JB Express service is really pathetic. my parcel has to go to dehradun and it is in dehradun from 3 days but still i did not get my parcel. i tried to conatct to customer care of jb express but they are not picking up my calls. i don't know what is wrong with this service. i am really disapointed by snapdeal.

I buy product from snapdeal. Product was not working fine and i raise a complaint to replace the product. The courier guy who visited at our place didnt recognize himself as snapdeal representative ans picked the paytm product from my old age mom. Now snapdeal is neither returning mypaytm product nor they are picking there faulty product to get it exchange.
Its only of sealer satisfaction instead of customer satisfaction.
I want my paytm product back immediately and need replacement of my snapdeal product.

      I have received MOLIFE Leather Diary Flip Cover for ASUS FONEPAD & Dual sim tablet yesterday through snapdeal with reference to my Order No. [protected] and sub-order No. [protected]. The invoice No. 088E12/15-16/33333, dated 23rd June 2015. Now I find that the cover is small and not fitting the tablet. The details of ASUS fone pad is : Item Code : DA4431458. The tablet is protruding outside the cover and presumbly the cover is small. Hence I would like to re-order the cover to suit to the tablet.                   I have ordered for a panasonic p55 but when I received it I found that it had 4mp camera instead of 8mp.Snapdeal arranged for the reverse pick-up and I demanded for replacement.But 10-15 days have passed and they have done nothing.Every time I call them they tell the same thing that they have not yet received the product.They nether have any toll free number and their service is just disgusting.They have the worst service.

I kept calling them several times & they kept postponing dates . 3. They then complained about Xpressbees not able to deliver product & sent me a sms saying my money will be refunded once they get their product back from xpressbees. You should first transfer my money & then later deal with your courier service. Till today I haven't got my money back . I am thinking of going lodging an FIR & suing snapdeal for this ordeal. Can somebody from snapdeal hear me & get my money back you buggers. Your customer service is terrible & so does your courier service.                         Guys beware of www.snapdeal.com They are into unfair trade practices. I had ordered Xiomi Power Bank from them, they have delivered an absolute fake one. Their site shows that the product is 100% genuine. It has already crashed my mobile phone that I bought for 8000 Rs. After which I confirmed it from company that I am provided with the counterfeit product.

                                  Snapdeal Cheated me of 700 bucks which was never refunded as promised. Plus they have closed the order to deny any further adjustments.. This is regarding Order #[protected] and #[protected]. This wretched firm had send me both these products in a damaged conditions. In fact, when i asked for replacement, they send me the same good in a different wrap. Additionally, they promised that they would refund ( I received a text message from them as well) but that refund never came. Their courier service delivered the product late both the time at unusual hours, were rude as the Snapdeal support guys who called me at times. These are just a bunch of horrible people no one should ever deal with. I am just assuming I gave couple of hundred bucks to beggers

                                    Hi, I have placed 2 orders from snapdeal last month[protected] both the products were damage piece which I have returned. I have been doing constant follow-up with customer care but they are just writing me mail within 5 to 6 days refund would be done or they are working on it but till date nothing is processed. Please help me in getting refund. Snapdeal policy says within 5 to 6 days money would be refunded but they are fake seem like that.                                       Ihave ordered SanDisk Ultra microSDHC UHS-I Card, 16GB, CLASS 10 (COMBO OF 2) on Date 8 th December & paid money Rs.999/- then i got message that yor order No. [protected] is handed over to INDIAPOST COURRIER & will reach on Date DEC 15 & Tracking no is EQ[protected]IN. BUt til date 8 JAN 2015 I have not get consignment. so I lodged coplaint & Complaint Number: 14336332 But instead of resolving my problem & refunding me snapdeal have send me message that your order is delivered on 22 JAN 2015 & refused to refund. local india post courrier office tolld me that neither we got such consignment from snapdeal nor we delivered to you'
                                      SO MY ARGUMENT IS SNAPDEAL IS CHEATING TO CUSTOMER

They also have committed to replace product or cancel order. I also have send saveral mails and also called on their customer care no but not received any proper response.
