i booked infocus m2 online through snapdeal which was delivered on 30.3.2015 and i found that the back panel is not fitting properly. i complained the same day through customer care mobile no and lodged complaint through email on 31.3.2015. after that different representatives spoken to me with different offers that how you opened the cover when the item is not delivered properly and how you are using the product. one lady offered me compensation of 500/- (through sd) which i rejected and demanded for REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT. till date they are informing that they will recall the product and do the quality check and then think about exchange. i argued that quality check is to be done before despatch of the product so that consumer will receive good piece and i informed that when you send a new mobile i will return the existing piece back. i request you to send the new one while recalling the existing mobile and do the quality check or whatever you want after that.

    Long time back I had raised a complain in snapdeal that the product is not good they never bother to get back to me. After a long time on 28th March 2015 I got an email stating that they are processing my refund. UTR- KKBKH[protected]. So called the customer service team they told its a refund of Rs200588 I confirmed with them on call they said the amount. Asked my bank that if I have got the amount they denied . Again called customer care they informed to send my credit card statement. I had send and there was no response now again had called now spoke with a supervisor Name Navjot. She informed that they have send the recent email for a refund they had processed last year for Rs 841 and not for Rs200588. I have all required document that last time refund email was there and this was for new refund. SnapDeal is Cheating all customers..

      I WAS ROBBED OF MY MONEY AND GIVEN A SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT. I HAD ORDERED A KADAI AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS DAMAGED AND HAD NO LID. I PUT A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE. ALL I RECEIVED WAS EMAILS AND SMSs FROM THEM. BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLACE MY PRODUCT. TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT THE 7 DAY REPLACEMENT PERIOD HAD PASSED. NO AMOUNT OF CALLS GOT ME JUSTICE.

          I am very disappointed with the snapdeal service. My last orders for a LG 32" Full High Definition LCD TV were cancelled. Reason mentioned against the orders is "... due to non-availability of stock with our seller". If Snapdeal wishes I could post the order numbers here. Actual reason behind the order cancellation is not stock non-availability. The product is available (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/lg-32lb5610-32-inches-fully/[protected] but Snapdeal doesn’t want to give the product at the promised price. What is need for this cheap publicity saying I am selling the product at low cost since you are not able to fulfill the order delivery? Shame on you Snapdeal.com. I don't want to use any hard words here. Are you playing with customer’s time and patience? A customer has to wait for a week after placing the order and after a week Snapdeal will simply sent a notification saying the order is cancelled. Don't you know the value of the time? Don't you think that the customer has a plan behind the order? I wanted it for gifting to my uncle on his marriage anniversary. Now due to your irresponsible sellers I am going to miss the plan. I have received properly few of less expensive products. It’s my fault to trust Snapdeal that it can handle more expensive orders also. I understood that its offers also just a fake note. If you cannot fulfill something please don't make a promise. Did you notice that the stock was not available after a week only? I won't point out that the seller has done the mistake. If Snapdeal seller policies are strict and good these kinds of mistakes never happen. Please learn from Amazon to know the value of a customer and how to allow only the genuine sellers.                   hi im t.ramesh singh im from hyd some days back i saw an add of raymonds linin clothes in tv so i checked in the internet about that linin clothes i saw the add of raymonds linin clothes in snap deal on 70% off prices in blue maroon and so many extra colors and i booked one shirt piece os blue colour linin order no -[protected] and invoice ;sbf450/15-16/34 yesterday i got the material by courier after seeing the cloth i shocked that was very chiep local cloth and i called to the snap deal person that he says no that is raymonds onli but as per my knowledge in raymonds clothes on the border of the clothes .the brand name was printing afterwards the snapdeal person told me to return the cloth but the question is on the name of the raymonds you are cheating the people so pls take care ( thanks regards ramesh singh (advocate)

                                  Hello, I had ordered a split ac on Snapdeal (Order# [protected] placed on 23rd Mar 2015). I had paid in full Rs.33921/- through debit card. Initially the delivery date was communicated to be 29th Mar 2015 and today is 7th April 2015 when I am writing this review. I've followed up more than 10 times(Req # 17741255 &[protected], but nobody at snapdeal bothered to lend his ear to the customer's grievance or taken the effort to at least give a callback with reasonable explanation of delay. To add to this irresponsible behavior, even when you call them and request for escalation, nothing happens. Height of disappointment : After being tired of this, when I requested for cancellation, these disgusting fellows tell me to wait for delivery, then refuse it and once the product reaches back to Snapdeal, they would initiate the refund. Gist of the story : They have taken your money, neither delivering your product nor refunding your money and the worst thing is that they don't bother either. I FEEL CHEATED AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO NEVER ORDER ON SNAPDEAL OR YOU WILL HAVE TO REGRET.

The ordered that was delivered to me and no freebies and the box of the perfume was open (i.e., There was no cellophane covering over the box). I had complaint about the same on their mentioned email address. They offered 400INR as compensation for the missing freebies. However i was more keen on having the original sealed box of perfume and had asked for the replacement of the same. Shockingly the replaced perfume was the same opened box that i had replaced and without the freebies- they had simply repacked the same perfume in the open box and sent it back to me ( I can claim that since the price of the perfume had reduced and the difference was credited in my account as snap deal cash BUT the bill sent to me with replaced perfume was with same old price). Frustrated and disappointed i called back again on their customer service number, where the executives where extremely rude and had only two solutions - refund or replace. They had cheeks to opt for replacement option without my permission and had requested for reverse pickup on my behalf. When i called to check them on why did they do so the customer service executive this time simply hanged up my call. I am very sure they sell either first copy of fake perfumes or else why would the perfumes do not have cellopane plastic covering over the box in the similar way the perfumes have when we buy it from malls or shops? I wonder why do their agents have to open the cellopane covering while sending to the customer?

                                        i ordered cooler its not delivered to me but its giving status to me "its delivered" i dont know whose problem it is.. blue dart people says they delivered back to the shop person and snapdeal people says its delivered in wrong address. now tell me to track 1 order how much time any people take. this both people says it will take time but both are not able to say how much time it will take already 3 days over.
