    I just received a fake calls from a number [protected]- truecaller showing with snapdeal, asking me to reveal my account details and adhara info. The person who called told me that i won a lucky draw consisting of a cash prize of
    Rupees 12 lakhs or a mahindra xuv 500. I asked him to send the car details and his address to confirm this fraudulent. I told him i know it's a fraud calls after that he started abusing me badly. I need to get answer why our details are being leaked from snapdeal. Why snapdeal is selling leads to these fraud people? Company should take immediate action on it.

      "congratulation you are winner of snapdeal company online shopping you won 1st prize tata nexon car or amount rs 7, 50, 000/- plz you have pay government services tax rs 7, 500/-) in state bank of india date 25/09/2019 deposit details helpline number - (Protected)"

      Please intimate me whether this is real or fake.

        I have not received material but tracking showing material delivered
        I have booked date 31 aug 2019 still i didnt recive material i made payment through credit card i tried conect snapdeal people but am unable to conect and comunicate i sent mail also but no responce its like fraud from snapdeal
        Am requesting for refund kindly check and do the needful i got cheated from snapdeal kindly look into this and resolove the issue

          I ordered 2 himans wall mirror order id-[protected] and id-[protected]. The mirrors came completely damaged, so i returned the mirror and on 21 st september snapdeal’s delivery boy came and pickeup both mirrors.
          And now still snapdeal is saying pickup failed and not refunding back my money
          I am really frustrated and upset with kind of service they provide.

It was easy for me to notice that it was a fraud letter because i have born with bad luck. Please do the need full and take serious action against such frauds. Perfectly I return the product to the same mentioned person by Ecom express courier .but i tracking my product status it shown the pickup was fail .                         The inaccurate web description was there on the site. Plus it is not comfortable at all. Size issue is there as well.
                        The request reference number is 60151468
                        I have constantly trying to get in touch with snapdeal executives but they are not replying to my mails. At first they were asking me to send the oic of the item which i did as well but then too they again asked for the same. To which i replied to check the previous mail. Then they sent me a message that since you have not responded in the past 7 days we have come to a conclusion you are interested in keeping the product and we have closed your case. After that i have sent them like 3 or 4 mails to which they haven't responded. I want my refund that's all. And i want it now. Otherwise i'll take this issue to court.

                          This website is a scam. Please stay away from it. They sold me fake shoes and then did not refund because i didn't have the box. It clearly said adidas but they aren't. The shoes are the worst copies i have ever seen and the box was not even of the shoes. Yet they still want the box. They ruined my day and i have no trust in online shopping now. I hope they are enjoying their win after successfully scamming me. Thankyou snapdeal...

                            Someone has misused my email id to create snapdeal account, now this account has my email id and that person's mobile# as registered.

                            And snapdeal has a weird policy that they do not allow change of registered email id and phone number by any means and for any reason. And they donot provide any way to delete/deactivate snapdeal account.

                            I wrote to their customer care at [protected]@snapdeal.com, 2-3 times (Reference number:[protected] but got the following response always...

                            "we are unable to change/delete the email address associated with your snapdeal account. We value our customer's security and privacy. Keeping this in mind, we do not allow any change/delete in the email address associated with an account."

                            I don't know what kind of customer security & privacy they are talking about, because for me it's a privacy breach.

                            On top of that - when snapdeal someone register on snapdeal, they don't have any process to validate the ownership of email before activation of account, which must be there as they don't allow change of email id later as per their policy.

                            I am getting spam mails, all about this account and don't want to have this account active.

                            I request to take action to have snapdeal delete/deactivate this account permanently.

                                  I have received a call from snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of snapdeal site. That is mahindra XUV500 or 1260000. If you want any one of these you can pay 6500 rupees for money/car. I can't understand this is for snapdeal site or this is the fraud call. Please resolve my problem.

                                    Following are my 2 mails to snapdeal
                                    They have not bothered to do anything about this
                                    I received a call from your delivery executive for hairband delivery. At first he started asking the delivery time, after i replied he asked my age which i thought was very wierd. He went on to make lewd remarks and inappropriate conversation which ranged from commenting on my whatsapp dp and then saying i have all your details, address phone number etc.

                                    Despite me hanging up he called me several times. I answered the call and threatened him to complain after which he said he has some coupons from snap deal to give you that's why he was calling me so many times. And then went on to make cheap comments and his tone indicated that he may have been drunk. I told him i am not interested to receive any coupon and hung up.

                                    But he didn't stop calling me, called me about 10 times and despite cutting his call he would still call. I went on to block his number.

                                    I have attached a pic of my call log. Which indicates missed calls, 2 answered calls and free cut calls.

                                    I don't understand, how can you work with such unprofessional and mentally unstable people. I have 2 kids in my house and my biggest worry now is if such a person comes to my house he may be a risk to my family. The watch man wouldn't stop him as he has a delivery. Besides being insulted and teased over the phone i also have to suddenly worry about mine and my kids safety all because i decided to order from snapdeal!!!

                                    Please let me know how you are going to handle this!

                                    I had complained to you about misuse of my details after placing my order.

                                    60398712 was my complaint number

                                    despite such a serious complaint and safety issue nobody has bought that getting back in touch with me.

                                    The fact that you haven't even bothered to respond to me shows how lightly you take your customers privacy and safety of identity and details.

                                    I intend to take this matter for the going to even go to a consumer court soon

                                    I am now getting constant calls from different numbers stating my last order number from snapdeal and telling me that i have won some car in a lucky draw and harassing me for some registration payment. I constantly recieve messages for the same too

                                    I have attached a picture of the one such message

                                    They have my details and order number and product detail which only snapdeal could have known. Clearly your company or one of your agencies is doing this.

                                    And you as a company don't care enough to even respond!!!

                                      I bought that above mentioned product. Order id: [protected]. After using one week, i returned the product and the company replaced it. Again, after using 7days, the product was found faulty. When i complain about it, they called me up and said that it is not possible to replace the material or refund money. They are cheating with us. This order no. Is [protected] on 11 sept. 2019. The policy return is faulty. They are not taking responsibility what they sell. If they are doing this kind of job, the company should be shut down. They are cheating people. Do something about it.
