I had ordered a split ac on Snapdeal (Order# [protected] placed on 23rd Mar 2015). I had paid in full Rs.33921/- through debit card. Initially the delivery date was communicated to be 29th Mar 2015 and today is 7th April 2015 when I am writing this review. I've followed up more than 10 times(Req # 17741255 &[protected], but nobody at snapdeal bothered to lend his ear to the customer's grievance or taken the effort to at least give a callback with reasonable explanation of delay. To add to this irresponsible behavior, even when you call them and request for escalation, nothing happens.
Height of disappointment : After being tired of this, when I requested for cancellation, these disgusting fellows tell me to wait for delivery, then refuse it and once the product reaches back to Snapdeal, they would initiate the refund.
Gist of the story : They have taken your money, neither delivering your product nor refunding your money and the worst thing is that they don't bother either.
I FEEL CHEATED AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO NEVER ORDER ON SNAPDEAL OR YOU WILL HAVE TO REGRET.
