Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Vikas Verma Residing at 1482 Block A SGM Nagar NIT Faridabad, on 07/08/2015 i have ordered one mobile phone Xolo Era Gold on snapdeal.com website. in response to the same i received a parcel on Dt:09/08/2015, after collecting the parcel i paid the total required amount Rs.4495/- as per the billed amount to their delivery boy.
Then i opened the parcel i got amazed that the product i received was really not that which i ordered, they delivered me a wrong and lesser amount product. i rushed outside to talk with the delivery boy but he was buzzed off.
Then however i searched their costumer care details from the internet and called them up regards to the matter.
They confirmed that their executive will come only in an hour, then after waited long their one more executive reached to me and he checked the packet and said that the pickup request is for (Xolo Era Gold) and the product is not same hence can not initiate the pickup, i informed him that i received the same packet and same is i am returning, but he did not listen single word of me and pushed away from there.
Then i again called up on the customer care and lodge the complaint again then they assured me to make the pickup within three working days, however no one came to me to collect the shipment, then after waited long as they mentioned it for three days on 12/08/2105 i again called up on the customer care and they said we will initiate the pickup within tomorrow, as i am still waiting for the pickup but i think they are neither in the mood of replacing the product nor in refunding the amount.
Sir/Mam, hence requesting you to please take a legal action and get me the justice.
i have already informed them that i only want the mobile i ordered for nothing else, and if they can not provide the mobile they shall refund my money.
