I had ordered janasya crape kurti with palazzo on 17th August by paying Rs 904/- which is not delivered yet inspite of continuous reporting, they have sent fake signature & stating product already delivered on 21st, I was very much at home that day & have not received product and that is not my signature please resolve my issue ASAP, I have attached order details...

I have order a jeans Snapdeal and i am recevied order 20 Sep. so i im open my order to we are found a use material shots type product and i am complaint properly Mail and calls but snapdeal no proper response and saller is reject my order pickup..
our city saller are very misd behavior for recived pick up order...

Today i got this mail by snapdeal 9th anniversary lucky draw offering 1 lakh price money with 2nd price swift car on scratch card. It was easy for me to notice that it was a fraud letter because i have born with bad luck. Please do the need full and take serious action against such frauds. I received a snapdeal lucky draw winner coupon through post and it has 2 coupon one of 1lakh and other scratch cad coupon i scratched and in that won 10lakh so now is it true. Also it contained a letter of redemption process

I ordered samsung 116ltoner cartridge and due to unfit reason i requested for return on 22th august.2019
And i called 7-8 times for pickup but no satisfactory answer from snap deal side.
Snapdeal not taking action against that matter
So i requesting to you please do needful
And help to refund my amount

I ordered one, HOD TG113 Bluetooth speaker, I received on 16th sep, in Snapdeal, unfortunately I not open the parcel, on 18th sep I open and try to use that, it was not charging, so I try to replace..& I checked my Snapdeal app I have time of 23rd sep, so I was apply the replacement options on 18th. today I received a message from Ecom express get ready for return the product. & I given the parcel to the Ecom express courier person today...

The inaccurate web description was there on the site. Plus it is not comfortable at all. Size issue is there as well.

I have constantly trying to get in touch with snapdeal executives but they are not replying to my mails. At first they were asking me to send the oic of the item which i did as well but then too they again asked for the same. To which i replied to check the previous mail....

This website is a scam. Please stay away from it. They sold me fake shoes and then did not refund because i didn't have the box. It clearly said adidas but they aren't. The shoes are the worst copies i have ever seen and the box was not even of the shoes. Yet they still want the box. They ruined my day and i have no trust in online shopping now. Someone has misused my email id to create snapdeal account, now this account has my email id and that person's mobile# as registered.

And snapdeal has a weird policy that they do not allow change of registered email id and phone number by any means and for any reason. And they donot provide any way to delete/deactivate snapdeal account.

They delivered krison eternity 5.1 bluetooth home theater. Which is not working not even a single speaker of the entire home theatre. Wastage of my time and money. When asked for return they only replace it, i don't want that waste product replaced. They want me to sent it to them in a national courier service my own. J want my money refunded. I have received a call from snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of snapdeal site. That is mahindra XUV500 or 1260000. If you want any one of these you can pay 6500 rupees for money/car. I received a call from your delivery executive for hairband delivery. At first he started asking the delivery time, after i replied he asked my age which i thought was very wierd. He went on to make lewd remarks and inappropriate conversation which ranged from commenting on my whatsapp dp and then saying i have all your details, address phone...

So i received a call today morning and that guy told me that he is calling me from snapdeal and talked about my previous order, he legit gave me the details of my order and it's price and told me that because of this you have been selected out of 1 lakh customers and tata safari will be gifted to you for the same. Icouldn't believe that so i asked him toh share me the voucher and the application and he whatsapp me so i asked him to mail me...

I have purchased moto g6 plus plain cases beastin - golden 360 degree protection rubberised matte hard case. When i received the item i received very old samsung flap cover. 2 times i call the courier guy he refused to take the item as per him item didn't match with his photo. I try to send emails also but until now i didn't get positive response. I fed up from this company and i decided not to buy anything from it in future....
