      I ordered: Intex Outdoor Games(Includes both pump and tube) on march 2015 order id: [protected] I receive my product on 26th march 2015 The product was partial ie it contained only pump but no bathing tube., which is baffelling. For this product i waited a lot but snapdeal make me fool, they delivered only partial product to me. Also i have used a Promocode for this Product.

        I had purchased a Kurlon Dream Sleep King Size mattress on 3/32015 (Order No: [protected]). The expected date of shipment was 9/3/2015.However the seller developed cold feet I assume considering that he was selling it cheap. So the shipment date was postponed to 12/3/2015 and subsequently to 15/3/15. Whenever I tried calling them they answered saying I would be contacted within 24 hrs with a resolution. When finally I started calling them everyday, on 23/3/15 they started talking about trustpay. I told them very clearly that the product was not cancellable all these days as the order had been confirmed and now since prices have shot up they are cancelling citing seller issues. The frustrating part is absence of any grievance redressal mechanism. There is no nodal office or appellate authority to approach with your complaint. I simply asked them to deliver the product as I needed the product and not the money. Since it was their mistake I expected them to get their act straight and do the needful. However even after reasoning logically they went ahead and cancelled the order without mutual consent. I wish to know if any of you have had similar experiences. Also I would like to take them to consumer court as the experience was actually very enraging. I've never put up complaints on consumer forum and believe in amicable resolution of disputes. I even put it in my mail. However they were least helpful. Can any forum member guide me regarding this matter. Warm Regards Dr. Prasad K

          Hi Team, Here I want to register complaint against Snapdeal.com, that they are not delivering their products as per the expected Delivery date mentioned on the site when ordering, and keep on sending messages saying it will be delayed more. My Order ID is : [protected], Expected delivery date mentioned was 23rd, but its already 26th and Product is not shipped yet and I am not expecting this before 5th or 6th April.             sir, I bought a blackberry z10 mobile from snapdeal, due to some issue i gave it back for refund. they asked my neft details and i gave them, they said they have initiated on march 8th (1sttime)and you will get refund with in 5-7 working days, but i didnt get refund .so after 7days i called them and spoken with them, they said some problem with neft details ., so asked me to send again .!i have mailed them all Neft details ! on march 18th again i got a mail refund will be credited into ur account with in 7 working days .now still i didnt get refund !!!

                  I purchased car audio and speakers worth approx 13000/- on 13th march 2015. I received the products without proper retail invoice. When i called AXA(SNapdeal's installation partner) they asked me the invoice for installation request to be taken. When i called Snapdeal for invice they gave me some delivery slip kind of invoice whic i sent to AXA. And they are refusing to take installation request and best part is no one is calling back and checking what the problem is. WHen i write a mail to them i get auto generated reply with complaint reqest number. Every time i call i get new number. Then i thot of returning all the products and they are refucing to take back even when it is covered under Trustpay. And in all these even the seven days return policy is void. I really dint know whom to approach. Coz they have only one customer care number and absolutely no nodal officers or escaltion matrix is in place. Please help. CHandan [protected]@redoffmail.com

                    I have had the worse possible experience with Snapdeal. They are absolutely callous and have no clue about what's going on. I ordered an AC 17 days back and still its not delivered..Its a big mistake and I will never ever use Snapdeal again...An AC is a standard product and I am cursing myself why did I use Snapdeal.                           Hi, On 18 March 2015, I placed an order for Sunflame auto clean Chimney (order #[protected]). 4 days passed by and there was no update on the site w.r.t shipment. When I enquired about the product, I was informed that they would register a complaint to sort the delay and get back to me with details while assuring the product would be shipped ASAP, 24th march being the last date. On 25th Mar I received a IVR call from snapdeal.com informing that the order has been cancelled and money would be refunded in approx 7 days. When I called the Snapdeal customer care for clarification I was informed that there was technical issue owing to which they cancelled my order and would refund my money and if I need the product then i ought to replace an order after the refund as per their policy. However, One needs to realise that if they did have technical issue to begin with then why did they not inform the same and cancelled the order on the day order was placed. Why did they require a week to process the order and create a false sense of assurance that the order is due for shipment albeit delayed. This lackadaisical attitude of snapdeal.com has not only resulted in wastage of my valuable time but also resulted in a setback of my entire schedule.

                          I received a call from customer care regarding the complaint on this forum.. he informed me that the product is out of stock. However I clarified to him that the product is very much in stock and even referred him to the link from where it was purchased, in addition it also available from another seller. If Snapdeal had minimum professional ethics they would have honoured the order but they seem to taking customer for ride and dis-value their time and money, thereby inflicting a bad taste of online shopping. i am attaching images of order placed and the Product page showing availability even as of today and also from another seller listing the same product.

                          I checked it yesterday and today.. The product is exhibited as available, yet snapdeal customer called up and said that the order is cancelled as the product is out of stock. when i asked him to kindly check again since the website shows it as available, he immediately disconnected the call. Snapdeal keeps finding excuses at the cost of customers valuable time and money.

                            I have ordered a product through snapdeal.The courier service was red express.from one week i am following up with them, eveytime they told me that it will be deliver in an hour.The delivery representative name was Mr.Stephen(Red Express).I havent even get a single call, but when i am tracking my product, it was told that i was not available..With out even 1 call how can you conclude that. I am sure snapdeal will lose the customers if they are using this irresponsible courier servises

                              Order#[protected] Complaint#17520399 I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed with Snapdeal services. I did not receive invoice with the product delivered to me and still struggling to get it. After raising complaint with customer service, they were asking me for IMEI of the device to generate the invoice. Don't you think it is seller's responsibility to generate the invoice with IMEI and should not ask the buyer? Then after committing that Snapdeal will resolve the issue in 48 hours(as promised by MR. ARAVIND), Snapdeal sent me invoice "WITHOUT IMEI". It is really UNLAWFUL to generate fake invoices and that too without IMEI for mobile devices. On top of it, in hurry the seller name mentioned over the invoice was not matching with the courier slip I received. This is highly UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I am expecting I will get proper invoice soon, else would be forced to take strict action against Snapdeal business policies.

                                  Hi, I ordered product from Snapdeal.com on 16 March and paid through my credit card. Snapdeal committed to deliver the product by 20 March. Now 20 March has already passed and i have not received the product. I raised multiple number of complaints but of no use. The tracking id for the product is invalid and the contact number provided for the courier service is also invalid. Order number:[protected] Customer care provides no clear response and the company is now saying product will be delivered by 26 March. They have no clue where the product is. Whenever i ask for refund they say they will conduct an investigation in 4 working days and only after they get their product returned they will initiate the refund process. They mentioned refund process will take 5-7 working days after that. This means there is no clarity if i will get the refund before almost 1 month of ordering. This is sheer harassment. The company has provided no clear resolution so far and have already spent more than 100 rupees on calls to the customer care. Thanks Harsh

                                      Hi, I ordered a Prestige Cooker from Snapdeal. I received the product on time. But the cash memo was containing only the name of the product and the price of the product. That prestige cooker having warranty of one year so I requested snapdeal that please give a fresh invoice which contains "Serial Number" of the product. So, that in any worst condition I can go to "Prestige Service center" and claim for the warranty. I got reply and also call from Snapdeal. They told that you will get invoice along with full details of product within 48 hours. Now 4 days has gone, but I didn't get even a single mail from Snapdeal. Even I asked them that if you are not able to provide me cash memo along with full detail then please take your product and return my money. But I didn't get any reply. My order number is : [protected] Invoice No: 17407261 Purchase Date: 3/12/2015 Vendor Name: SAJM ONLINE-VOI My Mail to Snapdeal: Satyam Kumar <[protected]@gmail.com> Mar 19 (5 days ago) to Snapdeal Sir, I don't want this invoice. I want invoice with the serial no. mentioned on the cooker and in the warranty card. So that in case of any problem I can reach out to service center. I paid full money whatever you mentioned for this product. So I am expecting product with proper and genuine document. Please if possible then provide me invoice with mentioned serial no. otherwise, I have to return this product. I don't have any other choice. I cant call you in case of any problem in cooker. Now all depends on you and your service. Thanks.
