I called Tenda service number provided by snapdeal and they told me get replacement of router from seller that is snapdeal.       Hi, I have ordered Puma casual Civilan shoe yesterday (30th Mar). The price at the time of ordering was Rs.2574/- as this was a discounted price and additional 10% cashback as well. | However, when I places the order, the final amt was Rs. 4099/-. This is very pathetic wherein the customer was given a special price but after placing the order, the final price was over charged. THIS IS A BREACH OF PRICE INFORMATION BY SNAPDEAL AND I WILL LOG A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AND FILE A FIR FOR THIS INCIDENCE. Please look into this issue and assign someone who can assist me.Such type of incidence are very annoying to the customers. I will keep on escalating till this is resolved.         This email is with regards to the request #17613575 against the order number [protected].They think that you will not exchange the product. If they think so than they shall tell me directly. Why they are provide the fake info. Please check the PFB. Now tell me is this my fault that they are provide small shoes which i baught size 9??? Courier not come to my house for pick up the product but Snapdeal mail to me that "As per the update shared by Courier, you have decided to retain the product and cancel the return request."           The Order No. [protected] was placed on 26th March 2015 with an approximate shipment date of 31st March 2015. On 31st March 2015, Snapdeal.com has cancelled the order on pretext that the stock is not available. However at the same time the product is very much active on their website. The customer care @ +[protected] refused to listen to what I have said and insisted that I have to order again. My ask is simple, delivery of the product under Order No. [protected].

            I paid Rs499 & ordered Goospery Mercury Wallet Flip Cover For Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 - Red on 13th March 2015 & Estimated delivery date is 22 March 2015, but still am not receiving the product. I called snapdeal customer care who asked to call Tenda service center. I sent note to tenda service and and they said that they don't have service center and asked to get replace router from seller.                     6 months ago i bought a d-link pocket size router from snapdeal.com. it was not of my use so i sent it back to them and it was delivered to them on 23/09/2014. Till now they didn&#039;t gave me the money. They just keep saying that we will update you with your issue at the earlieas but nobody respondes. Price of the product was Rs.1279 but they gave me just 100 rupees as refund. My registered email on snapdeal.com is [protected]@gmail.com and comolaint number is 17874734. I want them to refund the whole amount as sd cash.

Not installed till date even after repeated requests. Call centre not able to resolve the issue. Every time they say it will be resolved in 48 hrs.                           i was ordered a toshiba laptop satellite L50 B-I0111 Notebookon 7th march.I ordered earlier because of new budget of government on incresing price of electronics.but this company ruined everything as it deliver a wrong product on 11th march..and when i ordered a replacement they did their job perfectly for reverse pick up..but after that worst days happened because they didn't even call me or mail me..and on 23rd finally i complained for...

                          i purchased philips thunder speaker from snapdeal .com order id [protected] on 21 march th price was 2984 and after applying discount code of 10% i purchase it on 2654 from snapdeal and 3after 3 days i got message that there is delay in shipment the product is transfer to other seller and again after 3 dayas on march 29 (there is difference of 8 days between booking date and canceled day) they sayas that your product is cancelled . but one of my friend who booked same product same seller after 2 -3 hrs and his product is shiped and they are refunding my 2654 but this time value of product is 2929 . either i want d\full money or same product i call him they said that u have to book it on 2929 but ther is difference of about 3000 betwwen my booked price and latest price he cheated 300 . and when i want to talk regarding this product they r not talking cheater... plz take an action regarding this thanks.

I made payment through netbanking, now from that day till today i.e. 29th March the status is coming 'in process' and it is not cancelable. Called snapdeal 3 times and requested to cancel it but till now nothing has been done in this regard. Order No. [protected] - This order I placed on 28th December 2014.                               1. The TV is delivered without any invoice copy neither it was to my email. When I asked for the invoice copy to the customer care they ask me for the serial number. Snapdeal is selling items but do not have any record of the items they are selling, which is pathetic. Why should I provide you product details, any kind of, when you are selling a item. After requesting twice to the Customer care they sent me the serial number. 2. When I purchased the TV there was some offer like “buy a TV and stand a chance to win 24 inch HD smart TV…”(Please check the attached image), but after buying I did not get any info about the offer . When I asked the Customer care about this they told I will be informed after the product delivery. But no info I got after the delivery also. After few days when I called the customer care I found they are not aware about their offers only and that offer also has been removed from that product now. This is really pathetic service from snapdeal. I have complained but.. STILL NO REPLY FROM SNAPDEAL ABOUT THIS OFFER. MEANS IT WAS A FAKE OFFER. 3. I posted the same thing as a review in the snapdeal website but they did not publish my review as it is against snapdeal. They are not transparent enough. I have bought lot of things from snapdeal but I thing this is going to be the end of that. And if you are not publishing my review in your website there are many other places to give review. Help your customers do not hide things from from your customer.

                                my name is deepak dhingra and my registered email on snapdeal.com is [protected]@gmail.com and my complaint number on snapdeal is 9355930. 6 months ago i bought a d-link pocket size router of worth Rs1279. i paid for the product with a shopping voucher. This product was not of my requirement so i sent it back to snapdeal and it was delivered to them on 23/09/2014. But till now i didn't received the money i paid to them. They always kept saying that they will refund it but till now i didn't received anything and now they are saying they can not refund money. What does it means ? If they don't want to give the money then give that product back to me. i will never refer snapdeal to anyone because their promises are not true and they are a big fraud.

                                    THE SUMMER HAVE COME AND PEOPLE ARE SHOPPING FOR ACs, SO DID I. I SAW SNAPDEAL OFFERING THE 3000 DISCOUNT ETC. ETC. SO THOUGHT OF ORDERING IT THROU THEM. - PURCHASED AN AC WITH ONE OF THEIR SELLER SMART STORE WHO CLAIMED TO DISPATCHED IT IN 1 BUSINESS DAY. - MY ORDER # [protected] WAS VERIFIED IN FEW HOURS OF PLACING IT. EVERTHING WAS FINE TILL THIS MINUTE BUT THEN FOR 2 DAYS, I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY SHIPPING INFO. - NOTICED THAT IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN DISPATCHED FOR OVER 2 DAYS. - I REACHED OUT TO SNAPDEAL BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLY. - THEN AFTER 2 DAYS, I RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING IT WILL BE DISPATCHED IN 3 DAYS. - ANOTHER DAY HAS PASSED AN I RECEIVED ANOTHER SMS SAYING IT WILL BE DISPATCHED IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. - THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHY THIS DELAY AND THE SELLER CONTINUED TO SELL ITS PRODUCT WITH A FAKE CLAIM OF DISPATCHING THE PRODUCT IN 1 BUSINESS DAY. - I TOLD SNAPDEAL MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THEY KNOW THAT THE SELLER IS NOT LIVING UPTO ITS CLAIMS OF DISPATCHING A PRODUCT IN 1 BUSINESS DAYS, THEN WHY ARE THEY ALLOWING THE SELLER TO KEEP ITS CLAIM INTACT? BUT SNAPDEAL NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY! - JUST FOR THE INFO, I AM FROM ONE OF THE PRIME CITY OF GUJARAT WELL CONNECTED BY ALL TRANSPORT MEANS AND BASE FOR ALL THE REPUTED COURIER COMPANIES SO IT CERTAINLY WASN'T A DELIVERY ISSUE. - AFTER 6 DAYS, SNAPDEAL COMES TO ME STATING THEY ARE PROCURING IT FROM A DIFFERENT SELLER AND WILL DISPATCH IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS, WITHOUT TELLING ME WHY? - I INFORMED THEM THAT THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT HAS REDUCED ABOUT RS. 3000 SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER. THEY HAVE ALREADY CAUSED ME HARASSMENT AND TROUBLE FOR NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT IN TIMELY MANNER AND HAVE ME FOLLOW-UP TO NO AVAIL. BUT NOW THAT THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE AT THE LESSER PRICE, THEY SHOULD PASS ME THE BENEFIT OF IT. - LET ME TELL YOU THAT I CAN NOT REORDER THE PRODUCT TO GET THAT BENEFIT BECAUSE IF I REORDER THE PRODUCT I WILL NOT GET THE RS. 3000 DISCOUNT THAT I HAD WITH MY EARLIER ORDER FOR TAKING A TROUBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER FROM SNAPDEAL APP AS PER THEIR GIVEN TIME & CONDITIONS. - I AM ENTITLED TO THAT DISCOUNT FOR FULFILLING THEIR CONDITIONS 100%, BUT SNAPDEAL DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY PRICE DIFFERENCE EVEN WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS SELLING AT LESSER PRICE. - WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS ORDER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THEY DON'T KNOW THAT. - THEY TOLD ME THAT NEITHER I NOR CAN THEY REACH OUT TO THE OTHER DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANY ANSWER WHY IT WAS DONE SO AND WHY NO BENEFIT IS PASSED ON TO ME? - AFTER SO MUCH FOLLOW-UP THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME RS. 500 GIFT COUPON AS TOKEN OF APOLOGY BUT THEY NEVER DID THAT EITHER. - I AM NOT CONCERNED WITH THAT RS. 500 AS THEY HAVE CAUSED ME ENOUGH TROUBLE AND EVEN THE MONITORY LOSS IS OF RS. 3000 MUCH MORE THEN WHAT THEY CALL TOKE OF APOLOGY. - I'VE REACHED OUT TO THE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM. - THE FORUM INFORMED ME THAT SINCE THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF SNAPDEAL IS NOT IN THE SAME DISTRICT, I'VE TO ALSO FILE THE COMPLAIN AGAINST THE COURIER COMPANY WHO DELIVERED THE PRODUCT TO ME AS OPPONENT TO FILE A CASE IN DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM. - AND IT IS NOT SO EASY SO I'VE TO FIRST VISIT THE FORUM TO UNDERSTAND THE FORMAT OF HOW I'VE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM. - THEN I'VE TO GET MY COMPLAIN FORMATED ACCORDING TO THEIR FORMAT AND THEN THEY WILL TAKE MY COMPLAIN. - THE CRUX OF THE MATTER IS JUST BY ADVERTISING 'JAGO GRAHAK JAGO', THE GOVT AND THESE FORUMS ONLY GET PUBLICITY. - WHEN YOU ACTUALLY TRY TO GO THAT WHY YOU'LL FIND MANY SUCH SITUATIONS AND PEOPLE TO DISCOURAGE YOU :) - AND OFCOURSE BY DOING THIS, YOU ARE SPENDING MORE MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY ONLY TO RISK IT :) - THE TITLE MAY BE 'JAGO GRAHK JAGO' BUT BEHIND THIS NICELY FRAMED TAG LINE, THE REALITY IS 'LOOTO GRAHAK'.
