They says request can not be proced abd cancelled it.

I did not get the warranty card with the watch.
And one more watch ordered of the same company but instead we got the fast track watch. What kind of service is this. We order for titan and we get fast track. Also the guy took the money of Titan watch only. The price of fast track watch was less than titan watch.

    I had ordered janasya crape kurti with palazzo on 17th of august by paying 904/- which i have not received yet inspite of sending many mails but snapdeal is claiming they have already delivered the product. I had given the exact delivery address but i did not get the product but now they are sending fake signature as proof of receiver. I need justice for this issue asap

      So i received a call today morning and that guy told me that he is calling me from snapdeal and talked about my previous order, he legit gave me the details of my order and it's price and told me that because of this you have been selected out of 1 lakh customers and tata safari will be gifted to you for the same. Icouldn't believe that so i asked him toh share me the voucher and the application and he whatsapp me so i asked him to mail me so that i can see whether it's a verified gmail id or no but i didn't receive any, also the images which he shared clearly seems edited, i am attaching it. Please take some action against such frauds

        I have purchased moto g6 plus plain cases beastin - golden 360 degree protection rubberised matte hard case. When i received the item i received very old samsung flap cover. 2 times i call the courier guy he refused to take the item as per him item didn't match with his photo. I try to send emails also but until now i didn't get positive response. I fed up from this company and i decided not to buy anything from it in future.

          I've requested the refund on the same day i. E 12 sept. 2019 because
          It is a fake watch. Its completely different from the provided image in the app. My return request is rejected without any reason. I just got a message that snapdeal can't process my request due to some reason. I tried to contact them but no use. There is no proper way to connect with snapdeal. No customer care agent. No mail support. Even if i mail them at [protected]@snapdeal i get a same robotic response for every mail. They are real time scammers.

          I can't just let it go like that. They can't cheat anyone this way. They have a 7 days easy return policy. I have requested refund within one hour of delivery. Then what is the damn problem l? Why they are not giving me the refund? I want my money back. That's it.

            I received a letter of winning an award of 1 lakh with and additional redemption coupon from snapdeal, kolkata.A letter with a coupon and a award of winning 1 lakhs is received by me through courier from snapdeal. It says to contact to a particular helpline number given in, the letter. It says that the award has been sent from snapdeal, Nalini Ranjan Avenue Basantalla Saha road, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053.
            I says that i have to contact them an provide them with a bank account linked with adhar card.

              May I know why my return request has been closed?
              The product I recieved was missing parts, they had return policy on the product so I filed a return request. I want refund ASAP.
              The customer care executive also contacted me regarding the confirmation, but somehow the next day I see the request as closed.
              Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue....

              I've already uploaded the courier receipt for my product return on 10th September 2019. But snapdeal is telling me to upload the receipt again and again. There is no option of "upload courier receipt" anymore on My orders since I've uploaded already. And I already got the refund money today. I think snapfeal doesn't check my courier receipt I uploaded .Please do check carefully and reimburse my courier fee. My suborder Id is [protected].

                I have purchased gift card from snapdeal however order failed and payment deducted, i have not received refund since 30th july even after following up through multiple channels, they always give standard reply that "we have refunded and the same will reflect in 2 business working days if not kindly share statement" however i have replied with statement multiple times but always same reply.                   I have booked the free foot loafers. The id is [protected]. The message i received today shows that the item was delivered at 7 pm. 2 to 6 pm i was away. By 6 pm i arrived.                     I purchased laptop through snapdeal, it gives one and half hour battery power back up only whereas their specification shows 5 hrs back up. Regarding this issue i approached help center they suggest me to contact lenovo service team. I contacted them after checking they told everything is normal we wont change any battery or hardware items. So i went for return option on the 5 th day itself that i received. As per snapdeal policy consumer has 7 days to return the product if the product was not satisfied. But snap deal is not taking their product and not responding well. I am highly upset please help me to get my money back.

                      I had ordered a pair of slippers and when they were delivered i found them to be torn so i ask for a replace and the guy took my slippers for a replace. I got a mail saying that it could not be replaced and that they will initiate a refund and when i provided my bank details after they kept on pestering me they said they will refund the amount within 2days but it has been over a week and it says that the amount has been refunded.
                      This fraud can't be practiced on consumers please take necessary action.

                          I ordered 2 double bed bedsheets. My order no. is-[protected] on 18th august. I seen order status their was i saw order delivered on 23rd august. But i haven't recieve my order even i haven't any inform msg or call before delivery. Then i sent complaint email on the snapdeal website they replied me again and again the order is delivered.
                          Then i replied many times and send all the information but they are don't do anything now i am very frusted and i want return my money.

                              I am going to lodged a complaint against your site

                              As a fraud has been done with me

                              I have ordered products on your site

                              As we know that your site is a trusted site and the experience of the customer's are good

                              But what the # is that i have ordered watch for me and my brother and also nike shoes

                              The delivery agent has just delivered the order and i have paid money to the delivery agent.

                              I am shocked to see that there is nothing in the boxes

                              The boxes are empty

                              You guys cheated with me

                              I have ordered from snap deal as it is one of the trusted site

                              My relatives and my family member's are always trust on your site

                              But this time you guys have made a cheating with me

                              I want my products or my money back

                              I have got empty box just there are some polythene s are there

                              I have also informed my relatives and family member's that what you have done with me

                              I will also go on the social media and i will also paste there that what you guys have done with me

                              I will never buy anything from you guys

                                I ordered a wood and wood leather tan short wallet priced rs 444. The order was made on 27th august which i shortly cancelled. Refund initiation was started on 29th august and i was supposed to receive the refund by utmost 8th september 2019 as notified. But the amount is yet not refunded and today its already 8th september. The order id of the particular item i ordered is [protected]. Please help so that i receive my refund on time and please take initiative to ban this kind of companies who cannot delier as they promise. Thank you

                                  I placed order on snapdeal sub order id..[protected]. I ordered for nike white runnig shoes and they delivered some rubnish shoes. Even the courier boy refused to take return
                                  I paid 2878.00 in cash. I am not intrested in anything but refund my money. Snapdeal is nothing but cheats. I dont know how many people must be getting fleeced. I will take this further and will demand for compensation for wasting my time.

                                    Snapdeal sold me a damaged product so i placed a return request. No one has come to collect the product and my refund has not been given. They have no consumer care, and they don't reply to any of my emails. It has almost been a week since they have not updated the situation and have not issued a refund. I am deeply distressed and snapdeal is horrible in helping the customers out. I request everyone not to purchase anything from snapdeal as almost all the products are fake and that they won't give you your money back if you return. If possible please help me out in this.

                                      Snapdeal logistics partner - delhivery is utterly useless.

                                      Neither snapdeal or delhivery are bothered to pickup shipments on time.

                                      My location is mumbai - 03, a central location, near crawford market surrounded with logistics teams.

                                      I have nearly 6-7 orders pending for dispatch with them.
