I have booked an order on dated[protected] for "Eveready 7W LED Light Combo Pack 2" on snapdeal (order No. [protected]). In the key feature of product it was mentioned that "4 nos. of Eveready Ultima AA battery" are offered as freebie along with the product. However I have not received the freebies. I mailed several times to Snapdeal regarding this. Today on dated[protected], they communicated that "this product doesn't contain any freebie as per our current records. If in-case you have confirmation email we would request you to kindly forward it to us for reference". Simply just because, today if snapdeal is not offering any freebies, it does not hold good on the date i.e.[protected], wherein freebies was offered and I purchased the item after looking all this. hence snapdeal may be instructed to send the freebies as per the commitment they made during buying of the product from site on dated[protected].

    sir we have ordered combo of jeans of coaster of 3 different colour bt they have delivered it of same colour ...when i complained about dat they told to return it back which we did n they promised us that they will be giving my refund within 5 to 7 days ...bt they have nt returned it till now n now they are not even responding am tired ...its been 3 month n they are not doing any thing...i am having of the proof of e-mails which they have sended an even i have sended... plzzz help us...i dont have bill cause online orders dont have bill n they r giving it attached which i have returned them but i do have courier bill ...

            Hello, i would like to file a complaint on snapdeal in consumer court. Can anybody please tell me the address of the snapdeal ? i have ordered a printer on 12th jan from Bangalore and they said, it will be delivered by 19th jan 2015. now when i call customer care, they are telling it was returned back on 14th itself from Delhi courier. i have no information on the return status on 14th date. now when i call them, they are telling they will re initiate the order or they will pay my money back. if they are unable to deliver the order on time, why they are posting ads on their website? why did they played with my money for 12 days ? and now returning in 20 days ? i feel, as we are good indian citizen's we should through these company's out of business, because of their pooooooor customer care ...etc Thanks and Regards, Srinivas GH ghs.[protected]@gmail.com

                i had ordered a sony mdr xb 400 headphones(order no-[protected]) on 5th dec 2014...i recieved the product on 12th dec 2014 but it was a used product with lots of scratches on it..so i returned the product and asked for my refund through neft but it has been 5-6 weeks and my money is not being refunded..everytime i call they say sir we have escalated your problem next time you wont have to call your problem will be solved within 24 hrs..but that 24hrs has not come yet..then finally after 25-30 calls and 10-15 mails their customer support executive said that sir we r sorry for the dealy please accept snapdeal cash in your account which will be credited to your account within 12 hrs, but it has been 72 hrs i didnt recieve snapdeal cash even...their is no response from their side..seems that i have lost my money...yesterday i forced them to connect my call to their customer support supervisor, he also said that sir i will see to it that your money is back within 24 hrs..but no refund yet...they are not connecting my call even to accounts section so that i can clarify with them why it is taking so time...

                  I have brought Kenstar Induction cooktop to gift someone and it was broken, i didn't get the broken part of induction inside the box that means they delivered us already broken piece without any quality check. Unfortunately we didn't open the box before 7 days so they cant help me. But sending broken stuff to their costumers is not done. I am not expecting any refund as Snapdeal customer support already declared that they are helpless. I have been shopping from Homeshop 18 since last 4-5 years and never had any issue with them. It was my mistake to try out Snapdeal but now i regret.

                        I had ordered 'Amway Nutrilite Protein Powder - Family Pack Of 1 Kg' from SNAPDEAL on 15th Jan 2015 which was priced at rs.1090 which had very huge discount on it(its usually sold at around rs.3000). Now after 6 days they cancelled my order just because i had managed to order it for such a low price and are asking me to place afresh order which costs rs. 2700 to rs.3300. Its just very unfair. I had even called and also given in written that don't cancel my product, they also called me back on the same day just an hour before the product was cancelled and assured me that the product will be delivered and will not be cancelled.                             I purchased a set of 4 pirelli tyres for Rs 103, 000/- on 7th Jan 2015. On receipt of the product found it was not the correct specifications as I was not aware of minute details. I got in touch through mail and explained my problem and requested them to initiate a return and offered them to deduct the shipping cost for both ways but now they are not replying and have turned their face away from my request. They did not update the receipt of my order so that I am not able to generate a computerised return through their app. This is violation of their return policy and I request you to take action against them and enforce them to accept my return and refund my money. Its a complete breach of trust with which we shop with these online retailers and they must be punished for breaching it. I hope my plea will be heard through this forum.

                              My order# is: [protected]. I haven't received "Cooler Master K380 CPU Cabinet". Your website shows product is returned. How did it get returned and who returned I have no idea. How could it get returned when it was never delivered to me? 21 days have passed today and I have not been delivered my product. The product was promised to be delivered by 5th Jan. This is the standard cookie cutter reply that I get from your confused customer care:"Dear ####, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.We are writing to inform you that we are working on your request to update you at the earliest. We do appreciate hearing from our customers, as their comments are vital for us to continue improving our services.Please note the below mentioned complaint number for your future reference"Thinking that your email customer care might be stupid I thought of calling them and they would do the same thing create a complaint and at the end say "Aap nischint rahiye meine apne aur se request forward kar dia hai"???!!??? 2 days later I ask about my status, they create yet another complaint. They keep creating complaints but don't solve any. I have called their people 5-6 times and emailed them 7-8 times. I want my refund back.

                                        I have purchase one Khaitan Mixer Grinder Order No. & dated [protected] 12th December 2014(Model No. is Khaitan RS-705 Shakti Juicer Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal. When I open the pack I noticed (i) in the back side of the item the company sticker had been remove and different. (ii) When first time I have plugged it in a electric board for use and switch on I saw that one burring smell was coming from the machine not only that one flash was showing inside the machine which I noticed by the side window of the mixy and it was not working properly at the time. Now I would like to request you that kindly replace the product with a new one as soon as possible. if I am getting a new mixture & grinder it will be better for both end otherwise I have to go to the consumer forum and take necessary step against you.
