Hello, I have placed the order Preethi Turbo and i received the product its damaged one. when i ask for the replacement they have replace the product after a week but that also they sticked out and send the same product, how dare your cheating customer like this, and i am going to compliant your forgering and you going to face that.       I have never shopped in Online forum...First time I tried was buy Camera 1200D with lens in Snap deal. I payed around 27, 900 /-.. I was totally shocked and taken aback when I saw the packing of the product was badly tampered and the seal where it is mentioned that the "Check the seal" was also broken and above that a adhesive tape was smartly applied.The Camera Bag which I recd was packed as if it was handled by some layman...Please check the packing of bag in snap sent to yu. I have a logged a replacement complaint in online...But i am not in rest, till I get the replacement...I am sorry to say that but as per the feedback recd from my dear and near ones was Flipkart and Amazon are far better in delivery standards. As a brand like you, you should never get in non branded courier agencies...I got the delivery from Courier agency called Go Javas...When we asked why the Box is tampered, he was handling ease..Plz see the snaps how big the hole was done.. Now I am actually in dilemma whether I should replace or get return my Refund amount and get the same from Flpkart or Amazon...I hope this complaints goes in right hands and is taken seriously...Please HELP.

        Please note that your GoJAVAAS had contacted us for delivery of item after reaching my building. Unfortunately we were not available since the date given was 29/04/2015. The delivery man started blaming me for non availability and took away the ordered item. The delivery person was very rude and non cooperative. Please note that the delivery was not done by your representative. This may please be noted against the order. We should not be blamed. Snapdeal seems to have become too big for a customer like us. If the order is not delivered by tomorrow then please arrange to cancel the order no [protected]. We will make sure we do not make any purchases with Snapdeal in future. Thank you

Why this has been not delivered yet? Why this has been returned and cancelled without any update? What about money which I have paid? When this will be credit to my account?                   My SD Order no [protected] I had ordered the 42 inch LG Tv Online for Amt 41106/- . In product description it was mentioned that Standard installation is free but i was been charged by LG for installation i.e Rs.4230/-(bracket 2910 + Installation Service charge Rs.800/- +ST) . I had spoken with Customer support Team Floor supervisor Ms. TIJI & they were going to revert me in 24hrs abt the reversal of installation charges but still no revert on same. If i had to pay this extra charges then i would have prefered buying product from the local retailer who would have given me the free installation with same charges. I had ended paying more Rs.4230 /- which i sense there was no discount offered, only i had been cheated by SD.

                          hi, i bought a kurta for my wife from snapdeal.order no [protected].snapdeal delivered it at my place on 11th april 2015 but it was a wrong item they delivered. on the same day i registered my replacement request to snapdeal via ticket id 18409595.i also returned the product to their kolkata warehouse and it was delivered to them on 16th april via professional courier.i have mailed them the scanned copy of courier receipt also.but till date i have not received the replacement or refund of money.everytime i raise a complaint to snapdeal i get automated messages that my complint is being looked after by them.sometimes even i get mails from snapdeal that i have chosen not to return the product and thus no refund.this is a total mess and casual approach by snapdeal.i have shopped from amazon, flipkart and many more site but never faced such problems.

                                        I ordered a karbonn sparkle V android one from snapdeal on April 17, 2015, I received the order on April 22, 2015.

                                        When I went home, Since battery was charged, I charged it to 71%, closed the charging and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, the battery drained upto 18% on its own, without any process running on it. Since it was shocking for me, I, immediately raise a return and refund request on snapdeal page (April 23, 2015) (The item is covered under trust pay, 7 days return- no question asked guaranty).

                                        After that, I received a reference number of my request and no conversation after that.

                                        Then I myself contacted their customer care to listen usual answers - requesting you to go to service centre and like...I would like to ask snapdeal, you want me to go to service centre to repair a faulty new brand mobile after paying money immediately. I told I want to return this item and get refund, then the representative told you will receive a phone call within 48 h and I am still waiting for that.

                                        Thereafter also I made almost 3 calls to customer care snapdeal... and heard the same answer.

                                        I think this should not be the way to treat customers... when a piece is faulty you should refund it immediately ..this is courtesy

                                        Now tell me what should one do in such situation... stucked with this...
