      Hello, I had ordered a micromax phone from snapdeal along with flip cover and i received a defective piece of phone. i had requested for refund and as there was no reverse pickup facility available in my city, i had couriered the package my self. the status of refund for my phone is still not known but i have received the refund for flip cover. snapdeal representatives tell me they have not received the phone till now, but how is that possible as i had couriered both the phone and flip cover together. it has been 20 days since i had courierd my phone and still no refund for my phone. it is a very bad experience for me and it has consumed a lot of my time in calling snapdeal people and getting the same answer again and again "Sir we will look in to this matter on priority basis" with no step being taken place in order resolve it.               Ordered a Gionee M2 Smart phone (Order #[protected]) via Snapdeal. After opening the package, all I got is an empty brandy bottle. The barnd box was badly tampered with. IMEI/Serial # stickers were also removed from the box. I want Snapdeal to take this issue seriously and refund my money back. Can't trust online shopping anymore. Full of fraudsters. Please share this post as much as you can so that nobody else gets cheated!!! Thank you.

                    Hi All, To all who are planning for a purchase from snapdeal.com, pls read this experience of mine about shopping with them. Order no.: [protected] complaint no.:14230653 No doubt you will fall in the pit because of the cheap price of the products, but the problem will come when you will return a product. Unlike flipkart or Myntra, snapdeal guys sleep over such return processes, you may have to wait endlessly, they will not be bothered about this because your money is stucked and so why they should be bothered, you are on the losing side, they got there money. I experienced this when they delivered me the wrong product, instead of a 350rs item they delivered 2500rs pair of shoes, as a honest consumer I launched the complaint, and you wont believe, to deliver the product they took almost 10days and to take the return just one day! they are soooo smart. And for the refund (as sd cash and not into my bank account) its already been 24days to me, and am still waiting for the return, calling them again n again daily and hearing the same answers -' we have locked your complaint and you will get further information through email or sms; and when - NO IDEA!. Moreover when i returned the wrong product after two days when i called them, they had no information about the returned product and it was me who gave them the information. So guys pls keep a note on this if you get a wrong product pls dont return till you get the rite product you ordered, you can also give all the non-sense answers as they give to you, atleast coz of your goodwilll you will not feel foooled. Never ever order 2pieces/numbers of the same item as when you will go for the return snapdeal processes are so bad they may return your money for one piece and not for other piece which will get stuck endelessly with them, Unlike flipkart - flipkart gives you, your money the moment they get the product - no questions nothing very smoothly..thumbs down to snapdeal!

                          I bought a timeshare with Royal Holiday and they lied to me at everything, every time I check for travel dates are not available and it's cheaper to booked flight and hotel with Expedia. The service is really bad, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I cannot talk to her and that I cannot cancel my membership.

                            I purchased 4 tyres of Good Year make on Snapdeal on 29th Nov 2014 vide Order No. [protected] and made online payment of Rs. 10080. I received all 4 tyres but 2 tyres were old/inferior and I immediately raised return request for these 2 inferior tyres. The company courier came and said partial order cannot be reversed pickedup and that I need to return all 4 tyres even if only 2 are damaged/inferior. I called their call centre and their customer care executive Mr. Sunny confirmed that partial order cannot be returned and that I need to handover all 4 tyres to courier. I had no option but to handover all 4 tyres to them.Then as a replacement, I was sent only 1 trye though all 4 should had been sent again. I immediately raised complaint that I will not take delivery of 1 tyre and that Sanpdeal has to give me all 4 tyres as I returned all 4 tyres. Hence I didn't take delivery of 1 tyre sent as replacement. Thereafter, due to this bad experience, I stated to Snapdeal to cancel my order and send back my refund of all 4 tyres. I made various calls and have sent various email complaints. I have full proof of each of my complaint. Their supervisor Mr. Rajat Vishwas told me that my refund will come soon. After few days another of snapdeal's executive called me and confirmed that refund for 2 tyres has been initiated and that balance refund of 2 tyres will soon be initiated too. Now after almost 2 months of placing the order, the situation is that I have received refund of only Rs. 5040 and my balance refund of Rs. 5040 is under process for around 1.5 months.I have made several email complaints to Snapdeal to refund my balance amount of Rs. 5040 but everytime they reply that they are internally checking and will refund soon. I feel very much frustrated and fell harassed by Snadeal's behaviour. I have returned all 4 tyres on 10-Dec-2014 to Snapdeal, however my refund for 2 tyres has still not come. Snapdeal is not giving any timeline to provide my balance refund.I suggest my colleagues and friend not to ever deal with Snapdeal as they just want to keep consumer's money and enjoy with it by earning interest. They are not at all interested in customer satisfaction.

                              Manufacturer"s Name & Address has not been mentioned or printed neither in the Packing Box or in the Instruction Manual & Warranty Card.

                              On 22/01/2015, there was an flash at the back, luckily my wife has been escaped from electrocution. However, we have used only to make not even more than 100 Nos.

                                    Till now my problem is unsolved
                                    First I gote a call from your side of Mr. Lokesh at 28/01/2015.
                                    Hi suggested me a new mobile of HTC Disayer 820 of Rs.27000/= approx in the scheme of 40% discount. And say me to diposite Rs. 3499/= in A/C named ROYAl HOLIDAys no.[protected]. And return lenovo s580.
                                    Which I have diposited at same date
                                    Affter some time again he call me and conform me for received payment. And told me that You will be receive your new HTC disayer 820 moble vaya first flight courier at 03/02/2015.
                                    But till now I have not receive nighter any mobile nor any call from their side.
                                    Now I do not understand that what happend with me.
                                    Is that was froude from the company wih me?
                                    Kindly acknowledge this and solve.

                                        I had ordered a brown coloured, 'Vladiva 5 Level Extra Wide Shoe Rack" from the above mentioned website in the month of July 2014. Snapdeal delivered the shoe rack, but in a different colour than what I had ordered. The product was delivered to us in a sealed condition and we DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE! The label on the outside mentioned that the colour of the product is ivory, whereas the product we had ordered for, was brown. So, I immediately placed a request over phone, for the product to be picked up by your courier partner. This request was obliged and the Ivory coloured shoe storage was picked by the courier service four days later. Since then, I have been following up with Snapdeal to either deliver the correct product or else refund my money. But, the customer service was so poor that no one had a clue about what is the status of the order. The, during the first week of September I received a mail from Snapdeal stating that they are sending your parcel back to you As we have received product in open sealed condition & product in dent condition. I replied to this mail stating we DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE and hence the said damage would have been caused by their logistics partner. It has been more than six months and we have neither received the product nor the refund and the customer service team still has no idea of what the status is.
