I bought one product from Snapdeal ( 2 TB- hard disk) which got delivered after a week in faulty condition and I am being harassed like anything to get either the replacement or money. Customer care executive are not aware of anything, they are just singing a song of courier company who have done the reverse pick with no clue where the product is? CEO of the organization Mr. Kunal Bahl is enjoying the harassment and he is not even bothered to refer such issues to his PMO/ any team. I am so frustrated, can someone please help me in filing a case into consumer case. I can't even tell you the level of frustration so please help me.. Thanks Rahul

    Snapdeal Is poor and worst E-commerce sellers. I frequently ordered many products in snapdeal. All the products i got delivered as damaged piece. Even I complaint to them they didn't take response or action. My Recent order is Nutronic 6 Ways 5.0 Mtr.Spike Guard has delivered me on yesterday (12th feb[protected] 2015) it is also damaged my order id is [protected].

      I had ordered for 4 giordano watches from Snapdeal and the product that I received was without a box...when the courier person came to me I took the product an feeling inside the seal it was without the box I returned it to the courier person even without opening it.. After this I receive a mail from Snapdeal that the product is delete red...I had deducted 400 rs do as cash from my Snapdeal account and inspire of calling 10 times to Snapdeal they have not provided me with the refund...to top it each time I call I hear that the product was delivered..and I haven't revived the product...several times my complaint was written but it's been 15 days now that my refund has not happened... Obviously I would never take a watch wothout the box packing... Never purchase products from Snapdeal...all pirated products are being sent

        sir i have bought sony headphones which i recieved an empty box...i got the complaint number from them[protected] and i was assured of having my money back soo...its been 15 days and i have not got anything...everytime i call them they say your money is safe and we have forwarded your concern...i m fed up of calling them again and again...kindly make them to refund my money soon as i need it really!

[protected] Ordered colour was baby pink, however bright pink coloured saree was delivered rs 363 Order no.             Hi, i placed an order in snapdeal on Order ID : [protected] Order Placed on:[protected]:25:33 ..on 9th night my product delivered..when I open it has jointers as bed..not Flat Sheet..it's very disappointing.. this kind of jointer is very dangers..It's no where mentioned in da Description or not a pic which showing has coming like dis..r else I wouldn't place dis order..when i raised a request for cancellation of the product..they told..we didn't prmois any flat bed in da descriptions..hence can't b cancel.. i asked..i[censored] would mention this kind of bed i wouldn't purchase at all..EVEN YOU DIDN'T MENTIONE IN YOUR DESCRIPTION DAT YOU SENDING LIKE THIS. that's why purchaged..as i have already purchaged one Queen bed from same snapdeal..it very good..i thought..it'll b like dat..dat's da reason i orderd this..but they deliver some different one..why should i suffer..ITS REALLY UNFAIR they simply sasying..it can't b cancel as we didn't promis flat bed..HERE MY QUESTION IS THEY DIDN'T MENTIONE THAT THEY SENDING THIS KIND OF BED..IF THEY WOULD HAVE MENTIONED OR POST PIC WHICH SHOWS WHICH HAS JOINTERS I WOULDN'T PURCHAGE THIS. it's simply CHEATING the customer.                 i have purchased Fun&funky Teddy With Heart-28-inch order number no - [protected] from Snapdeal but teddy was only 12 inch not 28 inch. i have returned this product and they have placed new product order no -[protected]. but again they have delivered 12 Inch same teddy. How they shipping product with out checking it. Or they don't know difference between 12 inch and 28 inch. i am not getting how they have done same mistake twice. so disappointing experience i had with Snapdeal. I'll not buy anything from Snapdeal again. I want my full money back. It's more than 15 days and still i am waiting for my correct product. Because of them my special occasion is missed. I want compensation on this.

                  Ordering from snapdeal was the biggest mistake of my life I had ordered a Samsung galaxy S4 which was promised to be delivered by 6th February. It has been more than 2 days and I still haven't received my order. The customer service is so damn unprofessional that they didn't even think it was important to inform the customer about the delay... Earlier too such things have happened and it seems that you guys don't learn from your mistakes. The customer care representatives seem to pay a little heap about the blunder. Don't forget that in an industry like yours it is not a good idea to challenge your customer's intelligence. I think you should really learn something from Flipkart and Amazon's of the world. Shame!!! I was told that there is a delay from courier side which seems impossible as the courier company and delivery address are both based out of delhi and the product was dispatched on 5ht February itself. I am sick and tired of continuously following up with customer care staff who are by far the most uneducated and unethical people I have ever come across who do not seem to pay heap to the customer issuses.Nobody even informed about the delay.They are not even refunding my money kindly help.                     Snapdeal Customer Support is one of the worst customer among all leading online Indian sites. I had ordered Panasonic Codeless on 08/01/2015, But after making the payment of RS.1439/- thru mobikwik cash wallet, I got the message that my transaction was not successful and if payment was deducted it will be refunded back to the source a/c within 48 hrs. But the payment was deducted from my mobikwik wallet a/c id a.[protected]@live.in and I also got the Payment confirmation Mail from Mobikwik as follows : Payment by Mobikwik cash wallet Transaction ID CCACA1AHY471 Debit Date Thu Jan 08 19:13:14 IST 2015 Debit Amount Rs. 1439.00. After waiting 48 hrs I contacted Snapdeal helpline and the executive told me to sent the mobikwik payment confirmation & assured me that I will get the refund in 48hrs after sending the proof of payment. I immediately send them copy of email & screen shot of Mobikwik payment confirmation but till date only receipt the standard acknowledgement with complain no. & 48hrs time for resolution of complain. Thereafter I emailed them at least 10 times but only received a new complaint no with a tag line of 48hrs assurance, I called them at least 20 times but the helpline executive is even more smarter every time I had to explain them full episode & many of them even don't now what is Mobikwik cash wallet and in reply they again postponed the case for 48 hrs with a tag line that the complain was forwarded to the concerned team. 4days Back I finally received call & the Gentlemen introduce himself as snapdeal TRUSTPAY executive and updated me that the case was forwarded to them and again told me to wait for 48 hrs to get back the refund. And till Now no further email or call. I just don't understand this is the customer support of a company claiming million dollar sale in a day. Snapdeal Please don't allow your hard earn Goodwill to go to vain due to such poor customer support. After getting the Mobikwik payment confirmation receipt why the are not able to confirm the same with mobikwik and Reply me the same, What investigation they are going since 1 month. At least you denied the payment receipt of Mobikwik so I'l follow with them. Snapdeal Act before its too late. Hoping a refund in next 48 hrs.                     After seeing this one lady from snapdeal called me and assure me that they will resolve my case in 48 hrs, and its almost 5days no further reply, Just Don't understand why they they are taking show much time in refund, If they are still unable to track my payment then tell me that mobikwik receipt is fake, So I will claim my money from Mobikwik.

                      I have purchased1(one) no of Being Trendy- Pressure Washing vide order no.[protected] for Rs.399/- However, on receiving the product it was found broken and the same was returned back to snapdeal. As the amount of Rs.399/- was not refunded to me but it was credited to my snapdeal account. On 05/02/2015 in place of the earlier product I have placed another order of 1(one) no of MPI Titoni Universal car travel vide order no.[protected] for Rs.308/-. In this regard, I was expecting that the snapdeal would adjust from the amount of Rs.399/- which was not refunded to me.In view of this I had to pay Rs. 308/-. Please reply... was not debited/deducted from the snapdeal credit account but instead i have to pay Rs.308/- for the above fresh order.Please reply..??????

                        I have ordered 3 laptop on 26 Jan 2015 for 25700/- each in snapdeal expected delivery date was 2-Feb2015 and there was offer for free chromcast so i opted for that also as it was free with laptop. To my surprise they have just delivered chromecast by expected date. Than i called snapdeal customer care for laptop delivery so they said me it will get delivered by 7-feb-2015 than on 10-feb-2015 snapdeal cancelled all three order for laptop and credited 23200 in my account now i have chromcast which i opted just because it was free of cost.and paid 9000 for something which i never wanted.

                            I have placed an order "Ambrane P-1000 (STAR) 10400 mAh Power Bank (Made in India) With Samsung Lithium ion cells" on -Jan-15 and the same was delivered to me on 23-Jan-15, which I found faulty and asked Snapdeal to refund my money. The reverse pick up was done on 28-Jan-15. But till date I have not received any money or anything against that.                               YOUR ORDER NO. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:26:42 Snapdeal promised me delivery today after changing delivery date at least 10 times but when I contacted Velex courier I got to know that they lost my product.(After researching got to know that it happened with multiple Snapdeal customer with particular courier service especially within my delivery area) I don't need refund as I have already blocked my money and other seller won't be able to cater at short notice. I would request Snapdeal to reship my courier on priority basis so that I should receive it within 48 hrs(Seller is from Bombay, so it's feasible).                               Velex Courier is the WORST courier service I ever heard or experienced of. Since 2 days I see SMSs from Velex with status 'Out for Delivery'. But there is no call, no delivery yet and if we try to reach the courier person mobile...its is SWITCH OFF.

                              extremely bad service, initially showed door locked. after two days it showed incomplete address when checked my awb. simply nonsense, none of the telephones are working or else ringing but nobody is lifting. banks and other reputed organization should not trust these companies.

                                Dear Sir, I purchased through COD A mobile brand micromax canvas power a96 black color snapdeal item code :[protected], Order No.[protected], Sub order No.[protected], IMEI No.[protected], but on the same day received product did not switch on, even i requested the company to replace or refund my amount. Nothing has been done uptil now. When I checked the company's VAT CST TIN No. [protected], online on India Income Tax Website, the same says wrong. Kindly take appropriate action against such fradulent company. For More details invoice is attached as JPG with this complaint.

The item code is 193604.The three products has been delivered on 9.02.2015 at three different times with three awb numbers. The product of awb no.[protected] is damaged product.The handle is broken.I want to return this product as it is broken.                                       I sameer ordered for 2 extreme ext spt 001 black men watches. But recieved only one watch. the pack was opened in the presence of the courrier boy and found only one watch. Lodged 3 and more complaints through my email account. but no action has been taken till to day. Are you not watching your staff while packing and others. you have recieved cash on delivery. but you are not paying attention towards customers. I repeat send my another wacth otherwise this will be given to media and you will loose reputation.

                                        My name is Suman Dey. I purchased a Canon 1200D on 31.01.2015 having price Rs.26, 990. Product ID is [protected]. My product was supposed to be shipped delayed by 07.02.2015.But as on today i.e. on 10.02.2015 it is not yet shipped. I have already raised a complaint regarding cancelling the order two to three times to your customer representative but still it has not been cancelled and I have not got the refund. I do not expect this kind of harassment from a reputed online store like you. Please take immediate action and refund my money.
