I have purchased Intex 4.1 speaker from snapdeal whose order no is [protected] and sub order no is [protected]. But it was damaged product. I have initiated return request for the same. Status is changed to rerun request initiated in my order in snapdeal app. On 3rd, February I have got the mail which says that reverse pick up for snapdeal order no 15470868 was attempted on[protected] and customer was not available at given address. I didn't got any call for courier pick up. They have said in mail that if courier boy doesn't reach you in 2 days Please call[protected] on this number. I have tried a lot many times to call on this number but all the time it was busy or not reachable. And I have tried to contact JV courier but all the contact number on http://www.jvxpress.com/ are not reachable or fake number. Please look into my matter as soon as possible.
Complaint marked as Resolved 
After lot of mails and calls they have listened my complaint and resolved it after about two month. But customer care service is so poor to understand my problem in one time.

        Dear Sir / Ma'am, I have booked one Laptop on Snapdeal.com on 26th Jan'2015 as special discount on laptop is available and when I pay the amount by credit card stock is available. After 2 days I got a mail that it will be delayed due to "delay in delivery as we have received high number of orders during the sale period" and they have mail that will be Dispatched within 3 working days of promised date. And on 31st they mail that "We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver your order within the time we had committed to you" and I replayed that product is available in your site and only discount is not their so please process the same on old discounted rate. Now they replayed that "We understand that this order cancellation has caused great dissatisfaction. We hope you understand the reason for this cancellation was unavoidable" I don't understand if they are not able to delivered the product at that rate then why they accept my payment? I have blocked 52k for this from 26th jan'15 it is unnecessary wastage of time. I request you to take a positive action against them and help the end user.           I have ordered a Dell Laptop ORDER NO. : [protected] and Order Placed On :[protected]:11:39 https://www.snapdeal.com/product/dell-inspiron[protected]laptop/[protected] Website was showing it will be dispatched by 2nd Feb-2014 but its not dispatched yet, when i go to check the status of my order its showing your order is under process by the seller. I have ordered the laptop because it was on some discount. My order is verified, successfully placed by snapdeal, and confirmed by the snapdeal team, but its not yet dispatched from snapdeal's end. Kindly help me, becuase i require this laptop on urgent basis. I have tried to call snapdeal customer care service but they are not providing any helpful answer about delivering of my product, they are just saying it will be dispatch by the date, or our system is facing some issue regarding fetching the details of customer's order.             I have ordered HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-in-One Printer (Product code [protected]) with order # [protected] & suborder # [protected] from Snapdeal. The order was placed on 22-Jan-2015 on Republic day offers. My order was cancelled without my approval. The Printer was order for price Rs 2908 and Snapdeal cancelled the order. (The reason could the current price is Rs 6000 for this printer- so they cancelled my order). The price was fixed my Snapdeal company and not by me, now they cancelled order. It is just like fooling the Indian people with offers. I had long fought with Snapdeal customer care to deliver the printer which I order and it didn’t happen. Finally after having long talk with Snapdeal customer care supervisor they agree to Offered the compensation of Rs.3000 / - for the SD cash.                 This is in reference to the Food processor I purchased online from your portal .I have chosen the snap deal to gifted that food processor to my brother for his marriage Yesterday I have received a call from my brother as the processor was not working at all. It was really embracement for me when my brother informed that this is a defective product which you had gifted to me and hanged up the call.
                So I called your service centre and got it checked with the technician and he checked thoroughly and specified a defect in the product. He assured me that it will be repaired by given the complaint no [protected] but not been replaced with new one. Well I am writing to complaint that I am not interested in getting my product repaired rather since it is a defective piece I demand a new working piece in replacement. I had been used your services first time . I am really disappointed the way everything was handled and never expected such kind of bad experience from one of the most reputed website of online shopping in India .I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece.

                  Bought twosending eperware products:
                  1)tupperware 500ml modular matte plastic bowls a set of 4 pc each with sub order id [protected]and ticket number 15121562, which i got in broken condition.i raised a complaint for refund in my bank account, but have still not recieved..
                  2)Tupperware 600ml large handy bowls a set of 4each[protected] and complaint number14550131which when i got was defected, snapdeal novex courier ppl came and took the product on 11jan, but when i call or email them they just say that the complaint is in process and will do something soon.
                  I have spoken to Karishma, shiv, sachin, sakshi, mehender, vijay and so many other but no boday has helped me.
                  Please refund my money as soon as possible coz i am sick and tired of calling custmer care and sending emails on daily bases and still not gettIng my money back in my bank account.

                  Their is nothing like customer support system, the customer support ppl do nothing and just waste the customers time...its been more than a month since I am calling and sending emails to the so called customer support, but no one is listening..I have spoken to so many of them like shiv, sachin, akalash, rahul, ravinder singh, karishma, vijay, mehendar, but no bbody has helped me..I think that I will nenevnever get money back and it will remain in their "trusted policy"...Please if anyone can help, then please refund my money in my bank.

                      i bought a micromax led from snapdeal.com http://www.snapdeal.com/product/micromax-32t1111hd-32-inches-hd/[protected] at the time of my purchase the price was INR 16, 372 after discount on The price INR 17699. when i unpacked the item, i found on the micromax's invoice the MRP was INR 16990. so i got discount but i didnt!, and by the way selling for more than MRP is illegal offence so what kind of fooling around was that? allowing discount after increasing product's maximum retail price?, i will file a case against you!                           I have ordered the curtains from Sai Arpan (Solid Pink Eyelet Door Curtain). The order no is [protected], it was received on 18th December 2014. The same curatains that ordered previously by me was fine but the curtains ordered newly was faulty, soiled and dimensionless. Due to painting work i was unable to check the product as soon as it received. When checked, curtains are not fitting properly on brackets.their height was uneven. The plastic rigs are old. so I am requesting to either replace the products by Sai Arpan or money back. Please note the edge of curtain in images attached, they are forming helix like structure rather than remaining straight.

                              I order Masha Blue Cotton Printed Nighty order no [protected] on 26th jan 2015 .At that time, 50% discount going on this product .But they automatically cancelled my order on 1st feb, 2015, without asking me.When I call them to their Customer Care No, they told me that the Product lot was in faulty Condition that's why they cancelled my order.Now my Questions are,
                              1)Why they are not checking all product before displaying it on their web site?
                              2)Why they are not cross checked ordered Products with their daily stock ?
                              3)Why closed stock items are displaying on their site?
                              4)Why customer will face this type of faulty condition?
                              5)Why this type of situation happened with customer feeling?

                                I bought some stuf[censored]nder offer on my standard charted credit card which stated that cashback of 5% on purchase of more than Rs5000. order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:06:44 I have made numerous complaints and i was assured that I will get back my cashback within a week. But I have even received a call back let alone a cashback. Snapdeal, After this incident I have purchased few other items online but from your competitor. Nonetheless My faith in E-commerce thing has gone down. And one more thing you have hired good executive( they lie quite confidently, kuddos)

                                  Order number -[protected] ...I brought micromax unit 2 from snapdeal just 4 months back I am getting a network problem it doesn't show the network signal at all where as my sim is absolutely fine in working condition ..i had given to sevice but no use of it i have the same problem again ...so my mobile is at the waste no use of this mobile

                                        Guys, Snapdeal and its seller, channel partners all are full of filth and are fake. First they promise unrealistic high delivery time that too they fail to meet. They keep on revising the shipping dates for no reason and wont even intimate you. Channel partners like Ecom express are filthy and hopeless as well. They take 2-3 days to send the shipment from Chandigarh to Delhi. and Then after coming to Delhi, nothing happened for last 4 days. Snapdeal help and support will keep you misleading by putting redundant facts and not actually taking up the case with courier, why its lying for 4 days at their warehouse. Now they reached to new heights of fakeness. They send me a mail on confirming delivery of my order [protected], when I raised the concern yesterday. Status or order has also been changed to deliver on SD (snapdeal) website to delivered, while the shipment is still lying at ecom express Delhi hub. Screenshot attached. When I mailed SD on why they send delivery confirmation, when nothing has happened, they stopped replying on twitter and support mail. Their is no info on refund either. Its complete chaos and draconian state of affais. Seems SD has taken up my money by sending fake delivery confirmation. Snapdeal can go upto this extent to cheat you when they cant meet their promises and they cant handle your complaints either. Even the topmost support guys, who handle complaints at twitter are utter usless and dont apply even iota of brain to understand the real issue before they reply. They are SUCH INSENSITIVE, that they put the PERSONAL INFOmation ( or PII-Person indetifiable information) like AWB, so that everyone can see your name, address etc. They will never make a call to you, but would make fake tweets " we tried calling you. call was unanswered" . Their channel partners on the same lines are equally insensitive and lack any service attitude. They will never pick your call and any escalation matrix is missing in their website. You cant simply contact them and ask the status. Just one word- Avoid Snapdeal. Dont wast you hard earned money on this site. They lack any basic attitude of service of delivery. Not only they are 1000 years far from Flipkart/ Amazon, Snapdeal is fake and it cheats !!
