This is regarding order id: [protected]. to cut short the problem I am facing is, I bought a xolo era phone from snapdeal, the phone came with a fault i.e the speaker is not working. no ringtones, no songs, no audio for any video. so I called up customer care people and asked for refund or replacement. to my shock they asked me to visit a xolo service center and get a job sheet from then only then they will be able to arrange a pick up of my faulty product and after which my money would be refunded.
I took leave from my office and visited xolo service center and there they say if they give me job sheet they will take the phone from me and send it for repair. I was not ready for repair because the phone came as a manufacturing defect. after requesting him for long and telling him my situation about snapdeal he gave me a jobsheet after checking whether the problem is real and also clearly mentioned on the job sheet that ringer is not working. then that day when I dent this jobsheet to snapdeal they called me after 1 day and said this is not the jobsheet that we need, we need a jobsheet that has a barcode on it and asked me to visit the customer service center again.
Again I visited xolo service center, 1 more leave from my office, now they say this is the jobsheet itself and they cannot give me any jobsheet that has a barcode. I returned home dissapointed.
NOW snapdeal tell me what to do, for the only reason I trusted snapdeal rather than amazon(that I always use), you people are harassing me like this. Do you use a phone that does not have a speaker.
do you people think your work is done once you get money from customer and not give a damn for their problems.
I am very disheartened with snapdeal customer support. so am sending this mail to all mails I got regarding snapdeal. now am going to consumer complaints also.
really cant believe snapdeal is cheating customers like. they are just taking the money and giving out faulty products and then asking for false informations(jobsheets) so that customer will be revolving from his home to service center.
