I have purchased a Prestige COOKER from Snapdeal.com on GOSF on December 10th 2014 with order id:[protected]. However on 13th of December, I have received a mail and a message from snapdeal saying that they has changed the seller as the earlier one is not able to process the order. I waited till 10 days since my order was placed as I saw in the tracking order that the order was not shipped yet. So I raised a complaint with ticket id:13510868. I haven't got any response other than some 3 auto-generated mails saying that they regret the inconvenience. After 15 days of placing the order, I have raised another complaint with id:13705173. As there was no one to respond, I mailed to their help desk on 2nd January 2015. On 6th January 2015 they mailed me saying that the product is lost in transit by their courier partner blue dart. Though their site never updated that they had ever handed the courier to their courier partner. You can see the same in the attachment. On the same day I asked them to refund the amount to my bank instead of returning the amount to the cash wallet that I used with another ticket id:14281741. I haven't got any response again. So I have called the help desk on 10th jan 2015 and the lady executive was so annoying, she spoke very rude. She was not even ready to listen to what I have been trying to say. Finally I told her to send the amount to the bank, for which she wanted me to mail my bank account details to the help desk. So, I provided them on the same day to no Vail. After 10 days of mailing my details, I have called them back as they neither responded to the mail nor transferred my money. The executive said that it would be done on priority but he was not able to give me any time frame although he asked me to provide my bank statement. Bank statement! What for? After waiting for these many days, I am vexed with this online store, which is completely irresponsible to its customers. I saw few of my friends ordering dresses on snapdeal which looked different on website where as what they have got delivered is a cheap material that would not even worth half of the money they paid for it. Snapdeal is a fraud. I want a dire action to be taken against it.

Snap deal doesn't respond to its customer unless a complaint was lodged. What kind of a customer service do you people have? Even though you are transferring the money now after all the efforts that I have put in to make you listen, I am still not satisfied. I have called you people twice, kept around 3 mails to the same mail id that you have provided here, complained many times using your own website, for which you have provided around 5 or so complaint ids, but you people never cared to respond unless a complaint was made here. You are nothing but a pathetic website which is earning lots of money by tricking customers. I am never going to suggest anyone of this website and never going spend a dime on your site in future. Even this one star auto rating is more for you people. You have terrible customer service executives. I am in such dire pain because of you people that I have no words to explain.

    Refund of returned product is not received even after no. of complaints and about 15 days of returning. If I will not refund my money until 23 Jan 2015, I will have to use all 11, 999 rs. in only shopping by credit card. I will not use it for other use.This is tomuch big amount for me.

      Dear Sir, I bought the Philips HD4938 Induction Cook Top from the online site SNAPDEAL.COM in the month of Oct with the order ID [protected]. The product was defective so the company send the mail that kindly send the defective product, we will refund the COURIER charges and the PRODUCT cost through NEFT. They refund the money of the product but till now after sending lot of reminder mails and calls with the request no 1088380, 11475798, 12556394, 11941672. Their is no refund of the courier charges.         I have ordered Bajaj Shakti gyeser.It was suppose to be delivered on 22nd .It has reached the delivery centre on 19th th and they are updating as" consignee address incorrect " every day since 4 days.There is no number to contact them and the customer care number "[protected]" does not work.It feels like I have done a big mistake by purchasing the product from snapdeal and that too pre paid. I will suggest people not to buy any thing expensive from snap deal because after the dispatch they say they are not responsible for your order.A customere care representative named Kashish said this thing very rudely that it is responsiblity of Logistic department. So it feels like just pay them the money and keep following up.very bad service from snap deal and their courier partner "Blue Dart".

          I had booked S5+ Karbon Mobile on 5.9.2014 and paid an amount of Rs.7124/- on line. The delivery date of the product given by the you was. 13.9.2014. I had been in touch with the Courier Service consistently, but same was not delivered upto ending October, 2014. As such, I had requested for refund of the money paid by me in advance, but same has not been resolved till date by one or the other pretext. I was not expecting the same from such a reputed company who is dealing with lacs of customers. Kindly resolve the issue immediately..

            I agree. Similar thing was done with me also. They sold the product at discounted price and next day price was increased by 4000. Later i also received the sms informing that the order is return due to courier issue. when i spoke to courier company they said Snapdeal has informed them to return the product.
            They are just cheating customers...

                    This is to inform you that I placed an order on www.snapdeal.com on 20th January, 2015 vide order No.[protected] for Micromax 40T2820FHD 101.6 cm (40) Full HD LED Television. On 22nd January, 2015 I received an SMS stating that the order has been cancelled. I spoke to their customer care team and they informed me that a wrong price was uploaded on the website, hence this order has been cancelled by them and now the product is available at a higher price and I need to buy at the prevailing price. I also informed that many times it has happed that a customer purchases a product and very next day the price of the products are decreed even before the delivery takes place, in such cases they do not compensate to the customers with a reason that whatever prices is prevailing at the time of purchase shall be applicable. On this day Flipkart was also running lucrative schemes and Snapdeal with malafide intentions announced this scheme that customer should place order on Snapdeal and their intentions were that later they will cancel the order and customer will left with no choice but to buy on higher price. They were so rude and informed that I can take any legal action as a customer against their company. A copy of the screen shot displaying the product on their website and confirming the order is attached herewith for your kind perusal. I also sent an email giving all the above details to them and they have responded that “Due to unavoidable circumstances order has been cancelled and they have requested to place a new order with them”.

                            This is regarding the compliant[protected]product return) request, the sent product is not same as described in the page. I returned the product and got a confirmation that the refund has been initiated but still now the refund of amount and the courier reimbursement doesn't happened, i called customer care several times but i get the same answer every time that we have forwarded the request to the concerned team and wait. Now I need a simple written answer, whether you are able to refund to or not?, based on that i will proceed for further actions. Regards, Ragav

                              Dear Sir, I had order for a HTC Desire 616 (grey) (order number [protected]) through Snapdeal.com on[protected]. I had received product on[protected], but it is damaged, when I found it is not working, immediately intimated to Snapdeal through phone on[protected] and I had requested for return my order. I registered the complaint on Snapdeal Website (Complaint Number[protected]. They said that they will pick up this product within 2-3 days but nobody came to pick up this product. Then i again called on the Snapdeal Helpline ([protected]) and they told me this issue will solve soon. Now when I checked their website, it is showing that product is not returnable. Please send a E-mail notification to the Bluedart so that they will pick my product. Complaint Number[protected] Order number [protected]

                                  I have booked an order on dated[protected] for "Eveready 7W LED Light Combo Pack 2" on snapdeal (order No. [protected]). In the key feature of product it was mentioned that "4 nos. of Eveready Ultima AA battery" are offered as freebie along with the product. However I have not received the freebies. I mailed several times to Snapdeal regarding this. Today on dated[protected], they communicated that "this product doesn't contain any freebie as per our current records. If in-case you have confirmation email we would request you to kindly forward it to us for reference". Simply just because, today if snapdeal is not offering any freebies, it does not hold good on the date i.e.[protected], wherein freebies was offered and I purchased the item after looking all this. hence snapdeal may be instructed to send the freebies as per the commitment they made during buying of the product from site on dated[protected].

                                    sir we have ordered combo of jeans of coaster of 3 different colour bt they have delivered it of same colour ...when i complained about dat they told to return it back which we did n they promised us that they will be giving my refund within 5 to 7 days ...bt they have nt returned it till now n now they are not even responding am tired ...its been 3 month n they are not doing any thing...i am having of the proof of e-mails which they have sended an even i have sended... plzzz help us...i dont have bill cause online orders dont have bill n they r giving it attached which i have returned them but i do have courier bill ...
