          I have ordered for a panasonic p55 but when I received it I found that it had 4mp camera instead of 8mp.Snapdeal arranged for the reverse pick-up and I demanded for replacement.But 10-15 days have passed and they have done nothing.Every time I call them they tell the same thing that they have not yet received the product.They nether have any toll free number and their service is just disgusting.They have the worst service.

              Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:05:18 1. I placed a order for phone & they took 15 days but couldn't deliver my phone on time 2. I kept calling them several times & they kept postponing dates . 3. They then complained about Xpressbees not able to deliver product & sent me a sms saying my money will be refunded once they get their product back from xpressbees. You should first transfer my money & then later deal with your courier service. Till today I haven't got my money back . I am thinking of going lodging an FIR & suing snapdeal for this ordeal. Can somebody from snapdeal hear me & get my money back you buggers. Your customer service is terrible & so does your courier service. Don't you any shame when your competitors like flipkart & amazon are doing such a good job. Improve your service or get out of market ... you... shame less buggers. Thanks, Rajanikanth [protected]

                Guys beware of www.snapdeal.com They are into unfair trade practices. I had ordered Xiomi Power Bank from them, they have delivered an absolute fake one. Their site shows that the product is 100% genuine. It has already crashed my mobile phone that I bought for 8000 Rs. After which I confirmed it from company that I am provided with the counterfeit product.

Same product was available on shopclues at lower price because I had faith in snapdeal as honest company my faith is fast fading attributing to this intentional delay.                           Snapdeal Cheated me of 700 bucks which was never refunded as promised. Plus they have closed the order to deny any further adjustments.. This is regarding Order #[protected] and #[protected]. This wretched firm had send me both these products in a damaged conditions. In fact, when i asked for replacement, they send me the same good in a different wrap. Additionally, they promised that they would refund ( I received a text message from them as well) but that refund never came. Their courier service delivered the product late both the time at unusual hours, were rude as the Snapdeal support guys who called me at times. These are just a bunch of horrible people no one should ever deal with. I am just assuming I gave couple of hundred bucks to beggers

I have been doing constant follow-up with customer care but they are just writing me mail within 5 to 6 days refund would be done or they are working on it but till date nothing is processed. Please help me in getting refund. Snapdeal policy says within 5 to 6 days money would be refunded but they are fake seem like that.                                       Hello, I had ordered a micromax phone from snapdeal along with flip cover and i received a defective piece of phone. i had requested for refund and as there was no reverse pickup facility available in my city, i had couriered the package my self. the status of refund for my phone is still not known but i have received the refund for flip cover. snapdeal representatives tell me they have not received the phone till now, but how is that possible as i had couriered both the phone and flip cover together. it has been 20 days since i had courierd my phone and still no refund for my phone. it is a very bad experience for me and it has consumed a lot of my time in calling snapdeal people and getting the same answer again and again "Sir we will look in to this matter on priority basis" with no step being taken place in order resolve it.
