To all who are planning for a purchase from snapdeal.com, pls read this experience of mine about shopping with them. Order no.: [protected] complaint no.:14230653
No doubt you will fall in the pit because of the cheap price of the products, but the problem will come when you will return a product. Unlike flipkart or Myntra, snapdeal guys sleep over such return processes, you may have to wait endlessly, they will not be bothered about this because your money is stucked and so why they should be bothered, you are on the losing side, they got there money. I experienced this when they delivered me the wrong product, instead of a 350rs item they delivered 2500rs pair of shoes, as a honest consumer I launched the complaint, and you wont believe, to deliver the product they took almost 10days and to take the return just one day! they are soooo smart. And for the refund (as sd cash and not into my bank account) its already been 24days to me, and am still waiting for the return, calling them again n again daily and hearing the same answers -' we have locked your complaint and you will get further information through email or sms; and when - NO IDEA!. Moreover when i returned the wrong product after two days when i called them, they had no information about the returned product and it was me who gave them the information.
So guys pls keep a note on this if you get a wrong product pls dont return till you get the rite product you ordered, you can also give all the non-sense answers as they give to you, atleast coz of your goodwilll you will not feel foooled. Never ever order 2pieces/numbers of the same item as when you will go for the return snapdeal processes are so bad they may return your money for one piece and not for other piece which will get stuck endelessly with them, Unlike flipkart - flipkart gives you, your money the moment they get the product - no questions nothing very smoothly..thumbs down to snapdeal!
