i had ordered fastrack woman's watch from snap deal, my order no is : [protected], and the watch that is been delivered to me is not the one that I had ordered. i had ordered two watch, 1. fastrack analog brown watch for women 6085sl01 2. fastrack analog white and silver watch for women i have attached a screen shot of what i had ordered snap deal it is very disappointing that product that u show is different and what is being delivered is different i need a solution to it as soon as possible

    Hi, I have placed Order on Snap deal.com on 27 Mar, 2015, I have placed order for my Sister to Odisha, She is received on Tue, 31 Mar, 2015 by Courier Bluedart. Next day only i was iform t to Snapdeal customer support as well Bluedart customer support, i sent mail also, i have sent some images what i was received from Bluedart., your can tracking imei number where is it, trust me i loss huge money. After that i received call from Snapdeal head office, they told your cash is under processing, with in 7 days get back refund, Still not any updated any refund, pld help me Am received from Snapdeal 1st time Greetings from Snapdeal!       Hi, I placed an order with e-commerce website Snapdeal on 29th of April 2015 and also received a confirmation on email & phone that the order has been successfully placed. I called up at Snapdeal on 1st of May when i notice the tracking status as “Your order is packed and waiting for the courier pickup”, since this was the estimated dispatch date. I received a polite response and confirmation that the order has been placed, not to worry, they will check why it has not been dispatched by now & update me accordingly. By the same time i received another message on my phone that the order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within next 48 hours. To my surprise i received a feedback call regarding the product & services on 3rd of May and i told them that i have not even received the product & also the tracking staus on their website is still unchanged. In response, the lady confirmed that she will look into this & will provide an update soon. After no response, on 4th of May i lodged a complaint at Snapdeal website for which I received two separate acknowledgement emails & assurance of actions. However to my utter surprise, on the night of 5th, i receive a message on my phone that my order has been cancelled without any reasons mentioned. I immidiately drop a note replying on the acknowledgement emails i received and asked the reasons for cancellation. After no response to my email queries, i again called up their customer care today (on 6th of May), i first had a word with a lady & then with their floor manager Kapil Kumar. They both were apologetic & sorry for the inconvenience caused and told me that the order is now out of stock which is why it has been cancelled. Kapil offered me to provide alert whenever same product will be available with them & INR 100 discount. However i dont want any additional discounts or compensation towards the time i invested in follow ups, but just the same product at same price as early as possible. Mentioned below is the order details for references.           I purchased sandisk memory card online through snapdeal. After some time I realised that it has formatting problem. When I contacted the sandiak service centre . I came to know that its not their brand product. My memory card is under 5 year warranty. but snapdeal cheated us. I want fake memory card to be replaced with a genuine one.

              I have purchased 1 Tb wd internal hard disk. When I connect this hard disk with computer, it does not work. Therefore I went to a servicing center to get the warranty. When the officer check the warranty period of that item, it could be known that item's 6 months warranty has already expired and that product was an old piece used and thrown by another person.

                Hi I purchased wall hanging from snapdeal recently (order number 581372) worth Rs. 795 and i did not like the product so requested for reverse pick up which happened on 22nd April 2015 but within an hour my wife realized that instead of giving wall hanging she handed over another gift we purchased from other website worth Rs. 3000 to pick up boy and he also did not bother to check reverse pick up slip on it. We immediately (within an hour) contacted delivery boy after which he said load has been connected for Delhi you please contact snapdeal, I called snapdeal immediately on 22nd April and assurance was given to me that i should not worry i will get my product back (which was handed over by mistake to delivery boy) she told me snapdeal will update you in 24 hrs, nothing happen in next 24 hrs i called them again on 23th April 2015 i repeated the same story and then again assurance of action in 24 hrs was given but i did not get any status, I again called back on 24th and 25th requested them to please return it back as it's a gift for my friend weeding they assure me again that i will get my product back and snapdeal team is working on it. On 27th April 2015 when i called them again to know the status they told me sorry your product has been lost in our warehouse i was shocked after chasing relentlessly for the status of my product for 5 day's what snapdeal team is telling me they have lost the product and told me i will get back my refund of Rs. 795. I told them value of the lost product was Rs. 3000 (i have invoice for it) but they said they cannot do much about it. I am continuously writing to customer care team but i am not getting any revert from them. How come my product got lost when i was chasing snapdeal team for it for 5 day's it simply means either no action was taken for my complaints by cs team or left hand (customer care) does not know what right hand (warehouse) is doing. Anyway i cannot fritter away my hard earned money because of lethargic, careless and ignorant efforts of snapdeal team i need my product back or equal compensation for it.

                    Hi, I am krunal Dodiya I have bought total 20, 000 of accessories of Computer like motherboard, RAM, Processor etc. its already 2 months and still i am not able to start using my PC, i tried to contact them.. but no reply and everytime they just say that .. we are forwording your complaint. They have suggested going to intel care if any product not working and i also went there... they have replaced me a new one but it seems that the model of processor and motherboard are working very less. all Engineer i have met said that this model is failed one and it works sometime only.. Now What i Do.. SnapDeal not even refund it but says to arrange for DOA certificate from Intel.. i have gone to intel care for 3 to 4 time regarding this.. but still not any good support from both.. i have paid complete amount to snapdeal..                           I had purchased a Pioneer Car studio from Snapdeal.com, order no. [protected]. I had received the product in 4 days however the remote of this stereo is not working and the Pioneer customer care says they will not service the product if it is purchased from Snapdeal. On the bill it is mentioned as 1 year warranty however the Pioneer customer care is refusing to service / replace the product. On speaking to snapdeal, they have no answers to this and only asking me to return the product. Is this the service given by such a reputed brand? Please get this resolved ASAP.                                 I had purchased a product from Snapdeal and had returned it the next day as I was not satisfied with the product as shown on the site.A reverse pick-up was arranged by snapdeal and the product was safely was confirmed by their executive.The confirmation was received by me on 17.02.2015 and requested for refund, which I was informed would received within 5-7 days.Since then I have been following up by sending mails, online complaints and calls till date and I haven't received the refund. Every time I have been asked for bank details and statement.It is becoming embarrassing now to follow up but I don't want to skip the amount as I don't have the product either.                                   Hi Team, I was tried to order water purifier on 12th April but at payment gateway transaction get failed. But amount is deducted from my account. So I locked complaint to snapdeal with all require evidence. I got call from snapdeal it will take 7 working days to refund. after 7 days I was calling daily 4 days, I just got answer it will take 48 hours. After that snadeal start calling every after 2 days to tell me it will take 48 hour more. I am just seek of this answer from snapdeal. They don't have proper answer as well as proper resolution, This is such bad service from snapdeal. Now it almost 3+ week, I didn't received my refund. There was being delayed in transit for two days and after reaching the product to my proper the courier service was went to deliver the product to wrong person and he rejected the product. The courier delivery boy even did't called to my contact number. Inspite of that they kept in their tracking website that i had rejected/cancelled the product. The product even did't reached me. GOJAVAS courier service it doesn't even kept it's branch address in their website to go and collect my product. Instead of that they are keeping the messages that "we will be at your address today keep your amount ready". From two days itself much time was wasted to me due to waiting for delivery of product. So, kindly please help to deliver my product as soon as possible and kindly try to avoid delivering products through GOJAVAS COURIER service as bluedart courier service is much better than gojavas. Regarding tracking information also gojavas was poor when compared to bluedart.
