I have purchased gift card from snapdeal however order failed and payment deducted, i have not received refund since 30th july even after following up through multiple channels, they always give standard reply that "we have refunded and the same will reflect in 2 business working days if not kindly share statement" however i have replied with statement multiple times but always same reply. I purchased laptop through snapdeal, it gives one and half hour battery power back up only whereas their specification shows 5 hrs back up. Regarding this issue i approached help center they suggest me to contact lenovo service team.
