I have never placed any order with snapdeal however in july/aug 19, i got 2-3 sms for different cod orders placed by me and courier also called me for delivery. Orders are being couriered to my old address where we are not staying from long. It is such a nuisance to get calls and to explain each time that i haven't placed an order. This is such a fraud practice to send cod without placing order...

I buy fastrack watch online from snapdeal but they send me duplicate and damage item.then i request to replace that watch.then today again send me damaged and duplicate item.i complain lasttime also same thing in snapdeal site but no response again they send me same thing.
How can snapdeal allow such a dealer who send a duplicate things.
Not happy with snapdeal. I alwaya buy thing's online from othet site also like amazon nd...

I ordered grey running nike shoe from snapdeal and all i got were used shoe which were of local brand and now they are not replacing it however they took those used shoe and money but there is no sign of replacement neither the are telling me when they will return it...

I put request online through Snapdeal to purchase Motorola 3A Turbo Power Wall charger SKU CODE : MOTOROLA FAST CHARGER ATTRIBUTE : COLOR – BLACK ORDER NO : [protected], SUBORDER NO [protected], HSN : 8504 for Rs 598/- with invoice No. S9ED39/19/22021, Invoice date : 13 Aug 2019 Order Date : 13 Aug 2019.

I received above product at my residence on 22.08.2019. The charger was working for 5 days after that it was not not working....

But on snapdeal app it shows delivered on 23 august not on my address. And i did not received it yet. And their is no any message or call comes before delivery on 23 august. So i went with further proceding

I had ordered nike slippers through Snapdeal and it's was fake product but now the Snapdeal is not accepting return, I don't need their fake product please help to get return
Snapdeal does the same thing to all
It is cheating customers by sending fake products
My right and left slippers are of DIFFERENT SIZE
And I compared it with original nike completly different and even the price is more what kind of service...

I have a acoount in Snapdeal With name of Gaurav House, I have just started 2 months back.

I got a multiple orders of high value product Suit Worth Rs 3000 from same customer and i dispatched on time as well but after delivery customer raise complaint with her orders that she dont like it and returned back 200 Rs cheap suit which is not belongs to me.

So, i raised complaint to snapdeal,...

We have given the delivery address for our orders. The delivery guy refused to come to my place when we requested him to do so. He was far away from my house. And he misbehaved and told to take back the order. He refused to deliver my order to the correct address. He told his name was Diwaker his ph. no. is [protected]....

I got a fraudulent call from [protected] today, stating that i won a car in some lucky draw by @snapdeal. The person asked me send money through credit card or paytm. I immediately knew that this was fake.
This is a violation of customer identity, and could lead to revelation of my bank account information in the future. @snapdeal you guys are not trust worthy....

I had initiated returns for order id -[protected] however nobody came to pick up. I got the msg to reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to reschedule on app nor on site.

I have tried to call and reschedule but it says ' due to some technical issue i cant do that '.
Therefore you are requested to reschedule pick up for my order id [protected]...

The product sent by snapdeal is not working. No battery along with that. So i requested to returned that product. But no one come and pickup that product. Now one week completed. They sent me a mail about my addres is not correct
Then how they sent the product before if my address is not correct? Come and pickup the product. I want my cash refund to my account immediately....
