I placed order on snapdeal sub order id..[protected]. I ordered for nike white runnig shoes and they delivered some rubnish shoes. Even the courier boy refused to take return
I paid 2878.00 in cash. I am not intrested in anything but refund my money. Snapdeal is nothing but cheats. I dont know how many people must be getting fleeced. I will take this further and will demand for compensation for wasting my time.

    Snapdeal sold me a damaged product so i placed a return request. No one has come to collect the product and my refund has not been given. They have no consumer care, and they don't reply to any of my emails. It has almost been a week since they have not updated the situation and have not issued a refund. I am deeply distressed and snapdeal is horrible in helping the customers out. I request everyone not to purchase anything from snapdeal as almost all the products are fake and that they won't give you your money back if you return. If possible please help me out in this.

      Snapdeal logistics partner - delhivery is utterly useless.

      Neither snapdeal or delhivery are bothered to pickup shipments on time.

      My location is mumbai - 03, a central location, near crawford market surrounded with logistics teams.

      I have nearly 6-7 orders pending for dispatch with them.

      There is no response from snapdeal or delhivery in this regard.

      Orders are getting cancelled and this is bad for business.

      The delhivery service center is useless. There is no way a vendor / seller can approach the team for any clarifications.

      Snapdeal has no means for sellers to call them.

      I need my orders to be picked up.

            I have received a letter with winning certificate of 1 lakh + 10 lacs of winning price to the address i once used for ordering an item from snapdeal.com.
            The letter had my mobile number and address details which only should be used by snapdeal for delivery of items.

            This looks like a fraudulent activity.

              A man named ramprakash patel called me saying me he works at snapdeal and said that i've won a lottery of 690000 or a tata nexon car. And to claim the prize i need to transfer 6900rs to his account. His contact number was [protected]. He told me that i have recieved a text message from company. But when i told him i have not recieved any kind of message or any email. He said it is because of some technical difficulty. When i confronted him and asked details about him he got started to get mad and hung up on me.

                I placed a order for sandisk ultra 32 gb usb 3.0 pen drive on 29th august, 2019. My order id is [protected]. I paid rs.457 for that.

                On 31st august, 2019, it was delivered. But when i tried to use bu putting it to my usb slot on my laptop, it was showing a message to format the drive before use it. Again and again its showing the same message i. E. To format the drive before use it. And when i am trying to format it, its showing the message that windows cannot format it.

                Basically, company has send me the defective piece. Immediately i ordered for replacement on the website. But its 4th september now, i have not received a response from the company either for replacement or for refund of money.

                  I called them so they were asking me to pay rs 6500 for the registration for safari alongwith aadhar card and one passport photo. They will get the car and get it delivered to home with one guy from snapdeal and one guy from tata safari.

                  If i want cash rs 4500 for registration alongwith zero balance cheque for the amount to be transferred to my account. I said is this any phishing sms or something. Mr nitin kumar said he will provide me his snapdeal id and his aadhar card details.

                  So can you please authenticate this whole scenario.

                    The product navya collections pearl green prince (Order id: [protected]) placed on 22 aug 2019 has not been delivered. On aug 28, 2019 received message from ecomm express (P sai kumar) will be delivering the product at 10:41 am. At around 12:26pm got a message that the item is delivered. When i called ecomm express and gave the order id, they say this order id does not exist and need to contact snapdeal. Why did i get a message saying that the item is delivered when i have not received any item so far. I have been sending message to snapdeal with no response even after continous follow-up. The customer care number of snapdeal is useless as i do not get connected to any of their executives, except for some # recorded messages.. This is really ugly and worst customer service i have experienced from any e-commerce/online shopping portal.
                    Is snapdeal still in business? Is this a scam? I have neither the item nor the refund amount.

                      I have never placed any order with snapdeal however in july/aug 19, i got 2-3 sms for different cod orders placed by me and courier also called me for delivery. Orders are being couriered to my old address where we are not staying from long. It is such a nuisance to get calls and to explain each time that i haven't placed an order. This is such a fraud practice to send cod without placing order

                          I ordered grey running nike shoe from snapdeal and all i got were used shoe which were of local brand and now they are not replacing it however they took those used shoe and money but there is no sign of replacement neither the are telling me when they will return it

                              I put request online through Snapdeal to purchase Motorola 3A Turbo Power Wall charger SKU CODE : MOTOROLA FAST CHARGER ATTRIBUTE : COLOR – BLACK ORDER NO : [protected], SUBORDER NO [protected], HSN : 8504 for Rs 598/- with invoice No. S9ED39/19/22021, Invoice date : 13 Aug 2019 Order Date : 13 Aug 2019.

                              I received above product at my residence on 22.08.2019. The charger was working for 5 days after that it was not not working. Hence to rectify the issue I tried to contact on toll free no for 2 days but I was not able to communicate to them and proceed further on toll free no for the reason given by them online is your calling no is not registered with them even though I purchased same product by registering same no.

                              In this efforts I wasted my 2days and I went out of scheme of immediate replacement warranty. Then as per the further direction I was told to lodge complaint on their website www.snapdeal.com/helpcenter which is hel center less and troubling more . I received call from and directed me call on another no i.e. [protected] which was not reachable and disconnect immediately as son as I call.

                              So again I sent mail on above email id about poor response. So again there was a call from snapdeal and I was told that you will be send a link to which I have to send complaint..

                              It is very funny that for such a issue why single complaint is not enough and why customer are harrased to send complaint at many places.

                              From this it is very much sure that it is a fraud and snapdeal don’t want to resolve issue as they are selling duplicate product on their portal.

                                I ordered my adidas full sleeve t-shirt on 16 august whose order id is [protected] and whose expected delivery date was 27-29 august 2019. But on snapdeal app it shows delivered on 23 august not on my address. And i did not received it yet. And their is no any message or call comes before delivery on 23 august. I raise my complain on [protected]@support couples of time but they respond on their app where i am unable to reply them and they send me text message "dear customer, we have worked on your delivery request and your order has been delivered. Hope you like your order." without receiving my order how i will i like that. And this message comes many times whenever i message on email but they neither reply me on email nor call me.

                                Abe behenchod, madarchod sale fraud complain site kholke apni bhen bech rahe ho sb bosdichodo. Sale fraud call kar apna bahenoi khoj rahe ho aur apni ma ke husband ko rupeya dene ke liye fraud lgiri kar rahe ho sb behenchod. Instead of to solve my problem they take help of their fraud fathers to cheat.

                                  Order was placed on 5th aug with full payment. However, even after 1 month the order has not been even dispatched. The website still mentions delivery date of 16 aug even though the order hasn't even been dispatched yet. Complaints to the helpline have not produced any result.

                                  Snapdeal isn't cancelling my order. Please cancel my order and give me back my money.
