I received a letter of winning an award of 1 lakh with and additional redemption coupon from snapdeal, kolkata.A letter with a coupon and a award of winning 1 lakhs is received by me through courier from snapdeal. It says to contact to a particular helpline number given in, the letter. It says that the award has been sent from snapdeal, Nalini Ranjan Avenue Basantalla Saha road, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053.

The product I recieved was missing parts, they had return policy on the product so I filed a return request. I want refund ASAP.
The customer care executive also contacted me regarding the confirmation, but somehow the next day I see the request as closed.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue....

I've already uploaded the courier receipt for my product return on 10th September 2019. But snapdeal is telling me to upload the receipt again and again. But the item was not delivered as mentioned in the message. I enquired about this with my neighbours. Nobody received the item. Neither snapdeal or delhivery are bothered to pickup shipments on time.

I have received a letter with winning certificate of 1 lakh + 10 lacs of winning price to the address i once used for ordering an item from snapdeal.com.
The letter had my mobile number and address details which only should be used by snapdeal for delivery of items.
