no response- Very bad reception - Disgusting Call centre people.
Most irresponsible onsite shopping site. I have ordered a phone on 4th May, and delivery was supposed to be on Thursday 7th May, But on payment i recieved the message sayin the delivery will be on 9th May. On may 9th i call sanp deal up they say the product is with Go jAVAS couriers. When i called snapdeal on May 9th and lodged about delivery, the escalation team was more concerned about taking a escalation ( may be the team has s minimum escalation target to be met) .
When i called Go Javas on 9th, they say the product is still with snap deal, and snap deal says the vice Versa. Its a week since i ordered and still not have recieved the product and how many ever times i call snap deal they say it will be resolved in four days. I dont understand y snap deal needs four days to give a escalation update.
Fed up calling Snap deal and Go Javas.
