Hello,
Recently I ordered a JAMNAIKAA A LINE SUIT, order ID - [protected] . But, I got wrong product of which I initiated return but instead of return, the company is again and again sending me message stating, product delivery unsuccessful. I don't understand what product are they sending again. And why aren't they contacting me for picking up the wrong product instead.
And what is more irritating that when I am calling the customer care, the voice says that my number is not linked to any account which is plain stupidity since if it was not linked then how am I being contacted ?
I have already paid 1718 in cash, and this is getting ridiculous and pointless

Red one is what I ordered and I got blue and then they are providing me message of cancelling again and again .
Please help in the case !
