Hi, I ordered product from Snapdeal.com on 16 March and paid through my credit card. Snapdeal committed to deliver the product by 20 March. Now 20 March has already passed and i have not received the product. I raised multiple number of complaints but of no use. The tracking id for the product is invalid and the contact number provided for the courier service is also invalid. Order number:[protected] Customer care provides no clear response and the company is now saying product will be delivered by 26 March. They have no clue where the product is. Whenever i ask for refund they say they will conduct an investigation in 4 working days and only after they get their product returned they will initiate the refund process. They mentioned refund process will take 5-7 working days after that. This means there is no clarity if i will get the refund before almost 1 month of ordering. This is sheer harassment. The company has provided no clear resolution so far and have already spent more than 100 rupees on calls to the customer care. Thanks Harsh

      Hi, I ordered a Prestige Cooker from Snapdeal. I received the product on time. But the cash memo was containing only the name of the product and the price of the product. That prestige cooker having warranty of one year so I requested snapdeal that please give a fresh invoice which contains "Serial Number" of the product. So, that in any worst condition I can go to "Prestige Service center" and claim for the warranty. I got reply and also call from Snapdeal. They told that you will get invoice along with full details of product within 48 hours. Now 4 days has gone, but I didn't get even a single mail from Snapdeal. Even I asked them that if you are not able to provide me cash memo along with full detail then please take your product and return my money. But I didn't get any reply. My order number is : [protected] Invoice No: 17407261 Purchase Date: 3/12/2015 Vendor Name: SAJM ONLINE-VOI My Mail to Snapdeal: Satyam Kumar <[protected]@gmail.com> Mar 19 (5 days ago) to Snapdeal Sir, I don't want this invoice. I want invoice with the serial no. mentioned on the cooker and in the warranty card. So that in case of any problem I can reach out to service center. I paid full money whatever you mentioned for this product. So I am expecting product with proper and genuine document. Please if possible then provide me invoice with mentioned serial no. otherwise, I have to return this product. I don't have any other choice. I cant call you in case of any problem in cooker.               On its web page snapdeal is selling 'Stop Shoppers Self Defense Security Telescopic Folding Stick -black Color'. This item is shown of the size of 26 inches, but actually they deliver the item of the size of 20 inches. Though I have returned the item back, and got money refunded, but they are still continuing the fraud and many innocent customer can buy it and get trapped in their fraud. They should either provide the correct size item or change the size on the picture shown on their web page.

                    It's been a very bad customer experience. I have purchase a Toshiba Cricket Series LED through Snapdeal.com and they delivered me a faulty product. From 17th onwards I had called Snapdeal as wel as Toshiba customer care and they have said that, the product will be replaced. But no assurance of the date. Today is 23rd and no date confirm yet. And representative are pushing me further for repairing of the faulty product. Only verbal assurance and nothing else. I am getting frustrated with these kind of reply. Please a lodge a complaint.

                        With reference to order (order ID [protected]).My Cousin purchased 2 nos. Memory card make sandisk from Snaop deal portal I.e snapdeal.com. It is regret to say that after receiving both memory card when we use both memory card. Both memory cards were not working. Even we contacted custome care on dated 19th October 14.they informed they will revert back on same issue soon. But it is regretted to say that we have not received any response side.                             My name is HITESH. M.SHARMA. I ordered Infocus M2 on 11th of march which was delivered to me on 14th of march. The details of order are as follows: Order Id : [protected] Order Placed on: Mar 11, 2015 Paid Amount : Rs. 4999 InFocus M2 Status : Delivered But on 16th of march I came to know about camera flash and TORCH functions are not working. I contacted on snapdeal CC about that faulty piece delivered to me . Each and every front desk executive gave me Service center numbers which were almost 6 in total. Each and every number was either wrong or does not exists. Then I spoke to one of senior executive she told me to pack it as it was delivered and courier it to snapdeal on my own risk and paying to the courier. She told me to download a form from the link given in my mail address and take a print out of that form and paste it on the box in which my order was delivered. Then further she said that if the delivery reached us intact then they will check and will dispatch the fresh piece in next 4-5days if available. I was just shocked after hearing about such a hectic process of replacing the faulty piece with no guarantee of replacement due to unavailability of the product.So I denied of following the hectic process and demanded a fresh piece of INFOCUS M2 replacement at my door step as I'm totally not responsible for the company delivering a faulty piece and its snapdeals duty to replace the piece with fresh one at customers doorstep. But no one was ready to listen. Then I mailed all the details to customer support. In a reply an executive called me up and tried to convenience me and apologized . He said I will arrange a pickup through our courier but does not assured me about the replacement and time duration. Instead he said as soon as the faulty piece reaches us he will try his best to make a REFUND sooner. After listening to him I totally denied for refund and stuck on my door replacement of fresh piece . He is then tried to convenience me by offering SD cash of Rs300 to be credited in my account with which I can buy anything from snapdeal. I again did I not accepted his offer and told him I do not need any single rupee as a gift to quietly do as u say . I just told him to follow a very simple process is replacement as company does during order delivery. But he denied saying its not in companies policy. Then I asked him to give me a GENUINE NUMBER for SERVICE CENTER in Mumbai. I was again shocked after knowing that the number which he provided to me of a service center was of CHINA, , , so HORRIBLE. Then I searched for Infocus service centers available in mumbai, I was manage to get one after searching for a long time . But to my one more horrible experience the SERVICE CENTER is far long from my home around 2 and a half hour to reach there. Upon I explained the service center guy about my issue and requested him to solve the faulty function on the place and told him that I can wait there until it is done as it was not possible to travel again to collect the piece because first of all it is far away and secondly I don't have any alternative piece . But does not gave any assuarrance for that. Now I am really very disappointed by After sales service of SNAPDEAL because they were completely failed to gain CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION just for a replacement of faulty piece. ELSE i can say that I was literally cheated by a lucrative offer given to customer on a totally faulse commitment.They only know to sale a product any how to people in anyway for earning profits but they are not concerned about After sale service which I most important point to gain 100% customer satisfaction. I feel really very frustrated as it was my first ever by from a online company and in a first attempt I was cheated by delivering a faulty product and not ready to replace it at customers doorstep and making me forcefully use the faulty product . I was a first and last time for me to buy a Infocus brand from FOXCOM and from SNAPDEAL... I have even purchased a silicon case and molife scratch guard which I I've sticked on my device. And frankly telling u that I needed a white colour piece but was not available, so I purchased this black one . Now if I really wants to replace this piece then pls request u to give me a white fresh piece. THNAKU. MY DETAILS ARE MENTIONED WITH MY ORDER ID IN UR SYSTEM

                                Sir, I have booked an Item, Micromax Canvas Power A96 Black Order ID - [protected] on 27th Feb.2015 I am supposed to get my item on 05 Mar 15 as mentioned by the agency but my items delivery date keeps increasing without any reason specified and next delivery date given by the agency is 17th Mar 15. On 19th of March 2015 I checked their website its shown that the said item was delivered on 12th March 2015, I was supposed to shocked the said item was not received by me. I have already booked complaint twice (Complaint Number: 17121633 and Support Request 17423809 &[protected] in this regard, but no concrete action has been assured so far.                                 Respected sir. I was ordered a product on snapdeal dated 20.5.15. After that they give me the esteemed delivery date on 29.05.15. After the esteemed delivery date still I did not receive the product. Then they send me another mail about the delay of delivery. And they commit another delivery date which is next 5 days of esteemed delivery date. Today(04.06.15) when I cont with their customer help line no. They told me a shocking news that my product is already received on 26.05.15. However I still not get the product in my hand

                                    I had ordered for a Samsung monitor(Samsung LS19D300NY/XL 18.5 inch) from Snapdeal.com seeing the price they quoted (INR 2692). The order was verified and confirmed by the seller. However 2-3 days later the order was cancelled by Snapdea.com quoting that there was some issue at the seller's end. I don't understand if the order was verified and confirmed then what is the reason for cancellation. I want a justified answer from Snapdeal.com stating me clearly the reason for this mental harassment which I had while continuing this order tracking. I would appreciate if Snapdeal.com reinititates the order with the same quotes and details and successfully delivers it to me Regards Bikram Bhattacharjee
