I bought this product to gift to my mother who loves listening to radio, first good thing was the seller delivered the next day only because the seller was also from Bangalore. When I opened the box I was disappointed because of its small size, its almost pocket size which is not all mentioned anywhere. Secondly for a price of 854 Rs I found the product is cheap with its bad plastic body quality and buttons. In the Q&A down the page its mentioned it comes with charger but only USB cable is provided and not a real charger. My mother doesn't have PC to charge it via PC or laptop, else one as to buy another charger. Next USB music player, one can't navigate through folders no option provided for that, I inserted my SD card containing 900 songs, it started playing from song number one. If i want to go to next album there is no way unless pressing next or by numbers 10, 20, 30, 100, 200, 300 so on. The quarter sheet user manual is having very less information.
I was unhappy about the product so I wanted to return so I logged into my account a pressed RETURN button, the next day Snapdeal rep called me to inquire why I want to return. After mentioning my above problems the representative told they can't take back because I have opened the box !! Can anyone imagine this kind of RETURN POLICY by Snapdeal. How can I test a product without opening the box? I requested in nice words to that representative please use your common sense before asking me this kind of dumbest question...how can I test a product without opening ? He replied again that's our RETURN POLICY sir, the seller won't accept if the product box is opened ? Customers please rate this review so that Snapdeal or its allied sellers won't cheat its customers like this. I requested that Rep speaking to me that I don't need cash to my account let it be with you only I will buy some other product, even for that humble request also that Rep said it's not possible, and asked if he can help in any other way, i replied GET LOST, I won't shop hereafter with Snapdeal if you have this kind NONSENSICAL RETURN POLICY.
