    I got my order on 5 may 2015 iberry auxus beast black from snapdeal. My order no. Is [protected] against name anju . But the product was so bad in use as it as many problems. 1.Heating badly when in use 2.White screen problem 3. Software problem 4.Charging problem 5. Charging only done when power is off 6.Some times software shrinks 7. In starting all no multimedia software is working like messenger, whats app and all like instagram 8.While playing games its show error like ''unfortunately this software stop working. Please take strict action against this. I went outside to mumbai for official work and took this mobile with me and due to this i suffer a lot many problem were their in handset and now mobile is not getting started.

      Hi, My name is Deepali Darji $ my registered mob num is [protected]. I have ordered a mi power bank thru snap deal it was delivered on 4 may at my registered address however I received damage product even the packing I received of power bank was totally damage plastic. After taht I called at snap deal cust care, I requested for the refund of the product however very next day on 5 may the product was collected from my place but still I have not received refund for my order. On 7th I have called to cust care that I have not received my refund but the cust care agent confirmed tht it will get refund on 11 may. Till the date I have not received any refund of my money. Today morning I.e on 13 may I have called to cust care dept. I have spoken to floor supervisor Mr Hitesh he informed tht he needs to check with finance team for the issue & he will call back in 1 hour time but I have not recv any call back from ur team however after taht I again called in evening I have spoken to Mr vinod he said taht he will call back next day evening with resolution as he needs to check with finance team. It seems surprise that everyone is giving same response & no resolution found. Snap deal seems a good image but not able to find any good service compares with amazon. I m requesting for my refund of rs 808 where I m helpless in this case.Its an surprise that u people are providing very bad service taht I have purchased product of rs 808 which is very huge amt & received damage product.                 I buy a phone (readme 2) form sneap deal. but i changed my mind from readme to HTC. when i received my phone, i visit snap deal website and enter return complaint. they called me up and said we can not take the phone back it is our company policy. i never used the phone. they said if box is open after that we can not take the order back.. so how can i check my phone without opening the box. i said i will buy another phone with greater value from snap deal. again they said about company policies. so company policies should also applied when snap deal handover product to the coustmer. they said if we take back the product we will check it that it is ok or not.. this should be done at deleivery time too.. company policy also said coustmer is god.. but they are not following it.. i am very frustrated with snap deal . plzz do something..

                    I would like to raise a complaint against Snapdeal. I am daily receiving newsletters from snapdeal. I tried to unsubscribe from newsletters, however it is not working. I called snapdeal customer care for the same, but the agent said to do settings in my mailbox & was of not much help. I would like to know why the hell I should do settings in MY mailbox, when your website is not working properly & doing unsubscribe for me. Stop sending me mails. I don't want receive mails from sanpdeal. I have not faced such issue with other websites(flipkart & amazon). Stop irritating consumers by sending mails everyday!!!

                                      D/ snapdeal My order is still delay and i'm receiving sms that i will get it in 3 business days but still not yet...9 of may i have place an order and today is 15th of may...kindly look in to the matter...last msg was delivery date may 13. but i have not receive . very disappointing .                                         Hi Team, I ordered "Ekvira Tower Fan White" from snapdeal on 8th may 2015 and i received the product on 12th may (before estimated time) but when i checked the product it was damaged that fan was making soooo weird sound that we were not able to kept it on for even 2 seconds. on same day i called on snapdeal's customer care number, i asked executive to connect me with senior person & he connected me with one of the floor in-charge. i explained him all the concern & he said that my product wil be get replaced. he said that product will be get picked up by their courier partner within 3 working days and den it will take another 4-7 working days to get me replaced product. i informed him i want that product in urgent basis and also shared that why i want in urgent basis (basically i ordered that product for my 2 months old nephew, its summer time and if it will take soo much time to get replaced den it will be very difficult for that baby, i literally begged him for early replacement). so that guy told me that in this case he is escalating this issue on priority basis and my product wil be get picked up in next day itself or early morning of 2nd day. he said he will be der in loop etc etc... i was very happy and even i had given him positive feedback for how he interacted with me. Now the second & most harassing part. Next day in morning i received a text msg from courier company named "Nuvoex" that "your snapdeal reverse pickup order is out for pick by Mr deepak kolapte". they had mentioned deepak's number. in evening i called deepak and asked why product is not picked up, he said he is not a concern person and i have to call at der office number. 1st day went. again 2nd day i received same msg from courier company with deepak's number. that they also they didn't picked my product. Again i called on snapdeal's customer care number i interacted with Mr sachin (another flr in-charge) i tolled him everything he said the same thing that process is of 3 days and he had escalated the issue on priority basis and tomorrow (i.e 3rd day) product will be get picked up. 3rd day. I got the same msg from courier company after sometime i received a call from snapdeals logistic team. that executive told me to pack the product & be ready my product will be picked up within 3 working days from today bcuz courier company has rejected my request and now he have to re-scheduled m revere pick .(I was soo frustrated hearing that) i told him that it was supposed to be picked up in one day as you people had escalated the issue its already 3 days and now you are telling me for more 3 days. he replied sooo rudely that "my job is to inform you, i dont now what you interacted with inbound team"..he was talking sooo rudely. now it will take 5 days to get my product pickedup (keeping weekends in mind) den 4-7 days to get replaced product. so in total it will be 14-15 days. its not the first time that snapdeal are harassing customers. 1st snapdeal retail partner are sooo cheap that they sends damaged product, 2nd the "courier partner" they are soo useless that they dont even receive the calls and dat courier guy. that hole was near to my area but didn't came at my place. you guys are pooping money of customers and likes of softbank & Nexus As have informed that this product was for my nephew and thats why i want this to be picked up before Sunday and i want replaced product asap. if i dont receive my product on monday or Tuesday i wont hesitate to file a complaint on consumer forum.
