    I placed an order for Symphony HI-Cool I Air Cooler and Strontium 32 GB Micro SD Card (Class 10) and received the orders in sometime... I later found that the Air cooler was not working as desired and also was throwing a lot of water and hence I requested for a refund and the same was updated qucikly and I received a prompt via application on phone that the amount would be refunded in 2-3 business days and also that someone would pick the air cooler ASAP. A week passed and no one came to pick the cooler and I sent an email via the app on what was going on and why the cooler was not picked up and I knew that refund would not be processed unless the cooler is taken away. Another two three days passed and still no intimation and now the order shows that the same cannot be returned... This is a tricky and a sad way of cheating on customers when a brand like Tata is supporting Snapdeal... Snapdeal would take away the brand name of Tata as well I guess because of such things... Only thing I want now is a refund and want Snapdeal to take away the cooler... Another thing I wanted to highlight is that I rated the product as per the opinion and views I had with no profanity and things as informed on the website itself and Snapdeal would not update the negative ratings and yet this can also be taken as another medium to cheat on the customers and not letting other people know the reality behind a particular products and reviews... Shame Snapdeal and Shame Tata to support such E-Commerce website... Contact me on [protected] (Preferred) or [protected] for getting this issue resolved...

No physical damaged is done to the earphone, which anybody can check. First it started to give a cracked sound from the left portion and then it has stopped giving any sound at all.             new complaint number 17572023 original order number [protected] old complaint number 15763950 This case is related to an order placed on 17th October 2014. Till date I am following up on my refund and have sent more than 35 mails in this regard. On 4th Mach 2015, finally I got an email AND sms from snapdeal that they have verified my bank details and refunded 1035. Post that again some 5-6 mails have been sent by me to ask where is the refund? Does it take a month to credit? all that the team Snapdeal did is make a new complaint number and again no response to any emails Every time I call, i have to repeat the story right from the beginning (as if no record maintained) and they keep insisting refund done. There are TWO different refunds for the TWO philips lamps. One was done and received by me on 13 Nov 2014. They keep referring to the same 13th Nov 204 refund AGAIN AND AGAIN. My issue is with the second lamp refund for which they claim refund was done on 4th March 2015 They are not even ready to help me with the 23 digit ARN number for the said refund? I am simultaneously following up with my bank and tthere is no refund yet. The amount of mails I've sent and calls I've done for following up on my refund is frustrating ... Amazon refunds in 3 working days flat and here I am dealing with a 6 month old case The worst website I've come across and the worst and most incompetent customer support new complaint number 17572023 original order number [protected] old complaint number 15763950

I got a call the verification of the product before I say confirmed. I had few queries regarding the product. During conversation I was told that I will be getting a stabiliser but I have to pay the installation charges off ac. Then I told order can be confirmed. Today I receiived split ac without stabilizer. When ever anyone buy one product he first compare with the market price. At the time oof ordering the product ur price was less compared to others with supplying Stabilizers. If I pay the same or more amount when included with Installation charges and with new stabilizer compared to the market price then I am a fool. I had to wait for more the 15 days to receive the product. So please make sure what ever u r saying you mean It. I feel I became a fool because of one o[censored]r staff which I had a conversation on 21st of March 15. Hope next time same thing will not happen again.

                      I ordered a tripod from snapdeal. And when i unboxed it, i saw the handle to heighten it was broken. So immediately i contacted the seller. He responded "bhai mujhe nai pata ye sab" and even on confirming his shops name or dealer name he refused to accept that it was his shop. Then why the hell is sellers name mentioned over there. So [censored] situation!! Even i contacted the snapdeal customer care, they respond like "ok we are transferring your call to higher authority and then keeps on hold. Wtf man. This kind of people and service sucks. I do understand there might be some mistake in packing or in delivering due to which i received it broken. But cant i expect good service from you all.                       Yes see the kind of happiness you gave me after unboxing. A damaged tripod which i thought i will be gifting to my brother. Damn!! Huh! Though i've processed this for replacing it with same item. Guess i dont receive same kind of damaged product. But i promise i wont do any shopping from your store. I'm very much dissatisfied with your service. Because seeing this damaged product i contacted the seller which i got from the "invoice" attached with the item, the seller responded like "he doesnt know anything about this and says me to manage this thing myself." What kind of seller!? Huh. And then I contacted customer care, even they said "you have to talk to the higher authority and then made my call on hold. Now the thing is I dont wanna listen of how much regret you feel like. I wanna serious apology from that seller and your customer care team. Dude i am serious.

                                  I ordered one videocon refrigerator in the month of February which was defective so I returned it . On 16th march I got a mail from snapdeal that they have initiated the refund and I will get my money back in next 5 to 7 working days. On 26 I again called them as amount had not credited to my account . They again told me the same thing. Today I called them for the same reason and again I got the same answer, your amount will be credited in next 5 to 7 working days.

                                      This is reg gas geyser i bought from snapdeal on 16.12.1994. Now there is a problem in the gas geyser and almost everyday i am calling True Power but they are not responding to any phone calls or email. They do not have their service center in mumbai. The technician is not ready to give services as company is not paying him service charges. The prodcut is under warranty...ps advise urgently...thanks
