One of your Representative named LOKESH, Cell no: [protected] called me on 24.01.2015 and asked about the problem, then I explained the same, then he asked to replace the product with same company or can be replace the product with SONY BRAVIA 55 inch LED with paying additional amount of Rupees 15, 500 + Rs.1502 for installation, then I deposited the said amount in HDFC bank in the name of ROYAL HOLIDAY, ACCOUNT NO: [protected], on 24.01.2014, after depositing amount I asked for receipt for the same, then he replied that it will be mailed soon and also told that my product will be delivered to me on 31.01.2015 tentatively and I have to give back my Videocon VKC55FH-ZM 139.7 CM LED to the same person who will deliver SONY BRAVIA 55 inch LED.
