on 13 th July I have placed a order of laptop before placing the order I had talked with snapdeal using more than 3no' s of mine and mine friend for every time they told that back to college offer is free of cost from HP but some people selling this with receiving some amount of money but we snap deal will provide you with no any extra charges and we will send one coupen code in the packing that you have to submit then you will receive the offer i[censored] have not received the code then you will register this laptop then you will receive the offer. So I placed the order but when I received the order their is no coupen code and I have called to snap deal some of from snapdeal telling that they have not received any call from my no on 13 th and some telling k we will receive your complaint and transfor to senior but still I m not getting any response from snapdeal so please help me...

      On 14th July 2015 I purchased a mobile phone (Micro max Unite 3) from snap deal, but at the time of payment via sbi debit card transaction failed. Later I checked with bank and bank confirmed that the money (Rs. 6080/-) was deducted from account. I called snap deal, they asked for 48 hours to resolve this.After waiting till 22nd July 2015 I called them back and they told me to file a complain in their website with the bank statement where the deduction is shown, I followed their entire process they also confirmed me via mail that they receive my complain with bank statement and the refund will be done within 48 hours. After waiting for several 48 hours I called them back, but as usual either they asking me for 48 hours again or again or they are telling it is under process. When I asked them to forward my call to the concern dept they also denied to transfer the call. I will be obliged if you kindly proceed with the matter and help me to get the refund.Details of the order is provided below.         I have been chasing for my courier since one week but didnt get my package till now, they are stating lies that courier has been sent but no one was there to receive, phone was switched off and all other stories. I have never this kind of problem before in other courier services.

          sir i have purchase a TV from snapdeal.com they told that it will be delivered in three days then they extended up to 10 days. They crossed extension period and TV delivered after 15 days. Information given by the company that product is shipped from hyderabad to pune. by road or by train this distance may be covered in 12 hrs but they have taken 15 days. when i received this product it was a damazed piece. I made a complain to LG customer care they told that it does not cover under our policy so you should contact snapdeal.com. Snapdeal aggread to exchange the product. I registered the complain on 19 july 2015. They told that it will be picked up in two days. Since that they till date 28 july 2015 i am waiting for the pick up. daily i make call to snapdeal. they tells that it will be picked up in two days. sir i am totally fade up and feel cheated by the company pls heip. further complain no is[protected]

              Order ID: [protected], Placed On Sun, 19 Jul, 2015 I placed the order for Lenovo computer and paid the amount of Rs.32, 014/- through my credit card and after two days they messaged me stating that they could not deliver the product because of their problem with courier company and amount will be refunded back at the earliest. I called the help line and spoke executive on 23/07/2015 he assured that the amount refunded with one working day but did not refunded and on 25/07/2015 i spoke to them again they assured me that the amount will be refunded with one working day but till now i have not received my money back. Keeping my amount with them is not fair on their part. And iam unable to purchase new computer because of their delay in refunding the amount.

                  i made purchess mobile back cover worth Rs449/- from Snapdeal on july 16.i paid thorugh my netbanking Rs 349 and my sd cash Rs 100.i cancelled product on july 16.i did not get netbanking money 349.so many times reply to customer care but they was giving reference number It is really a harassment for the customer who has to send mails again and again for getting back their hard earned money.I request you to take this matter with snapdeal.com because there are many customers like me who have not been refunded with their money for the cancelled orders and snapdeal CC simply doesn't provide any satisfactory response, neither tracks the complaint properly, they simply shrug their hands off the matter saying we have refunded, that is none of our business that you didn't get it.

The product was shipped through FedEx Surface Couriers. Today (i.e 28-July-2015) your courier persons had come to deliver the product but they are not allowing us to open the package if the payment is not made in advance. We told them to wait just for 5 minutes so that we can check the package and make the payment but they are not even ready to wait for 5 minutes instead they tell us that they have other packages to deliver. Please tell me why the customer has to suffer if they have other packages to deliver. Please tell us who will be responsible if there is no product inside the package after your courier person leaves the premises. Will Snapdeal.com take the responsibility if there is no product inside the package after your courier person leaves the premises? Will Snapdeal.com refund our amount without asking any questions? We are highly unsatisfied with the service provided to us by Snapdeal.com .

                            As i had ordered a samsung grand 2 phone from snapdeal.. phones homescreen button was not working from last 25 days..and there was heating problem in phone... i had complained a number of times to snapdeal but they are always asking for DOA letter and job service letter..i had visited no of times to service centre and when i asked for DOA letter to samsung service centre, they told that it can be issued within 7 days after date of phone activation. and when i asked for job service letter then they were asking for submission of phone for minimum of 30 days.. so, sir please help me for quick response and suggest me for next step...

                                Your courier boy not comming to pick up. Its to much harassed to me and my time going to be wasted from last five days. Do immediatly over it. Pickup of product iris 30 kg home gym set against complaint no 4285935 for suborder no [protected] through blue dart.

                                I get defective and low quality product. I complaint for it and demanded refund. They said there courier prrson from bluedart come for pick up but no one come for pick up. There ivr call came and i conform, i want pick up tommorrow as day of call is sunday. But no one comming from last two day. Even no single call come for pickup. Company helpline no. Close and email provided for contact is not responding to querry

                                  I placed order for Lenovo G50-70 Notebook[protected]th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62cm (15.6)- DOS) (Black) on Snapdeal got good discount, I got receipt of total amount but Snapdeal cancelled my order by themselves giving no reason.

                                  Now they are saying that they will refund me money, but I lost some other good deal from other service provides because of Snapdeal discount and offer.

                                  It looks like a publicity stunt by Snapdeal to give discount and not to deliver product to the customers.

                                  I am not satisfied with Snapdeal as I missed good deals and now they are also saying that they will not process my order.

                                  I don't want to place new order and want to have the same order to be processed and delivered as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, I placed order for Samsung EB48D 121.92 cm (48) HD Ready LED Television on Snapdeal got good discount, I got receipt of total amount but Snapdeal cancelled my order by themselves giving no reason.
