It's been a very bad customer experience. I have purchase a Toshiba Cricket Series LED through Snapdeal.com and they delivered me a faulty product. From 17th onwards I had called Snapdeal as wel as Toshiba customer care and they have said that, the product will be replaced. But no assurance of the date. Today is 23rd and no date confirm yet.
