It happens again but this time i became the victim of Snapdeal's Fraud. I ordered a phone "HTC Desire 826" Order id [protected] worth Rs 24476 on 3rd August 2015.When it was delivered on the mentioned address, i opened the product in front of the delivery person, named Ranbeer, who actually not allowing me to open the product since i was aware of such fraud cases with snapdeal, i opened the packet in front of him and i found two VIM BARS instead of the ordered phone.On contacting the concerned team, they were trying to close the case offering RS 1000 /- off on my product.Really!!! Seriously lost faith in sanpdeal, i will never order anything from here again and will not recommend it as well in future to anyone.

    This is regarding order id: [protected]. to cut short the problem I am facing is, I bought a xolo era phone from snapdeal, the phone came with a fault i.e the speaker is not working. no ringtones, no songs, no audio for any video. so I called up customer care people and asked for refund or replacement. to my shock they asked me to visit a xolo service center and get a job sheet from then only then they will be able to arrange a pick up of my faulty product and after which my money would be refunded.

    I took leave from my office and visited xolo service center and there they say if they give me job sheet they will take the phone from me and send it for repair. I was not ready for repair because the phone came as a manufacturing defect. after requesting him for long and telling him my situation about snapdeal he gave me a jobsheet after checking whether the problem is real and also clearly mentioned on the job sheet that ringer is not working. then that day when I dent this jobsheet to snapdeal they called me after 1 day and said this is not the jobsheet that we need, we need a jobsheet that has a barcode on it and asked me to visit the customer service center again.

    Again I visited xolo service center, 1 more leave from my office, now they say this is the jobsheet itself and they cannot give me any jobsheet that has a barcode. I returned home dissapointed.

    NOW snapdeal tell me what to do, for the only reason I trusted snapdeal rather than amazon(that I always use), you people are harassing me like this. Do you use a phone that does not have a speaker.

    do you people think your work is done once you get money from customer and not give a damn for their problems.

    I am very disheartened with snapdeal customer support. so am sending this mail to all mails I got regarding snapdeal. now am going to consumer complaints also.

    really cant believe snapdeal is cheating customers like. they are just taking the money and giving out faulty products and then asking for false informations(jobsheets) so that customer will be revolving from his home to service center.

      I have lost moeny because of snapdeal one o[censored]r executive has called and debited the money from my account, i m filing a compliant in the consumer court against snapdeal and also i m going to publish in all the social media and as well in the TV adds about snapdeal, so that no one should buy any product from snapdeal and also i will ppull snapdeal to the court for cheating me with money by calling me and debiting my account 13000/- with all the proofs.

      I am facing the issue from Snapdeal from past one month,

      I am going to file a 420-cheating case against snapdeal in consumer court and putting the adds in all the social media and also in the TV channels i am going to publish the adds for not to buy any products from the snapdeal.com.

      Snapdeal has cheated me with money.

      From tomorrow i will post all the adds against snapdeal that these people are cheating with all the proofs in the media.

                Order refered was despatched . I received a call from ECOM-PLUS ABOUT DELIVERY ON 2nd august. I informed the drlivery boy over the phone to wait, to which I was informed that he would return on the 3rd. He did nt return and I received another call asking if he could return .Did not return.Messg received ECON-PLUS returned .WHY? Lost 2 days waiting .

                  What a waste of time … I have recent had a very bad experience with Snapdeal. But because initially snapdeal had a better service so I took a leap of faith and ordered a product again. You guys have done it again…. What a pathetic service. So I have again started my struggle of getting my refund… So here is my story. I placed an order on Thu, 30 Jul, 2015 Order ID: [protected] Saifox Magic Sleek Dry Iron Immeditel after I opened the product I noticed that the portable handle was faulty. It should lock so that you could iron and then there is a release button. But it does not lock at all. I got the iron for my sister who is going to commence travel tomorrow so I thought there is no time she will have to manage with the handle. Then I turned the iron on medium level. In a few second it started emitting smoke. It got so hot that the irons plastic body started to melt a bit. So I immediately switched it off and I called snapdeal customer support, another waste of time. They guided me online to fill the refund form I don’t understand what is the point of calling them when I have to go through this time and again. But I am completely frustrated with snapedeal and did not wanted to bang my head with your staff any more. So I went online and filled the refund request. Ticket id for the same is 04962431. Now when I read there is long and tiring process of waiting for the refund. What a waste of time. Below are the images if you look carefully you can see the sides melting a little bit…

                      I had ordered a 55" Toshiba full HD LED TV for Rs.60642/- on 27/07/15 during the electronics sale that was being promoted widely. The order was conformed and payment made via debit card and was due to reach me in 8-10 days. On 30/07/15 I received a message saying that the TV could not be shipped by this seller and the order was being transferred to another seller at no additional cost. On 03/08/15, I received an intimation from my bank stating that the entire amount had been refunded. I did not receive any intimation from Snapdeal regarding the same. I then called them up and spoke to a customer care executive who informed me that the order had been cancelled due to reasons which were unknown and that I would have to reorder the said TV but now at a higher price of Rs. 64800/-. I find this highly unbelievable more so when the TV is listed as 'being packed' in My Orders page. I am of the opinion that Snapdeal's sellers do not actually have the products at the price listed and are misleading buyers with discounted offers to gain popularity. Due to my booking of the TV here, I have lost out on other competitive offers that I were available on other websites and electronics stores. I think that it's only fair that Snapdeal offers me the same TV at the original price of Rs.60, 642/- as purchase of the same was made in good faith by me. If Snapdeal is not able to handle Mega sales, then they should refrain from organising the same. I am very disappointed by my Snapdeal experience and I'm almost certain it will be my final attempt of buying any item on this website.

                        I had purchased ten dress material under different Company names like New Look, Hi- Fashion, Jevi Prints, TG Quality products but in all cases I received duplicate, fake Shree Ganesh clothing which is less of cotton and more of polyester. This I realised when the same were stitched. By the time, 7 days period got over. Now, the supervisor, team leader, manager all wash off their hands. The fact that client received fake products does not bother them. I have spent around Rs. 5000 and they offer me Rs 200 compensation. The Manager could not give satisfactory reply and on asking contact details of his senior, refused to provide his seniors email is or phone no or a call back. On asking CEOs email id, he refused to provide this too. Strong action should be taken against the Company for keeping such sellers in their list of sellers. High rating is given to undeserving sellers. I require logical compensation.

                            I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Max in Snapdeal Mon, 20 Jul, 2015 with in 10 days the camera was not working.. i have visited samsung service center. samsung service center technician sads its was a samsung manufactured product but iner the parts was not samsung parts ( Touch Display & Camera ) i have raise a request in snapdeal they said sir first you repaired the product and nxt send the invoice of the repair charges after that i have repaired the product with my own money and i will send the invoice copy snapdeal also but now snapdeal was not refunding my mobile repair charges. friends i would request you to all do not shopping in snapdeal. snapdeal was supplying second hand products

                                I am a resident of Asansol, West Bengal. I had ordered a Samsung set from Snapdeal the previous week. I had even done the payment. It was informed that the product would reach to my address on the first week of August from Gojavas courier. since yesterday they(gojava) are messaging that they are out for delivering the product, but no one contacted me since then and the courier company is having address issues. such a bad courier service. I want the higher authorities to take action against such a non - responsible behaviour of the courier company.

                                  I have purchased Havells Fabio Platinum 1200mm Antique Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan -2 Pack of 2 on 25/07/2015 and made online payment of Rs 11000 through SBI CREDIT CARD which is in the name of pankaj aggarwal

                                  On 27/07/15 I have received a call from vendor ([protected]) at 5.49 p.m stating that he has received my oder from snap deal and a payment of rs 5500 from snapdeal, that why sending only one pack of Havells Fabio Platinum 1200mm Antique Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan -2 Pack.

                                  On 27/07/15 I have made compliant no to customer care snapdeal wide complaint no04619197 regarding the dispatch status

                                  On 28/07/15 I have again made compliant no to customer care snapdeal wide complaint no04626447regarding my issue of dispatch.

                                  On 28/07/15 I have received reply from snapdeal regarding the dispatch status as

                                  We understand your disappointment and apologize for any inconvenience that have caused. Due to unavoidable circumstances your one sub order number [protected] has been cancelled. Hence, refund for the same will be credited in your account in next 4 business days.                                   In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email.

                                  Assuring you of our best services always, ”

                                  I have made the payment to snapdeals (A dominant leading online store in India) not to your any of known distributor with your commitment to deliver the product.

                                  Please tell me first the take out time to choose the product, placing Oder after making 100% payment, waiting for product and wasting time in search for delivery of the same and finally got reply from your side that the Due to unavoidable circumstances your one sub order number [protected] has been cancelled. Hence, refund for the same will be credited in your account in next 4 business days.

                                  And on other hand selling the same product with increase price to me wide transaction no [protected] on 29/07/14.

                                  As on today the delivery and payment made by me on 25/0715 were still pending

                                  Is this kind of dealing expected from a dominant brand of india???

                                      i bought from snapdeal but they give me a physically damaged product, but when i call them for reverse pick up they tell me that it will take 3 business day, but they did not keep their promise after 5 day.And they also did not give any refund for that.

                                        I had order 3 Jazz Shower from snapdeal.com, the Seller Was Jazz. I Received A Damage Product. I Complaint to snapdeal but they were not taking the complain seriously. I Have got 3 year warranty from Jazz Corporation Pvt Ltd. Then I Login to Jazz.in Website and search for a number i got number from contact us Tab. Number Was:- [protected] and i complain for product issue that how you packed the product that i received in damaged condition, from that end they tell me that check the bill and check the seller when i checked the seller was Marine Sanitation. They told that we are also register in snapdeal as Seller and snapdeal take order on behalf of thier name and they supply local product from another seller this is the major issue they told that they had also complain for this issue before 2-3 months but snapdeal is busy making money. they cheat customer by sending local and duplicate product.
                                        when i call to snapdeal and tell the issue that send me the original product they told that it is not possible to tell that you will get the product when i asked why?, they told that its not the mistake from our side. when i asked i will complain to consumer forum they talk in polite way but still they are telling that we can't replace. So i am complaining against it. Dont buy from snapdeal, worst experience i have ever had...
                                        i am attaching order detail, i am attaching product images which i have get. i am attaching snapdeal showing 3 years warranty and i am attaching the bill i have received.

                                        When i talk to jazz we have register ourself as JAZZ and I have purchase the product from Jazz seller Only and got the local product from marine sanitation with no warranty. Jazz told me that in their product there is a jazz logo. They Provide Jazz Printed Packing. But I Got a product in a local packing with nothing printed on it. and no logo on the product no warranty.
                                        How to trust snapdeal after this happen.
                                        i want original product not money to be refunded.

                                        540*3= 1620/-
                                        15% 0ff = 243/-
                                        1377 amount left
                                        733/- rs paid by sd cash and 644 paid by bank account

                                        price increased thats why sent the duplicate products thinks that the customer is fool we can make customer foll sent the duplicate product.. now i said replace to original they are telling that we can refund money we can't replace. i want my original product which i have paid money for. The value is off trust... if i have not called jazz customer i will not be able to know that that snapdeal is doing this type of cheap activities. how do i trust snapdeal after this. this is not tolerable.

                                        kindly replace the product... to the original jazz product which i have purchased from jazz seller . why they have sent the local product from marine sanitation(seller) when i have purchased product from jazz seller.

                                        now the rate has been increased.. so kindly replaced and send me the original product... i dont want refund...
