      I am pranavi Nambi([protected]). I placed an order on july 10th Nokia Lumia white and my order was not placed but money got debited from my account. Its been one and half month but money didn't reflect and this is very disappointing. I've been running after you people since july 10th and there is no response..Why dont you care about your customer problems??? Why so reckless???? Its really a huge amount for me and please go through my details and credit my money asap. Thanking you in advance. :)

I opened the power-bank and found that only single battery is connected with wire and 3 batteries are kept without any contact. when i opened those 3 batteries are filled with sand.                   I ordered a Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) View Order Details Placed on Thu, 13 Aug, 2015 and estimated delivery date was 17th to 20th August. It reached Mumbai Hub on 17th itself but they didn't deliver before date. Now its 20th august the order has reached Thane Branch where my shipping address is and courier team is now saying that they can't deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow i.e.21st August. Please help from this pathetic service by Snapdeal

                    I have ordered for 2 products against Order id: [protected], dt.09/08/15 and received 1 faulty product and another worst quality product. For faulty product cookware, i have returned the same. But for the 2nd product Milton lunch box found with worst quality post use. Now I am neither able to return nor able to use the same. when a customer is paying its hard earning money so requesting not to send such worst quality products.                         This is 2nd time i am having similar problem. Previously no product was delivered. This time defective and different product delivered. Even Futura brand is selling defective products to the customers.

                        So far courier person had not come to pick up return even after i have logged complaint.
                        Seems no control on QC and delivery of product to the customers.

                        This will obviously make brand worthless in the market and lose its brand value.

                        Hope you will replace / refund immediately.

                        I dont think any replacement is possible here for Snap deal. Request you to refund my amount. I cannot wait any more.
                        i will file legal complaint against you and i will ask for compensation for so much of follow up and trouble given to the customers. Still i have not received refund.


                        I request consumer complaint team to take serious steps possible from their end to bring it to the public notice such type online dealers existing in the market.

                        By looking into complaints raised by public on Snap deal and complaints resolved % shows, how weak Snap deal team.

                        I am requesting again for refund.

                        Again i wiould like to inform you, that Snapdeal and courier agency is playing with customers, neither they are refunding, nor they are replacing the product. Although, they have intimated that they will replace product, seems its not happening.

                        Again courier person is lying that i have told them that i will cancel my return and want to return product.

                        I will request you to take up with them seriously and give me justice.

                        Also i will file legal case against Snapdeal and Futura through my family advocate for compensation for giving so much of troubles.

Since the order was not placed, again I tried to place the order for the same Battery .After both the transactions were complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. i.e Rs.1088 + 1088= 2176/- has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed. As such. Please CANCELL BOTH TRANSACTIONS AND REFUND ENTIRE AMOUNTi.e Rs. 2176/- (1088 + 1088) Note:- As per bank statement the amount i.e 2176/- has been credited into the account of Avenue India Pvt. Ltd.

Still they are asking 7 more day to process my refund. It has been almost month i am waiting for my refund. Guys please be careful buying/dealing with snapdeal.                             Also Be careful from fake call - [protected](Suspected). They will ask you to provide Bank detail and will generate transfer ID and will ask you to go to bank ATM and perform cart to cart with generated ID to recieve refund.

                            They will ask you to perform this transaction in one our.

                                This order reference no. [protected] Item- Toshiba Canvio Basics 1 TB Hard Disk (Black) Instead of Hard disk I received Pen drive, through his supplier NETSYS TECHNOLOGIES-GGN BlueDart-VOI India on 18/08/2015. I informed to snapdeal customer care immediately vide complaint reference number 05777945 about this wrong delivery. I would request that my ordered item either be delivered to me immediately or my order should be cancelled and money will be returned to my account. Looking forward to resolve the issue immediately.                                   I have placed an order in snap deal on 2nd Aug 2015 for Shree lakshmi cherry wet grinder with order no. [protected]. The product delivered but part is missing, I placed order for replacement. The product got replaced but this it is damaged. I again placed order for replacement. Snap deal courier guy came to my home and taken back the product but did not replaced till today. Also I have n't received any message from snap deal after this. on 18th I called and placed request for amount return. The CC executive send a link to provide my bank account details but that link already have some ones bank details filled and before i enter my acc. no. the page moved to home page. I written a mail to snap deal help desk and provided my bank details. Till now I did not received any sms from snap deal about this. When i googled for snap deal complaints I am shocked by seeing many unaddressed complaints here and now I am worried about my money. Please take action on this and return my money. Thanks Kiran

                                    Its sad to see that after complaining about the product no one from snapdeal has bothered to contact and resolve the complain.

                                    I had ordered yellow orpat blender but the product which i received was a defective one, so I asked for an replacement and on same day i had a replacement(pickup)of flipkart product. But the courier person (Ecom Courier) who came for pick up introduced himself as flipkart person so I handover him an flipkart product (NOVA TRIMMER) and when I saw the receipt we called up snapdeal and lauched a complaint saying that their person has picked up a wrong product on 31 july15, Initial the executive told me that I will get a call from backend team in 48 hrs but I didnt get any response on my complaint then again I lauched a complaint on 4 Aug15 and 8 Aug15 after third complaint I received a call from Ms sarika (customer experience dept) on 10 Aug15, after a discussion with her about the wrong pick up it was told to me by her that they cant help me in getting my Flipkart product back because as per her telephonic talk product once replaced goes for quality check and it is been done and they don't have any complaint regarding wrong product received so she denied to confirm about the product and return the product back. So now I have both the Orpat Blender with me and my Nova Trimmer costing Rs 1300/- is wrongly picked up by your courier person instead of Orpat blender.

                                    Its Shocking to see that:


                                    1. How can Snapdeal accept wrong product?


                                    2. How can Snapdeal accept flipkart product with flipkart packing?


                                    3. How come Ecom courier person/seller has not checked product?


                                    4. How come there is not complaint from a seller/quality check for receiving wrong product?


                                    I request you to look into the matter and help me out to get my product back or refund for my product (Nova Trimmer)

                                      I opened my account on snapdeal as seller few months back. I have sold couple of items and have not received my payment yet even after couple of months. Whenever I call them initially they keep telling me that I will get after 17 th of the month they will give my money after 17th. And now since last 1 month they are telling me that my payment is on hold due to VAT/TIN non submission. At the time of opening my account they did not mentioned that VAT/TIN is mandatory and made my account activated mentioning that for the category I am selling the products VAT/TIN is not required. I have told them that I want to close my account as I do not have VAT/TIN and can not afford, so release my payment after closure after deducting your charges. Now for that also they are asking to fill indeminity form on 200 / and singned from Notary which will cost me 500 atleast. To get back 1000/, should I spend again 700/ again. They want to keep my hard earned money, Please help me how I can get my money back from them. How they can do with sellers where sellers are running their business. I have lost all my faith in this company. Mamta.

                                        I bought this product to gift to my mother who loves listening to radio, first good thing was the seller delivered the next day only because the seller was also from Bangalore. When I opened the box I was disappointed because of its small size, its almost pocket size which is not all mentioned anywhere. Secondly for a price of 854 Rs I found the product is cheap with its bad plastic body quality and buttons. In the Q&A down the page its mentioned it comes with charger but only USB cable is provided and not a real charger. My mother doesn't have PC to charge it via PC or laptop, else one as to buy another charger. Next USB music player, one can't navigate through folders no option provided for that, I inserted my SD card containing 900 songs, it started playing from song number one. If i want to go to next album there is no way unless pressing next or by numbers 10, 20, 30, 100, 200, 300 so on. The quarter sheet user manual is having very less information.
                                        I was unhappy about the product so I wanted to return so I logged into my account a pressed RETURN button, the next day Snapdeal rep called me to inquire why I want to return. After mentioning my above problems the representative told they can't take back because I have opened the box !! Can anyone imagine this kind of RETURN POLICY by Snapdeal. How can I test a product without opening the box? I requested in nice words to that representative please use your common sense before asking me this kind of dumbest question...how can I test a product without opening ? He replied again that's our RETURN POLICY sir, the seller won't accept if the product box is opened ? Customers please rate this review so that Snapdeal or its allied sellers won't cheat its customers like this. I requested that Rep speaking to me that I don't need cash to my account let it be with you only I will buy some other product, even for that humble request also that Rep said it's not possible, and asked if he can help in any other way, i replied GET LOST, I won't shop hereafter with Snapdeal if you have this kind NONSENSICAL RETURN POLICY. I wrote a review of the product but my review is not published. By this one can say how honest you people are ? You are not treating your customers properly. Your policy is to safeguard your sellers and not the customers. See the image attached on the right hand side SNAPDEAL GUARANTEES Trust pay 100%, 7days easy retuns policy while you are buying after I have bought NO RETURN POLICY Goodbye to Snapdeal.
