Dear Concern,

I have a acoount in Snapdeal With name of Gaurav House, I have just started 2 months back.

I got a multiple orders of high value product Suit Worth Rs 3000 from same customer and i dispatched on time as well but after delivery customer raise complaint with her orders that she dont like it and returned back 200 Rs cheap suit which is not belongs to me.

So, i raised complaint to snapdeal, i got a call from them stating that you have to raise dispute after 2 days where i raised com[plaint on same day. Now i updated the system with return acceptance(because i thought that i got the parcel so i should update accpeted and as per snapdeal guy i can raise complaint after 2 days.

Now Snapdeal is not helping me out, not even they bother to verify the case, and clearly denying to help me because i have update the panel with acceptance.

I am new seller and the team is not ready to help, just copy paste reply all the time.

Snapdeal is not even checking that what the customer is doing but they just calling me again nd again just to close the ticket so that they will not got burden of open ticket.

I got a call when i register the complaint but the person also didnt tell me not to update system with acceptance.

I have raised complaint on time after knowing complete case as well no body is helping me . customer is doing fraud and she has no loss but after loss of around 8000 rs still no one is helping,

New company club factory is better than you atleast they know the pain of seller and everyone support,

Pathetic seller service you guys have

    We have given the delivery address for our orders. The delivery guy refused to come to my place when we requested him to do so. He was far away from my house. And he misbehaved and told to take back the order. He refused to deliver my order to the correct address. He told his name was Diwaker his ph. no. is [protected].

      I got a fraudulent call from [protected] today, stating that i won a car in some lucky draw by @snapdeal. The person asked me send money through credit card or paytm. I immediately knew that this was fake.
      This is a violation of customer identity, and could lead to revelation of my bank account information in the future. @snapdeal you guys are not trust worthy.

          The product sent by snapdeal is not working. No battery along with that. So i requested to returned that product. But no one come and pickup that product. Now one week completed. They sent me a mail about my addres is not correct

                    Registered a complaint at "aapki samasya" on 2nd Nov, 2018 till date its shows pending. It was against snapdeal for a mobile phone which was damaged delivered. It was a cash on delivery order.

                    Contacted through email but Snapdeal not responding at all. Already registered complaint with them.

                    Right now definitely you will say it as its out of tat, but what about the complaint that i had given within 7days, or it can be said on the same day it got delivered. You have blindly closed it with out asking it from the seller and the customer facing problem. I send you lots of mails for the same but received no reply. So now i want compension for the same amount, consider it seriously. Because it was taken very lightly by your side for the same making customer suffer mentally.

                            Snapdeal is fraud. My order id [protected]. I request to return product and pickup is completed 6 days ago but snadeal did not initiate my refund.
                            Anybody please do not order online on snapdeal because what happened to me should not happen to you and share it. Snapdeal is fraud. My refund amount is 2490 but snpdeal did not eligible. Please give me my refund.

                              Snapdeal has given me a fake, duplicate product and the quality of product was too bad and duplicate, it was a copie of titan company watch, which was a duplicate product has been delivered too me...
                              The watch is duplicate and bad quality of titan watch.

                                Hi, I had also received call from Snapdeal for the same saree that I had ordered saying that u r the lucky winner for Mahindra car or cash prize of 145000 rs /- .First they told me u have to pay 3500 for registration I paid then they ask me to pay 14500, after that 25200/- again after paying all this they asked to pay intercity charges of 37800/- even after paying all this they aske me to pay 49500/- I stopped it as I started suspect ING I spoke to Abisheikh mondal, they sent me some vedioes for their call center and SBI bank as well they asked me to speak to the Branch manager of SBI his name was Akash Verma they sent me his adhar and pan card copy as well next day they made me speak to their so called manage SUsanta Mondal in whose AC I had transfer the money when I asked them I can't pay further and for refund they r telling me to wait for 90 days .How can the SBI bank can be involved in this ..Plz help I have wasted so much money

                                  On 27th july i ordered one sonata nd8073ym01 women's watch, order id is [protected] and got it delivered on 9th august, as i was not satisfied with the product i requested for return but on second thought i changed my mind and cancelled the return request. The pick up was attempted but told the guy that i have cancelled the return request and he went. I waited for a day to get response from snapdeal but didn't got any. I tried to cancel the order through their app there it said if i cancel the return request then in future i will not be able to return or replace any of my order (Which is ridiculous and unfair), so i didn't went ahead and kept it as i wanted to return. Since then every morning i get a message of picking up the product and on the evening i get a message that pick up was unsuccessful and i have no clue as no one came for pick up. From the past 10 days i am getting the same message in the morning and in the evening. I have tried to call them and brought to their notice but nothing has happened till date. I am asking just one question either pick the product up or leave it with me but don't cancel my future return requests. Whatever it may just inform me it's been quite a few days now.

                                    I have raised a return request on 7th august and till date the product is not been picked up,
                                    the pickup gets rescheduled in every 2 days.
                                    and today i receive a email from snapdeal saying as per our courier team you dont want to return the product where as they never contacted me about it.
                                    i have been writing to snapdeal from past few days on a email regarding the same but the response i get is two lines saying your product will be picked up soon .

                                    can you please help me on the same.
