      I ordered a combo of 2 trousers for Diwali 2014. Finally I received the product. Only 1 trouser was of the brand I ordered and the other was of local brand. I called up customer care number of times and finally they told me courier back both the trousers. I sent the back and I emailed the courier receipt in Nov 2014. After great difficulty, writing almost 50 emails and almost 25 calls, product money has been returned back to my bank account. Till date April 2015, I did not receive the courier charges. Almost more than 100 emails and more than 50 calls have been made, but all useless. Complaint No: 11516311. They say the same story everytime.They say that amount has been refunded and they give a transaction Id KKBKH...1460. Till date nothing has been credited and I sent my bank statement almost more than 25 times and customer care has confirmed that amount has nit been credited. So kindly settle the issue immediately. I[censored] can't refund, keep the amiunt as a donation to SNAPDEAL...

      Finally I received a phone call from CUSTOMER CARE saying that amount would be credited in 24-48 hrs.


      I have sent my bank details and the same had been acknowledged.


      1 week ( 7 working days ) and still I did not receive the amount.

      NO ONE CAN FOOL PEOPLE BETTER THAN SNAPDEAL.

                  Sir, Order ID:[protected] Purchase Date:15March 2015 Mobile No.[protected]. Even if you delivered the 7 items, 3 of them (Herbalife Multi Vitamin and Herbal Tablets 90 Nos., Herbalife Personalised protein Powder 2 Nos.) were not received till date and time. I had already point out the delay in delivery of the items on 28 March 2015 before you. I had purchased these 7 items of food supplement for weight management on 15 March 2015. While purchasing the item you offer me to deliver the items within 7 days, that means on or before 23 March 2015. From the above 7 items 4 of them are received in time. But the 3 items were not delivered. And it is not traceable even in India post article tracking. You extended the expected delivery time to 1 April 2015. You may please verify the india post article tracking records of 7 items attached with this complaint, that will definitely clear that the 3 items were lost somewhere in the transit to PALAM TMO. Now you again extended the delivery date of 3 items to 7 April 2015. It is not admissible for me, because i purchased the food supplement to regular use for weight management and i for ced to purchase the above 3 items from Herbalife today. I request you to refund the cost of 3 items with 8 % interest within three days.                     I purchased Dying Light for PS4 on March 12. The payment was successful. However, due to server issues, the transaction was not successful. I raised a complaint on 12th March morning itself. They said that the issue will be resolved and the payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days. But upon calling the customer care several times after some days, they did not take any necessary action. Moreover, they say that they are unable to track the order ID #[protected]. They are harassing me every time saying that i need to wait more. The customer service is really worst. They finally started the initiation on March 25th. But still i did not get my money back. I am very disappointed by it.

                        I've purchased 6 pcs (Six) Logitech M100R USB 2.0 Optical Mouse (Black) from snapdeal.com, after received these products i was shocked that all products (Optical Mouse) were duplicate of Logitech fake S/R No. Here I want to say all, please never buy any products from Snapdeal.com, it sell all fake and duplicate product if you want to complain this then they said, "share the job-sheet/or written confirmation received from service center along with the invoice stating that the product is fake", when I've observe that all product, I've received without S/L no on the Box and also bill info like MRP, MFG by, Imp by, qnty, Imp Date and last customer care no. I've bought many times of logitech products and know that logitech has always mention these all information even any brand company has provide these all detail on the Box, but it hasn't. after that i've open the product- mouse, i was shocked that the quality of product was so poor and totally different from original mouse (i, 've already 4 mouse of same model), like company symbol on the mouse is totally wrong and funny did not match with logitech brand symbol, cheap plastic, sensor position is totally different compare with original ant last wheel key made from plastic comparing with original it's rubberized grip wheel key. so finally, if you buy any product from Snapdeal.com then I guess 99% it will fake and then you report them then tell you give us proof from service center. I think, If you buy logitech mouse from authorized at any past time then you will to know in first time that it's all fake products. same snapdeal.com, your brand ambassador is Amir Khan and your marketing is cheap like thief's markets.

                                dear sir in october 2014 I had bought Maharaja Solo Mixer Grinder worth rs 1880 with a warranty of 2 years. but I am sorryto say that it stopped working after 6 months. today as I was about to grind garam masala it started with a jerk and then stopped altogether.I felt cheated as my earler mixer had run for 15 years without giving me any headaches. therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do needful to keep my trust intact in SNAPDEAL.                                     I purchased Tenda N301 router from snapdeal 2 months. It is not working now. I called Tenda service number provided by snapdeal and they told me get replacement of router from seller that is snapdeal.                                       Hi, I have ordered Puma casual Civilan shoe yesterday (30th Mar). The price at the time of ordering was Rs.2574/- as this was a discounted price and additional 10% cashback as well. | However, when I places the order, the final amt was Rs. 4099/-. This is very pathetic wherein the customer was given a special price but after placing the order, the final price was over charged. THIS IS A BREACH OF PRICE INFORMATION BY SNAPDEAL AND I WILL LOG A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AND FILE A FIR FOR THIS INCIDENCE. Please look into this issue and assign someone who can assist me.Such type of incidence are very annoying to the customers. I will keep on escalating till this is resolved.                                         This email is with regards to the request #17613575 against the order number [protected].They think that you will not exchange the product. If they think so than they shall tell me directly. Why they are provide the fake info. Please check the PFB. Now tell me is this my fault that they are provide small shoes which i baught size 9??? Courier not come to my house for pick up the product but Snapdeal mail to me that "As per the update shared by Courier, you have decided to retain the product and cancel the return request." Now check the picture I am order for size 9 but they provide me size 7. Now I want to exchange with size 8 If any information mail me-- subrata116.[protected]@gmail.com
