They said as, once you have received confirmation call from snapdeal after that it would be confirmed those order.. As well I received call from Delhi at snapdeal. At the same time that was confirmed my ordered al's I received SMS from snapdeal with mentioned delivery date as[protected]. Even today morning 6am I received SMS from snapdeal as that your order has been cancelled. Could you please take a necessary action on this regards.       Hi, I have bought laptop from snapdeal in Dec-2014 and they have mentioned offer with extended warranty of 2 years from company. But when submitted bill detail to Lenovo which was received from Snepdeal, Lenonvo has mentioned that Snepdeal is not our authorized seller. When I have complaint to Snepdeal they have not responded against my complaints.

          Saturday, 14/02/2015 I received today a package containing Techfish Mega Power+ Power Bank 10400mAh of order No. [protected] placed on 10/02/2015 and paid the courier GO JAVAS Rs.582/- (C O D). On opening the package it was found that the plastic cover was shattered/broken into pieces. The courier delivery person told me to call up [protected]. I called up the number several times but could not register the complaint as the automated answering machine disconnected after punching the third number, hence I am making a formal complaint in writing.             I was purchased one mobile grand 2 gray dated 13.02.2015 at 10:00am on
            snapdeal.com, using cash on delivery option. Mail and massage received from
            snapdeal your order placed so an so. After waiting 24 hrs received massage
            order cancled confirmation mail/sms, i called the customer care, and they
            told that the order has been cancelled because the item was listed with a
            wrong pricing on the site. It is not my fault, so I want my order at the
            same price i ordered. Order no : [protected]. Why canceled my order without
            my conformation.

            And for your information product name and price same listed 12feb and 13feb
            same time. how it is possible technical fault. I was purchasing same price
            in previous day but order not placed and sowing soldout. Next day same
            price sowing than i booked order, so tell me where is my fault.

              There was an offer I came across on the web and with that link I was redirected to snapdeal page. I placed the order and the the transaction was successful with no error.Order No. [protected] was placed successfully.Even I had received the message on my mobile with the delivery date mentioned in it. Now they have cancelled my order without any reason. This is very disappointing.Please everyone do not purchase anything from this website. Because may be they can cancel your order also, when you were happily waiting for your order to get delivered. Utmost shameful service ever seen.These are not honest sellers.

                    I found a great deal on Snapdeal website, not believing the web price I called Snapdeal customer services to confirm the online price. The representative confirmed that the price for the product has indeed dropped and they are receiving huge volume of customer calls to place an order for the product. After I had a confirmation from Snapdeal representative I place an order online. The order was confirmed by Snapdeal on 13/02/15. The next day I received an SMS stating the order has been cancelled, I immediately call customer services asking the reason behind order cancellation. They mentioned Snapdeal made a mistake updating the product price and I am asked to visit website to know the latest price. I asked the same to be confirmed by any the of the authority from Snapdeal just to know if the order can be cancelled if the price of the product changes. After 45 min of call waiting, I am able to get in touch with the floor supervisor MS Navjyoti Negi (she claimed to be the final authority of Snapdeal). She mentioned the same reason for the order cancellation and offered me Rs 200 voucher as a token of appreciation for the feedback given which I declined to accept. I asked her to send me a email stating the reason for my order cancellation. After taking approvals from her superiors she did manage to send me a email stating the order is cancelled due to Technical glitch. I asked her to elaborate on technical glitch in the email, she did explain me by Technical glitch she means that, wrong price was updated in the website but refused to clarify any further in written (email). She also mentioned the Snapdeal reserves a right to cancel any order as per the Snapdeal policy. I asked her to provide the link to website where I can go through there policy which she declined. I believe I did my best as a customer to confirm product details & price by calling Snapdeal customer care before I finally place my order. I also believe customer should not be any way effected by the errors/defects that they may have in their system. The only thing that I could derive from this behavior of Snapdeal is that, they want to escape from the deal that is already done just by cancelling the order and force the customers to buy the same product at higher prices(of course if the customer is interested). I request Consumer court to look into the issue and help me to receive this order which is cancelled due to no mistake of mine.                         On 13/02/15, they have listed the mobile "SAMSUNG NOTE 3" For Rs.8652/- (ie. 76% off, screen shot attached herewith) and i ordered the same. My order ID is [protected] and payment was made duly thru Online by Credit Card. Now i got a message from snapdeal that my order was cancelled with no reason. I have ordered this product only upon their listing. I was very happy that i grabbed a discount oppurtunity which somebody tried and missed out. Now this cancellation with no reason by snapdeal makes me more pain.

                          I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Dell XPS 12 from Snapdeal on 13th Feb 2015 via order no. [protected] from snapdeal. Snapdeal was offering 70%-90% discount on these product for a selected duration. I ordered it, made full payment and now snapdeal is informing me that my order has been cancelled due to some typographical error. How can they play with customer sentiments? This is not the first time Snapdeal is doing it. My ordered products are from different categories and different sellers and they want me to believe they made the mistake across ranges and sellers. Is this some funny business model?? For advertising they show products with huge discounts on their website and when people buy it, investing their money and time, they cancel their order at their own will. Is this a big Ponzi scheme they running in India? I will surely sue Snapdeal if they fail to fulfil their commitment, this time too. In a customer centric market how can they even think of doing this. Feel pity.

The courier of snapdeal, Fedex has also submitted lost report, However till date inspite of several complaints No refund has been given by the company. The company is not responding to complaint's and always promised to act within 24 hours from last 1.5 months.

                                I hardly use websites to buy products and this was my worst experience Snap deal provides fake deals. Today i.e. on 13th Feb 2015 they were offering Note 3 black coloured in Rs.8652(HUGE [censored]ING DISCOUNT). I thought it sounds good and seems to be legit, thinking snap deal is huge ECommerce website why would they lie.The order got placed and even got message and a call confirming the shipment for my order. I tried tracking my order later in evening and it was showing N/A (aka not applicable). I called the customer care and this guy told me that there engineers are and there website does not works properly sometimes . And my order got cancelled due to some technical glitch and it is there mistake . I asked him if I can complain and suddenly his tone changed and he said "ah ha... ya you can place complaints at our website " as if he just never cared like what ever I might do . I want to make a complain against the company as they not only lost a potential customer but I am going to tell every one of my friend about my incident and tell them never to go to "snapdeal.com" to buy any product . Seriously if there website can't handle some error then why the hell are they even promoting fake stuffs online . It is not my problem, its your lazy programmers who forgot to handle some exception . Still even if the system is not that robust, some call or sorry alert should come to user for the inconvenience caused. I do hope they make this right or I would never stop defaming and tell this story to every one .

                                  My order No. [protected] for Fine Print Laser Toner cartridge with 1 year warranty was placed On : 1-Dec-2014 19:24:24, and received on 4th Dec 2014. The toner cartridge stopped printing and started leaking toner after 10 days. I requested Snapdeal to replace the faulty printer cartridge. Snapdeal refused saying its warranty ends on the 7th day. When I wrote the seller, he did not reply to my repeated requests. Snapdeal refused to take any action. The Seller is National Computech, 103/2, SP Road, Behind Sharda Talkies, Bangalore, Karnataka-560002, Registered office National Computech, 125, 1st Floor, Chandni Chowk Road, Shivajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka-560051

                                    Hello All, Again there is a huge issue in the snapdeal website. I have seen and ordered samsung note 3 from snap deal, the price was showing Rs.8652 and its from seller "WebLink, here is the website where they mentioned thay are seller parnet of the snapdeal and many more online shopping websites.http://www.weblink.org.in/sitemap.html. My order has been booked and money got deducted and in one hour the whole list of product from website is disappeared. there is no single item showing with seller "weblink". I have registsred a compaint by dropping an email and still i have not heard back yet.

                                      I am really very disappointed from your service and will not going to order anything from your site and not even let my family and friends to buy anything from your site.The reason for this is I ordered a Apple iphone 4s [protected] on 4th feb for some occasion in my family.The product estimated delivery was 7th feb when i checked on 7th feb it was not delivered and the estimated delivery date was increased to 13th feb then i lodge a complaint against the same[protected]Complaint#) so that the product should be deliver on time and they told me that you will get in touch by our representative within 48 hrs but there was no follow up on the same then i checked again on 12th feb and it was showing in my account that the product was not delivered as it was out of stock, so I called Snapdeal Customer care again and with a complaint # 16045721 and had word with Ms. Bhashwati Kashyap, she was so rude on call, I was irated as my product was not delivered to me. She even told me to disconnect the call, when i told her that i am really dissatisfied so she told me that she dont require my feedback as its not important.She was completely making me angry and not supporting me.Then i asked her to cancel the order then she raise a request for the same and when i reconfirmed her about cancellation she again started talking rude.Then i called again and get the confirmation for the cancellation request. Its a request from your team please maintain CSAT and if you are not able to deliver please ask your representatives to cooperate with customers. I am really very very very disappointed from Snapdeal service. And when i called again they are reshipping again and it will again gonna take bunch of days. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION and get it resolved Please revert back to me as soon as possible.
