        Guys, Snapdeal and its seller, channel partners all are full of filth and are fake. First they promise unrealistic high delivery time that too they fail to meet. They keep on revising the shipping dates for no reason and wont even intimate you. Channel partners like Ecom express are filthy and hopeless as well. They take 2-3 days to send the shipment from Chandigarh to Delhi. and Then after coming to Delhi, nothing happened for last 4 days. Snapdeal help and support will keep you misleading by putting redundant facts and not actually taking up the case with courier, why its lying for 4 days at their warehouse. Now they reached to new heights of fakeness. They send me a mail on confirming delivery of my order [protected], when I raised the concern yesterday. Status or order has also been changed to deliver on SD (snapdeal) website to delivered, while the shipment is still lying at ecom express Delhi hub. Screenshot attached. When I mailed SD on why they send delivery confirmation, when nothing has happened, they stopped replying on twitter and support mail. Their is no info on refund either. Its complete chaos and draconian state of affais. Seems SD has taken up my money by sending fake delivery confirmation. Snapdeal can go upto this extent to cheat you when they cant meet their promises and they cant handle your complaints either. Even the topmost support guys, who handle complaints at twitter are utter usless and dont apply even iota of brain to understand the real issue before they reply. They are SUCH INSENSITIVE, that they put the PERSONAL INFOmation ( or PII-Person indetifiable information) like AWB, so that everyone can see your name, address etc. They will never make a call to you, but would make fake tweets " we tried calling you. call was unanswered" . Their channel partners on the same lines are equally insensitive and lack any service attitude. They will never pick your call and any escalation matrix is missing in their website. You cant simply contact them and ask the status. Just one word- Avoid Snapdeal. Dont wast you hard earned money on this site. They lack any basic attitude of service of delivery. Not only they are 1000 years far from Flipkart/ Amazon, Snapdeal is fake and it cheats !!

          I placed a order to you & PAID FULL AMOUNT for a general & most

          Jan 2015 with order no [protected] and it is showing estm shipping date is 26th Jan 2015 on your site but is is still not shipped.I
          called to your customer care so many time they are not telling correct
          status of order only. When it will shipped no body saying. No
          senior person attending this problem that why the item is not
          dispatched; your customer care every time logged a complaint but no one
          resolving the problem.You appointed all fool & bastered customer care persons even they are not transferring call to their senior person.So
          team snap deal what should i do with snapdeal; should i log a legal

            I had ordered a refrigerator on 25th jan ( Order no : [protected]) from snapdeal..and they had given the shipping date as 28th jan...but then they changed the date to 29th jan and now they are telling my order is cancelled due to some stock issues...
            i had ordered the product as there were offers on all websites for the republic day...and all the offers are finished...so what the hell should i do???
            cant i file a fraud report against you guys???
            you owe me a good offer on refrigerator..
            and why should i treat this as an exemption???
            this is pure management and service...

I have placed order ID - [protected], amount 799/- last month 21st Dec product was damaged so returned next day itself. Till date amount is not refunded. I have approached several times constantly mailing and contacting them but I get same mail everytime from 2 mth working on it and will respond soon.                   I had ordered for Medallian Impex Micro fibre Head Refill For Magic Mop (2 sets), order number of which is [protected] on 12th Oct 2014, the amount paid is Rs710. There was no status and the product was not delivered. I initiated for the cancellation of the product and refund for the same. After many calls to customer care I am given only Rs321 instead of whole amount of Rs710. Also there has been no action taken for rest amount even after calling them many times.                     I had ordered 2 transcend RAM from snapdeal, both the RAM were delivered in same package! but both RAMs were faulty so I returned them in the same way I recieved.Now the refund has been done only for one product and not for the other one!                       My order number[protected] placed on 26 jan 2015 is not yet dispatched, I made two complaints 15299596 and 15299232 but till now order is not dispatched.They said that we cancelled your order because verification call was not answered but the truth is that there was no verification call or email made by the, they can check the incoming caal details of my phone number . they are doing like this because i got the product at 40% discount .this is my gudluck that i got the product at this price on republic day sale . please dispatch my order, and last i ordered two more orders on that day but no verification call was made on them but still i got the products this is not fare.

                        I have purchased intex it 2650 speaker from snapdeal. but all the buttons on the product is totally damaged and speaker was also not functioning.                             I ordered for a HP printer on Snapdeal and paid upfront for the product. A few days later I got the courier tracking details. The next day I got an intimation saying "Product was returned bu the courier". I have been raising complaints to Snapdeal asking them to either reship my product or refund my money. I have zero answers from there. I always get a complaint ID that is useless. I have been asking the call centre agents to put me on to some manager who can make some sense but it has all be useless attempts. I think this is Snapdeals way of looting people's money! Please be beware of Snapdeal! I hope someone from snapdeal will take notice of this issue atleast after this complaint

                                    i have ordered one mobile phone samsung galaxy note 3 white but they sent black mobile and also wrong bill ( its imei number also change in bill) so i sent return to replacement . on that time mobile price is raised so i did refund my money but i want mobibe for that price

                                      Hi, im sorry to say but im not satisfied with the services i have ordered Aashka Red Ballerinas Tracking no [protected], was ordered on 26 Dec"14 and now its 31 Jan'15 stil i havent recv my product what is the use if im not getting on given period also when product was delievered on 7jan, it was too big size for me i need 7 no n they have given me 10 no which really not done, so i have replaced it with Adorn Red Ballerinas n u say 7 Days Return Policy how can u say when the product itself is nt delievered on time, n we dont get any help, please replace Aashka Red Ballerinas with Adorn Red Ballerinas with 7 number size ASAP or return my money back, Thanks, Preeti Natekar.

                                      I ordered one product in your snapdeal on 25th of March I got confirmation msg from your people the product will get delivered with in 1st of April of order no [protected] but till now I din't receive the product. I spoke with all your guys den I got one msg your product is dispatched to go javas couriers with different order no. [protected] on 2nd of April.On 3rd of April I called to go javas people they were telling till now we din't get any product from snapdeal people, If I ask snapdeal people they don't know exactly wer will be the product will be there.
                                      Any one please check it and contact us give proper information.If not possible to deliver the product with in proper time please cancel the product and return the amount.

                                        I purchased a solar space shuttle toy from Snapdeal(Order # [protected]), few parts of which were missing from the product box. I returned the product immediately and they have received the faulty product as per the information from their web portal. But the problem is, after making so many requests also, they are not refunding my money, instead they are sending false email stating initiation of refund process. But the fact is till now I didn't receive the REFUND. Complaint # 15233256 Please help me so that I can receive my refund back into my account from Snapdeal.
