DearSir/Madam, My self Dr. Santosh Pandey working as a Asst. Professor in Degree College. I purchase HTC desire 820s dual sim from SNAPDEAL on 9th June 2015. After a two days o[censored]ses it was dead totally on 12th June 2015. I returned it back and order for the replacement again. On 25th June 2015 got my new cellphone. After two days I noticed that the cellphone don’t have that configuration (HTC sense UI 6) which was mentioned on snapdeal web page. Firstly they didn’t accept to return it back. After giving them evidence related to that cellphone got from HTC customer care and their site I manage to return it and request for the refund. In the process of refund snapdeal is doing blunder from the first day. They transfer my money to some one other account 2 times and still not sending my money back. I am continuously mailing and getting response bogusly like : Hi Santosh, Greetings from Snapdeal! This is in reference to your request for refund against Order number [protected]. We understand that you have not yet received the refund and appreciate your patience in this regard. The refund against this order was processed on (26th July 2015). Below is the refund reference number for the same. They are telling that Snapdeal is not responsible for transferring money to some one another account.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

      Vide Order ID: [protected] dt, 4th Aug, 2015, we ordered Prab White Natural Finish Space Saving Wall Mounted Shoe Rack on SNAPDEAL. 1.The specifications and Dimensions in cms 73.66 X 49.53 X 137.16 cm. The product was delivered on 8thAug. With deep regret, we have to inform that the product is of very poor quality, the dimensions specified are not true, the actual size is 63.5x36x137cm. 2.The paint on the product has already peeled off. The picture on the site is misleading. 3. we waited for the free installation, which was not provided and now when we opened the pack and realised that it was not the product of our liking, the site says it cannot be returned as it is beyond 7 days. We want to return the product and get refund urgently.

          Snap deal is one of the worst ecommerce site which delivers products late.It will not reply anything for customers ones they sell product.i have experience of buying products from all ecommerce sites like ebay, flipkart, amazon and snapdeal.but snapdeal is one of the worst thing in shipping items.i recommend dont buy products by seeing prices they show prices are very low but after buying you need to wait for many days for your product, i am having proofs and i am uploading them also.my order number is [protected]. and i f will not receive my product by tom marrow i will file a case on snapdeal in court. See the prrof below which shoes out of delivery and sayd time cinstrants for two days and no reply for 13th again today is 16th. snapdeal sham on your part making tie with this type of courier systems.

There is no any solution since 3 months totally rubbish service for seller on snapdeal. that time i listed my 2 products and also request for packaging material. But there is no packaging material received on my address, All my Order were canceled, because the thing I did not get packaging material for some reason and that's why account is closed right now. Your employee Malkeet Dhanjal knows all very well. He checked my details. 2 times packaging material not receive on my address. You can ask this employee or check data too. Another thing that time i always mailed on snapdeal regarding Rating issue and Packaging material issue, but there is no any solution came so i updated my inventory to zero quantity, but rating day by day decreased. In that matter i'm not a responsible.               I have been waiting since 20 days now for my original watch seiko 5 automatic 21 jewels to be delivered and take ur casio watch i don't want it. I want my watch within 2 days or else i am gonna get media involved and file a case against snapdeal and it is not a threat i mean it. I want my watch seiko 5 its worth rupees 12, 499. And i accept i accidentally put my watch in the box however the guy who came to collect it should've checked if he is taking the right product. Snapdeal i want my watch within 2 days...                   I made payment on Snapdeal website on 19 March 2015 worth Rs. 155/- and the transaction id was CCACC1AOU611. since the transaction was failed at the time of payment so i choose the RETRY PAYMENT option as shown on screen and i completed the transaction with transaction id CCACC1AOV141 and My order was placed. But when i checked Mobikwik wallet statement there was deduction of Rs. 155/- for two times. I raised complaint to mobikwik and Snapdeal both. but none of these two cheaters refunded my money. i contacted mobikwik they replied me that transaction has been completed and payment has been released to SNapdeal so they can not refund it. But when i contacted snapdeal they asked me to go to Mobikwik customer care, so i shooted a mail to both of customer care in a single mail. after few days Snapdeal customer care called me to send screenshot of Mobikwik wallet statement. i shared the screenshot of My Mobikwik statement for last 2 months to the date of call recieved. since then i never received my refund. I also sent a mail to snapdeal reminding them that i have shared the screenshot as discussed over phone call on 1 May 2015. I also send a reminder to snapdeal on 27 June 2015, but All in vain. Mobikwik and Snapdeal are cheater No. 1 at this time in Online shopping area.

                      Dear Concern, order number: [protected] I recently purchased a product( Fox raptor shin gaurds) my first order with snapdeal. The MRP of the product was rs 2999/- 70% discount and selling price was 888. The same product was available with other sellers for MRP 999/- with dicount 10% and selling price 868/- The MRP sticker on the package stated that the MRP of the product is rs1200/-. 1. MRP price will never fluctuate or change for a given stock of a particular brand product unless the manufactures change it, BUT you supervisor told me(brainless) that the MRP is decided by the vendor. 2. The snapdeal promised me a savings of rs 2000/- + or - 100. but provided me a product worth rs 1200/- thus failing to keep their promise. 3. The snap deal has updated the MRP price on their portal and the vendor sold the product under snapdeal umbrealla. thus snapdeal is answerable to me( which they denied. 4. when requested to senior official mail id or contact details they declined. Thus denying my Consumer RTI right. 5. Failed to provide authentication of the product though they claim to sell 100% geniune product. Snapdeal is cheating customers by increasing the MRP price and giving huge discount. Snap deal claimed to me of providing a product worth rs 2999/- at 888/- but provided a product worth rs 1200/-

                              Since March 2015, I am trying to get extentend warranty on my laptop Lenovo Flex 2 as the 2 years extended warranty was offered during puchase. For the same i called numerous times to snapdeal customer care where each nd every time i was said to explain the problem ane later got the assurance only that within 48 hours you will get a call from our side bt never got the solution. It is more than 6 months over but 48 hours has not been over as per your executives. I want to know the status of my complaint as it has spoiled so much time and money during telephonic conversation.                                 Brought “Aquagrand 12 ltrs 12 stage R0+UV+UF with TDS Controller Water purifier” from snapdeal on 24 Jul, 2015 and same was delivered on Wed, 29 Jul, 2015. I called snapdeal customer care for installation as advised by SMS and email. They told me the installation man will contact me with-in next 48 hours. Till now, all has good but after getting the call from installation / service man, they refused to install the product to my home. After numerous requests for installation to customer care, I find myself cheated by snapdeal. Then, I requested them that they should retune the product and refund the money by web portal and one by call center. (reference number 04912736 and[protected]. Till now they never contact me .                                   Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Vikas Verma Residing at 1482 Block A SGM Nagar NIT Faridabad, on 07/08/2015 i have ordered one mobile phone Xolo Era Gold on snapdeal.com website. in response to the same i received a parcel on Dt:09/08/2015, after collecting the parcel i paid the total required amount Rs.4495/- as per the billed amount to their delivery boy. Then i opened the parcel i got amazed that the product i received was really not that which i ordered, they delivered me a wrong and lesser amount product. i rushed outside to talk with the delivery boy but he was buzzed off. Then however i searched their costumer care details from the internet and called them up regards to the matter. They confirmed that their executive will come only in an hour, then after waited long their one more executive reached to me and he checked the packet and said that the pickup request is for (Xolo Era Gold) and the product is not same hence can not initiate the pickup, i informed him that i received the same packet and same is i am returning, but he did not listen single word of me and pushed away from there. Then i again called up on the customer care and lodge the complaint again then they assured me to make the pickup within three working days, however no one came to me to collect the shipment, then after waited long as they mentioned it for three days on 12/08/2105 i again called up on the customer care and they said we will initiate the pickup within tomorrow, as i am still waiting for the pickup but i think they are neither in the mood of replacing the product nor in refunding the amount. Sir/Mam, hence requesting you to please take a legal action and get me the justice. i have already informed them that i only want the mobile i ordered for nothing else, and if they can not provide the mobile they shall refund my money. [protected], I got this phone as on 10.08.2015, this phone is different from snap-deal edition, here missing xolo name of top of mobile, and very blur camera, touch, battery, overall phone garbage, when i put a request to return this product to snap-deal, they will not accepting, snap-deal cheat me.

                                        I have purchased an order in snapdeal on 17/6/2015 with my order number [protected] for buying a skullcandy headphone with Rs.349.I purchased through Sbi online banking. The seller cancelled the order on 23/06/2015 saying they courier services are not available to pick the product from their side. Even after canceling the order my money is not refunded for more than a month. Kindly do the needful to return my money as soon as possible
