I have purchase one Khaitan Mixer Grinder Order No. & dated [protected] 12th December 2014(Model No. is Khaitan RS-705 Shakti Juicer Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal. When I open the pack I noticed (i) in the back side of the item the company sticker had been remove and different. (ii) When first time I have plugged it in a electric board for use and switch on I saw that one burring smell was coming from the machine not only that one flash was showing inside the machine which I noticed by the side window of the mixy and it was not working properly at the time. Now I would like to request you that kindly replace the product with a new one as soon as possible. if I am getting a new mixture & grinder it will be better for both end otherwise I have to go to the consumer forum and take necessary step against you. I am also requesting to you pls. BLACK LISTED MENTIONED BUYER IS M/S. HRV ENTERPRISES 3. Thanking You.

    Hi All I have placed an order on snapdeal with order no. [protected] on 11th Jan 2015. It was estimated to be delivered on 17th January. On their tracking, it showed that it was Shipped on 13th Jan and returned back on 14th Jan. When I called the customer care, they said it was due to the problem with Courier people it was returned. I logged complaint with them on 17th January with complaint number 14821670. They said that they will be reshipping the order. But it is 20th Januray now and they have no information of when it will be shipped. They are saying that please wait for sometime. This is disgusting, first of all the order was returned with no reason as they are not able to tell any reason that why it was returned. Then after so many days, still they have not shipped and not able to tell that when it will be shipped. This is very frustating as they should atleast give some information or probable date to ship or delivered. I want to have my money returned back and cancel the order but that also is not being allowed from them. Please either deliver it asap or cancel my order. [protected]

      Hi my order I'd : [protected]. EST DELIVERY DATE Jan 16, 2015. I have booked this order on jan15 2015 and till now I did not get my product and I have called the customer care on 19jan2015 and they have raised a ticket and again today I called them and for my surprise they are telling that even they also do not know the reason why it is delayed and they need some more time to know the reason, and they are telling me wait for some time to get the update not the product

      I am totally disppointed with the response from Snapdeal, after made me waiting for these many days today they send me a message saying your order has been cancelled... I do not know the reason ..!!! They didnot even called me and informed me the reason also... who will give the time back for me .. will you please anyone tell me any way ... can i place a complaint in consumer court through online or i need to go to Court in person...???
      After waiting these many days do i need this ...?????????????

        YOUR ORDER NO. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:25:00 Sir, I have placed this order on 28th Dec, 2014. At the time of placing the order I was assured that the item would be dispatched with in 01 working day and the seller has got the rating of 5/5. Now my worst nightmare began as I was assured that your product will be dispatched soon and expected date of delivery was 13th Jan, 2015. When I was not delivered the item by the expected date and I demanded the information about the real status of the product the expected date was raised from 13th to 19th Jan, 2015 and wrong AWB no of First flight couriers was provided. I have sent various emails reg the subject but of no avail. Everytime i was assured that we are in contact with the seller and your item would be delivered very soon by the new expected date of delivery i.e, 19th Jan, 2015. Now, I am fed up with the poor services of this so called no 1 online retailing site. I have dealt with various online sites like EBAY, Flipkart but I have, nt such experience as I have got with this site Snapdeal. I know that you are not going to deliver the product and you will just cancel it and say that you are unable to provide the product. I know you are just using customer money as I have paid this item through EMI and now after using my money for about a month you would just refund it. It is just a cheating and fraud with the customer. I know that I have committed a blunder by ordering this item from Snapdeal and now i regret my mistake that I am dealing with fraud people who cheat the public in connivance with the sellers but I will must share my experience online and with my friends so that they will not be cheated in your traps and if they are intrested to purchase online than they should refrain from online propagandist sites like SNAPDEAl. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE THE ITEM THAN WHY YOU CHEAT THEM BY KEEPING THEIR MONEY FOR A MONTH THAN REFUND IT

            I ordered a “Guess w0469l1 Women's Watch” as a 5th anniversary gift for my wife and on delivery when I opened the parcel it was a horrible surprise for me that there is no watch Inside the Box & i found a stone. This is not the first instance when searched on the net I found couple of more such instances of people reporting similar issues (on consumer complaints.in) of receiving a stone..I have sent pictures to [protected]@snapdeal.com

                I have ordered "WD Elements 1TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive" from Snapdeal.com on 02nd January 2015 with Order # [protected] and I received the order on 07th January 2015. It was delivered at my home during the day time when I was at work. When I was back at home, I checked the delivered product and I noticed that the packaging seal was broken and also the original product inside looked like pressed around the corners. Also, the seal on original product doesn't look authentic, looked like it was re-sealed after opening. So, I immediately called up Snapdeal.com Customer Service on +[protected] on 07th January 2015 @ 7:53 PM and reported them about the delivered package. I received an e-mail requesting the images of broken seal product to which I have promptly responded by attaching the images of product that I received which shows the details of seal broken and pressed package. Along with image request, I received another e-mail with order details and I think it is standard e-mail On the next day, it seems someone from Snapdeal tried to contact me through number +[protected] @ 10:26 AM but I couldn't answer it as I was driving at that time. I received an e-mail too mentioning that Snapdeal was trying to reach me and they will contact me again within next 24 hours, but till date (19th January, 2015) I have not received any call or mail or any notification from Snapdeal I have called Snapdeal customer support on +[protected] again on 10th January 2015 @ 10:44 AM and spoke to them about the product to which I got a response saying that I will get an update within 24 hours and return pick-up will be arranged within next 48 hours. I was also assured that my money is safe under Trustpay and I don't have to worry about it But, as I mentioned earlier, I have not received any call or message or mail or any sort of notification from Snapdeal till now about replacing my order or arranging for a return pick-up I called Snapdeal again on 13th January 2015 @ 9:47 AM and spoke in detail about the issue and I got the standard response that my issue has been escalated and I will get an update with in 24 hours but I received no further response or update. I called Snapdeal again on 14th January 2015 @ 8:45 PM. This time I insisted for next level person to which I got a response that all the supervisors are busy and I will be get a call back within next 4 hours and of course I haven't received any. I called Snapdeal again on 16th January 2015 @ 11:18 AM and this time I got the standard response about escalating my issue, my money is safe and I will get a response in 24 hours On a whole, I have called Snapdeal a total of 5 times and also mailed them 15th January 2015 and 16th January 2015 to which I have received no replies from Snapdeal customer support In between, I tried to process Return/Replace through Snapdeal.com website and the link was broken as many other link on Snapdeal.com so I had only way of calling Snapdeal.com customer support to get support on my order. And now I don't see the link at all on Snapdeal.com website because their standard 7 days have been passed for processing Returns/Replacements I'm trying this as a last attempt to get support from Snapdeal.com on my issue and I will definitely take the legal route if I fail to get right support from Snapdeal.com If there's anyone out there who is looking into this, I sincerely request to take this issue to Snapdeal's notice and get my issue resolved ASAP

                        I HAVE SUFFERED CHEATING BY SNAPDEAL Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:17:19 Micromax Funbook Mini 410 Total cost Rs7760/= on Credit card 9 installment basis. Snapdeal has captured the cost from my Credit card account wef 29th December 2014. Company failed to deliver the product on time . Waited till 5th january 2015. Telephonic query with them more than 3 times asked me to wait for the next 48 hrs ie. untill the 7 day cancellation period got timed out. Upon failure to deliver the item, I have by telephone and by email requested cancellation and refund. All my requests have been miserably ignored. They always send me a routine apology mail and thereafter ignore. Complanits as below registered by them and sent to me by mail as follows. 1) Requestnumber 13967797. Dt 30th December 2014 2) Complaint Number – 13967797 dt 3rd January 2015 3) Request number 14434694. Dt 9th January 2015 4) Request number 14647631. Dt 13 th January 2015. 5) Complaint Number: 14661521 dt 15th January 2015-auto renewed complaint- blindfolding technique. 6) Complaint Number – 14661521 dt 17th January – autorenwed complaint without any request- blindfolding technique. I have to pay the credit card bill sooner including this purchase. I feel that I have been miserably cheated by snapdeal .May be this is my worst experience in my life by online purchase.                               Order Number = [protected] & Complaint Number = 14588091 I ordered for "Prestige DGT-04-SS-4 Burner Gas Stove" on 9th January 2015 and also made the payment of Rs. 6138/= using my card in advance. However I received a Prestige PGMFS Sandwich Maker from Snapdeal on 12th January 2015. On same day I raised the complaint and also sent the pics of wrong product delivered to me on [protected]@snapdeal.com email address. Since then I have sent multiple reminders to Snapdeal on [protected]@snapdeal.com and they even did not bothered to revert me on my issue. I called on customer care number as well and they also are not behaving and replying properly on my issue. Since then I am trying to get the status of my issue and following-up for my product, however Snapdeal is ignoring my complaint and I am getting a feel of losing my money. Due to this my family and I am undergoing so much mental pressure and not able to understand that whom should we reach to get this issue resolved as Snapdeal is ignoring our issue.                                 i have placed order vide order id [protected] on 11th, January 201 for one Mantra Usb Finger Print Scanner.the item is to be shipped by 14 .01.2015 but it was not shipped till 17.01.2015 .No information was also not provided in its website or in customer care the reasons for delay.snapdeal has handled this order in such a manner which has shaken my confidence in its ability.As luck would have it, this order was on COD basis.I have directly now purchased it from manufacturer at a lesser cost.

                                      I bought a refrigerator on Snapdeal on 1st of January and product got delivered on 8th of January. On the same day I found that product is physically damaged and I raised a complaint on the website. I got a response back from Snapdeal customer on very next day(9th January) and asked me to provide more images and same is forwarded to them. Since then I haven't got any communication from Snapdeal in this regard. I called customer care on 13th January and they told me that my request will be taken up on priority and reverse pickup of refrigerator will be done in a day or two. I called Snapdeal customer care once again on 15th of January and answer was almost similar. I asked them to transfer the call to Supervisor and Supervisor (Ms. Swati) promised me that she will personally look into this matter and e-mail notification will be sent to by 15th evening. I haven't got any response from Snapdeal. I am completely frustrated the way this case is handled by customer support desk. None of the time, they provided me the concrete timeline for the replacement of the physically damaged product. I promised my wife that we will start new refrigerator on 15th January (on the occasion of Makarsankarati) and could not make this happen. I have lost all the faith and hope with Snapdeal and would never ever buy/recommend Snapdeal for future if I don't get a replacement on time. I am writing to you with the hope that you will take up this matter on priority with concern authority. I'll forward all the e-mail communication I had for your reference. If I don't receive any e-mail communication from Snapdeal by tomorrow, I will be forced to put all the communication on social media and raise consumer complaint in this regard.

                                        For the order id [protected] Nokia X Dual SIM (Colour: Black), i got faulty mobile, suddenly i complaint to the snapdeal and i returned the product to the snapdeal for the replacement and it gone more than 9 days still now there is no one action taken by the snapdeal.
