I have purchased three Baltra 1 Ltr BHC-102 Electric Jug.The invoice number is S702A5/14-15/2222. The order number is [protected]. The item code is 193604.The three products has been delivered on 9.02.2015 at three different times with three awb numbers. The product of awb no.[protected] is damaged product.The handle is broken.I want to return this product as it is broken. It is for a gift purpose.So please take necessary action to return this product.

      I sameer ordered for 2 extreme ext spt 001 black men watches. But recieved only one watch. the pack was opened in the presence of the courrier boy and found only one watch. Lodged 3 and more complaints through my email account. but no action has been taken till to day. Are you not watching your staff while packing and others. you have recieved cash on delivery. but you are not paying attention towards customers. I repeat send my another wacth otherwise this will be given to media and you will loose reputation.

        My name is Suman Dey. I purchased a Canon 1200D on 31.01.2015 having price Rs.26, 990. Product ID is [protected]. My product was supposed to be shipped delayed by 07.02.2015.But as on today i.e. on 10.02.2015 it is not yet shipped. I have already raised a complaint regarding cancelling the order two to three times to your customer representative but still it has not been cancelled and I have not got the refund. I do not expect this kind of harassment from a reputed online store like you. Please take immediate action and refund my money.

The company Snapdeal sms me that the order of the table was given to Bluedart surface courier vide awb no.[protected] and the delivery date was on or before 5th feb. 2015 but still its not received. After that i contacted to bluedart surface courier for several times. They noticed me through mail that my address was not found. The address was like that Mihir Baran Jana, Indian Statistical Institute EMU 203 B.T.Road Kolkata-700108 and my mobile no- [protected].               We ordered No.[protected] dt.2/2/2015 for AB ML-6060D6 Toner cartridge with payment. but we received wrong product AB912 black toner cartridge LBP 3018, 3108. It is not copitable to our Samsung 6060D6 laser printer. All the papers are as per order in package but product is different. it is not usable. I request you please replace at the earliest. please send as per our ordered product. please avoid this type of mistakes in future

                  Dear Sir, kindly allow me to introduce how snapdeal & there travel partner Work . i have oder a product on 26/jan/2015 Order No : [protected] Date :26th, January 2015 Godrej WT600C Top Loading 6 Kg. Washing Machine Silky Grey i requested them to delivered the product before saturday as i was goiung out of town they delivered the product by Gatti courier on 5/02/2012. i asked the courier person to check the product he denied and i open the product it was found broken, the delivery person was onmy gate itself i asked him to come and see the product it is damaged. they dont have that much courtesy to come and have a look when they were on the gate itself they said it not there work, you have to call and submit complain to snapdeal they will change the product . this is not our protocall. but they did not returned back from the gate . i launched a reverse picked up on 5th itself, the company said that they has arranged the pick up on tuesday from some nuvoex company and they had arrnaged a no of there consultant sachinbhosale [protected]. on 6th i called him 10 time to pick the machine as i was going out of town on saturday he said he is comming and in th evening he said he will come on saturday . i said ok come in morningthem i will leave by 12 then. on saturday the sachin bhoisale has switched his phone off, i called the call centre of nuvoex and asked that that guy has taken the time and not come on friday and now on saturday his no is switched off. the girl said that he will call the branch and will inform me . that did not happen tll 12. so after being fed up on 12, i called the Snapdeal that the reverse pick up team has made fool out of me from 2 days . they are not picking the phone and she said that courier company has putten a remark that they arenot delivering the product becuase of the customer delay. i was shocked that what kind of era i am working on. when a online company like snapdeal take the order on 26 and delivered the product on 5th of feb. a courier company Gati delivered the damaged product and there executive do not bothered that they had delivered the damged product and do not bother to have a look on it. another courier company has taken order for reverse pick up nuvoex. they inform me by sms that they are going to pick the product on 6th ready . as i have to go town so i left averything apart and arrange every thing to deliver it.and than that guy says that you had waist another day. another day he make his phone switch off and call centre even calling and informing from customer that he has done this put a remark the delay is from customer side. Snapdeal has waisted my time, my money and harrashed with delivery partner in a extreme way. request you to take some decision on these people who in the name o business do not harrash people like us. with our hard earnedmoney and time .                       Snapdeal service is worst service I have ever seen. I call the support number and every time they say the system is not working or they are giving their excused. I have emailed several times for replacement of my broken wireless keyboard & mouse. No vain. Lemme tell you guys, either send me a working product or refund my money back.

                        I purchased Nike Flyknit Air Max Running Sports shoes from M/S Snapdeal on 24 dec 2014. order number-[protected] Sub contractor- MUDASIR TEXTILES Subsequent to a TOI news paper article about snapdeal supplying fake Nike shoes, I also examined my shoes and found they were fake. I wrote to M/S Snapdeal and they collected the fake shoes on 21/012015. After the fake shoes have been collected M/S Snapdeal has not refunded the payment made. Snapdeal is not even responding to my numerous mails on the subject. I have also made numerous phone calls to Snapdeal . Despite the phone calls and mails Snapdeal is not responding and not refunding my money. I have paid on 24 december 2014 and the product is also with Snapdeal

                          I order Yuccabe Italia P Cup Medium Hybrid Ploy Stone Planter 28 x 28 cm Order no. [protected] and [protected] 20 Jan-2015. I received wrong size product dated 23 jan. I immediately contact Snapdeal and return the product. I once again place the order and they give me assurance send ordered size product for which I pay more 150-00 Rs. Once again I received wrong size product. I request Snapdeal for send ordered product (at that time they have available product) but they force me first reverse the product. Now snapdeal want reverse pick up and return the SD cash/mony.                               I have booked one surprise gift to my sister for her birthday. Payment was also made through credit card. We also got confirmation that the gift will be delivered shortly. I also informed my sister for surprise gift. Since it is a gift item, I could not ask my sister as well as my sister was hesitating to say that the surprise gift was not delivered. All of a sudden we enquired whether she liked the gift. The answer has given me a surprise gift to me. I am shattered when came to know that the order is cancelled. Several follow up was made but in vain.                                     Hi, Complaint Number: 14503930. You have promised me that the compensation of Rs. 800/- for unsealed open box for sony xperia C3, which will be added/credited in my Snap deal SD cash account within 24 hours and the same has been approved. But almost the day has left. Still no confirmation or amount has credited in my account. Could you please provide me a valid reason/explanation for making delay for the payment. Or else, please reply me when I will receive the amount in my SD account. See, how many mails and how many calls from me you have received. Past 25 days you people giving me the same explanation and reasons. But the issue yet not be resolved. Finally if snap deal fails to credit me the amount within 12hrs, I will post all this mails in social networks (whatsapp, Facebook, twitter, etc.) and also file a legal action again snap deal for making fraudulent mails and so on. So kindly do the necessity actions as soon as possible in resolving my complaint.

                                      HELLO, ORDER NO. : [protected] I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH SNAP DEAL AND WITH THEIR SUPPLIERS. ALL TIME SENDING ME WITH OPENED/UNSEALED/DAMAGED ITEMS. AND ALSO NOT REFUNDING AMOUNT FOR OPENED/UNSEALED PACK (COMPLAINT NUMBER:[protected]. TODAY (06/02/2015) I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT (SONY MDR-XB400 ON EAR HEADPHONES (WHITE) AND THIS IS MY REPLACEMENT OF (PRODUCT CODE – [protected]). SNAP SHOTS ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. KINDLY TAKE BACK THIS PRODUCT RETURNED. AND I NEED TO SPEAK WITH ANY ONE OF YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS REGARDING TO THIS REPEATED COMPLAINTS.                                         why snapdeal team is failed to deliver my order. Every time snapdeal team said ((Apologies for the delay in delivering your product. Your product has already shipped by the seller, however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control)). if this courier service is not fit for deliver the product then why snapdeal team not doing any action to that courier service: KNOTT XPRESS. Only by saying from 30th jan that we are trying our best is not an answer. first your dilvery date was 30 jan. ok i listened to your team reasons of courier fault but again delivery date was 5th feb...now again same excuses by your team that we are trying trying... there is a limit of my patience. i have already mailed you many times. complained you many times. earlier Complaint Number: 15449593 ORDER NAME: Microsoft lumia 535.                                         The knot courier service is not satisfied. From yesterday till today i have tried 50 times but till now i am unable to communicate with them.I dont know where they guys are busy.Now i am thinking that it's my worst experience with snapdeal due to this third class courier company who are not able to pick up my call.
