken as of today. Indian customers should think twice before placing any order to Snapdeal.

                      I have ordered solid wood 6 seater dining table set (order # [protected]) on 15th August 2015 and got delivery on 8th September 2015. The chairs look completly different from what was shown on snapdeal's website. I have raised return on 8th September itself as it is covered by Snapdeal TrustPay but they kept on postponing my request saying that they would respond with in next 24 hours, they have been repeating this with same answer witout any progress since 8th September. If it doesn't get resolved with in a week will take legal route.

                        I have been a regular buyer for almost 3 yrs. I have never faced any problem. The delivery n packing is fine. Recently returned with no issue.. The only thing is that the quality have gone down.. There was a time when. I don't have to think before giving any order. But now a days I have to think twice.. Never expected this from u.. I know if I m not satisfied I can that back. But why the quality is going down.. I feel bad after seeing the product.. I really want that u pls check the quality..                           MY reference number 08930926 which is registered with you. My product was picked for return on 13th October 2015, till today i.e 30th October I have not received my refund amount in my account,


                          kindly update when you working reference number will be done. normally other online shopping site refund within 7 days but snapdeal has crossed more than 15 days for their refund.

                              D/Sir, I had purchased an induction cooker alongwith some induction cookware on 8th August 2015 from the website Snapdeal.com. The induction cooker and the induction cookwares was bought on an combo offer. Both the products came in two different packings via India Post and was received on 17th August 2015. On opening the packets, the induction cookwares were found to be intact. On the other hand, the induction cooker was found to be broken. When shaken, there was sound of some broken pieces inside the induction cooker. There is no external damage to the induction cooker. This seems to be a case of mishandling by the courier (in this case India Post) during transit. I promptly conveyed the same to Snapdeal.com about the broken induction cooker on the very next day ie: 18th August 2015 on their website and asked for a replacement. There was then an exchange of emails between me and Snapdeal.com where Snapdeal.com acknowledged my complaint and gave instructions for the return of the broken product. They said that Blue Dart Courier will come and pick up the package and I was to pack the product with their packing. They also gave a token number to be verbally quoted when the courier personnel came to pick up the package. Snapdeal.com also instructed me to print out barcode which was to be pasted on the cover. All these instructions were followed but no one came to pick up the package till date. Lastly, they sent me a email stating that the courier went for reverse pickup but failed due to reasons best known to them. They have stated no reason for the “unsuccessful pickup”. Is it due to no one was present when they came for reverse pickup? The answer is NO because there is always someone present in the house. Secondly, if there was a “unsuccessful pickup” by the courier, how can I convey the message for retaining the product to the courier whom I never met? This seems to be a blantant case o[censored]ntruthfullness. When I replied to the “unsuccessful pickup” email, the mail bounced back which is conclusive proof of blocking my email account to them. Lastly, I would also like to state that Snapdeal.com customer service spoke to me over the mobile. I also have SMS sent by Snapdeal.com in my mobile. The following is the list of files contained inside Snapdeal.zip as follows: Invoice1.pdf is the invoice for the induction cooker Invoice2.pdf is the invoice for Prestige induction cookwares SnapPage01.pdf is the email for the despatch of induction cooker SnapPage02.pdf is the email for the delivery of induction cooker SnapPage03.pdf is the email acknowledging my complaint SnapPage04.pdf is another email acknowledging my complaint SnapPage05.pdf is yet another email acknowledging my complaint SnapPage06.pdf is email for return instructions SnapPage07.pdf is another email for return instructions SnapPage08.pdf is another email for reverse pickups SnapPage09.pdf is email informing for failure of reverse pickup SnapPage10.pdf is my email reply for the reverse pickup failure SnapPage11.pdf is the email which is a mailer daemon blocking my emails to them On visiting their website recently, the product which I want replaced is “no more in stock”.                                 Snapdeal provide me fake invoice without TIN no. of the seller/vendor (invoice provided, attached) which is not valid, everyone knows it. In this way Snapdeal does not give taxes to Government, providing fake invoices to its customers. Kindly make arrange to provide original/authentic invoice of my order no. [protected] immediately. The recent invoice provided by snapdeal mentioned only one IMEI no., however the mobile I have purchased two IMEI no. Kindly provide authentic Invoice with both IMEI no.

                                Snapdeal mostly provides fake bill without any tax details and fake seller info. The are robbing people by not paying taxes that they have collected from us. Most electronic dealers have mentioned fake tin n cst no.

Snapdeal making foolish its customers giving fake invoices of its products and does not give the tax to the Government. KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE AUTHENTIC/ORIGINAL INVOICE OF MY ORDER NO.                                     Frustrating experience in my 1st buying at Snapdeal.com (Snapdeal Order No. [protected]) - poor management, bad checks & control and worst customer service. 1. 15th August - I ordered and paid for a Badminton racket – to be delivered at Kolkata; Delivery dates communicated as between 20th August to 24th August 2. 16th August -got a SMS that materials are packed and ready for courier pickup 3. 18th August - website was showing that the consignment reached Kolkata 4. 19 - 20th - Since it reached Kolkata, I called the call centre about delivery date and got assurance that the same will be delivered soon between 20th – 24th August 5. 21st August – received no communication even though the consignment was showing as reached Kolkata 3 days back; called call centre to get courier company's contact no. In response got a Mumbai landline no. starting with STD code 022 and strangely having 7 digit phone no. In fact Mumbai landline nos. are of 8 digit. 6. 21st August - Being duped with wrong contact no., called again to get a repeat assurance that a complain has been lodged and will be delivered by 22nd August (Saturday) 7. 22nd August (Saturday) - With no signs of delivery, called call centre again; the call centre attendant (seems not yet trained to Snapdeal DNA about telling flat lies like the previous ones I had to interact with!) apologised and conveyed that shipment could not be identified and not yet handed over to any courier company. However he assured that the product will be delivered by 24th. Since I had to gift it to my daughter, I could no more depend on Snapdeal's system and commitment, decided to buy the same from a brick and morter store. Called the call centre to cancel the order since same was not yet handed over to the courier, I was told that order cannot be cancelled at that point of time and I have to wait till the consignment reaches my address and I refuse it (funnily it was not handed over to courier till then). 8. 22nd August - Tried to cancel the order online but not allowed 9. 23rd August - Got a call from a Snapdeal call centre executive informing (another lie) that Snapdeal has agreed to cancel my order and that I will get my money back within 4 / 5 days 10. 24th August - Website showing same status - consignment not delivered 11.28th August - Money not yet refunded 12.29th August - website showing revised delivery dates till 29th August 2015 13.31st August - Revised date line - website showing revised delivery dates - 1st Sepember - 4th september 14. 4th September - No delivery No refund yet 15. 5th September – My frustration was yet to reach its peak –despite getting a call 10 days back from snapdeal cancelling my order, I got a SMS and a call from a courier company - shipment was out for delivery; on call the courier company representative conveyed that he is about to leave courier company’s premises and is calling to ensure I will be available that day. If as per 23rd August call me that my request for cancellation was accepted how do I still get a SMS and call on 5th September saying shipment is out for delivery? 16. 5th September – As the product was not delivered within the timeline and I was no more in need of a badminton racket, as advised by Snapdeal call centre before, I told the courier company to consider my order cancelled and I will not be available to accept the delivery. 17. 8th September – Got a email cancellation confirmation from Snapdeal saying “Snapdeal Order No. [protected]cannot be delivered due to certain unavoidable issues faced by our courier partner”. 18. 9th September – But my frustration was yet to see an end. Snapdeal deducted Rs. 100 before refunding my order value; which means, I did’nt got the product in time, I could not cancel the order even if same was not handed over to a courier but still I was penalised for something which Snapdeal itself admitted that the order could not be delivered because o[censored]navoidable issues faced by Snapdeal’s courier partner. Every day we get to see big claims in billions from Snapdeal promoters but can’t they fix CRM and logistic issues, basics of the trade in which they claim to become leader? Why should a customer be spending so much of time and money on searching this product for which he already paid and ultimately get nothing except hearing white-collar lies? Why should I be paying a single penny for a fault of Snapdeal and its partners? Or is this one of the ways found to reach that billion dollar dream (!)? Who will pay for the unbearable pain and sufferings that I suffered because of inefficient service from Snapdeal? Surprisingly promoters are giving big bites to draw Diwali crowd and speaking in billions but do not have minimum capacity to track their consignment and allowing call centres to run on lies and bluffs.                                         I have taken a mobile on Snapdeal somewhere in April and they mentioned cashback of 10% will be done by June. no one cared about it and I'm following up on it regular basis by contacting them on phone, case, email. But not yet processed. They were saying it will be done we are processing the request. But didnt happened.
