Guys,
Snapdeal and its seller, channel partners all are full of filth and are fake.
First they promise unrealistic high delivery time that too they fail to meet.
They keep on revising the shipping dates for no reason and wont even intimate you.
Channel partners like Ecom express are filthy and hopeless as well. They take 2-3
days to send the shipment from Chandigarh to Delhi.
and Then after coming to Delhi, nothing happened for last 4 days.
Snapdeal help and support will keep you misleading by putting redundant facts and not
actually taking up the case with courier, why its lying for 4 days at their
warehouse.
Now they reached to new heights of fakeness. They send me a mail on confirming
delivery of my order [protected], when I raised the concern yesterday. Status or order
has also been changed to deliver on SD (snapdeal) website to delivered, while the
shipment is still lying at ecom express Delhi hub. Screenshot attached.
When I mailed SD on why they send delivery confirmation, when nothing has happened,
they stopped replying on twitter and support mail. Their is no info on refund either.
Its complete chaos and draconian state of affais. Seems SD has taken up my money by
sending fake delivery confirmation.
Snapdeal can go upto this extent to cheat you when they cant meet their promises and
they cant handle your complaints either.
Even the topmost support guys, who handle complaints at twitter are utter usless and
dont apply even iota of brain to understand the real issue before they reply.
They are SUCH INSENSITIVE, that they put the PERSONAL INFOmation ( or PII-Person
indetifiable information) like AWB, so that everyone can see your name, address etc.
They will never make a call to you, but would make fake tweets " we tried calling
you. call was unanswered" .
Their channel partners on the same lines are equally insensitive and lack any service
attitude. They will never pick your call and any escalation matrix is missing in
their website. You cant simply contact them and ask the status.
Just one word- Avoid Snapdeal. Dont wast you hard earned money on this site.
They lack any basic attitude of service of delivery. Not only they are 1000 years far
from Flipkart/ Amazon, Snapdeal is fake and it cheats !!

i buy a mobile that can wifi problem and model number problem it not connecting wifi and it display not in range but the wifi is beside the mobile that is main problem
