    Dear Sir, I have facing problem from last month. I have purchased 419Rs USB Speaker. They send faulty Speaker. I returned my product last month but until could not receive any Replaced Product or My Refund. I talk to customer care, they told that all amount will be refund in my bank account.     Refund Issue - I had ordered Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C7550 FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED through Snapdeal and i received a damaged product which i have already returned on 3rd March. After 2 days i got a email stating that we are refund the AMT plz provide the bank details which has been updated on 7th March. its been more than 10 days i have no received the money back to my account. when ever i call the customer care they will say we will resolve the issue in 24 hrs which is not happening. i am really frustrated with the service offered by snapdeal.

                Hello, I have ordered two Curtains, the details are as follow, Order ID: [protected] (2 Items) Placed on Sat, 21 Mar, 2015 Homefab India Flo ral Designer Green Curtain Price: 484 1) One item is cancelled by the seller and it is refunded properly.I got 242 credited.(27 march) 2) Second item i returned back since i want both for my window (since window is large) using reverse pick up.Seller got the product and he initiated the refund for that on 30th march but till today i did not received it. I have intitied the complaint Request #17708984 and provided them my bank statement four-five times.One of.After a lot of times calling one of their representative "dipannita.biswas" told that they have added in sdcash..here is the snapshot of that ..                 As i mentioned in my complaint, i have been contacting to snapdeal on daily basis (in writing as well as telephonic) but i am not getting any result at all. I always got following reply from you,
                1. we are very sorry for the inconvenience
                2. we have escalated your complaint and put on higher priority
                3. you money is safe it is under trust pay and nothing to worry
                4. you will get the money today in any case.

                But the output result of all these is no progress and no refund of money.

                          I ordered a Lumia 530.It had reached me within 10 business days.But as there was a defect in that mobile, i appealed a replacement request.The delivery boy picked up the damaged mobile and gave ma a pick-up script.snapdeal also messaged me and told me that my mobile would be delivered within 3-4 business days.But yesterday I found that my replacement order has been cancelled as the mobile is out of stock.I didn't received the refund too..so I am, therefore, requsting to gave me the refund as quick as possible.                             Respected Sir, I have ordered a Ricoh BW All In One Printer Sp3510SF from snapdeal on[protected] vide order no.[protected]. The assured delivery date was [protected]. After contacting the courier Jalgaon about Docket Number [protected], it was understood that my order was return back due to non payment of sales tax and other tax. I have also contacted snapdeal customer care. They promised me to call back after inquiry. But yet now I have not receive any reply from them. Till 4th of May, 2015, we have not received our order. So, i mail you on[protected]. in reply u informed me that we have resent your parcel and you will receive your parcel with 2-3 days. On 07th may, we received one more mail from snapdeal that, as per the update received from the courier company, your order has been returned to us because no one was available when the delivery was attempted from their end. than i had a telephonic talk with courier company on[protected] and they informed me that snap deal had not yet resent any parcel of yours. i also have a telephonic talk with customer sale of snapdeal on [protected] and they suggested me to rebook the parcel. they also gave me complaint no. 00879463. infact firstly the parcel was returned before 4th may because of non payment of sales tax and other tax. this was not my fault. it was totally your negligence. secondly you sent me false mail that your parcel has been returned to us because no one was available when the delivery was attempted from their end. infact no such delivery was made. thirdly u did not resent my parcel and you have passed the false statement that you have resent the parcel and i will receive it within 2-3 days. Such types of false statements were passed by snapdeal which is a very big company of todays. this type of behaviour is not expected from you. you have unnecessarily harassed me by passing false and wrong statement one after the another. it has already passed around 15 days that i am waiting for my parcel. kindly take necessary steps, so that i can receive my parcel.                                     Respected Sir, I have booked Micromax Bolt A064 Phone Black on 2nd April 2015 against ORDER NO. : [protected] and they provide me 1st delivery date 12th April 2015 product not deliver on the date and then next date is 15th April same as this date, next delivery date is 21st April but this time same condition product not delivered, next date estimated delivery date 27th April, But snap deal has not delivered my product. so next i have cancelled my product order and requested for refund my money, on which they informed me you would received your money within 4 days. Since then I have been following up by calls till date and I haven't received the refund. Every time they are saying your money refund within 4 days.
