I have purchased a Prestige COOKER from Snapdeal.com on GOSF on December 10th 2014 with order id:[protected]. However on 13th of December, I have received a mail and a message from snapdeal saying that they has changed the seller as the earlier one is not able to process the order. I waited till 10 days since my order was placed as I saw in the tracking order that the order was not shipped yet. So I raised a complaint with ticket id:13510868. I haven't got any response other than some 3 auto-generated mails saying that they regret the inconvenience. After 15 days of placing the order, I have raised another complaint with id:13705173. As there was no one to respond, I mailed to their help desk on 2nd January 2015. On 6th January 2015 they mailed me saying that the product is lost in transit by their courier partner blue dart. Though their site never updated that they had ever handed the courier to their courier partner. You can see the same in the attachment. On the same day I asked them to refund the amount to my bank instead of returning the amount to the cash wallet that I used with another ticket id:14281741. I haven't got any response again. So I have called the help desk on 10th jan 2015 and the lady executive was so annoying, she spoke very rude. She was not even ready to listen to what I have been trying to say. Finally I told her to send the amount to the bank, for which she wanted me to mail my bank account details to the help desk. So, I provided them on the same day to no Vail. After 10 days of mailing my details, I have called them back as they neither responded to the mail nor transferred my money. The executive said that it would be done on priority but he was not able to give me any time frame although he asked me to provide my bank statement. Bank statement! What for? After waiting for these many days, I am vexed with this online store, which is completely irresponsible to its customers. I saw few of my friends ordering dresses on snapdeal which looked different on website where as what they have got delivered is a cheap material that would not even worth half of the money they paid for it. Snapdeal is a fraud. I want a dire action to be taken against it.
