I ordered woodland belt and purse online from snapdeal. They delivered duplicate product on 19 sept 2019. I didn't use the product and raised a return and refund request for it same day. Next day abdul mujeed ([protected]) from ecom express courier came for pick up of product. Product was picked up successfully, but i got message that product has not passed quality check. Now product is with ecom express but i keep getting call and message for again pick of same product, which is already picked up.
Then i tried to reach ecom express courier service, but i couldn't becuase they ask for awb no. I was not given any awb no when the product was picked up.
Now i am trying to reach out to snapdeal helpdesk. But i keep getting same mail that they need 48 hr to resolve issue. Now its been 7 days. Nobody is trying to reach me from snapdeal. They are not giving any number to reach out to them. So issue is not resolved. Please help.

    I have ordered philips trimmer on september 11 with rupees 1679 and i received the product on september 18. I shocked by seeing got old philips trimmer and it is not working. I kept refund policy on the same day and none come and pick my product. The customer care members are saying to me that courier partner will come with in 2-3 days but none come as of now. It has been more than 5 days i kept refund policy but none is responding. Why are you cheating your customers by sending unworthy products. Please resolve my issue and refund my money

      I order titan watch 3rd sep 2019 on snapdeal.com and i got delivery 26th sep 2019..its cash on delivery but i paid delivery boy 1077 rupess after i opened thi packing i didnt see watch its toatlly empty box of titan...I m sent mail also to help center but no response till..i raised file consumer court also and if i did not get my 1077 rupees i will taken strick action to snapdeal

        Today[protected] at 10.13 am I have received message from VM-SANPDL. The message is - Congrats! You Won 1st Prize Tata Saafari in 9th anniversary Day Snapdeal. This is valid For Today. For Registration Contact On:[protected] T&C#Snapdeal. After contacting them they informed me to send Adhar card and Photo through Vatsup. Further one Mr Gajendrapal, through his Mobile No. [protected] has informed me to make payment of Rs.6500/- Through RTGS to the SB account No. [protected] IFSC code : SBIN0005702 at SBI Houra Branch. belonging to Mr. SANDIP DAS. They informed me that the vehicle will be sent to me through two drivers and documents will be sent after registering process is complete. As informed by them I had send the money through RTGS to the above mentioned A/c. and my adhar card and photo. They have also sent Certificate of winning competition with winning No[protected] and Vehicle photo through Vatsup.
        at 7.17 pm and informed to contact tomorrow[protected] after 9.30 am
        Please inform Me, whether the company is celebrating 9th anniversary and announced and Prizes to the customers. Where is it a fake information. What about the persons mentioned above.             I just received a fake calls from a number [protected]- truecaller showing with snapdeal, asking me to reveal my account details and adhara info. The person who called told me that i won a lucky draw consisting of a cash prize of
            Rupees 12 lakhs or a mahindra xuv 500. I asked him to send the car details and his address to confirm this fraudulent. I told him i know it's a fraud calls after that he started abusing me badly. I need to get answer why our details are being leaked from snapdeal. Why snapdeal is selling leads to these fraud people? Company should take immediate action on it.

                  I ordered 2 himans wall mirror order id-[protected] and id-[protected]. The mirrors came completely damaged, so i returned the mirror and on 21 st september snapdeal’s delivery boy came and pickeup both mirrors.
                  And now still snapdeal is saying pickup failed and not refunding back my money

It was easy for me to notice that it was a fraud letter because i have born with bad luck. Please do the need full and take serious action against such frauds.                               This is Aravind I am purchase through online at shapdeal, And I received the product what I ordered, but it was not working, so I apply to return the product . onwards I received a message from Ecom express courier our person Mr . Perfectly I return the product to the same mentioned person by Ecom express courier .but i tracking my product status it shown the pickup was fail .                                 The inaccurate web description was there on the site. Plus it is not comfortable at all. Size issue is there as well.

                                I have constantly trying to get in touch with snapdeal executives but they are not replying to my mails. At first they were asking me to send the oic of the item which i did as well but then too they again asked for the same. To which i replied to check the previous mail. Then they sent me a message that since you have not responded in the past 7 days we have come to a conclusion you are interested in keeping the product and we have closed your case. After that i have sent them like 3 or 4 mails to which they haven't responded. I want my refund that's all. And i want it now. Otherwise i'll take this issue to court.

                                  This website is a scam. Please stay away from it. They sold me fake shoes and then did not refund because i didn't have the box. It clearly said adidas but they aren't. The shoes are the worst copies i have ever seen and the box was not even of the shoes. Yet they still want the box. They ruined my day and i have no trust in online shopping now. I hope they are enjoying their win after successfully scamming me. Thankyou snapdeal...

                                    Someone has misused my email id to create snapdeal account, now this account has my email id and that person's mobile# as registered.

                                    And snapdeal has a weird policy that they do not allow change of registered email id and phone number by any means and for any reason. And they donot provide any way to delete/deactivate snapdeal account.

                                    I wrote to their customer care at [protected]@snapdeal.com, 2-3 times (Reference number:[protected] but got the following response always...

                                    "we are unable to change/delete the email address associated with your snapdeal account. We value our customer's security and privacy. Keeping this in mind, we do not allow any change/delete in the email address associated with an account."

                                    I don't know what kind of customer security & privacy they are talking about, because for me it's a privacy breach.

                                    On top of that - when snapdeal someone register on snapdeal, they don't have any process to validate the ownership of email before activation of account, which must be there as they don't allow change of email id later as per their policy.

                                    I am getting spam mails, all about this account and don't want to have this account active.

                                    I request to take action to have snapdeal delete/deactivate this account permanently.

                                      Nitin kumar singh ne mujhe phone kia aur bola maine tata safari strome jita hai.. Usne mujhe kuch images dia apne details ka.. Usne bola registration k lia mujhe ₹3000 dena parega.. Maine dia lekin uske bad woo bole mere account me ₹1260000 send kar dia lekin tsd charge ke lia ruka hua hai... Mujhe phir se ₹18900 pay karna parega... Please return my money and arrest him

                                        They delivered krison eternity 5.1 bluetooth home theater. Which is not working not even a single speaker of the entire home theatre. Wastage of my time and money. When asked for return they only replace it, i don't want that waste product replaced. They want me to sent it to them in a national courier service my own. J want my money refunded. J don't want any replacement anymore
