My phone no-[protected]..My snapdeal order id-[protected]..I bought civil engineering e lectures+ on 06/08/2015..I wanted to return this product by 7 days easy return policy of snapdeal..But they are refusing me to return it ..So i am not able to get my refund..So i want to say to take hard step so that my product can be returned to snapdeal.Com..This type of cheating by this e-retail site is not tolerable..Otherwise block this website asap

    I ordered a mobile cover named

    'Johra Synthetic Flip Cover & Screen Guard For Infocus M2' from snapdeal(order ID: [protected]) of rs 257 on 7th july and received a DUPLICATE & BROKEN product on 15th july. On receiving it I generated return order(with cash back in my bank account) & I got a message that product will be picked by snapdeal's courier partner & I dnt need to pay for that.Next day I got a message & was told to go & delever the product in kolkata(more than 400 km away from my place).Then I got call from snapdeal & they told me to send the product through any reputed courier and I have to send the photo of the bill to them & they will give me the courier charge as well in my bank account within 7 days.

    I had no other choice so I did what they told. I sent the product through bluedart courier & they charged me rs/-160 for that. On 27th july the received the product.

    Today is 10th august, still I have not received the total amount of rs 417(257+courir charge=160) in my bank account though I was promised that I'll receive it within 7 days in my bank account. Today I opened my snapdeal account & find that I was given 257 rs in my snapdeal wallet. I dont understand in what logic they gave me rs 257 in my wallet instead of sendin the whole amount of rs 417 in my bank account.

    Totally disgusted with snapdeal service. 1st they provide us with duplicate product & then they do not return the amount in cash.

    * I must say that this is not the first time I experienced such worst service from snapdeal. One year back I bought a nokia headphone(Order ID: [protected]) but they sent me duplicate product. Though I claimed my money back yet they denied just saying electronics product could not be returned.

      RECEIVED BROKEN PRODUCT I ordered a HITACHI ELECTRIC AIR COMPRESSOR EC 68 From SNAPDEAL vide order ID : [protected] - Order Placed on:[protected]:46:35. I received the Product with all outer packing intact on- 31st July 2015 . On opening the product it was found that it had severe damage. The Compressor foundation (Of cast aluminium Construction) was broken at 3 places out of 4. I logged a replacement request with I.D. No. 04782938 on 31st July 2015 in the evening. I was assured of reverse pickup & Replacement, the reverse pickup being within 48 hrs. Now 10 days have passed and inspite of over 10 reminders from my side the reverse pickup has not been done. UNLESS THIS ISSUE IS SOLVED I REQUEST ALL - DO NOT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL. ZERO SUPPORT. SHIPPING DAMAGED PRDUCTS. JUST FALSE PROMISES. DO NOT TRUST THEM. TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY!!!

        As per trailed mail received on 7 Aug. that my product will deliver on 7th Aug. but till 10th august i didn't get my product. .I continuously do call to your customer care number they all are just giving assurance on 7th Aug that product will be received by you on 7th Aug but no product is received Then on 8th Aug i called your customer care around 5-6 times then they told me that product will be deliver tor you with in 10 Aug. but i don't got the delivery then i called around 10 times to your customer care on yesterday then these are the answer of your official at call canter . 1) Ist official told me that your quarry is under observation and our team is working on it. 2) 2nd official told me that your product will be delivered upto 15 aug. 3) 3rd official told me that your product will be delivered on 13 aug. 4) one official of yours told me that we didn't take the decision yet it is under observation of senior official after 72 hour we decide that we will delver your product or not 5) on last call i told him that please provide me mail regarding the current status and he told me that we already give you mail 2- times about the latest update . but interestingly i didn't receive any of your mail, Sir, is this a true picture of snap deal where a customer called you around 45-50 times and, mail you 25-30 times and you don't have a time to take the decision to deliver the product or not .Whether i made a mistake to order to snap deal or made Prepayment .I should have to take cash on delivery. enen i mail to ceo kunal but no response is receive by me .Is that kind of behavior suit you ? it's my humble request that please deliver my product on 10 to 11 Aug . or at least give me the current status on mail if you want to call me then please call me on [protected]. detail regarding product and order no. is attached in trailed mail.

          A product named OLEVA COMBO OF 4 PC NIGHT WEAR COMBO OF Snapdeal Order Number [protected] Suborder code [protected], Complaint Number:[protected] and ticket number 20081645 has been returned back on 13th july the same day on wih e received the parcel allmost a month ago due to some minor problems of which a detailed has been spoken with their executives and as per them the details of everything has been given. But the money has yet not been refunded and we have called as many as 15 times and whenever we have called them they have consoled us that within 7 days they will be returning the money.

            The company has refused to return the fossil watch es2830 saying that the product is guided by fossils return policy and not by snapdeals policy. On asking the fossil's policy, the company had no clue. The same was provided by me to the company. It clearly states that the product shall be taken back in case if its different from the picture shown in the site. After that the company is of the view that quality is equal to the condition of the watcj andia not related to the difference betweem the actual and picture to which i strongly disagree.                         I bought Samsung galaxy grand max from snapdeal.com i bought 4 pcs 1 each time and first on 26th july morning i ordered 2 mobiles and my order was cancelled so i ordered 2 more in the evening after that those orders were also cancelled and i got refund for 1 pc on next day and the refund for remaining 3 pcs is still not given to me and its 8th today and i have also attached my bank statement for proof they are just telling me they have refunded my money from the fist day if that is the case where is my money they told me to send them bank statement i did that twice till now no reply from them i am also mentioning order id's - [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. So please i kindly want anyone to help me recover my 33483 rs and take legal action against snapdeal and i think they keep peoples money for many dasys and use them for rotation and refund their money after that kindly look into this matter

                          I have ordered several items thru snapdeal and there is a huge delay from the promised date. Snapdeal keeps us waiting posting different date of delivery. Even their partner courier company posts all false delivery information date and reasons of the delivery. The delay has incured a loss. My house interior work has stopped and the contract workers have to be paid on daily basis.

                            I have order a ultimate nutrition prostar whey protein from snapdeal but there is no trademark or logo of paradise nutrition on the product.In India their is only one importer o[censored]ltimate nutrition that is paradise nutrition.But the whey protein which I got from snapdeal does not have any logo of paradise nutrition..And the seal is also loose and the product lid seal has five mini holes.I know this a fake product from snapdeal..

                                I have Ordered Panasonic ER206 Trimmer with order ID - [protected] on August 04 2015. The product has been delivered to different address than I have mentioned. Snapdeal is not responding properly to resolve my problem and not Refunding my Money. They are not providing SIGNED receipt form.

                                  It happens again but this time i became the victim of Snapdeal's Fraud. I ordered a phone "HTC Desire 826" Order id [protected] worth Rs 24476 on 3rd August 2015.When it was delivered on the mentioned address, i opened the product in front of the delivery person, named Ranbeer, who actually not allowing me to open the product since i was aware of such fraud cases with snapdeal, i opened the packet in front of him and i found two VIM BARS instead of the ordered phone.On contacting the concerned team, they were trying to close the case offering RS 1000 /- off on my product.Really!!! Seriously lost faith in sanpdeal, i will never order anything from here again and will not recommend it as well in future to anyone.

                                    This is regarding order id: [protected]. to cut short the problem I am facing is, I bought a xolo era phone from snapdeal, the phone came with a fault i.e the speaker is not working. no ringtones, no songs, no audio for any video. so I called up customer care people and asked for refund or replacement. to my shock they asked me to visit a xolo service center and get a job sheet from then only then they will be able to arrange a pick up of my faulty product and after which my money would be refunded.

                                    I took leave from my office and visited xolo service center and there they say if they give me job sheet they will take the phone from me and send it for repair. I was not ready for repair because the phone came as a manufacturing defect. after requesting him for long and telling him my situation about snapdeal he gave me a jobsheet after checking whether the problem is real and also clearly mentioned on the job sheet that ringer is not working. then that day when I dent this jobsheet to snapdeal they called me after 1 day and said this is not the jobsheet that we need, we need a jobsheet that has a barcode on it and asked me to visit the customer service center again.

                                    Again I visited xolo service center, 1 more leave from my office, now they say this is the jobsheet itself and they cannot give me any jobsheet that has a barcode. I returned home dissapointed.

                                    NOW snapdeal tell me what to do, for the only reason I trusted snapdeal rather than amazon(that I always use), you people are harassing me like this. Do you use a phone that does not have a speaker.

                                    do you people think your work is done once you get money from customer and not give a damn for their problems.

                                    I am very disheartened with snapdeal customer support. so am sending this mail to all mails I got regarding snapdeal. now am going to consumer complaints also.

                                    really cant believe snapdeal is cheating customers like. they are just taking the money and giving out faulty products and then asking for false informations(jobsheets) so that customer will be revolving from his home to service center.

                                      I have lost moeny because of snapdeal one o[censored]r executive has called and debited the money from my account, i m filing a compliant in the consumer court against snapdeal and also i m going to publish in all the social media and as well in the TV adds about snapdeal, so that no one should buy any product from snapdeal and also i will ppull snapdeal to the court for cheating me with money by calling me and debiting my account 13000/- with all the proofs.

                                      I am facing the issue from Snapdeal from past one month,

                                      I am going to file a 420-cheating case against snapdeal in consumer court and putting the adds in all the social media and also in the TV channels i am going to publish the adds for not to buy any products from the snapdeal.com.

                                      Snapdeal has cheated me with money.

                                      From tomorrow i will post all the adds against snapdeal that these people are cheating with all the proofs in the media.
