my order id is [protected] it was placed by me on 15th april.. and the promising that will be deliver before on 23rd...but still i have not recieved my product...when i checked with the courior partner...it showed that the product reached at andheri(mumbai) on sunday... i just want to tell you that it was my first experience with SNAPDEAL..and its really pathetic..FLIPKART is more better than u guys

      Order no [protected] Abaculus stones Necklace & Earring SK was delivered with a Brocken earring. previously I complained about this. They said that the product is not available with him. That's reason they said that they will refund my money back within 19th April. But they have not refund my money yet. Please check this and refund my money. 3 weeks has gone but they are not pick up the product and are not returned my money. 2 days ago I called to customer care they are told me that the money are not returnable.

        A pogo stick was booked on 6th of april 2015 @ rs 1530. . order confirmation the said date was received thru sms. But till date the said order is not received. Repeated follow up with snapdeal and courier company resulted into blaming each other and there is no Trace of order as of now . courier company reapeatedly confirmed that they have not recieved the order by snapdeal ..request to kindly look into the matter and arrange for the delivery of the order A.S.A.P.

                  My snapdeal order ID is [protected]. I have ordered a watch which I didn't like and returned it on 13th of april that is on monday by the snapdeal return back courier facility and I clearly ask for a refund of my money. after that again on 15th I got a massage that the same product has been ready to ship with some other seller so immediately I cancel the order again. So on 16th april I received a massage like the refund amount will reflect in your account in 1 business day. I waited. Till 18th I didn't receive the refund. So on 19th I called up the customer care they promised me that by monday I will receive the refund amount. but again on monday I didn't and I called up and again the same thing that I will receive the refund by tuesday. Again on tuesday I called up and got the similar reply. And today is 22nd of april. till now i didn't receive the refund amount. Could anybody help me in this.

                            My order id is : [protected] of SNAPDEAL I had ordered Sony MDR-EX110AP earphones on 12/04/2015. When delivered to me on 15/04/2015, I discovered it as fake. I am able enough to distinguish between genuine and fake products. The product delivered to me was no where near to genuine. Not even by looks. So I returned the product to get the genuine product as replacement. To my surprise and agony, once again I got the exact same fake product delivered to me on 20/12/2015. Snapdeal doesn't care to scrutinize the products delivered by sellers even if a complain is received once. Snapdeal is cheating it's customers by selling them fake products. I would not recommend buying anything from Snapdeal.

                                Dear Sir, Madam. My name is Krishnan PArameswaran. I had recently purchased Epson Workforce All In One Printer – M200 from Snapdeal.com on the 14th april 2015. The estimated delivery date was 19th April 2015. However on the 20th April 2015 when I did not receive my product I contacted them they said that due to unavoidable circumstances my order has been cancelled and asked me to place a new order with them. I tried to do a fresh booking for the same product however the rate which i brought the product earlier wasnt available.I brought the above mentioned product in a discounted rate and a offer by snapdeal which was no longer available. I would like to know how did they cancel my order without my concern, even though the site says my order is not cancellable? I Had order the product for a school whcih was on a economically weaker. If I have to buy the same product then have to pay premium price for the same product. I would like to get the product in working condition and that too at the same price which I had brought earlier. Probelem Faced by me:- I had to waste lot of time tracking the order. As I work with a airline company( service industry) I had to take leave and sit at home on the 19th April even though its was a Sunday. And at the end did not recive my product.                                       My order id is [protected] i also had booked Epson M200 Workforce Printer at 31 Rupees. Seeing a good Price i followed all the steps for buying the order, And now after 4 days the company says my order has been cancelled then this is a fraud. The Customer Care Straight forwardly Say do what ever you want to do. The even said to book the printer newly. Now the Price is 12000. Who is going to pay the Difference Amount?

                                        snapdeal cheat us(Order ID: [protected]).they provide a offer on Epson Workforce All In One Printer - M20 (price =12290) and placed our order in rs 31.after 4 days they cancel our order on the name of technical glich.they provide us 100% offer and we also received the confermation mail of my order on my registered mail and mobile also with an proper invoice .so please help us on regarding this case and deliver my order as soon as possible. If snapdeal cancel my order then it will be cheating to the costumer.

                                        I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:
